Quality ayce sushi!! Their fish were so fresh and delicious! I loved how they had so many options including bluefin tuna and truffle items. They even had steak! This spot is very popular so go on an off time to not wait too long. I waited for around 20 minutes when I went at 3:30 pm. I'll be back!

I wanted to like this place having been at Neko Supremo right next door. My sweetheart and I headed in on a Sunday night at 6pm for a bite. We waited about 35 minutes. Having access to the waitlist on my phone was cool. We were seated at a table in the corner. They kept us waiting a bit between plates probably because our server was busier with bigger tables. The salmon was really good. The yellowtail.. was odd. Each peice tasted different like it was changing flavors on me. Overall the sushi here is over sauced, like they're hiding the taste of their fish. It's quite an imbalance. The rolls appeared thin and tiny. For example, the albacore made my mouth burn because of how heavy handed they were with the preparation. I assume this is so because they just want to focus on speed. It was evident in their presentation. The service was disappointing above all.. Random servers just dropping things off at the table and mumbling under their breath and not placing them before you. I was handed my food because they couldn't fit between the wall and the table next to me. They also kept giving us food that we didn't order too. They attempted to drop off the same seared bluefin plate to my table 4 different times by four different people. We politely refused it each time. Just a very odd dining experience. Overall this place felt like a sushi factory. Filled with college types and screaming babies. The service felt odd for a sushi restaurant. It seemed strange to drop off the first rolls we ordered at the edge of the table and not ask my date which one was hers. We left unfulfilled with our tiny ice creams and sat on the bench outside. Took my lady upstairs for some Kareoke to cheer her up.

This place is so good! The service was fast and friendly. Most of their food was yummy and the price was right! The fried food were good starters but the sushi and nigiri are stand outs. The nigiri came out with what I had in sushi restaurants as "half rice". That's their normal portion. I feel like it lets you taste the fish more and has you feeling like you got your monies worth. Less filler! The dishes you can only order one of, you should try. Prime steak, yuzu salmon, and the yummy prawn shrimp were really good. Don't let them catch you on your birthday! The singing is so fun!

Omg! I loved this place! It has totally ruined me for ayce anywhere else. The price, the rice to sashimi ratio was amazing. Loved the different choices they had and the staff was great about checking in with us and getting us more food quickly. The place is not huge but luckily we came during a lull so we were seated right away and there was no line. Love the music and the vibe there. I wanna come back to Vegas just to eat here!

I loved: Eel Pork Belly Galbi I really liked: Salmon Sushi Hulk Burrito Quail Egg Salmon Kama Seared Salmon Ube Ice Cream Matcha Tea Ice Cream I liked: Seared White Tuna Something Wong Garlic Salmon This was ok: Oysters The eel is straight up dangerous. I ate three plates of this alone. Great flavor, super satisfying, easily one of the best things on the menu. Galbi is cooked beautifully. Tender, easy to eat, packed with flavor. Same goes for the pork belly. Very soft, rich, and not overly heavy. The steak is also surprisingly solid. Salmon sushi and seared salmon are clean and flavorful. Nothing overcomplicated, just good quality bites done right. Salmon kama is another sleeper hit. Juicy and worth ordering. Garlic salmon and seared white tuna are both dependable picks. The Hulk Burrito is clean eats. Shrimp tempura, avocado, salmon. That combo just works. Something Wong is decent sushi. Not super special, but clean and enjoyable. Quail egg has a higher rice ratio than expected, but still tasty. Oysters lean a little too hard on the condiments. It kind of disguises the oyster flavor instead of letting it shine. Dessert holds its own. Ube and matcha tea ice cream are both solid finishes. Interior is tight and not the most spacious, but we make it work because the quality and AYCE price are hard to beat. Service is quick and helpful. Staff are friendly and plates come out at a steady pace. For AYCE sushi in Vegas, this spot really delivers. #goodeats

While visiting Las Vegas, we decided to try this AYCE after Ash Wednesday Mass. $26.99 for Lunch. $34.95 All Day AYCE. Kids under 3yrs free. 4-7yrs $16.95. 8 yrs + Full Price. They accommodated our party of 12 in a long table. We were able to order right away, and the food came out so quickly. If you want to try more rolls, I recommend requesting for half rolls so you won't get full too quickly. The signature rolls and baked rolls were the best. Our son's favorite was Jackpot Roll. Hubby's fave was Dancing Eel Roll. I enjoyed the Baked Scallop Roll. Dessert is included. The kids enjoyed the flavored ice cream. Our son's fave is the Ube ice cream. He loved it so much, I ordered one for myself and he took it to go. FYI there is another restaurant in the same plaza called Neko Supreme. They are both under the same owners and the prices and food selection is the same.

