Magic Noodle is a great spot if you're craving fresh, handmade noodles. I ordered the Dan Dan Noodles, a Beef Roll, and a few side dishes. Everything was delicious, but the Beef Roll was definitely my favorite. The beef was flavorful and tender, wrapped in a crispy, flaky flatbread that made every bite satisfying. The portions were generous, and the food arrived fresh. If you're looking for authentic noodles and tasty appetizers, Magic Noodle is worth a visit.
Definitely worth the trip if your coming from the Vegas strip. Located in a plaza with other businesses. There's plenty of parking available in the lot. