Wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. Atmosphere is awesome and lively but not too much. The bartenders know what they are doing and they do it sooooo well. Props to Juby and Steve for being impeccable. The chefs are no joke either. Highly recommend the Spanish Octopus and the branzino. The food served around me looked incredible too.

If you're looking for the ultimate Vegas dining experience, Catch is my absolute favorite spot in the city. Their menu is has so many options! It's Asian fusion, so you know it's yummy! I've visited several times, and they have literally never missed. The flavors are bold, the presentation is gorgeous, and the quality is consistent. If you're feeling overwhelmed by the choices, just know you can't go wrong here! MUST TRY ITEMS : truffle sashimi, the catch roll, crispy shrimp, their mushroom spaghetti, grilled Spanish octopus, wagyu hot rock, the Cantonese lobster, the whole branzino, + the ribeye. Pretty much everything on the menu lol!! Their staff is very attentive and very welcoming. My drinks here are never empty! As for dessert you have to get their vegan pistachio cheesecake, it's to die for!!! It's paired with coconut sorbet and fancy dark red cherries! And their strawberry shortcake shaved ice is a great palette cleanser to end your meal. One of their staple desserts: the hit me cake! If you're a chocolate lover, this one's for you. Whether it's a girls' night, a date night, or just an excuse to dress up and feel fancy, Catch delivers every single time!

A trendy spot in the Aria. Loved the decor and the restaurant is very nicely decorated. Service was great and our waiter kept checking in on us to make sure we were okay - they also let us sit and talk and did not rush us which I appreciate. Some stand outs: Truffle Sashimi - we ordered it 3x !! Whole Branzino Strawberry Kakigori The table also enjoyed the wagyu fried rice and mushroom pasta. There was a nice assortment of dishes. We also got a few rolls to share for the table - it was tasty for sure but I enjoyed the other dishes more. I thought the portion sizes were pretty generous for most dishes. Definitely make a reservation to make sure you have a spot!

I've heard about Catch for years and always wanted to check it out because everyone talks about the beautiful ambiance and stylish décor. I finally had the chance to visit while in Las Vegas celebrating a friend's birthday, and WOW !!! This place completely exceeded my expectations. Not only is the restaurant gorgeous, but the food was absolutely incredible... Catch is definitely on the higher-end side, so the prices are a bit elevated, but the quality of the food makes it 100% worth it... We came as a group of seven and decided to order everything family-style so we could try as much as possible... One of the highlights was the sushi boat... It arrived loaded with fresh sushi and sashimi, and every single piece was amazing. The sashimi literally melted in your mouth, so fresh and flavorful... My personal favorite dish of the night was the shrimp mushroom noodles. They were unbelievably good !!! rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. I could honestly go back just for that dish alone... We also ordered the shishito peppers, which were seasoned perfectly and cooked just right -- not soggy and not overly crispy.. The salmon was delicious, and the herb branzino was another standout. It was buttery, flavorful, and cooked perfectly... The drinks were also fantastic light, fresh, and surprisingly strong in the best way... On top of the great food, the restaurant itself is absolutely stunning... The décor is beautiful and the atmosphere feels lively and upscale... The staff was extremely attentive and helpful, answering all our questions about the menu and making sure our group had a great experience... This is such a great spot if you're celebrating a birthday, anniversary, or just want a fun night out with friends... I highly recommend making a reservation ahead of time because it's very popular. If you arrive early, that's actually a bonus because there are so many cute photo spots in the entryway .. perfect for anyone who loves taking pictures with their friends... Overall, Catch in Las Vegas was an amazing experience. Beautiful restaurant, great service, delicious food, and fun vibes all around... I will definitely be back the next time I'm in Vegas...

