NEO TOKYO* (top) SAMBA VEGAS (bottom)

Tasty but pricey! This is definitely an occasion dinner for us. The interior is super cool and the place is gigantic. We usually sit in the main area you see in the front but we got taken to another large area in the back. Service was excellent and food came out perfect. If you have room in the budget and a party of 4, I recommend the cocktail tree it's so fun! Drink: - Lychee Cooler cocktail - yummy and sweet, comes with a lychee on top and a large green leaf shooting up Dinner: - JAPANESE A5 KOBE GYOZA* - soooo good and worth it to try - Shishito Peppers - always a good idea for apps - CHURRASCO RIO GRANDE* - yummy tasty steak with dipping sauces and other good stuff - SAMBA VEGAS roll - fish on top of crispy rice, good but overpriced - NEO TOKYO* roll - has tuna and super good our fave

Stopped by for a drink while exploring Las Vegas! Found this place tucked away but so happy we did! The drinks we had were incredible and the bar tenders were super friendly and attentive! We were there in the middle of the day so it was pretty quiet but it was a great spot to grab a drink! And even though we didn't get any food, the menu looked incredible! So next time I'm here I am definitely getting something to eat!

Sushisamba is on the pricier side, but is one of the few places where I can honestly say the food is well worth the price tag. My friends all agreed, and we are very particular when it comes to good sushi. We ordered a bunch of different things as we were a fairly large group, ranging from ramen and chicken dishes to the raw stuff. I had the pleasure of trying: -Asevichado Roll: So many types of fish on one roll. Every bite was delicious. I wish it was a slightly larger roll, because I didn't want it to end. -Shrimp Tempura Handroll: A simple, basic handroll, mbut a good size and good flavor. The shrimp was perfectly fried. -Coconut Matcha Sour (gin): If you like sweet, tropical tasting drinks, this is incredible. It's definitely more of a dessert type cocktail but it paired so nicely with the sushi rolls. It is light on the matcha, and very coconut forward. I personally loved it. -Hamapeño Roll: They warned us that the sauce was spicy and I loved the kick it gave to the roll. This was my favorite roll from what I tried. I didn't find it too spicy at all. The first plantain balanced the roll perfectly. -Yuzu Shots (gin): Fun, not too potent to get down. These were unique and tasty. They came in a cool tasting tree. Other notes: -Our server was fantastic and helped us celebrate a fun night for a friend. -The ambiance and decor is sophisticated and modern. Great for a date night. -Bathrooms: So clean and the bathroom attendant was so helpful and well, attentive.

I'm obsessed with Sushi Samba and can't wait until I get to try their West Hollywood location! Our waitress Carolyn is GREAT and so is the tiradito!! I love the Peruvian flair especially the corn!! I recommend sitting at a booth instead of the sushi bar. Be sure to order the sea bass yakitori. We had 2 orders yesterday and they were grilled to perfection!

Ambiance: Restaurant was a lot larger than expected. You could come in jeans with a cute top or come in a dress - both fit the ambiance. It's a little loud in there especially when they do their performance which seemed to happen every hour Service: Service was good. Nothing really to note. Food: Almost everything we got were great! The sea bass is what they're known for & now I get why. It was delicious along with the type of corn. All of the sushi we got were great (asevichado was my fav). the crispy taquitos were also tasty. out of everything we ordered, the rock shrimp was my least fav

Must try! Miso seabass skewers. 5/5

If you're in the Palazzo don't skip this restaurant. 5 stars all the way. Service is great and fast and food comes out fresh and fast as well. One of the best sushi restaurant in Vegas.

Every time I am in town (which is several times per year) - if I'm traveling solo - I come here. The menu is so expansive, that I rarely have the same thing twice. No sake flight this time (but highly recommend), but absolutely loved everything. Started with spicy/garlic edamame (YUM), the gem salad (honestly, hard to eat, but good flavor), hearts of palm (easiest my fav dish of the meal), and chicken.

