If I could give this place more stars I would. Went Wednesday night and had an amazing meal. Drinks were great, the decor was so cute, service was great, but what really blew me away was the food. The egg drop soup was soooo good and flavorful! The crunchy rice was a perfect amount of rice and fish. It was so delicious. What stole the show was the new york strip. The sauce was so good and flavorful and I have to admit it was the best steak I have ever had. I have eaten at a lot of restaurants, but this one blew me away! Hope to return and try more items from their delicious menu!

We've dined here a lot! For a date night, with our kids, and with friends several times. We really love everything on the menu that we've tried. We've always had good experiences at this restaurant.

Great service, delicious food and awesome vibe. This place is happening and gets very busy so reservations are highly recommended. Alfredo was our server who was extremely friendly and attentive. He had great recommendations and took care of my dietary restrictions. We ordered the fried rice which was reddish in color so you wonder what it would taste like. Well it was very flavorful and I could have eaten the whole order it was so tasty. Sushi was great, fish used was fresh and proportion of the rolls were perfect. We had ahi tuna and salmon both were so good. They also make really good cocktails and have an extensive wine list. Everyone here is friendly. They have a live DJ who isn't loud so you can still hold a conversation. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated and they can cater for large groups of people.

I tend to be worried about overly aesthetic spots, but this spot definitely delivered with their gorgeous, cherry blossom-inspired ambiance, and the quality of their food as well! We went with the Ladies Night Menu, and every item was truly a standout with everyone at the table, especially their egg drop soup, brussel sprout salad, and vegetable lo mein, which featured innovative fusion flavors and were executed quite well. Since this menu seemed to be heavily plant-based, we also ordered the steak, but that was unfortunately overcooked and overly salty, and left unfinished by a full table of hungry girls. My only gripe (other than the steak) was the service, which was so nice, but frankly disorganized. The hostess accidentally ruined our birthday surprise for the birthday girl, and told us the wrong time that the kitchen was closing, but she was able to kindly adjust our reservation to a later time since we were running late. Our waiter also seemed confused about requested substitutions and allergy accommodations, but thankfully we were able to clear this up with him and the manager before anybody ingested an allergen. The highlight of our night was definitely when they delivered our cake with sparklers, candles, a lit up sign, and sang happy birthday to the birthday girl, and they were also able to store the cake for us while we were nearby at Zouk, which was deeply appreciated. Overall, a great Asian fusion spot with a diverse (and well-developed) menu, and with improvements in service, I can definitely see this being a hot spot to visit if you're in Vegas!

We Loved our dining experience at Fuhu. In all honesty , We dined here because we couldn't swing in a booking at Nobu but I must admit that turned out to be a blessing in disguise ! Its a beautiful restaurant located right of the Zouk Night club in resort club. Our server - Surabhi was friendly and courteous and made some v good recommendations. Miso Cod Tacos : Must order ! They were very good. Melt in the mouth Miso and v good flavors ! Lucky 8 Basket of dumplings : It was good. Looked beautiful and tasted good as well. Signature Fried Rice : Very good. The red color on this dish comes as they treat it with Beet Juice. Signature Lo Mein : Packed with flavor - we loved it ! Heart of Fire : Special mention to this Mezcal based drink - This was a banger ! Loved it. Overall , Fuhu hit it out of the park and made for a memorable dining experience !

Fuhu delivers a vibe. The atmosphere is lively and fun perfect for a late-night hang (huge plus that they take reservations and stay open till midnight on Saturdays!). The menu is an amazing assortment of creative dishes. The espresso martini was fantastic smooth, balanced, and just the right kick. Dumplings came out a bit cold, and the sushi was kind of mid, but the service more than made up for it attentive, friendly, and genuinely top-tier. Overall, a great spot if you're looking for energy, music, and excellent cocktails late into the night.

    Cheers!