If you're looking for a fun, upscale spot in Vegas that actually delivers on both vibes and food, Catch Las Vegas is it. I took my mom here for her birthday, and it was such a great experience from start to finish. Right when you walk in, the ambiance hits you--super aesthetic, lively, and full of Instagram-worthy photo opportunities. Service was a standout. Our server, Winter, was incredibly friendly, attentive, and gave us great recommendations that we ended up loving. We started with the Chili Garlic Edamame. It was a little different than expected since it came with dry spices rather than a sauce, but it was still tasty--just very spicy, so be prepared for some heat. The sushi was a highlight. We ordered the Catch Roll, MRC Roll, and Hellfire Roll, and all of them were delicious. The Catch Roll being torched tableside was a fun touch, and the fish tasted incredibly fresh across the board. We also ordered the Filet Skewers and the Herb Roasted Branzino, and both dishes were cooked perfectly and full of flavor. For dessert, don't skip the Donut Carnival. You get an assortment of warm mini donuts with a variety of dipping sauces (raspberry, cream cheese, caramel, and chocolate), which made it fun to share and perfect for celebrating. Overall, Catch nails the full experience--great food, high-quality fish, amazing service, and a fun atmosphere. I'd absolutely come back and highly recommend it for a special occasion or a night out in Vegas.

Catch in Las Vegas has been amazing both times I've gone! Every visit has been such a great time with an overall top-tier dining experience. The food is consistently delicious, and the seafood tower is a must--it's fresh, beautifully presented, and perfect for sharing. The atmosphere is upscale and lively, making it a great spot for a fun night out. Service has always been on point, and everything just comes together to make the experience feel special. Definitely a place I'll keep coming back to!

Tried the tasting menu and it was amazing! If you are looking for a bit of an extravagance come here and enjoy and definitely get the tasting menu with waygu. Come and take lots of pictures. They have great places for pictures and also, have great ambiance. The tasting menu is $125 pp and the waygu is more. The dessert was amazing! We all ate everything.

First time at Catch and it definitely lived up to the hype Amazing food, great drinks, and such a beautiful ambience. Everything we tried was flavorful and the service made the experience even better!

Great atmosphere, great food. Everything is shareable but portion sizes are smaller so definitely get enough to go around. Everything was good but the crispy tuna rice cakes and the steak skewers were phenomenal. Even though we had a reservation, we did have to wait a bit so plan a accordingly.

I don't even remember what I ate here. I think some kind of spaghetti. It was good is all I remember. That drink must have been strong. I need to go back.

Right out of the gate this place catches your attention. The entrance is BEAUTIFUL. The water feature, butterfly wings, and floral walls are all perfectly instagramable. We started with drinks a few of us had the "For Lychees sake" (it was sweet and strong) and old fashioneds (traditional and tasty) Our appetizers were the crunchy shrimp and the crispy rice with tuna- both of these were the favorites of the night! Both made really well and were very flavorful. Our entrees were the king salmon (this wasn't our favorite- it felt too heavy for fish), the filet (ordered medium, cooked well, juicy), with the chopped salad (this one was also a bit of a let down- the blue cheese chunks were huge- overwhelming so, and the bacon was too crunchy- like tooth hurting crunchy), the Brussels sprouts (Smokey and flavorful) and the truffle fries (these were delicious! Just enough truffle, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with the perfect amount of salt). Our server was great! He was attentive, friendly, and quick. Overall his say it was a mixed bag- definitely some highs (but also some lows unfortunately).

Located near the front entrance of Aria, CATCH stands out with its floral tunnel entrance, in classic Vegas fashion and definitely eye catching. The Asian-fusion menu offers a mix of sushi and steak. We ordered the pre-set meal to share with the table. For appetizers, we had edamame, the Hellfire roll, the Catch roll and truffle sashimi, nothing really stood out. For second course, we tried the baby gem Cesar salad (4/5), wagyu gyoza (3.5/5) and Crispy cauliflower (5/5). The cauliflower was highlight of the night. For the mains, we got the ribeye and roasted branzino. The ribeye was undercooked for medium rare, the center pieces were pretty much raw. The branzino was cooked pretty well, tender and nicely seasoned. I could probably do without the artichoke that came with it though. For the sides, we got truffle fries (5/5) and grilled broccolini (meh). Desserts were solid, hard to go wrong with chocolate cake and donuts. Overall the only dish that really stood out for me was the crispy cauliflower. Maybe my expectations for Las Vegas dining were too high, but I ended up not very impressed. For a similar price point, I can honestly find much better sushi or steak restaurants back home in Houston.

Does anyone know if they have a Happy Hour ? Me and my girls enjoy a good one and a good time

There is no Happy Hour, not that I'd know of.

