Blossoms was on our list of food to eat during the weekend birthday celebration. I liked that the space was clean and plenty of seating while we waited for our table. The staff are polite and showed us to our table. One down side, for the size of our group the table was small and we couldn't fit all of the food we ordered in addition to all the drinks we ordered. Otherwise the food was good and my top 3 would be the duck (must pre order), bot and sour soup (had me sweating in a good way), and the vegetable dishes were all good especially the ong choy. We had a reservation for 7:45 PM on 8/2/2026 (Sunday) for a group of 5. We ordered: pot stickers, lettuce wraps, Kung Pao chicken, Mongolian beef, & chicken chow mein. Pricing: Mostly every dish was $18+. Portions: The food is designed for family style eating. However, we found that the portions were quite small & sometimes lacked the main protein we ordered. This was apparent in the Kung Pao Chicken as we had more vegetable than actual chicken. Quality/Taste: The quality was just not there for most of the dishes. There was a lack of flavor in each dish & there was nothing unique to them. Staff: No complaints. They were very attentive, polite & answered our questions. Even remembered someone in our group had limitations on what they could eat. Incredible food and incredible service. The ambiance was totally classy...subdued, with beautiful decorations, fine china, and porcelin chop sticks. The shimp toast and BBQ pork appetizers were outstanding, as were the macadamia nut chicken and sauteed scallops and bell peppers. The yang chow fried rice was perfect. We went to Blossom again last night and I had forgotten our great positive experience last time especially with Krisztina, fabulous Magyar somm. We had the Peking Duck this time carved table side. So delicious. Buns and wraps were prepared for us, extra condiments served, and the rest of the meat was delivered to the table. This was complemented with a mixed fried rice and the XO string beans. We were staying at a nearby hotel during our Vegas trip so grabbed a weekend dinner reservation here. Service was great - the folks for our table were friendly, professional, and catered to our needs and requests. We ordered an array of different dishes, family style, and everything we had was very good and flavorful. Blossom offers endless options of delicious Chinese cuisine & everything is excellent! They even have tableside prepared Peking Duck & an Ox Tail Hot Pot! The service is outstanding and the aesthetic is perfect for a nice dinner out. The Crispy Shrimp toast is some of the best that I've had, and it's ideal for sharing with the table! I don't often order pork dishes when having Chinese cuisine, but I'm so glad this was recommended to me because it is incredible! I've been wanting to try this place for a long while and finally I made the move. Their ambiance is great, with beautiful flowers and furnitures. Service is fine, but they will get whatever you need, I asked for another set of cucumber, scallion and sauce for the Peking duck and they provided it to me free of charge. I really liked their Peking duck, its table side service so it looks fun and great for special occasions. However their duck bones which tasted really good, was dipped in soy sauce full of msg, made us really thirsty afterwards, and their walnut shrimp is too oily and sweet, really don't recommend it. Blossom is a Chinese restaurant located in the Aria hotel. Outstanding is a word that comes to mind. I have tried the Michelin starred Wing Lei at the Wynn and this place in terms of food beats this hands down. Beautifully decorated in rosewood, the staff are attentive and really go beyond to make your experience memorable. We had the shrimp toast and tempura green beans and they were cooked to perfection. One of the house specialities is their Peking Duck. Leave room in your stomach for this as it is a whole duck enough to feed 4-5. Carved table side and wrapped in your choice of wrappers or buns, it was outstanding. Our mains were the beef with mushrooms and the romaine lettuce with shrimp paste in clay pot as well as fried rice. Thankfully we didn't order more as the rest of the Peking Duck was served as well. My first time here over at Blossom; I don't usually go out of my way for Asian cuisine but since Mr. Chow closed over at Caesars, I'm on the hunt. Decided on the chicken with macadamia nuts minus asparagus, and a side of steamed rice over the lemon chicken. This comes with carrots (I counted 4 of them), edamame, and a ridiculous amount of celery (which I tried to avoid). I will say this was very fresh, and I did finish most of it along with the rice. That being said, I'm going to keep on searching for my new go-to when it comes to Asian food. Heads up: there is NO bar here; I was convinced that there was (and where in this city is there no bar in a restaurant?) but if someone here writes about a bar, it's nearby for the High Rollers, but is not a part of Blossom so you cannot eat there. It appears there might have been one back in 2015-6, but there sure as heck isn't one now. This was frustrating to discover, but at least they do orders to go. Despite being in a casino, the restaurant was quiet and peaceful. Servers were attentive and offered suggestions for dining. Everything we ate tasted fresh, flavorful and authentic. The Chinese food they serve here is the best I have had in Vegas so far .... It beats China Mama's restaurants by far. The chef is outstanding here and the place was packed after it opened. I loved this upscale Chinese restaurant located in Aria. I came here with a group of coworkers after a conference and were seated right away. The staff were friendly and attentive and gladly welcomed feedback from some of the guests at the table. We must've tried one of everything on the menu but my favorite was the whole Peking duck. While pricey, it is 100% worth it. A server comes by the table and skillfully carves it right in front of you. They also make tiny duck rolls, wrapped to absolute perfection. I don't know how they do it, but it was tasty and looked incredible. Highly recommend if you're willing to spend a little extra for an awesome experience. I would absolutely return! read more

