Ordered: Spicy pork dumplings - these were good, but the dough was a taaaad chewy. Flavor was solid but not outstanding. Spicy beef soup with hand pulled noodles - flavor was just okay, honestly. I got the spicy beef brisket noodle, hand pulled, and it was made to order, so expect about 10 minutes. The noodles were cooked to a nice al dente, fairly chewy, and the broth is quite good. My sister took me here when I was visiting. The place is small, clean and quaint. The service was fast and good. They make their own noodles here which is amazing. I've seen this on TV many times where they actually make their own noodles. I ordered the spicy pork rib noodle soup with type "1" noodle- and what delicious!! they have three types of noodles : the first one is hand pulled. The 2nd and 3rd type gets wider. I was able to to try the 2nd type which was in a shrimp stir fry and it was good will definitely return to try the other dishes. read more

I had a really good experience even with my toddler two year-old. We were seated at the bar after waiting close to 20 minutes on a Tuesday night. Don't fret, have a good convo in the meantime and it'll fly by: the Kung Pao noodles were good but especially with the hand pulled noodles. The brisket and hand cut noodles were the top favorite. Finally! I got my hands on Magic Noodle! This place has been haunting my social media feed for years and I was glad to get the opportunity to try. Checked of our hotel early just to minimize our time in line and we got here around 12n. Definitely there was a 20 minute wait, but we stuck it out. Make sure to periodically go back inside the restaurant to check your spot in line. Sometimes the app and the machine inside don't sync up. We tried a lot! Beef noodles, Chinese burrito, dan dan, and spicy wontons. All were pretty good, but my personal reigning champ was the Chinese burrito. Flaky dough surrounded by flavorful beef; absolute perfection. The place is tiny so be prepare to make friends with your neighbors. Food came out nice and quickly. Totally happy with the speed and service. Nice lunch at the oh so famed Magic Noodle. Restaurant space is small so there is usually a wait, I wouldn't recommend coming with a large group. Service is quick though so the line does move at a reasonable pace. I had high expectations since this is a popular spot. Beef burrito: it was okay. Meat and the pancake were both on the drier side. Also kind of chewy. I absolutely love beef burritos and while this wasn't disappointing, it also wasn't up there with others I've had. Chicken appetizer (with chili sauce on the side): also just okay. Some pieces of chicken were good, other pieces were dry. I didn't expect the chicken to have zero flavor on its own, you must dip it into the spicy sauce. I asked them about this when ordering since I don't eat very spicy and they still recommended the dish. I do not recommend this if you don't like spicy. Dan dan noodles: this was the most disappointing dish because my noodles were overcooked so too soft and they clumped together. Even after mixing in the sauce, it didn't loosen up. Cucumbers were left too long so the size was awkward when eating with a bite of noodles. They had an option of making this not spicy which ended up tasting weird to me - you still get the fragrant aroma of sichuan peppers and numb feeling on your tongue but without the spice. Szechuan beef brisket noodle: this is their star dish and was the best of what we ordered. Noodles were cooked well in this one, but the brisket was a bit chewy. This place is a must go-to for Chinese hand pulled noodles. There are other popular noodle houses in Vegas, however the magic noodle is one of those sleeper restaurants of it's kind. You can watch the workers make the noodles wear their hand pulled or knife cut fresh in front of your eyes, and it's a little bit of awe struck. The menu has a variety of noodle dishes whether wet or dry, among other dishes like fried rice. And the portion sizes should definitely fill you up!! This place can be popular at times, and there's not as much seating as most other restaurants. So the wait times can be long if you go during peak hours. However, I would say it still worth the wait. The soup had a great spicy kick, the beef was tender, and the bok choy was cooked perfectly. The chili wontons were easily some of the best I've had -- thin wrappers, flavorful filling, and a generous amount of garlicky chili oil. The decor is minimal, but you get a glass-view of the noodle making chefs cook & do their magic. The building inside is very tight. Not lots of room between tables, there's even a table just a few feet in front of the door right next to their waitlist tablet. I ordered the soup with their flat wide noodles, and paid for extra to try their regular hand pulled noodles. Whoever said the portions were small are either crazy or REALLY REALLY hungry people, because the portions I received were huge! I did get two noodle orders, but only one soup, so I got only one portion of broth, meat, and vegetables, and it was surely enough to split between the two bowls of noodles!