Any dress code for dinner ??????

Dress code in this restaurant is fairly casual to upscale business or cocktail, just depends on the occasion.

Hey there, no you can not. You can ask them at time of reservation and inform them it is a birthday, so a birthday desert will come out. You can not bring any outside food into any Las Vegas strip restaurant. You can ask if they can bake a special… Read more

Do they serve a Tomohawk steak?

Sorry, I don't think so as they're a seafood-forward restaurant. However, I do remember seeing a 42 oz porterhouse steak for two on their menu.

Is it dine in by reservation only?

No it's not. There are really nice high tops and cushioned seating around the bar and at the bar itself. You can seat yourself and get table service there.

Can I get the lobster Mac and cheese without the lobster?

    Yes. But, WHY!!??

How much is the Friday night buffet?

There is no Buffett there. You can order family style sharable dishes

Are kids 3 years old allowed at Catch?

I took my kids and no-one said a peep or told me anything.

    Can you go without reservation?

Yes, you may get lucky on a slow night or sit at the bar. But it is advised to still make one

Is there a wait list for reservations? I email them for a request and did not get a answer 😭 I really want to go for my birthday 💔

You should book your reservation through OpenTable.com or go online to aria.mgmresorts.com, if you don't have an account with OpenTable.com.

Is there a wait list for walk ups if there are no available reservations?

Good evening, We do keep our bar area available for walk-ins to all guest so please feel free to swing by and see if we have any availability.

    Are brunch hours available?

    Not that I know of

    Are kids allowed?

Yes, I saw a family there when I visited last night. You don't need to walk through casino to get there unless you park in the Aria parking garage.

Is there any vegan options here?

Yes! They have amazing veggie side dishes and other great vegan main dishes.

Is there happy hour? I just saw $18 for a strawberry shortcake jokes. Excuse my poorness

    Ewww

What price category/range is this restaurant?

I would say except to spend at least $60 a person

    What's the attire?

Honestly people are trendy casual to super dressed up!

Is it true that the bill is always split, "family style", as in split evenly amongst your entire party, regardless of individual bill?

No I didn't have that issue, single check unless you request otherwise.

Do they have a gluten-free menu/options for those with celiac disease?

Yes they do and they are very accommodating. Ask the server if you have questions. They can make some dishes gluten free.

It lists Amenities as being Loud. So is the music nice background ambiance music or loud and distracting you can't hear across the table? I've gone to too many restaurants that loud ambiance music ruins the experience.

Yes it is loud but we were able to have a conversation. If you are looking for more quiet dinner this might not be the place. But the ambience is great! & the music they play is good too.

Easy decision for us both anytime for seafood so she called in the day before for a reservation for 4pm. And Water Grill did not disappoint! Located at the Forum Shops inside Caesars Palace, we took Uber to the place which is easy to find. Checked in and we were seated right away after getting our table ready. There are plenty of clean tables with candle lit setting. There are 2 floors with the ground floor as the main dining area and the top floor has private banquet rooms for large parties. The restrooms are also on the top floor. Water Grill offers a variety of crabs, fish, lobsters, and other shellfish as well as prime steaks. There are water tanks with live crabs, lobsters, jumbo prawns and more lobsters! We started off with drinks. My friend ordered a Saracco Moscato d'Asti and I got a Tori Mor Pinot Noir. Both were excellent wine!! For appetizers, she got crab cake and I got clam chowder. We also ordered calamari. We shared with each other so we both got a taste of the different delicious appetizers!! For the main dish, she got a lobster roll which is served with fries. I got the king salmon with farro risotto. She enjoyed the tasty lobster and the salmon was very delish as well! We also ordered some savory asparagus. For dessert, we shared a maple cheesecake with sour cream ice cream. It was sooo creamy good it didn't last very long Haha And we each both also got a cup of cappuccino which we needed to keep us awake the whole night Hehe My friend and I were taking turns to take pics/vids of the delicious meal Lol ;) The staff and our server Fred were very courteous and friendly, checking in often. Great experience overall!! Looking forward to our next visit.

