Our server was warm, welcoming and delightful. Made us feel welcome from the start. A large variety of rolls, but we opted for ones that we already knew and they were delicious. We got the Dragon and Lasagna roll. I love salmon and got the classic salmon roll. It was a bit lack luster. Next time I'll opt for the sashimi. I prefer made to order sushi over AYCe and this didn't disappoint. Portions and pricing were fair.

Wow. Just returned from Japan and was craving some food and this place is legit. The service is very good and the ambiance feels like I am back in Japan. The food was very good. Get the beef hot pot and the honey toast so good!

Great service, good atmosphere and good food. The menu was really big and there's a lot of things I'd like to try later on that are their specials. I think the highlights tonight was the takoyaki and believe it or not the garlic edamame. Everything was good though.

I have been waiting a long time to check this place out. I must say Service was OUTSTANDING! From the moment we walked in to the time we left, service was on point! The ambiance was great since they placed us in the party room (we had a party of 6 with 2 babies) however if we were to be seated in the normal seating area, we probably would have been squished. The food was good, I want to go back though because I think I probably chose the wrong item. I should have gone with something that I am normally used to eating to get a standard rating. Everyone else in my party enjoyed their food. I feel like I need to go back again when I can focus on tasting the flavors. I also would like to try the sushi. This would be a must try at least once.

We visited on Saturday night, for dinner, with a party of four and it was a very good experience. We were seated right away in a spacious booth and the waiter stopped by and took orders. Their margaritas are tasty and tall. Two of us ordered the Omakaze, it was outstanding and almost too much food. The highlights were the sashimi/such platter and the Wagyu sukiyaki, We also ordered varied apps and entrees, the Lobster was also excellent. The service was very good. The waiter was friendly, prompt and professional. He kept up with drink refills and cleared empty dishes expeditiously. Overall, an excellent place for Japanese fare.

I came form NY and my friends introduced me this place is very nice place and our bartender Lynette is amazing. was packed when we went. Amazing food, super yummy and decently affordable compared to other places.thk RJ

We came in on a Wednesday around 4pm for a date night and were immediately greeted and seated, which made a great first impression, especially since it was our first time visiting. Our waiter was very attentive throughout the entire experience, and the ambiance was really enjoyable. I personally loved the music--it was at the perfect volume where you could enjoy it while still having a conversation. And the sushi? Absolutely amazing SO good! We will definitely be coming back again.

A great new place in the Centennial area! I have visited twice and both times the service and food was awesome. The decor is really nice and has a great vibe. I love the bar area - big TV, plenty of seats and nice music jamming in the background. The servers, bartenders and staff - all amazing! Shoutout to Naomi, RJ, and Kim behind the bar! The food has great flavors and the menu is full of options from sushi to classic Japanese apps and dishes. To start, the garlic edamame was delicious. It came out nice and hot and the sauce was soooo good. They sauté the edamame in the sauce so it really absorbed the flavors. The Gyoza is really good. It's made Japanese style and was accompanied by a delicious sauce. They come out temperature hot - so good. The Beef Hot Pie is like comfort food. A rich flavorful gravy with pieces of tender beef. We got a side of white rice so we could put gravy on it. It has a pastry top that's baked on it. The gravy is thick so it's a shareable especially if you have apps. On a second visit we had the Braised Eggplant which has a sweet sauce with pork in it. I thought it was delicious! It doesn't come with rice so you can get a side of it. The other item not pictured is the garlic butter steak which was cooked perfectly medium. It is tender and has a great grill flavor. Lastly, the Strawberry Crepe dessert is delightful. It has several layers of crepe with strawberry cream in between. It's not too sweet which works great for me! All in all - Ginza is awesome!

We drove out to try this new Izakaya restaurant and were happy we went! Our server was very friendly, funny and sweet and our food was so oishii! Plus everything came out super fast so that was a huge plus. We had the truffle fries, fried calamari, hamachi kama, otoro & hamachi sashimi, tamago, oyako don, crispy salmon sushi & honey toast. Omg. Sooooo good I promise. Everything tasted great. We left with some extra sushi for our kids & their friends because we wanted to bring their excellence home to share. This place is pretty new so everything is super clean and pretty. It has a nice vibe, comfortable and peaceful-- even with all the conversations going on around the room. We will definitely be back!

Do you have private group dining for like 15-20? For bday celebration? If yes, can u ask for more Info ty

Yes. Please call store after 4pm for more information on private dining. Private room is a standard 14 seat set up. More chair is available upon request. Thank you.

Do they have a happy hour or lunch specials?

They only open at 4, so not open for lunch unfortunately. As to a Happy hour....I don't remember seeing a menu for that, just a special Omakase menu and will be open for Father's Day only at 12. Hope that helps.