I was so excited to finally get to try this place out. Sushisamba is located inside the Venetian. I was excited to see how they would bring in the cultural flavors of 3 countries into their mix ( Japan, Brazil and Peru) Two hungry adults before going to the Sphere ordered: - Pao de queijo: If you ever had Brazilian cheese bread, this is what it is. What made this one of my favorite dishes was the honey truffle butter. I wish I could have gotten the exact recipe for this because it was truly outstanding. ($10) - We ordered two rolls. The spicy tuna ($12) and the salmon avocado rolls ($11). Both rolls were decent. We were not expecting a full order but little to say we were more than happy to eat them since they were delicious and fresh. The spicy tuna roll was our favorite of the two. - One order of the assorted vegetable tempura. This was my least favorite dish only because I wasnt a fan of the mushroom and the napa like vegetable that was in the mix was very difficult to eat. We did enjoy the Peruvian pepper dipping sauce. ($11) - One order of the yellow tail tiradito with lemongrass and jalapeno. MMMMmmm this was FRESH!! Highly recommend an order of this. ($10) - One old fashion cocktail ($14) You know I love me an old fashion. I was excited to try it with Iwai Japanese whisky. The ice ball was crystal clear, the taste was strong and it gave me a really nice buzz to be honest. It was delicious and would totally order again. The staff was attentive and always made sure we had water and that our food was tasting great. It was all brought out as it was done since we were told by our lovely waitress that they have 3 kitchens! The mood of the place is chill and has a nice vibe for a date night, girls night or even just for you to go and enjoy by yourself. It wasn't loud, it was clean and had plenty of seating. Highly recommended to make reservations if you have a larger party. I would love to come back and try more items off their menu. Great happy hour aka Samba hour!! (at the bar area only) Sunday through Friday 3PM - 6PM | 11PM - CLOSE

I haven't been here in a long time, but remembered the food was really good, so I decided to come in for a quick meal in between gambling sessions. I came around 3pm and had a seat at the bar for their sambahour happy hour. Came on a Tuesday, so it wasn't busy at all. I love an old fashioned and the one here is really good. Japanese whiskey they use is pretty good and the drink was nicely mixed by the bartender. Just the right amount of sweetness and really refreshing. For the food, I got the gyoza, crispy yellowtail taquitos, pork ribs, and spicy tuna sushi. Food wasn't spectacular, but was all really tasty. Pork ribs were especially tasty and fall off the bone tender. It's the happy hour menu, so the portions were obviously not that big. However, I ate all of these by myself and was surprisingly full. Total was around $78 before tip, so it is still a little more on the expensive side. However, bartenders were nice and friendly and the food and drinks were pretty good.

This place was everything we hoped for. Service was great. They were finishing the lunch rush and thanked us for our patience. Checked on us after food was delivered and overall just very attentive and gave good recommendations on what rolls to try. All of the food was so good. The yellowtail with jalepeno was our favorite. King crab roll was also very good. And so was our specialty roll. We would definitely come back here again. Worth the hype!!

This was my most expensive meal during this trip and sadly one of my least favorites. This is a very interesting dining space, unique look to the whole restaurant. The waitress was a lovely young lady and made recommendations when asked and led to my favorite bite of the meal. I ordered: Tuna tacos - 3.5* two crispy tacos with a mild flavor but great texture on the "taco". Tempura green beans - 5* addictive little bites with a creamy aoli. Best part of the meal and I would go back during happy hour to get these. Samba Vegas roll - 2* my least favorite. The "crispy" rice made this heavy and dense. Nothing crispy about it and the flavors were just muddy. Asevichad roll - 3* better than the Samba but underwhelming in flavor. I had to use plenty of the fresh and pricey wasabi to liven up the flavor. This could be a me issue. Maybe it's supposed to be mild in flavor? Spicy tuna roll - 3.5* my favorite of the rolls but wish it had a crunchy element like cucumber to help with the mushy texture. Tuna nigiri - 2* sad offering. So forgettable I didn't take a pic. Wish I had only ordered one. It was left on the plate. Fresh wasabi - the waitress offered, I said sure, I paid $14 for a miniscule amount BUT it helped me eat some of the rolls so I guess thanks? I left most of the Samba, half of the Asevichad. I wanted to eat all the tempura green beans but they were too plentiful. The menu looked so great but my experience wasn't.

