I like their late night option 10pm-2am! This was my second time trying this spot but unfortunately I felt like it did not hit (was better the first time; late night). However, I still enjoyed certain things from the menu, like their seared mackerel, seared eel, and their seafood poke nacho. Everything else was okay. It seemed like their nigiri didn't feel very cold, and their hot items didn't feel very hot. I also enjoy the ambiance with their lanterns. The service was just normal. Finally got to try this place and surprisingly was seated right away for 2 people at 6:45pm on a Saturday night. It was more than moderately busy, $35 a person for the full AYCE menu, but with how prompt and courteous the service was no matter how packed it got - very much worth it. Spacious inside so you don't feel super cramped and it's not too loud at all at least not when we went. Everything from the seaweed salad to seafood salad to screaming O salad was fresh. I'm a huge fan of cucumber rolls so the one with sashimi is a must try if you're looking for lighter options. Baked Lobster for a heavier option as it only comes with 4 pieces was also very good with a tiny kick of spicy crab. Their nigiri was excellent, just make sure to tell them to hold the wasabi off the salmon belly because I always forget and they added it on there but it's a tiny amount you can wipe off. Sarada Lobster nigiri was a niche and interesting item on their menu, also tasty. Overall I will be coming back for sure because I think this is my new favourite spot for sushi! Or maybe don't treat the individuals who walk in stating that they have this experience 2 months ago like they are crazy and tell them that this was a long time ago and that it didn't exist. If I could, I'd give this place a 4.5 stars. It's very good ATCE sushi and had nothing to complain about. The only complaint I could really think of was this one hand roll (that non of us ordered), and it didn't taste very good.... I think it was something rolled with tofu skin. Everything came out promptly, the server was super attentive and polite, and everything tasted so good! 4.2.26 - my cousin and I decided to this place after the spot we were at didn't work out. It had good reviews and was pretty close by so we walked over. Didn't realize it was an AYCE spot til we got there but we were hungry and already there, so we tried it. If you know me, you'll know I'm not a huge fan of AYCE spots. It didn't take long to get seated. Place seemed a little busy. We chose the Lunch AYCE which is $26.95/person. Our server was cool and food came out quick. The menu is pretty big so there is a lot to look at and choose from. I actually didn't see some items that I would have ordered until I looked back at my photos. I was bummed that they ran out of uni. Thats one thing I always order at all sushi places. Everything else was just okay to me. Not the best I've had but also not the worst either. It's decent. Fresh sushi and best AYCE deal I've found in Vegas I usually come here before it gets packed for an early dinner (around 5-6) and I come hungry. Huge variety and enough appetizer options for those who aren't sushi gurus. Service is prompt. I suggest ordering the salmon belly and yellow tail/salmon carpaccios. ITs Sushi is one of the AYCE sushi spots in Las Vegas Chinatown. The service here is lightning fast--once you place your order, the food comes out almost immediately. We ordered amaebi and the shrimp heads were deep-fried and served right after we placed the order. Most of the food was pretty good, but unfortunately tonight's uni was not fresh. It tasted strange, and everyone at the table only had one piece and didn't touch the second. The restaurant doesn't seem Japanese-owned, and the décor feels more Korean-style. I'm always on the hunt for good sushi places in Vegas and was happy to have discovered a new option with ITs Sushi. It's super close to my office, has great parking and was very clean inside. The waitress Brianna was awesome and answered all my questions and was very attentive throughout the meal. I went around lunchtime and when I first got there, it wasn't very busy but very quickly. It started to fill up and was very full by the time I left. I started the meal with the Cucumber Salad, which was nice and refreshing. For my main entrée I had a Rainbow roll and a Super Dragon roll. Both were well-made and tasted great. Their prices were reasonable and the size of the rolls were good. They also had a great AYCE menu, unfortunately, I'm never really good at taking advantage of those, but it's worth noting for those who may be able to eat enough to make it worth it. My bf loves ayce sushi and I typically feel less than enthused about them because the quality is more often than not subpar than just going to a regular sushi spot. This is the first one where I'm actually pretty impressed by the quality. Parking is easy, large lot out front. You have to add your name to the waiting list when you get here, we had to wait about 45 mins. There's an Asian supermarket across the way so we killed time just strolling through those aisles. You're texted when the table is ready. We ordered the $35 ayce menu each. Certain dishes you can only order once per person and others are unlimited. Typical rules apply, don't