Somehow we stumbled into Izakaya Go, and let me tell you... this place is legit. First off, they have happy hour after 10 PM, which already makes it a win for late-night Vegas wanderers like us. Everything we ordered hit the spot. The tonkotsu ramen was comforting, rich, and flavorful. Exactly what you want after a long night out. The deep-fried shrimp and tuna were fried perfectly with a nice crisp texture. If it wasn't so late, I probably would've kept ordering more. But the real star? The Otoro (bluefin tuna belly) sashimi. Absolute must order. It literally melts in your mouth and had zero fishy smell, just pure buttery goodness. My wife isn't usually a sushi person, but she ended up loving it and ate way more than I expected. That alone should tell you something. If you're in Vegas and looking for a late-night Japanese spot that actually delivers, put Izakaya Go in your Yelp bookmarks. Your future late-night self will thank you.

Customer service was on point from start to finish, and every dish came out fresh and hot. We ordered a variety of items off the menu and were honestly impressed across the board. The gyoza ($6) was perfectly pan-fried with a great crispy bottom, and the filling was packed with flavor. The dipping sauce had just the right hint of spice to bring it all together. The takoyaki ($6) were hands down some of the best we've had at any restaurant. Super crispy on the outside, and when you bite in, the inside just melts and oozes out, so good and full of flavor. The squid leg karaage ($10) was a great starter. Squeezing fresh lemon over it and dipping it in the mayo and spicy sauce combo made it even better. Definitely recommend this one. We were especially excited about the soft shell crab ($9) since it's hard to find it served on its own. It did not disappoint... perfect crunch, great flavor, and the dipping sauce really elevated it. The tonkatsu curry ($13) was a standout. The jasmine rice was cooked perfectly, the curry had rich flavor with tender carrots throughout, and the katsu was fried to perfection... crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. Easily a 10/10 dish. The curry udon ($9) is perfect if you're craving something comforting...just curry and noodles done right. The udon ($8) had a flavorful broth and perfectly cooked noodles, simple but executed really well. The crazy dragon roll ($13) was definitely a highlight. The amount of eel on top was impressive, and the roll itself was a great size. Everything from the rice to the flavor balance was spot on. Every dish that came out had us smiling, we genuinely enjoyed everything we tried. Highly recommend this spot, and we'll definitely be back again soon!

On the particular evening that we went, either they were extra busy and had too much customers from CES... but they ran out of sushi rice and did not have any hand rolls....How does a Japanese restaurant run out of rice??? We were super disappointed and ended up just getting skewers. Itzakaya Tora, you definitely need to step up your game and have better management in the future for these big events. I don't think they are that new of a restaurant, but they definitely let me down. Chicken and pork skewers ($2 per skewer, 7/10) - super juicy! You can definitely taste the charcoal and barbecue flavor. They do a great job of keeping each skewer, moist and juicy, that I didn't feel like I was eating burnt skewers like you get at some other restaurants. - $2 per skewer is pretty good for the happy hour deal, but I think it's much more expensive during the regular menu option. Don't think it would be particularly worth it with their regular menu. Overall, super disappointed that they didn't have any more of their sushi, rice and best do not have any $5 hand rolls during their happy hour. Also, the wait was super long to get in, and they were definitely understaffed. If they had all their food selections available, this would probably be a higher rating, but the long weight and lack of menu items was super disappointing.

The highlights were definitely the karaage, which were so crispy and impossibly juicy at the same time, the pork belly, which had an incredible salty flavor with the perfect crispiness, a wagyu skewer, and the sashimi. Oh my god, I've never had softer fish in my life. It was hard to believe that this quality of fish could be had in Las Vegas. But seriously, every single thing we ate was incredible. My friends and I were positively flooded that each new thing we ordered was just as delicious as the last thing we ordered. The only thing I remembered to take a photo of was the honey toast, which was also fantastic. Our server, Marc, was only on his third day. But he was fun and full of personality, and had an insane amount of great recommendations. He almost told us what to order for our entire meal, and he knocked it out of the park. Kyara had great service but they visit you every few minutes and explain things before each dish and they may cook something in front of you or show you the fish (like the actual real whole fish from the same catch you'd be eating)! When we were about to be served the wagyu beef dish, we were shown the certificate and our server explained all about the cow. I felt like I knew all about Bertha and joked that we just went through her photo album and yearbook. Like how was I supposed to eat Bertha now?!! Aiyahhhhh. Kyara may not be the romantic type of restaurant, but it was more memorable and more of an experience! It had may "wow" moments.

If you're looking for a Omakase intimate setting, this place is it. We arrived at 830ish- no wait…read moreand were greeted and seated by a friendly young man. We had a choice for bar or table and we chose table. It was tucked in a corner so it felt intimate for me and husband. Menu was filled with some of our faves and some new things we never tried. Skewers were great esp the Wagyu- it was so good and tender. We enjoyed the agadashi tofu with was one of our faves here. Food was overall delicious and you can taste the freshness of the fish. We def want to come back and experience their dinner specials. Definitely a place to try if you're in the area
