    Seafood salad

Finally got to try this place and surprisingly was seated right away for 2 people at 6:45pm on a Saturday night. It was more than moderately busy, $35 a person for the full AYCE menu, but with how prompt and courteous the service was no matter how packed it got - very much worth it. Spacious inside so you don't feel super cramped and it's not too loud at all at least not when we went. Everything from the seaweed salad to seafood salad to screaming O salad was fresh. I'm a huge fan of cucumber rolls so the one with sashimi is a must try if you're looking for lighter options. Baked Lobster for a heavier option as it only comes with 4 pieces was also very good with a tiny kick of spicy crab. Their nigiri was excellent, just make sure to tell them to hold the wasabi off the salmon belly because I always forget and they added it on there but it's a tiny amount you can wipe off. Sarada Lobster nigiri was a niche and interesting item on their menu, also tasty. Overall I will be coming back for sure because I think this is my new favourite spot for sushi! We were in and out within an hour because of how good everything was and how full we got.

affogato - nice balance, love the frosted flakes

Overall 4.5 for entire experience. Food 4/5 - great selection - fast service - good quality fish, nigiri perfect amount of rice to have enough for every bite but not too much to get you full - rolls are good, welll balanced, a little too much sauce on some but still delicious! - wouldn't recommend the tacos, the salads, or the yubu, found these to be underwhelming and not worth the space for food Service 5/5 - fast, friendly, always checking up on you - fast cleaning and clearing of the table Atmosphere 4/5 - spacious, overall clean, can get crowded with the amount of people Definitely worth the price, would come back .

It's my second time back and honestly this is me, my boyfriends and best friends favorite AYCE sushi spot in Las Vegas! We love all the variety, the freshness, great quality fish/sushi, the service is so quick and efficient, workers are so kind and helpful with all their recommendations. It's hard to beat the $35.00/pp pricing!!! Definitely get all their premium items before ordering the rolls and other items. We love all the carpaccio/crudos. Plenty of parking in the plaza.

4.2.26 - my cousin and I decided to this place after the spot we were at didn't work out. It had good reviews and was pretty close by so we walked over. Didn't realize it was an AYCE spot til we got there but we were hungry and already there, so we tried it. If you know me, you'll know I'm not a huge fan of AYCE spots. It didn't take long to get seated. Place seemed a little busy. We chose the Lunch AYCE which is $26.95/person. Our server was cool and food came out quick. The menu is pretty big so there is a lot to look at and choose from. I actually didn't see some items that I would have ordered until I looked back at my photos. I was bummed that they ran out of uni. Thats one thing I always order at all sushi places. Everything else was just okay to me. Not the best I've had but also not the worst either. It's decent. It didn't seem like we ordered a whole lot AYCE, but it was enough for 2 people. There were a few extras of the same items ordered for the 2nd round (not pictured).

Worth every $! Some of the best AYCE sushi I've gone too. Super generous with the fresh fish and options. Very little rice and tons of options, you're sure to find something you like. Plus so many non-sushis things and desserts. Staffs were wonderful as well. Love how they celebrate your birthday with huge sparklers!

Fresh sushi and best AYCE deal I've found in Vegas I usually come here before it gets packed for an early dinner (around 5-6) and I come hungry. Huge variety and enough appetizer options for those who aren't sushi gurus. Service is prompt. I suggest ordering the salmon belly and yellow tail/salmon carpaccios. These items are one per AYCE customer and for good reason. They are the highest quality items on the menu. The super Alaska is also 10/10. Very chill, but it can get really loud during the weekend. I'm talking throwback club music during dinner. Overall never disappointed when I come to this location

ITs Sushi is one of the AYCE sushi spots in Las Vegas Chinatown. The service here is lightning fast--once you place your order, the food comes out almost immediately. We ordered amaebi and the shrimp heads were deep-fried and served right after we placed the order. Most of the food was pretty good, but unfortunately tonight's uni was not fresh. It tasted strange, and everyone at the table only had one piece and didn't touch the second. The restaurant doesn't seem Japanese-owned, and the décor feels more Korean-style. That's fine though--we mainly care about the food quality first. Overall, the experience was okay, but the uni was definitely disappointing.