over-order bc you'll get charged if you don't finish the food and there's a 90 min time limit. We ordered a ton of different dishes and everything was really good! The cuts of fish were generous and everything tasted fresh. I particularly loved the carpaccios. The only downside is some of the cuts of fish were quite cold, I have sensitive teeth so some of my bites kinda hurt. You can also get half orders of the sushi rolls which is convenient if you want to try them without filling up too much. And they don't over-rice anything which is awesome. The service was great too and they're quick about bringing out your food, unlike many ayce spots that bring a bunch of dishes at the start but then slows it down later. I'd definitely come back! When coming in you stop at an iPad to put yourself on the waitlist. The quoted time was on point- but it makes sense since there is a 90 min time limit. One thing was made clear as we sat down, its a 90 min time limit BUT last call is at 60 minutes...that was truly a knock on a star. I disliked that very much because in reality its 60 minutes then. The ambiance is fairly upbeat with music and lights. But its not overly loud. We started off with the basics: Nigiri: The salmon didn't taste the freshest to me, however the salmon belly- absolutely top tier. Yellowtail was okay, better seared. Which I typically don't like seared fish, but the raw was just- off putting. Unagi was definitely the saving grace. It was perfectly melt in your mouth delish. In reality the only notable thing I loved was the skewers; specifically the pork belly. Absolutely perfect. The carpaccios were definitely better, but still not as good as I would expect. The non sushi options were perfect for my non fish eating husband, so he loved it. This place offers an interesting variety of sushi options. What stood out to us was the seared nigiri has was lightly kissed on the grill. The garlic ponzu sauce was our favorite to use overall. The rolls were all good and the Call 911 definitely had a kick. Service: 5/5 - super friendly and patient as we debated what rolls to order. I told them this was the best sushi in Las Vegas. The girl at the front desk said there would be a wait. I told her I was going to run to the bathroom. I'd visited and ate here many times. When I saw the dining room it was empty. Wait a minute - what was going on here? Was she trying to be elitist or did she just not like me specifically? Maybe she just didn't want to deal with people. Not everyone is good at their job. I came back and sat in the waiting area. The long haired front desk girl wandered off and chatted it up with the staff. I asked one of the staff members what her name was and he would not say. I'm guessing I'm not the first person that would have wanted to report her to the owners. I sat there long enough for her to prove her point in this weird power play. I decided to go. I don't think I'll be back. The wonderful thing about Las Vegas is that there is a sushi place on every corner. I'm actually a block away having some amazing sushi right now. It's sushi... It's sad. We went for lunch on a Monday and personally felt it was worth it to upgrade to the All Day menu for $34.95 because we wanted the items that were exclusive to the premium rate. No wait when we went in shortly after opening. The wait staff are friendly, checked on us often and ready to help. The fish are fresh. Most of the items were good and you can't go wrong if you order something you know you like (vs experimenting). I thought the rolls menu was overwhelmly big and there are negligible differences. In order not to waste food just be careful you know what you are ordering- Pacific saury was a full grilled fish and I was not prepared for that, it was a bit fishy. It was one of my least faves along with the seafood salad, stuffed mushrooms (it had cream cheese and slightly sweet) and bulgogi (lightly marinated)- these were not worth the stomach space. We have eaten here before I just wasn't doing yelp reviews at the time. And it is a little different from the last time we ate. We have a much smaller party this time but the service was still very quick. there are other workers around helping other tables in other sections. And they expedited our orders relatively fast considering we ordered a lot of nigiri. The nigiri has very little rice which is good because you don't get fool as fast. The miso soup had a lot of flavor without the salt that sometimes you get from other miso soup and even some store bought. the beef bulgogi was very tender and it had a real light seasoning that doesn't interfere with the natural flavor and texture of the beef. Gyoza was just the right amount of crispy for a gyoza that is fried all the way through. wasn't hard to bite at all. I didn't try The Shit because it is spicy but my wife and dad did not complain about it. The corn cheese here is a lot creamier than other places which i appreciated because it made it easy to eat. and it was warm without being too hot. the music did get loud during birthday celebrations. other then that the music was more modern and sometimes it is high bass music i imagine because it is the evening. If you are on Spring Mountain looking for a good sushi spot this is definitely a go to spot and i highly recommend it.
