Three of us went to Noodles for a late meal. Took 20ish minutes to get called which was fine. We were sat quickly. We ordered three dishes - the Cantonese egg noodle soup, chow mein and pad Thai. The first two came out in 10ish minutes and the pad Thai did not come through 10 minutes later. The problem for me was that I was clearly looking for service and not one employee would make eye contact with me even while passing me. We sat next to the door so I was behind a wall that separates the tables apart. I ended up having to stand up and get the attention of another server for our last dish to arrive. The food itself was bland. The pad Thai and chow mein didn't taste like anything - you can taste the soy sauce but I don't think they used salt. I forgot how many times I have had the beef noodle soup here. To paraphrase Ben Franklin, the only constants in life are death, taxes, and beef noodle soup at Bellagio "Noodles". This time, I got a godzilla-size chunk of beef tendon (see photo, OMG) near their closing time 10:30pm. I also got a water spinach (aka on-choy) which came out perfectly crunchy and garlicky. I ordered the poached chicken with noodle soup to go. For takeout, they package the chicken and noodles together in one box, and the hot soup broth comes in a separate container. The turnaround time was only 10 minutes from ordering to pickup. The flavor was bland, and the hot broth wasn't enough to soften the noodles, which arrived a bit undercooked. Over the weekend my husband and I stayed at the Bellagio. Before checking out on Sunday we decided to have lunch here since we tried the other restaurants at the Bellagio already. The hostess was welcoming and friendly. We were seated right away. We ordered a few things to share. The cucumber and seaweed salad was a waste of $11 so were the wings which had no taste. The sauce helped us eat them lol .... The Mongolian beef was delicious we ordered steam rice to eat with it. The chow mein noodles were ok, a bit bland... I wish it had more flavorful sauce. Noodles is still one of our go to restaurants when we are at the Bellagio. While I agree with reviewers that dishes here tend towards the bland side, that is exactly what I am anticipating. After wining and dining at high-end places that use tons of butter, rich cream sauces, and dredges of salt, It's a welcome break. As far as service goes, Noodles seems like a typical Chinese restaurant that is under staffed with language challenged workers. When we dine here, the restaurant is slammed or about to be-not conducive to hungry gamblers! We've been trying to get here early or late to avoid some of that. I know there are good/great restaurants off the strip with more reasonable prices, but the wife and I don't typically drive much. We have Ubered on occasion, but the extra cost and inconvenience kind of cancel the idea for just the two of us. I just paid $90 for breakfast (ouch!) and while I coulda had a bagel, I wanted a sit down be waited on meal. Thank goodness for comps! read more

Noodles is a casual Asian fusion restaurant located inside of the Bellagio. It was a busy lunch hour when we visited so lots of people came in and out. What we enjoyed here was the good service even though they were busy. The atmosphere was ok, nothing over the top and decent for the price point. The food we thought was average with the duck, sweet and sour chicken, and dumplings standing out above the rest. The spicy fish was not as spicy as we had hoped, and the soup was just basic. On a somewhat busy Wednesday night, we waited about 2 hours for our turn at noodles. I've never been to a pan asian restaurant on the strip before but friends and family wanted to have some asian food before they headed off to the concert nearby. As a self proclaimed asian food snob, I think this place falls into the jack of all trades category, since the customer demographic is wide and varied, they'd want a place that would have a little bit of everything rather than a specialty place known for one thing. Noodles is always a restaurant I visit when I come to Las Vegas. Situated near the lobby of the Bellagio Hotel, it serves authentic Hong Kong style food and dim sum. They have also added dim sum trolleys in the last year which means you get to see the dim sum before you order it. The dim sum list is pretty extensive too. Lots of traditional dishes but a few chef specials as well. If you can make a reservation do that but they cycle through guests pretty quick. The noodle soups are outstanding with clear rich broths that enhance the flavor of the protein that is added (wontons and duck are definitely worth a try). Noodles (Las Vegas) is not bad. I ordered the Mandarin Beef Stew Noodles ($23.88), the Pan Fried Pot Stickers ($14.88), and the Oriental Fried Rice ($24.88). I appreciated aspects of its dishes. Unfortunately, I am not a fan of airy, soft noodles (bordering on mushy). I arrived at Noodles (Las Vegas) on Saturday (around 4PM). I had a reservation, so I was immediately seated. This business is located inside the Bellagio Hotel & Casino. Staff is professional, helpful, but terse. Staff (receipt says Shelly) was initially very friendly and welcoming. However, it felt like Staff was pressured to rapidly turnover tables, so Shelly started to become visibly curt as we neared the end of our meal. Shelly would rush over to clear away a dish and quickly scamper away. Personally, I think the service is fine; however, I can easily rationalize how other guests could feel unwelcome. Still, I'm very impressed with the food's time! Its speed is somewhat suspicious, but I'm guessing they precooked aspects of everything. All the dishes arrived in eight minutes and 11 seconds! Crazy fast! As mentioned, I did not dislike the food. I appreciated parts of it. The soup's tender meat easily fell apart in my mouth; the pot stickers came thick yet delicate; and the fried rice is airy, clean and lovingly showcases a bright egg flavor. Unfortunately, the pot stickers tasted bland; its pork lacked flavor. The fried rice's Chinese pork had no taste; it felt like an afterthought. And as mentioned, I did not enjoy the noodles because they did not feel springy nor firm. Its noodles had the texture of leftover udon. Currently, Noodles (Las Vegas) feels like safe food for the elderly. Concerning ambiance, Noodles (Las Vegas) is gorgeous. The location is attractive, shiny, and very clean. The colors of gold and white pearl sparkle through. Overall, Noodles (Las Vegas) is not bad, but it's also not impressive. It feels like they sacrificed service and quality for speed. Noodless to say, this place couldn't have survived