I'm always on the hunt for good sushi places in Vegas and was happy to have discovered a new option with ITs Sushi. It's super close to my office, has great parking and was very clean inside. The waitress Brianna was awesome and answered all my questions and was very attentive throughout the meal. I went around lunchtime and when I first got there, it wasn't very busy but very quickly. It started to fill up and was very full by the time I left. I started the meal with the Cucumber Salad, which was nice and refreshing. For my main entrée I had a Rainbow roll and a Super Dragon roll. Both were well-made and tasted great. Their prices were reasonable and the size of the rolls were good. They also had a great AYCE menu, unfortunately, I'm never really good at taking advantage of those, but it's worth noting for those who may be able to eat enough to make it worth it. Happy to add this one to my list for when I'm back in Las Vegas in the future.

My bf loves ayce sushi and I typically feel less than enthused about them because the quality is more often than not subpar than just going to a regular sushi spot. This is the first one where I'm actually pretty impressed by the quality. Parking is easy, large lot out front. You have to add your name to the waiting list when you get here, we had to wait about 45 mins. There's an Asian supermarket across the way so we killed time just strolling through those aisles. You're texted when the table is ready. We ordered the $35 ayce menu each. Certain dishes you can only order once per person and others are unlimited. Typical rules apply, don't over-order bc you'll get charged if you don't finish the food and there's a 90 min time limit. We ordered a ton of different dishes and everything was really good! The cuts of fish were generous and everything tasted fresh. I particularly loved the carpaccios. The only downside is some of the cuts of fish were quite cold, I have sensitive teeth so some of my bites kinda hurt. You can also get half orders of the sushi rolls which is convenient if you want to try them without filling up too much. And they don't over-rice anything which is awesome. The service was great too and they're quick about bringing out your food, unlike many ayce spots that bring a bunch of dishes at the start but then slows it down later. I'd definitely come back! Reasonable prices, good quality fish, and good service. The perfect ayce sushi spot!

This place never disappoints. The best thing about this place is e is that they close late. Place is laid back, line was not do long and choices are varied . The only negative thing I can say about this place is that they ran out of some important stuff that I was looking forward to which was : Uni and oysters. The quality of the fish was 8/10. Service is 9/10 and place is 10/10. This is my GO TO when I don't know where to go. Definitely will come back again and again

Had such a great experience at Its Sushi! The food was amazing and everything tasted super fresh. Our server, Ana, was so sweet and attentive the entire time, she made the experience even better. Definitely coming back again!

Moderately busy for a tuesday at 5pm. The dark wood and brick walls and soothing music g8ve a calming atmosphere. All of the plates and bowls are the same white and gray charcoal to allow the fish to shine. We definely were served alot quicker than expected. Even the seared fish came out swiftly.

It wasn't terrible by any means, but nothing really stood out and there are definitely better places if you're specifically craving Japanese food. What really bothered me though was the pricing situation. We came during their lunch AYCE hours, but because there was a festival going on that weekend, they decided to charge full dinner price instead. So I am docking off another point for the owners being greedy. Service itself was okay, just not enough to justify the higher price they charged us.