FUHU is fabulous and is such a vibe! Had an amazing dinner here while in Vegas and enjoyed every second of my dining experience. First, our server was top tier - his attentiveness, enthusiasm, and overall great customer service was much appreciated. We started with drinks, which were really good but the stars of my night were the popcorn shrimp and the combo fried rice. Off break, $32 for popcorn shrimp... ehh we are in Vegas I get it but POPCORN SHRIMP... let me tell you, FUHU's popcorn shrimp are nothing popcorn-y at all! These are giant gems of deliciousness fried and tossed in spicy mayo. J couldn't stop eating them! I also ordered the Shrimp Tempura, which was also good... your go-to shrimp tempura. For my entree, my combo signature fried rice was FILLED with chicken, beef, shrimp, crab, and lobster for $25 - why not. The rice is red and is (if I remember correctly) infused with beet juice, which gives it its bright red color - so, so, so good! If only my pics were scratch, sniff, and taste (ha!)! You'll just have to visit FUHU for yourself to experience!

Had a chance to have dinner here during a recent business trip to Vegas. It's a beautiful restaurant with sakura flowers adorning it throughout. Our waiter was very friendly and helpful as he navigated us through the menu. I was with two others so we had a chance to sample a in the selection of their menu, including the tempura, green beans, edamame hummus, sushi rolls and nigiri, octopus, mushrooms and beet fried rice. Yes you heard that right. Beet fried rice which was incredible. Everything we was delicious at the top of the night off we enjoyed a couple of their desserts. I'm not a huge dessert, person myself, but these were nice. I'd probably skip it the next time I come back to have more sake instead. :-) Eating in Vegas can be a little expensive, especially in the resorts, but this was worth the visit. Checked them out the next time you're in town.

We went on a Saturday, wanting to choose a location closer to Fountainebleau for a concert. The restaurant is really beautiful and trendy. Our waiter immediately approached and informed us about the half price appetizers for happy hour. We were pleased, since this was a Saturday and rarely on the strip will you see a special on this particular day. We ordered the Edamame, and the Waygu potstickers for starters...and then added a Chicken chow mein to share and asked for it to be spicy. We also ordered a couple of Sapporo's. The beers came in really cool glasses and they were good. The edamame was pretty good with sesame seeds and a nice spice, but the crown jewel were those potstickers...they were outrageously good! The Chicken chow mein was perfectly spicy...I will definitely be back..just for the potstickers alone. We mentioned to our server for no particular reason that we were local and he put a discount on the bill for us. This place is really good...not sure why all the bad reviews, but I never tried the sushi yet.

Gorgeous property! We went here on a Wednesday night (right at opening). I accidentally parked at a far parking structure but luckily parking was free with local ID. This spot is located closer to Zouk night club and other spots (I cut through the casino based on my far parking spot). We did family style bites which included: Miso Cod Tacos (melt in your mouth good), Umami Salted Green Bean Fries (delicious dipping sauce and crunchy fries), Popcorn Shrimp (perfectly flavored and crunchy), Salmon sushi (super fresh), Hamachi sushi (very fresh), and Edamame Fuhummus (unique chip and dip combo but my favorite item on the menu). The spot had a chill lounge vibe and the decor complemented the menu nicely. The backbar was elegantly displayed and although there weren't as many booths or much seating, it was more of an intimate feel. Service was top notch and I feel like the quality of the food matched the service. Each item was brought out quickly and the servers explained each item thoroughly. The presentation of each item was also pretty amazing. It wasn't super busy to where anyone needed to be seated outside, but it was nice and intimate with a lot of space in between each of the tables. I can say that I was pleasantly surprised with the venue, quality of the food, and the service. Job well done from the staff. I cannot wait to make another trip out to this spot in the future!

We came here to dine after the Janet injection show because this was the only one that was open a little later than the other restaurants and eateries. Atmosphere: low lighting and cool decor. Armando was our server and he was not good at all. He never checked on us and spent a lot of time at other tables. His teammates were great and accommodating. Food: I wasn't really hungry and nothing on the menu really stuck out to me. I ordered the tuna crispy rice. The tuna had a great flavor. However, the crispy rice was not good at all. It was too gooey and tasteless. The person I dined with ordered a noodle dish and I believe they enjoyed that. Overall, I did not like the dining experience due to us having an awful server and bad food. I may go back in the future and try another server and maybe a better dish.