Holy smokes! The food was so good, especially the seared salmon and whatever sauce they add on top along with the microgreens. I was visiting Vegas and went here twice during my stay. It was that good. There's something for everyone and the food came out at a good pace so that you won't get full too quickly. The only thing I got that I didn't like was the galbi which is fine since they specialize in the sushi anyway! The service was average considering how busy they were and restaurant's ambiance was really nice.

I thought this was a great deal for AYCE sushi. Even if you don't eat sushi there are plenty of non sushi items that make this worth the price. I really like that they offered half rolls. This gives you the ability to try different sushi rolls without getting full too quick. I had a sun of a beach, the monster & lisa lisa, jackpot along with different sashimi dishes. I enjoyed everyone, but my favorites were the monster and the sun of a beach. I'll definitely be back and we'll be bringing more friends and family.

An old standby for all you can eat sushi! This place does not disappoint! So much sushi to rice ratio and so many choices. The staff is fast with orders and delivery of said orders. Usually a line with no yelp waitlist or any waitlist. We waited about 45 mins right at 6:30, so not too bad. You do have 90 mins to eat and will be asked to finish up as there are guests waiting for your table. Everything is fresh and delish! Standout for us was the halibut collar, oysters (fresh and fried) clam and eel.

    Katelyn K.

Walk-ins only, no reservation. We have a group of 8 and got the table after waiting for 10 mins. For all you can eat sushi $35/person, the flavor and quality match that. There's a couple of things we ordered but they never came. Busy restaurant with casual vibes. Friendly staffs.

S E R V I C E: A little hard to miss, but this restaurant is right next to a parking garage and Sushi Neko Supreme. They only welcome walk-in's at this location, and we got seated pretty quickly. It looked busy, but not too crowded and there were waiters everywhere making sure everyone was taken cared of. It was pretty spacious inside, but seats were pretty close to each other. We opted for the Lunch AYCE which was $26.95 per person, and you can order anything you want on the menu except for the items that have red A next to them! What a great deal! F O O D: I ordered their Lisa Lisa Roll, 49ers roll, two orders of tuna nigiri, and three orders of garlic tuna nigiri. Everything tasted delicious and I knew I got my money's worth just by ordering the rolls! I also had miso soup, and it was okay. O V E R A L L: I would love to come back - you can't beat the price and it's close to the strip!

    Connie T.

It's been a while since I've done AYCE sushi, and this spot reminded me why it's worth it--when done right. Huge thanks to our friend for the recommendation. The nigiri rice portions were excellent: balanced, properly seasoned, and not overly packed (which matters more than people think). We made it a point to order every one-time special, and those were easily the highlights--definitely don't skip them. Fish quality was solid across the board. Ambiance was nice, but the lighting could use some serious improvement--it was a bit too dim in a way that didn't feel intentional. Service was good and consistent, though not overly attentive. Overall, a strong AYCE option that stands out for quality control, even if the atmosphere could use a small upgrade.

I first went here one year ago with a group of girl friends. That's when I took the pics on this review, but I just recently went back and remembered why I love this place. Parking can be tough depending on when you go, but when you get inside, it's like you're in a whole other city. Love the decor! Some of the tables are a bit too close together, but it kinda makes for a cozy feel. I recently did the AYCE which is $34.95 for lunch on the weekend. I wanted to eat relatively healthy so I ordered plain edamame, cucumber salad, yuzu yellowtail, garlic salmon, salmon carpaccio, a half lemon salmon roll, and the Lisa Lisa Roll. For dessert, I ordered the affogato. Perfectly cute and small portion. The sushi was fresh, and I appreciate that you can order half rolls. Also, the sushi pieces are bite sized which makes them much easier to eat. I also got to experience someone's birthday fanfare. This is one of the best sushi spots in town IMO!

