This is one of the most efficient Sushi places I have ever been at!!! Servers with tablets make sure orders go in instantly while the cheery Chef's in baseball caps work away with absolute speed. Every item was ultra-fresh. Hot when hot and cold when cold. I would order something and just a minute or two it would come out. This was even with an 80% full restaurant. Even more impressive was that hot items came out very, very quickly. Matthew, my server was a cool laid-back guy who was super attentive. Everything he recommended was great! And he checked on almost everything I ordered! Something else impressive was how quickly they clean cleared and reset the tables. It was a team effort. Everyone who was in the restaurant serving or busing helped replace the items on the table. It was very cool to see. I have to mention Cassie, the first and last person I talked to. She greeted me at the door with a happy smile, asked if this was my first time and kindly recommended a lot of wonderful items when explaining the menu. On the way out she thanked me for coming. Unfortunately, they no longer offer a military discount. Our waiter told us the discount was recently discontinued, even though I received the military discount when I dined here just last month. Also, during our meal, a woman had to be carried out by paramedics, which was quite unsettling. Next time, we'll probably choose another AYCE sushi restaurant that still offers a military discount. We've come here a good amount of times and the food is pretty solid. Good nigiri and they get the food out pretty quickly. The tables are very tight together though so you're basically sitting side by side strangers. The people next to us had to push the table out to leave which should say something about how close they are. The servers though are terrible. We placed one order and waited about half an hour until they came back. I think our server went on a break after taking our order but no one else checked on us until we flagged someone down which shouldn't happen if you're doing Ayce. The restaurant wasn't even busy and there was no wait at all and so many empty tables. We even had to leave cash after placing a second order because no one came by after we finished to run our card. Good AYCE sushi spot. I've been here a few times, and their portions used to be bigger for their nigiris. The fish to rice ratio was fantastic, but it appears that they just make it in a smaller scale now. The host will tell you the wait time is between 35-40mins, but it was about an hour. There are no benches in the front available for waiting. The front is a bit small for waiting patrons to congregate. Too bad there's no way to make reservations. You can only add yourself on the list. They do not like to crank up the A/C here. In fact, there's a big fan next to the bar that was moving. There's plenty of seating for a small space. They definitely figured out how to maximize the small space with plenty of seating, though the wait times are still a lot. I would've recommend this place for a large group. Price was reasonable for a good AYCE menu. We ordered pork belly, and that came with two hefty pieces with good sauce. I like how you have the option to order half rolls so you can try a variety of them. The uni tasted fresh for an AYCE spot. Actually, the uni was pretty good in general. Like most AYCE places, you can only order 1 of these per person. All the apps and nigiris tasted great. Foodwise, this place has a good AYCE menu. There is nothing extraordinary on the menu. Came here for the first time instead of going to my usual spots. Glad a found it. Nice salmon nigiri varieties. May favorite was the smoked paprika salmon. The different skewers were also really good but you were limited to just one. That was kind of a downer. But they were definitely really good. The hype is real. This really is a great AYCE Sushi spot. Will be coming back for sure. It's a real good deal especially if you come for lunch on weekdays. Service was excellent. We ordered and our food came out pretty quickly. Was able to get about 4 or 5 rounds of sushi in. I would say the nigiri is the best way to get your moneys worth. The fish to rice ratio is perfect. Only issue with the nigiri is that unless you get plain salmon, tuna, etc. the sauce they put on is mainly ponzu. The ponzu sauce they have is great but after a while I need something new. The couple rolls I got were good. I really liked the spider roll and salmon skin roll. The lemon salmon was also great. The salmon carpaccio was a little too sweet for my liking. The restaurant is a decent size. I did notice that the trees inside were collecting a lot of dust especially on the back wall. Assuming you coordinate your order(s) with your table and don't order rolls with a lot of rice, it's totally doable to get a great bang for your buck here! We ordered an array of items such as the nigiri, baked green mussels, oysters, edamame, mini udon, baked scallop roll, yakitori skewers, The Shit, Umami Special, and plenty more! Drink wise: 10/10 would recommend the Strawberry Lychee Soju cocktail Nicole's customer service was on point during my family's most recent visit. Everything we ordered came out at a reasonable time and our water jug was proactively refilled without us having to flag her down. She even greeted my dad for Father's Day! That was a lovely touch, seeing as we came in right before the dinner rush. Coming from a brief food service background myself and in the interest of mindfulness, I try to make ordering a lot of items as easy as possible. If you visit during weekends, expect at least an hour wait during peak hours. My personal favorites are the Lisa Lisa, Sexy Girl and garlic tuna nigiri. For appetizers I order the spicy garlic edamame and veggie tempura. The staff is extremely friendly, and the service is quick! He gave it a 8 out of 10 compared to all other sushi places he has been to and he's truly is a sushi lover however it was an hour and 30 minute wait it was very crowded very loud but I have one question the last time I came I asked for hot water with lemon mine! That's what I drink and it wasn't a problem.. I don't drink cold water. I drink, hot water and lemon the waiter told me she could not serve me hot water and lemon this visited and couldn't even give me an explanation. We arrived early, found relatively close parking in the shared lot, and got our name on the list. We had about 45 minutes to shop around in that waiting time. Last week I was craving sushi so I went with my mom for lunch. We haven't been there in years (since my last review of the place). We arrived about 15 minutes after they opened and I was shocked that the restaurant was packed, last time we were there it was almost empty. We got the all day AYCE so my mom could have her uni. We also ordered the sweet shrimp, hamachi kama, salmon belly... amongst other things. Everything was