Love everything about this restaurant! We did make reservations and seated fairly quickly. We were offered choices for water which is pretty standard. Our amazing server, Krisztine, helped us with our menu selections. She also suggested the beautiful drink uploaded. For appetizers we had salt & pepper squid , fried eggplant & egg rolls. Delicious . For our main course we decided on the crispy fried Chilean Seabass & Beef tenderloin with portobello mushrooms ‍. Everything is cooked just right. The decor is beautiful with a nice ambiance. Cantonese is def one of my favorite cuisines. Spent a lot of time at Aria and was hungry. I wanted Javier's but messed up by not making a reservation on a Friday night. After seeing the sky high prices at the food court, I knew I needed to find something else stat that was a more worth the $$$. That's when I discovered all the upscale Asian cuisines here at Aria. Luckily, Blossom had an opening. It's a gorgeous restaurant with opulent design, love the lighting and color palette. The service was great, they put the napkin on my lap for me and were beyond attentive. The second I finished my drink they refilled it right away. Constant check ins but without being too intrusive. The potstickers were so delish, never had them this stuffed, they looked like little burritos. The chow fun was delightful, the lemon chicken was good but honestly kind of average. Oh my gosh! I'm not sure how to describe this, but this is indeed the best Peking duck that I've had in a while. The duck skin is cooked to perfection and the meat itself is fantastic. Take this from someone who doesn't really like duck to begin with... but I will definitively eat this Peking duck again! The service to this establishment was amazing. It is located inside Aria casino. The decor has an Asian theme as the food is Chinese. We ordered a few items off from the menu as this was our first dinner of the night and we had another restaurant scheduled later in the night. This is one of the best Asian restaurants that I have ever been to. Everything was sooo good and fresh! We ordered a lot of dishes to try. Some of the standout dishes were the shrimp toast, salt and pepper squid, foie gras, king crab 2 ways- legs were steamed and the crab belly was stir fried, Wagyu cubed beef and the birds nest steamed in a whole coconut. The Wagyu beef was probably my favorite. It melted in my mouth and was literally better than the beef I've had in Japan. The service was also really great. Arrived early and was seated 25min before my reservation time, thank you for accepting us. From the appetizer menu we had Shiitake Mushrooms and they were delicious. For our Entrees, shrimp Kung Pao, Shrimp fried rice and Chicken Macadamia. Everything was delicious. Only real. The server kept making unnecessary remarks i didn't want chicken feet in my soup. He made a comment if you have Asian friends they'll tell you this soup is good. Like what? Is he okay? We returned here deep in the bowels of Aria to dine sumptuously again on superior, largely Cantonese cuisine in a private booth in the restaurant's opulent setting. This time, we began with an array of great large Pan-Fried Pot Stickers jam-packed with dense mild pork sausage, and individual bowls of ultra-hot Wor Wonton Soup with Enoki Mushrooms and Broccolini--but otherwise almost no other greenery, and only two wontons. Besides Soy Sauce, to go with the Pot Stickers upon request I was presented with Hoisin Sauce, Chinese Chili Oil, Sweet & Sour Sauce, Plum Sauce, and pieces of Ginger. Just in case, our server also brought out some disks of Jalapeno. While Diane dined on her usual order of Walnut Prawns, I went for broke and ordered a Live Steamed Maine Lobster removed from the tank and cooked with Ginger & Scallions. Both dishes were delicious. So was Hong Kong Style Shrimp Chow Mein and Garlic Prawn Fried Rice. But the Chow Mein was initially forgotten, and arrived at our table 30 minutes after the other entrees. Enjoyed fully. Stellar service and the chef here won the Epicurean Award for best Chinese Chef in Las Vegas. We were so immersed in our lobster, dried scallop fried rice, pea sprouts in garlic, shrimp toast appetizers, Lily Root in pork bone broth soup, steamed 1/2 chicken, we only snapped photos of our desserts: fresh mango soup and green tea lime cake with a strawberry gelato scoop. I was in heaven! The service ambiance and food is authentic cantonese cuisine though scaled up and branded for a general audience but not so much that the skill of the chef is drowned out. Cantonese has a saying "ho wok hay" which means good wok flavor. The fire of the wok flashes heat just right in the pan to sear food crisp just enough as not to over or undercook! Delicious. Some may say this is Hong Kong cuisine because people from Hong Kong speak mostly a cantonese ( chinese dialect) and Hong Kong has been been a British Colony for 100 years and will