Ask the Community - Sushi Neko

Do I have to make a reservation?

I don't believe they take reservations. You have to get there and put your name down if there is a wait. (I'd call and verify because they might have changed this policy since)

I have a picky teen in my party that doesn't eat seafood or veggies. Does the whole party have to do AYCE or can 1 person pay ala carte?

One person can absolutely do a la carte! My husband did the same because he wasn't as hungry as the rest of our party! A la carte will probably be a bit spendy, so try happy hour.

    Do they have happy hour?

Not sure.....just give them a call for your answer.

What's the difference between Sushi Neko and Neko Supremo? Why are they the same location, but different names?

The two are located right beside each other but are two completely different restaurants. Sushi Neko is tucked inside the corner of the food area but the Neko Supremo is larger that is easier to spot on the side.

Do they charge per drink or are refills included in AYCE?

Iced tea, lemonade and sodas are refilled free. Sometimes they have a Thai Tea special.

Is the All Day AYCE available on weekdays or only on Weekends?

    It is available every day.

Is this associated with Umami Sushi in Centennial?

Yes its a sister location, Neko 1/ original , neko 2 , Sakana & umami. Its a few other ramen spots as well 2 i believe. But to answer the question yes same owner from what the staff has told me and im a regular.

    Is there happy hour?

Yes there was but it was after like 11pm at night.

How much is the lunch AYCE now?

$25.95 for lunch and $29.95 for dinner AYCE, I just went like 2 weeks ago.

Do they split the bill amongst a group?

We had a group of 3, and they did.

What is that green and red sprinkle seasoning the restaurant puts on the sushi? it's not togarashi singe it doesn't taste spicy in any way (thanks for the help though) but it was more sour i guess maybe a bit like msg?

Some green and red "powder" that is used on maki sushi is ground up shrimp flakes with coloring added. If it tasted spicy, it's probably Japanese pepper (togarashi)

How much price dinner for person?

    $29

Do they have sports game on tv?

    There is no TV

There phone number isn't working, do they have an alternative like an email?

As busy as they are, they don't have time to answer phones! Good food, nasty, bathrooms, and floors!

Is it ok for one person to dine in on weekday?

One person can dine alone anytime of the week.

How many time can you order the sashimi platter?

    Do they have reservation?

They do not take reservations. Walk in only. We went at 5pm & did not have to wait but when we left it was packed.

    Do they have half rolls?

    Yes:)

I hear the AC is out. Is it comfortable seating in the restaurant in this heat?

It was not so comfortable. I would only go there during the winter time.

    Do they accept Apple Pay?

No Apple Pay but yes card tap

Chef Shuji runs the restaurant with his wife next to him in the kitchen. The fish here is flown in from Japan and of the highest quality as you can see from the sheen and fat marbling. This is also the first sushi restaurant I have ever been to that automatically brings out fresh Wasabi without having to ask. The portions are generous and we left feeling very satisfied. Even though we were very full, we took a look at the dessert menu. Not pictured here is a sweet potato with ice cream and brown sugar glaze. This dish on the menu was unassuming but the taste was so decadent. Quite possibly the best and sweetest sweet potato I have ever tasted. The chef slowly roasts them over a 2 hour period, rotating the potatoes every so slightly every 15 minutes. The sweet potato could be a dessert by itself, it was that good! Chef Shuji is a charming and funny host. He regularly comes out to greet his customers and makes sure they are enjoying their meal, very high-touch. You don't need to go to the Strip for Ari yeah!…read more Ari Sushi & Izakaya is a very well-Yelped restaurant in the southwest. I've particularly seen buddies post about it on Instagram a lot, and I finally made my way out there since I found that it aligned with my mom's food craving. I went for the Ari Ari Combo ($29.00). It started with a little bowl of balanced miso soup and a tiny side salad with fresh greens and a simple sesame dressing, and was followed by six thin but delicious sashimi slices and four basic but also solid-quality nigiri. I would be more than happy to come back try to more of their raw fish any time. If that doesn't sound like enough for lunch, I did share other food items. The Garlic Edamame ($7.00) felt a little less salted than I expected but was a good portion and had plenty of both a garlic sauce and crispy garlic slivers. I also helped out with a Bento with 3 items ($25.00): bulgogi, mixed tempura, and spicy tuna roll. The bulgogi was tender but not strongly marinated enough and the spicy tuna roll felt pretty standard, but I did really enjoy the shrimp tempura and the veggie tempura pieces which I tried. They were super hot and crispy while being cooked perfectly inside, and the sauce was perfect. The music was relaxing and not played at a very high volume. The restaurant is a little more dim than I'd like and could benefit from overhead narrow-angle lights, but maybe the food was just that good that the lighting wasn't so important. The server was happy to refill my complimentary water with lemon as often as needed, as well as to add more water to the Hot Green Tea ($4.00). I did try some of the tea, and it was potent and low in bitterness. I'm pleased to report that Ari Sushi really does offer delicious sushi, enough so that I'll probably have to make more trips from Henderson to try more of their menu. If you want high quality mid-price-range sushi that's not in an all you can eat format, this is a great place to look.