This was a great place to check out. I was surprised that it was actually literally an oyster bar…read more An actual bar in the middle of the casino. Wasn't sure what I was expecting when she said oyster bar, but it was not what I was expecting. . It was a cool vibe and one of the first things that stood out that she was surprised about was that there was no line. My friend said it's the first time she's been there and there was not a line. Treated her to dinner after letting crash at her place with less than 24 hrs notice. We were there on a Tuesday evening everything that we did this day appeared to be a light crowd day. Tuesday's is the day to go hang out in Vegas if you want shorter lines. I ordered the gumbo with only shrimp as the protein with the okra. It was yummy. I enjoyed it. The gravy was nice. I ended up with two bowls of white rice, which is not typically my choice. However, it was. It was great in there with the gravy and okra and I got the lowest spice level I could which was one so everything was pretty cool there large portions lots of shrimp. I cut my shrimp in half cause I like my things bite-size I have a very small mouth and I was laughing because they gave me a really large spoon which is too big for my mouth so I use my fork that came with a napkin. My friend ordered the BOUILLABAISSE. She powered through it quickly, so I think it was pretty tasty for her too. Three things that got my attention. 1. I enjoyed seeing them prepare our meal right there in front of us how efficient and clean and things were so that was great and it was a bit of a show. 2. They served me water with ice. I don't necessarily appreciate that. I don't like ice in my water and I would prefer them to ask me what I'd like to drink before just serving me something, there may be however, how they do it at bars I don't go to a lot of bars. I'm also sensitive because I have bladder disorder and cold things set off my bladder. 3. I didn't care for the dynamics and exchange that felt off when trying to pay with my tap from my phone. I had to literally give him the phone to do the payment and I feel like that's a little bit of a disconnect the purpose of my mind of doing my tap is so that I don't have to give you my card or my phone so I feel like that's something that's gotta be a little bit more efficient for them to work on especially how busy they are and you know the amount of traffic that takes place in a bar. I love the look and the set up. It felt really cool. It didn't feel like we were sitting in the middle of a casino although we were. I loved seeing them prepare the food from start to finish. That was also really great. I would definitely go there again if I'm in town and we're in the mood for that type of food it had the New Orleans, Louisiana flavor vide to theme to me and really clean. On that note so are the bathrooms. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the cleanliness and the speed to get in and out of the bathrooms. I'm always gonna give a review on the bathrooms cause they're very important to me as I do have bladder disorder. I hope you all find this read helpful.

The elegant, low-light atmosphere creates an intimate setting, making it an ideal spot for a romantic date. The journey begins with their delectable and spicy salsa and chips. These are a must-try for spice enthusiasts, especially those who can handle habanero chili. Don't miss out on their mouthwatering guacamole as a side dish. An amazing appetizer is the Shrimp Empanadas! Truly, the best empanadas we've ever had. Combining this with their fresh guacamole takes this plate to the next level. BEST DRINK = BLACK MAMBA! For seafood lovers, their Camarones Al Mojo De Ajo is a must-order. It features four large king-size shrimp cooked in their flavorful garlic butter sauce. If you're feeling peckish, their Polvo Asado is an absolute delight. The chicken breast appears to have been marinated for an extended period, resulting in a tender and incredibly delicious dish. I complemented it with grilled onions and chilis, and the side of pinto beans (frijoles) was equally impressive. I also very much enjoyed their Shrimp Enchiladas! They are filled with a generous portion of shrimp and their fresh guacamole green sauce is very delicious. Not spicy but rich in flavor. Another standout dish is their Cabo Azul. This plate is a feast for the senses, featuring a Maine Lobster Enchilada, a chile stuffed with shrimp and crab, and a shrimp taco. Be prepared to be hungry after indulging in this culinary masterpiece. For dessert, indulge in their renowned Pastel De Guayaba (Guayaba Cheesecake). It's a must-try for anyone with a sweet tooth.

Everything tasted fresh and flavorful, especially the crab enchilada and the crab & shrimp chile relleno. I also tried the guava margarita, but unfortunately it was a bit too sweet for my taste and the tequila flavor was completely overpowered. The atmosphere was lively, dark, and energetic, which made for a fun family dinner spot. Overall, we had a great experience and I'll definitely be returning!