always havs a somewhat European flair? Definitely a 5 for ambiance and service! The atmosphere and decor is amazing right down to commissioned dishes made especially for Blossom! Only complaint is portions are not humongous like a takeout window or hole in the wall but of course not since it is in Vegas ! Went here with a group of 10 from work while in town for a conference and it did not disappoint. The signature cocktails were wonderful and we ordered a variety of things off the menu. All good all terrific tasting - very nice. You really can't go wrong- wontons, shrimp, green beans and Peking Duck were all favs on the menu but everything we tried was excellent! The level of service here is off the charts everything from when you're greeted to seated to drink orders to maintaining drinks to suggesting items off the menu and executing their delivery to clearing the table and making sure everybody had anything they needed. We had dinner here the other night with family and our friend, and we were so happy to meet the staff. They were on top of everything with their service and attentiveness. Chef Michael really delivered, we wanted to try a variety of the chef's choice. We had peking duck, which they carved for us table side. We also had foie gras, some diced super tender beef, seafood, shrimp, and the special fried rice was my favorite, and the aroma was amazing, plus non-oily. Perhaps the most under reviewed and eaten restaurant in the MgM family is this one, Blossom. You see most Chinese restaurants are closed on Monday, but Blossom was highly recommend by my host and concierge, and I tell you they did not disappoint. 1.) The Ambiance- perfectly well lit, very sheer contemporary yet traditional Asian decor with a twist of Las Vegas Luxury . The music is instrument covers of current songs. Quite lovely. The acoustics were also well monitored without too much overwhelming voices, as a nod to the well design and spacing of the interior. 2.) The Staff- The best I have had this entire trip. Very accommodating with wonderful smiles. 3.) The Food! 1.) I ordered many things and all of them were perfectly balanced , tasty, and well presented. A.) Foie Gras- wok seared to perfection! I would recommend you tell them to go easy on the peppercorn, the flavor is unmatched. B.) Egg rolls-The freshest egg rolls made with just 3 simple vegetables. If you want fresh and vegetable, this is the best one you will find on the strip. C.) homemade Potstickers- Move over Din Tai Fung, these are better than yours. D.) The Shrimp Toast- Dear God- Order This. Just order it. this is the real Shrimp Toast E.) Congee (off menu) , honestly the best kept secret here. F.) Decided to surprise the wife with an incredible Chinese dinner. We were not sure what to expect at first, but we were blown away by the extravagant decor. Beautifully decorated and proper seat placement providing a nice intimate dinner. Dimly lit with calm tunes playing in the background allowing the ability to have a nice conversation. Huge menu with great options to choose from. We decided to order the Peking Duck, Hong Kong style lobster, walnut prawns and shrimp chow mein. We greatly enjoyed every dish. The Peking duck is a must if you have not tried it yet. As for service, the hostess checked us in quickly and seated us in a timely manner. We were lucky enough to have Daniel as our server and he assisted us with drink and dinner ordering. This was my second visit to Blossom. It's been a long time between the two. I joined four friends for dinner. We shared two appetizers--potstickers and salt and pepper squid. The pot stickers were excellent. They don't appear like they do in any other Asian restaurant. The squid was cooked perfectly and was also good. My dining mates pretty much ordered commonly gotten items in most Chinese restaurants. On the other hand, I ordered their Spicy on Spicy--diced Chinese sausage, dried and pickled radish, jalapeños, and scallions. The sausage was cut in small pieces. The sauce did have a spiciness but of course, I could have had it spicier. The pickled radish was the spiciest part. This is a dish I haven't seen at other places and it was great to try something different. Dessert was a treat. We shared green tea opera cake with mango passion fruit sorbet. We also ordered two crème brûlée which were quite different than anything we'd seen before. The brûlée was inside a dome over which raspberry sauce was poured. This"melted" the dome and one could then dip their spoons to get the brûlée inside. Everyone was pleased with dessert and the meals. Service was exceptional! Very pleasant and very helpful. Decent place for Chinese food inside the Aria. However it is rather overpriced for what you get, and the food portions are not all that big. The lotus root soup was good, sautéed vegetables were standard and met expectations, decent sweet and sour pork, however the 3 cup chicken was way too salty for all of me and my family's liking. As we are all predisposed to high blood pressure, we left a large portion of this uneaten. In our culture, we detest wasting food, but in this case we opted to not take the risk to eat the dish. Mandarin Spare ribs - crispy even with the sauce and after a while, the crust still pretty crispy. Flavor was good as well. String beans - Really good flavor. Little bit spicy for some. I don't consider it sweet. Crispy Sea bass - Really impressive. The fish battered was crispy and the sauce is very flavorful. Most impressive was that at the end of the meal, I tried to finish it and it was still crispy!! Fried rice - Good. Done well.