Tuesday dinner at 7:45pm for two booked online, about 1 week in advance. They text you to confirm the reservation and ask which omakase menu you'd like (7-course for $130 or 8-course for $185). Sitting at the sushi bar is definitely a great experience (vs a table). We arrived 30 minutes early, they were able to seat us 15 minutes later. The outside is very subtle, we almost missed it. It's in a plaza; the lot was full but there's plenty of turnover and we got a spot pretty easily nearby. Service was impeccable, prompt, professional friendly. The type of place where if you take a few minutes to go to the bathroom, no fewer than 3 people come by to push the chair in, fold the napkin, arrange your spot so it looks just right. Based on past experience doing omakase, my partner was expecting to need to go out and get a burger afterwards just to feel full. Not in this case - we definitely got plenty of food with the $130 menu! The Sakari Yuzu (in the Unique Sake section) was recommended when I asked for something light and refreshing. Both me and my partner really loved this, and we usually like totally different types of drinks. I liked it so much I'm looking up where I can buy bottles myself! It was just lightly sweet, citrusy, super tasty and refreshing. What can I say about the omakase... everything was incredible. The fish was insanely fresh (we were wondering how they get everything to Vegas so fresh). There were also warm starters and things like miso soup; such good flavor. The matcha tea they give you at the end tastes so good, I never thought I would enjoy matcha so much, and it was paired with dessert and worked surprisingly well (not too bitter). I'm usually not very impressed with tuna, yet the toro was so tasty. I've never had uni so deliciously sweet. Pricey at $337 total for two people, but honestly for how pricey Vegas is, we've had plenty of meals costing this much that weren't nearly as good. Totally worth it IMO!

overall, one of the better omakases I've had! $130 for 7 courses, with a nigiri course of 10…read morepieces. well-paced, filling without being overwhelming, and everything was delicious Appetizer - tofu, eel, caviars - jelly fish, pickled seaweed warm dish - black cod, mistake mushroom gravy, herbs, rice crackers sashimi - 2 pieces of madai - 2 pieces of young yellowtail (my first time trying this! firmer and less fatty than hamachi) nigiri - jack mackerel w/ chives and ginger - jumbo sweet shrimp - akami - sea bream w/ sea salt and lemon - chutoro - shima aji - fluke - hokkaido uni - soy marinated ikura - tamago most pieces were classic soy sauce + wasabi pairings, but there were a few more experimental combinations too. Not all of them landed for me, like the sea bream which felt a bit confusing with salt, citrus, and wasabi all at once. Also wasn't the biggest fan of the strong ginger on the mackerel, and the ikura was salty however the fish quality was excellent. the white fish were some of the best I've had, the akami was super clean and flavorful, and the hokkaido uni was incredibly sweet. They had a really unique a la carte menu too! I tried the kamashita (tuna collar) for the first time. It's even fattier than o-toro, and just melted like cotton candy in my mouth. roll - negi toro roll soup - mushroom miso soup dessert - matcha ice cream, red bean, fruits overall, I do think it lacked a few "wow" moments. I was really impressed by the opening appetizer and some standout fish, but everything else was just pretty good.
