    Chicken wrap
    Candyce P.

Really solid wrap! I loved the texture of the wrap itself and the chicken inside was super moist and tender. I wish it did have a bit more pickled onions but it was still delicious nonetheless. The restaurant itself is just a small stand where it is like a mini food court at the cosmopolitan. Service was also super fast too, there wasn't much of a line and I got my food quickly. Would def recommend for a quick and affordable bite!

Love the simolictic menu, the flavors of the food aren't overpowering and the protein really shows up,-and they are consistent. The service is amazongly fast and the food fresh.

Perhaps my expectations were too high. Food was ok. Got the spicy eggplant bang wrap and smashed fingerlings. The potatoes were not very good at all. I really enjoyed the wrap. Vegas prices for sure!!

Bāng Bar is a faster way to order quick grabs apart from the restaurant itself. I got the Spicy Pork Gyro. It was bland, not spicy, nor was it cheap. I also wasn't a fan of how it was packed, it got messy really quick and the meat wasn't spread out evenly. I wish I got something else but it really was just timing and one of those hangry moments.

My husband and I stopped to eat at Bang Bar for a quick lunch. We LOVE Momofuku, so we thought this would be a good option for us. The service was fast and we waited less than 10 minutes for our food. I ordered the Roasted Pork salad bowl with a cucumber salad on the side and my husband had the Teriyaki Chicken salad bowl. The food was fast and flavorful but both dishes were very salty and afterwards I had an upset stomach. Unfortunately, I won't be dining here again.

Bang bang, Bāng Bar Gang! Wow, this place packs a punch of flavor. If you're looking for a unique grab-and-go, this fusion spot is a must! The hubby and I always stop by on our trips to Vegas. Highly recommend the U-Wrap with the cumin beef; it's literally dripping with flavor! Soft bread wrap, delicious meat, and a sprinkling of sauce and pickled veg. Yum! It's Vegas prices, but it's a decent size! Also, it's in a food court so there is limited seating for the whole court. Still worth the stop!

The U wrap, with cucumber salad

I really want to love this place but I just can't recommend too highly. The food was good but very salty, at least to my taste. The service was fine, order was ok, he charged me $10 extra for meal instead of $8 on the sign. When I inquired, he said the cucumber salad was more. The difference was $1 vs $2 if we had to calculate but it's not worth following up. I picked the cumin beef, I was excited to try it, but it was just very salty. The cucumber salad is crunchy but even more salty. I probably wouldn't do it again (since there are so many eating options here), but if I do, I'd ask the sauces to be light or on the side.

Bad. Just bad. Chicken teriyaki rice plate tasted like boiled chicken with teriyaki sauce on top. Surprised David Chang let them use his name. If my chicken teriyaki turned out this way, I wouldn't serve it to friends.

Tucked away on the second level of the Cosmopolitan, Bang Bar by Momofuku felt like a must try. Ordered the Spicy Eggplant salad bowl and boy it was delicious. Great customer service and one of those were finesse and fire produce a some amazing bites. A place where you stop for a quick bite and end up lingering and savoring something unexpectedly unforgettable. Truly amazing and a definite recommendation!!

Delicious food. Our favorites are the chicken teriyaki bowl and the spicy pork wrap. It's a must for us every time we're in town.

Great food! My only complaint is they don't have cups of water for customers. Service was great

This spot brings big flavors to the small but satisfying menu. Nestled amongst many eateries on the 2nd floor of the Cosmopolitan - it's easy to pass this place up because of big names like Hattie Bs or Lardos. We were not dudes pointed and everything we got was super fresh and packed with flavor. This is a quick service spot so our food was out in about 7 minutes. Definitely would recommend!

TL:DR. Affordable meal that is fast and tasty Service - prompt and served with a smile. Great service. Location - located on the second floor of the cosmopolitan hotel. The sister shop Momofuku is at the top of the escalator and the Bang Bar is in the food in a small food court Food - look, not every place is. 5 star spot but some of the reviews are written like it. Know your spot and rate it accordingly Vegas can seem like a choice between hyper expensive Michelin places or overpriced hotel food that is mediocre. Sometime you just want a decent meal that won't break the bank Both eggplant pork are good. At $15 for a bowl of food it will meet the need for quick and easy. If you want high end flavors, don't go. If you want simple without breaking your wallet that is well executed then go. YMMG so set your expectations accordingly. Cosmopolitan Suggestion: add MORE tables to make inviting and get others to to notice and order to enjoy their meal

But, the employee (maybe, Manager?), Gia made the overall experience great. I rarely feel compelled to write a review for anything - especially for a quick serve restaurant. However, Gia's warmth, attention to detail and pride for this business was worthy of taking the time to write. Gia is warm, welcoming, very knowledgeable about their menu items, and patient with slow to decide newcomers. All of that deserves so much praise and recognition. However, that alone is not what brought me to write this review... It was watching her in her downtime. I saw chips, beverages, etc. getting re-stocked - and in a very orderly fashion. Then, she moved on to wiping down surfaces - going so far as to cleaning fingerprinty glass of the front door and windows. She was doing this while continuing to carry herself in a pleasant, approachable manner. We all know how some employees approach the tasks they just see as a chore and don't see as vital to the business! Typically, we see apathy - not Gia! As I noted, I do not know if Gia is Management or, even, affiliated with ownership. But, she is a vital part of that business. If Gia is not management or affiliated with the franchise(?), I do need to compliment management for having high standards for training and hiring good people. Next time I am in town, when I need lunch in the suburbs, of all the choices out there, I will come back to Chop Shop to support a well run business. Congrats!

So I went ahead and ordered it with salmon. My daughter then ordered a chicken wrap. We also ordered two açaí bowls that were actually very tasty and worth the price. Once we completed our order, I was hit with the large bill of $125.44. I DO NOT mind a bill that large when the food is on a plate and it does not look pre-packaged. I was surprised. My husband did tell me that I was charged for a side of protein. He went on to say that the female employee asked him if he wanted a side of chicken. Which he did, so he knew they were going to charge extra. I was not afforded that option. The male cashier simply asked what protein I wanted, and made it seem like it came with my order. Not once did he mention an additional charge. The food was not bad but definitely not worth the price. I think that it was priced way too high. I will not be returning to this location for the simple fact that the cashier made it seem like my order came with protein, and the meals looked pre packaged. It is a food court; not a restaurant, so I expect to pay food court prices.