fresh and tasty. The stand outs were the calamari skewer, the seaweed salad was good, seafood salad, salmon belly oh and the coconut shrimp was tasty. It was so good that my mom and I went back for lunch this week... this just might become our weekly lunch date place. The pricing is very fair and it's not super far from our place. It was about 80 mins wait for a party of 7 on a Sunday evening at 7pm. For AYCE, I like how they don't limit how many dishes you can order per order. Boy we were starving. Everything tasted fresh and good. Food came out extremely fast. And didn't even have time to take photos. They don't want you to waste rice but at the same time they don't really have that many options without rice. It would have been nice if you can just order sashimi. They can limit to how many orders per person like they did for other items like raw oyster and nigiri. For dessert, it was one mochi ice cream per person. I love this sushi spot! I would say one of the best spot I have taste in Vegas. The place was poppin when my siblings and I walked in the door. Everybody seems to be happy and respectful in here. Our server greeted us with a warm welcome and was really polite. The ambiance is super clean and vibrant.. a lot of positive energy eating in place. Its a random pick from my sister, but she nailed it this time. I ordered plenty of food until I get pregnant from sushi haha. I would say the sushi that stands out to me is the White Salmon (fatty and creamy), wow that was unique and flavorful. One of the best cut of fish I have tasted. Another one is their yuzu albacore, that sauce is just perfectly blended with the fresh fish. Its amazing in my mouth. Obviously, I devoured a lot in their menu, but I will keep it sweet and short! Still one of the best AYCE sushi spots in Vegas. We come here for birthday dinners or when company is in town and we're never let down. Stopped in on a Mon around 12:30 for our daughter's bday. There was a 15 min wait but it was less than that. We were seated in a booth that was already set up with an ice water carafe, napkins, chop sticks, soy sauce & the usual ginger & wasabi dishes. Our server, like the other servers, was very busy but also very polite and greeted us with a smile when she came to take our order. She knew the drill. There would be a few rounds and was ready with her Ipad to take on all of our orders. We are some AYCE champs in our family! I go for the All Day option bc I like the No Rice options. You can only order one per person but that's standard. My husband & daughter got the lunch AYCE. My favorite items are the Seafood Salad, Salmon Kama, & baked muscles. I appreciate that I had a lot of options without rice. I don't fool myself into thinking skipping the rice makes my epic take down of a meal guilt free. However I feel less bloated and weighed down. I also order everything with no sauce or sauce on the side. Including the baked muscles and they are all still delicious bc Umami uses fresh seafood and the chefs prepare everything perfectly! My husband loves the bulgogi fries, Chicken Katsu, Lisa Lisa & Rainbow Rolls. Our daughter enjoys simple Nigiri which is exceptionally fresh tasting and buttery in texture. My only complaints, & they're minor but I noticed a slight decline in the cleanliness overall. There was a long hair on our table when we were seated, the hallway leading to the bathrooms was cluttered with what looked like storage along the wall leading from the kitchen and the bathroom itself was pretty disheveled and dark. It wasn't trucking stop bad, but I don't recall this being an issue in our past visits. A little attention to cleaning up the clutter and a bathroom sprucing would go a long. Food: Pork Skewer Crispy Rice with Spicy Tuna Agedashi Tofu Spicy Tuna Roll Idk the name of the last roll but it had Shrimp Tempura and Spicy Ahi with some kind of sauce. It was so good. The pork belly was seasoned well. I wish it had more fat though like pork cheek/jowl texture. All the sushi was delicious but my least favorite was the crispy rice. It lacked Tuna on top. This was my first time actually taking advantage of All You Can Eat sushi and it was sooo worth it. What you can get for the money is a pretty good deal. I didnt enjoy my baked rolls but thats on me for trying two that were a bit too unusual. I wish there were a few more drink options. I also would love if they took reservations but I understand why they dont. Its tight/small inside and tables are close together. Theres not much room to wait for a table by the hostess area either. We just waited in the parking lot in our car. My shrimp sushi roll was my favorite thing I tried. Also the fried rice was very tasty just wish we could order it without the veggies. Review #25 for 2025 Went here with my group after a long road trip. We saved our appetite to eat here so we arrived staving and it was totally worth it!! We did have to wait a bit as it was quite busy. This place is located in a nice outdoor shopping center with lots of stores. Parking can be a bit of a challenge on a busy day as there are also lots of stores nearby. Once seated, the were expecting to have a wait on the food. However, the food can out amazingly fast!! Like lightening fast!! As soon as we ordered it fast!! I'm not sure if it's still as fast right now. Our server took our orders on an iPad and before she even left our table, items were already coming out!!! The food came out faster than we could eat. But the food was also delicious!!! Everything we ordered was soooo good! Service was also excellent! We've been wanting to go back to this sushi place since we tried it. We keep getting distracted and wanting to try more places, however, I think we will make it a point to eat here on our next Vegas trip! read more

Definitely worth it!!! Fish is pretty fresh but the price is on point. Not the highest quality, but not the worst. Service is usually pretty good for how busy it is. The server always checks up on you and makes sure you're good. Only downside is you can't wait list online or on yelp. You have to go in person. But overall, definitely worth it. Been here many times before. Wish they had a sushi bar but they don't so sometimes you have to wait a long time even if you're just one person. Tonight I was hoping for a late dinner and their website says they are open until midnight with last call at 11:30 p.m. 7 days a week. I arrived at the restaurant before 11:00 p.m. and was told they normally do last call at 11:15 but they already had it and that they were closed. Fine, I walked over to Buffalo Wild Wings and found out they were also closed. On the way back to my car I see three young men walk up to the restaurant go inside and get handed menus and a table. I walk back in the restaurant and the person tells me that they're still open. At this point I'm pretty frustrated and not wanting to get these people my business anymore.