Chef Shuji runs the restaurant with his wife next to him in the kitchen. The fish here is flown in from Japan and of the highest quality as you can see from the sheen and fat marbling. The tuna melts in your mouth and bite after bite is a wonderful experience as you pair it with soy sauce, fresh Wasabi, yuzu Wasabi, or some combination of the condiments provided. This is also the first sushi restaurant I have ever been to that automatically brings out fresh Wasabi without having to ask. The portions are generous and we left feeling very satisfied. Even though we were very full, we took a look at the dessert menu. Not pictured here is a sweet potato with ice cream and brown sugar glaze. Chef Shuji is a charming and funny host. He regularly comes out to greet his customers and makes sure they are enjoying their meal, very high-touch. You don't need to go to the Strip for Ari yeah!…read more Ari Sushi & Izakaya is a very well-Yelped restaurant in the southwest. I've particularly seen buddies post about it on Instagram a lot, and I finally made my way out there since I found that it aligned with my mom's food craving. I went for the Ari Ari Combo ($29.00). It started with a little bowl of balanced miso soup and a tiny side salad with fresh greens and a simple sesame dressing, and was followed by six thin but delicious sashimi slices and four basic but also solid-quality nigiri. I would be more than happy to come back try to more of their raw fish any time. If that doesn't sound like enough for lunch, I did share other food items. The Garlic Edamame ($7.00) felt a little less salted than I expected but was a good portion and had plenty of both a garlic sauce and crispy garlic slivers. I also helped out with a Bento with 3 items ($25.00): bulgogi, mixed tempura, and spicy tuna roll. The bulgogi was tender but not strongly marinated enough and the spicy tuna roll felt pretty standard, but I did really enjoy the shrimp tempura and the veggie tempura pieces which I tried. They were super hot and crispy while being cooked perfectly inside, and the sauce was perfect. The music was relaxing and not played at a very high volume. The restaurant is a little more dim than I'd like and could benefit from overhead narrow-angle lights, but maybe the food was just that good that the lighting wasn't so important. The server was happy to refill my complimentary water with lemon as often as needed, as well as to add more water to the Hot Green Tea ($4.00). I did try some of the tea, and it was potent and low in bitterness. I'm pleased to report that Ari Sushi really does offer delicious sushi, enough so that I'll probably have to make more trips from Henderson to try more of their menu. If you want high quality mid-price-range sushi that's not in an all you can eat format, this is a great place to look.