all this time if they were really just 3.3 stars. Noodles is a spot that may be simply be called Chinese for the most part but does include from multiple Asian cuisines. It's one of the closest restaurants to the Bellagio lobby and is right next to the baccarat room, which also seemed to be a good sign considering the typical player demographic there. Plus, I had relatives in town and they invited me to dinner, so who was I to argue? We arrived a little earlier than our reservation but were seated quickly anyway. We decided to dine family-style, and they took care of our beverage orders and apps first, then served the rest of the entree-type dishes later. Chicken Wing Zing ($16.88): crispy, perfectly cooked wings with some sweet chili sauce. Would've been nice if they'd portioned it a little more appropriately for the 5 people in our party, or at least warned us. Malaysian Pan Fried Roti ($11.88): absolutely delicious flatbread, but it was served with some sort of soy sauce instead of the advertised curry sauce. Crispy Calamari ($17.88): very tender and decently crispy. Also served with the sweet chili sauce, which was fine. Crabmeat Fried Rice ($35.88): nicely good fried rice with acceptable amounts of crab. The crispy edges on the egg were actually great. I just wish that the portion justified the price, since I can get similar dishes for half the price at local Thai spots. Water Spinach ($19.88): seemed to be more like morning glory, a typical sauteed dish. Had enough garlic flavor and seasoning that it didn't taste that "green" ifyouknowwhatimean. Kung Pao Shrimp ($30.88): a bit lacking in shrimp and a lot lacking in the right flavor profile. It was like mildly spicy sweet and sour shrimp more than a real kung pao. Cantonese Roast Duck ($25.88): got the bone-in portion. Duck was tender and fatty, but the flavor is way different than the five spice profile I'm accustomed to from local restaurants that serve similar roast duck. Soy Chilean Sea Bass ($53.88): one of my favorite dishes. Just some really tender, moist white fish filets with light soy flavor and some julienned ginger and green onions. The hot jasmine tea was priced per person. It was jasmine and tasted fine, although they didn't seem to provide more leaves later on, just hot water. The complimentary iced water took a while to get refilled, but they eventually noticed. On that note, service seemed a little closer to typical Asian restaurant service than Bellagio-worthy. Came back the 2nd time to Noodles just this February's trip. Got my go to wanton noodle soup, wok friend rice and chicken wings while the hubs got pad Thai, cucumber salad and sesame ball. Made reservations for 2 for 7pm and we got seated right away since it's not so busy. Customer this time is great! We came here for lunch after visiting the Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Gardens. It was four of us and we had to wait for about 15-20 minutes for a table. The dim sum cart caught my eye immediately because you don't see those that often, especially after Covid. We've ordered three dishes to share and several dim sum items that piques our interest, like the mini egg custard tarts and pan-fried green chive dumplings (forgot to take pics). The Hong Kong style noodles with chicken and fried rice was pretty good. Surprisingly, they had a nice variety (about 20) of dim sum choices. It is a small, but bustling dining setting that has a fast moving staff and crowd. I came here after a long morning visit at the Petrossian Bar, also at the Bellagio. When you are here at Noodles, what do you order? Dah. It has to be noodles. I chose the wonton noodle soup and their mixed vegetables, as a second dish. The soup arrived piping hot (just the way I like it) with shrimp wontons that had perfect taste and texture. The broth was simple but with a distinct intoxicating flavor. And the noodles, were of the thin type, another of my favorites, al dente, holding up right through the meal. The mixed vegetables were also crisp. I liked the asparagus the best. Stalks cut on the bias, that were easy to pick up with chop sticks and bite. The sliced mushrooms were not fresh, but I forgive. Other vegetables were okay. The broccoli was tough. Oh well. My friends and I went to this restaurant 3 times in 2 days on a work trip. They were always very accommodating- getting us a table right away 3 of the 4 times that we tried to go there. The beef noodle soup with rice noodles, the water spinach, and chive with shrimp dumplings were the stand out dishes for us. The place appeared to be welcoming - with soft lights and marble floor. I even had coworkers join us 5 minutes before closing and they were able to get some food to eat. Not to mention asking them to crank out yummy food so we can make it back to the work event in time. Didn't quite match what you'd typically find in a more upscale Chinese restaurant. The guy at the front gave me incorrect information. I asked if the shrimp wontons had meat. He said there was a small amount of pork, along with shrimp. Then the server told me the shrimp wontons had no meat whatsoever. Turns out the server was correct. Then when I paid at the table, the older guy who was doing the charges (not my server), literally leaned VERY closely to me, starring at the screen watching how much tip I was leaving. AWKWARD! I've never experienced anything like that ever. I'm also not sure if staff is really so happy to work there. When I asked the guy who showed me to my table what his favorite dish was, he grudgingly said he didn't know much about the food because they're "not allowed to eat there". Interesting. If you're a solo diner, there's nice long bar seating in the back, which makes it super convenient. I'm all for giving places 2nd or 3rd chances so I tagged along. Again, the service was just disjointed. Still fairly cold and unwelcoming, almost as if we're bothering them, especially when you ask specific questions about the food. I don't remember the exact questions my dinner partner asked, but the response was delivered with a "why don't know you that already" attitude. The food was OK, but not as filling as we wanted, so we ordered some additional soup. Well, that took way too long, and we're ready to go so we just asked for our check. Of course, the soup was added so we had to ask to have it removed. The final kicker was my friend, who was facing the kitchen, swore he saw the chef and one of the servers EATING!! I kind of challenged that because I couldn't believe they would do that in plain sight, and then the server he saw walked past us and sure enough, her mouth appeared full as if she was still chewing!