You don't need to go to the Strip for Ari yeah!…read more Ari Sushi & Izakaya is a very well-Yelped restaurant in the southwest. I've particularly seen buddies post about it on Instagram a lot, and I finally made my way out there since I found that it aligned with my mom's food craving. I went for the Ari Ari Combo ($29.00). It started with a little bowl of balanced miso soup and a tiny side salad with fresh greens and a simple sesame dressing, and was followed by six thin but delicious sashimi slices and four basic but also solid-quality nigiri. I would be more than happy to come back try to more of their raw fish any time. If that doesn't sound like enough for lunch, I did share other food items. The Garlic Edamame ($7.00) felt a little less salted than I expected but was a good portion and had plenty of both a garlic sauce and crispy garlic slivers. I also helped out with a Bento with 3 items ($25.00): bulgogi, mixed tempura, and spicy tuna roll. The bulgogi was tender but not strongly marinated enough and the spicy tuna roll felt pretty standard, but I did really enjoy the shrimp tempura and the veggie tempura pieces which I tried. They were super hot and crispy while being cooked perfectly inside, and the sauce was perfect. The music was relaxing and not played at a very high volume. The restaurant is a little more dim than I'd like and could benefit from overhead narrow-angle lights, but maybe the food was just that good that the lighting wasn't so important. The server was happy to refill my complimentary water with lemon as often as needed, as well as to add more water to the Hot Green Tea ($4.00). I did try some of the tea, and it was potent and low in bitterness. I'm pleased to report that Ari Sushi really does offer delicious sushi, enough so that I'll probably have to make more trips from Henderson to try more of their menu. If you want high quality mid-price-range sushi that's not in an all you can eat format, this is a great place to look.

But if you're already there before 9:00p, you do not qualify for the happy hour. Perhaps the stupidest business model I've ever heard of. All it does is leave the people they got there before nine feeling angry. To add in insult to injury, when I asked about it, the hostess got pretty defensive. This tells me that I wasn't the first person to ask about it. In any case, we won't be going back, and unless you get on their mysterious waitlist for the happy hour, you're out of luck.

Tuesday dinner at 7:45pm for two booked online, about 1 week in advance. They text you to confirm the reservation and ask which omakase menu you'd like (7-course for $130 or 8-course for $185). Sitting at the sushi bar is definitely a great experience (vs a table). We arrived 30 minutes early, they were able to seat us 15 minutes later. The outside is very subtle, we almost missed it. It's in a plaza; the lot was full but there's plenty of turnover and we got a spot pretty easily nearby. Service was impeccable, prompt, professional friendly. The type of place where if you take a few minutes to go to the bathroom, no fewer than 3 people come by to push the chair in, fold the napkin, arrange your spot so it looks just right. Based on past experience doing omakase, my partner was expecting to need to go out and get a burger afterwards just to feel full. Not in this case - we definitely got plenty of food with the $130 menu! The Sakari Yuzu (in the Unique Sake section) was recommended when I asked for something light and refreshing. Both me and my partner really loved this, and we usually like totally different types of drinks. I liked it so much I'm looking up where I can buy bottles myself! It was just lightly sweet, citrusy, super tasty and refreshing. What can I say about the omakase... everything was incredible. The fish was insanely fresh (we were wondering how they get everything to Vegas so fresh). There were also warm starters and things like miso soup; such good flavor. The matcha tea they give you at the end tastes so good, I never thought I would enjoy matcha so much, and it was paired with dessert and worked surprisingly well (not too bitter). I'm usually not very impressed with tuna, yet the toro was so tasty. I've never had uni so deliciously sweet. Pricey at $337 total for two people, but honestly for how pricey Vegas is, we've had plenty of meals costing this much that weren't nearly as good. Totally worth it IMO!

Not all of them landed for me, like the sea bream which felt a bit confusing with salt, citrus, and wasabi all at once. Also wasn't the biggest fan of the strong ginger on the mackerel, and the ikura was salty however the fish quality was excellent. the white fish were some of the best I've had, the akami was super clean and flavorful, and the hokkaido uni was incredibly sweet. They had a really unique a la carte menu too! I tried the kamashita (tuna collar) for the first time. It's even fattier than o-toro, and just melted like cotton candy in my mouth. roll - negi toro roll soup - mushroom miso soup dessert - matcha ice cream, red bean, fruits overall, I do think it lacked a few "wow" moments. I was really impressed by the opening appetizer and some standout fish, but everything else was just pretty good.