Perhaps they just know "how to eat," as in GLUTTONY and stuffing themselves with bad food. I came here based on a sole recommendation and the 1K+ positive Google reviews. I apologize in advance for being brutally frank as I am certain to insult many people, namely the 1000+ positive Google reviews. I suppose my palate is just at a different level. I do not go to AYCE sushi for a reason, except for one establishment on W. Sahara/S. Tomsik where the quality IS in fact day & night compared to "Top Sushi." From the start I ordered shrimp tempura just to see what type of batter they use and the size of the shrimp. Batter was soggy and no crunch. The shrimp was size 31/40 vs 11/12 like at my only AYCE go-to. Beyond that, the shrimp was pasty. The Korean fried chicken was good; no complaints. The mini udon had good hearty noodles but the broth was warm at best, not hot. Their salad is pure Iceberg, so it's useless with zero nutrition or taste. My other place uses only high quality mixed greens with Romaine. I can hear what you're saying, "Why order these items at an AYCE sushi restaurant?" Because it shows the integrity of an establishment putting items on the menu that pass as filler. The salmon collar was doused in oil and sauce to hide its badly pre-frozen state. This place touts themselves as having the best fish-to-rice ratio. Of course, because the quality of the fish is sooo poor, it doesn't matter. A true sushi is a 1:1 or more generously a 1.25:1 ratio of fish:rice. Any less rice is not sushi! Why fake it?!?! Just order sashimi and a side bowl of rice if you're looking for a lot of fish and a speck of rice! The proper proportions are 12-18 grams of fish to 10-12 grams of rice; that is real sushi! If your entire tray of nigiri is swimming in sauce, you're hiding the frozen fish. My go-to place has IQF fish relatively fresh that there is practically NO sauce! If you want non-frozen, go to an ala carte sushi place not AYCE. Quality fish does not need to hide behind all that muck! If you're the type of sushi eater that just gorges themselves with rolls, then this is the place for you. If you're a true sushi lover meaning nigiri with quality rice or sashimi, DO NOT even attempt coming here! The unagi had a "muddy odor" which is a sign of freezer burn. The hokkigai was so rubbery and 61-70 rather than what should be 51-60 size. The Saba was pure salt! It's supposed to be briny with the influence of the ocean not a salt bed! The mango salmon was unique and flavorful if you want to taste only mango and not the salmon. Seared Escolar was honest. Most sushi places call it "super white tuna" or "white maguro" which is BS! I give Top Sushi that. They do not hide the fact that it is Escolar. Moreover, I counted the word "imitation" 26 times on their menu!! Why would you like to eat "imitation" anyway?!? The salmon skin roll was so chewy I thought I was eating a fishy beef jerky. There are more bad examples but I need to restrain myself. When I looked around at the guests, not a single person looked like they even knew that sushi rice is a specific quality like Tamanishiki, Tamaki Gold, a more affordable Kagayagi (used at better quality AYCE venues) or at the very least Kokuho Rose, nor do they know that it is cooked with Mirin. These are the McDonald's and Denny's crowd. Let's talk about the service. It is a cattle call!! Be prepared to have no conversation, not even a "Hello" with your host/hostess. Just follow her, sit and shut up. When the servers drop off the food, you feel like you're encroaching on their lives. They are miserably unhappy. I made a concerted effort to make eye contact with every server who walked by and smiled at them to draw a response. Not ONE acknowledged me with a smile back or any sign of humanity. In fact, they just looked away and went about their business. Zero engagement; Top is the epitome of a turn-&-burn operation. Let's just make money because these guest do not know any better. The ONE server I noticed was very pleasant serving her guests with enthusiasm. She was the anomaly. The worst part is charging $35 for pure garbage. That's the normal rate for AYCE even at my go-to, but for this quality, $25 at best just for people who do not have discriminating palates and simply want to stuff themselves! In the end, I still gave an industry gratuity out of principle. It's not the staff's fault they work in a mediocre establishment. I tipped 30% nevertheless albeit I will NEVER come back. By the way, the mango mochi and Sapporo were excellent!

i was about to hit another noodle then i decided to drive along spring mountain and randomly go…read moreinto a strip mall and pick one... i chose this place as I wanted to eat some rice and check out a sushi boat place after watching daesung (big bang) ate at one of these in japan. well, this was totally different from japan one i saw on youtube. first thing i notice is that this place was packed. 2nd thing i notice is that alot of the tables are all eating noodles... that was intriguing... examining the menu, the ramens are 7 buck.. and the sushi rolls are 10 bucks... watching all the nigiri on the conveyor, i notice there isnt any premium stuff. it was all one price... no toro, no wagyu beef. no uni.... i was thinking if i want nigiri, i should not be here since I can get ayce for like $30 bucks and eat better stuff so i pick a ramen, a roll, one salmon belly nigiri, and a beer... i like the ramen, its kid size... essentially like a cup a noodle.. very good though. the roll was good, a little bit skinnier than typical. still good... i had to get one nigiri from the conveyor, the salmon belly was the best one, 3.50 cheap... the draft beer i actually down it quick.. it was nice on a hot day in vegas... total was 31 with tip.... i think if i didnt do beer, it be like 23 + tip which is same cost as going to a ramen place... funny, im trying to optimize the food cost.. just that there is so many ayce sushi spots like literally every block on spring mountain... just make no sense to do nigiri here... unless u only eat like 3-5 plates... if u going more, forget about it, do the ayce...

We got there from out of town on week trip to Vegas. They offer a happy hour that begins at 9 pm…read morewith half price, sushi and drinks. But if you're already there before 9:00p, you do not qualify for the happy hour. Perhaps the stupidest business model I've ever heard of. All it does is leave the people they got there before nine feeling angry. To add in insult to injury, when I asked about it, the hostess got pretty defensive. This tells me that I wasn't the first person to ask about it. In any case, we won't be going back, and unless you get on their mysterious waitlist for the happy hour, you're out of luck.