My sad attempt to get some work done before the saki flight
    Aubrie R.

Was in Vegas for a girls weekend and had some time to kill before the whole group got into town so I set up shop and got to work while I waited. It was maybe not such a smart move that I also ordered saki flight because I didn't get much work done! My "work" for the day became ordering a perfect meal and then lead to several cocktails and then dessert! Great dining and ambiance - two thumbs up!

A beer I had never heard of or tried. It was surprisingly light and delicious.
    Jason B.

We found this bar after the death march from the Sphere (worth it though) as we were in need of alcohol and nourishment. What a nice surprise. It was happy hour which I think is every day they are open (not sure their schedule). We bellied up and quickly ordered a beer and margarita. We also ordered spicy tuna roll. All was great. Service was great. Will gladly go back on our next visit. Give them a try if you are in the Venetian!

It was an incredible dining experience, and I would certainly recommend it The restaurant is located in the lovely Cosmopolitan Casino. We had a couple pre-drinks at the Chandelier Bar while we waited for our reservation. When we arrived we only waited a few minutes for them to prepare our table. The restaurant was packed. There's a surprising number of tables/and seating options. The restaurant is elegant and trendy. However, we sat at the bar and I loved it I believe you get better service there since the bartenders stay around the bar the whole time. Bar is First Come, First serve.

So, I'll start off by saying that the sushi and nigiri was very good. So the food itself was solid…read more The problem was that we made a reservation for 815 and had to stand around and wait until 845 to be sat. So I'm struggling to understand what the point of making a reservation was in the first place if they are more or less just going to ignore it. No apologies or anything, just ended up seating us a half hour later. After that, the server comes and takes just our appetizer and my wife's order, then starts to walk away. Confused, I have to stop him and bring him back so I can order my food. I really wanted to try their wagyu steak, but at this point, I didn't want to give them any more of my money, to be honest. Then to top it all off, the appetizer came with dinner and not earlier. So just icing on the cake.

To start, I ordered the avocado salad, which was light, fresh, and a perfect way to begin the meal. I also tried the tuna crispy rice, which was quite tasty and the grilled octopus, which was very chewy. The real standout of the night was dessert! The coconut cake was absolutely to die for! I'm still thinking about it! It was rich and moist without being too heavy. I also ordered the s'mores since I couldn't decide on just one dessert, and while it was fun and tasty, the coconut cake completely stole the show. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting! It's a must try!

We went mainly with what got called out as fan favorites. The cauliflower lives up to the hype even though ours was served closer to room temperature than it should have been. The sweet potato was crazy delicious and was legitimately a contender for my favorite dish of the meal. The duck stone pot rice was great and the side of parker house rolls was much tastier than I expected Kyu to be serving up. I will say that the sea bass was a bit of a letdown; presentation was solid but temperature again made us feel like this was a fairly mass produced item. Cocktails were top notch and the dessert offerings were solid. Can't wait to come back and try the short rib.

We actually come here often enough that we are very familiar with the menu and we always know exactly what we want to eat and drink! Sorry this review is so late but every time we go to Fremont Street we eat, have drinks and then we have a good time so I get sidetracked and forget to finish reviewing lol Overall, this is a really great restaurant. It's kind of small, but we've never really have to wait very long to be seated. The best part about it is, it's in Circa which doesn't allow anyone under 21 in the casino so we don't have to worry about those kind of large parties! (Just my personal opinion)

We had a great dinner: Pad Thai with Shrimp (entree), Pork Belly Bao (small dish), Duck Rolls (small dish), and Green Beans (small dish). The small dishes were perfect for sharing between the two of us. Every dish was tasty, my favorite was the Duck Rolls (a unique wrap with shredded duck, hoisin, green onions, and cucumber). The pad pai entree was on the smaller side, too, but it had good flavor. Service was attentive. We were checked on regularly and it was fun being seated at the end of the bar where we could watch the flow of the restaurant staff.
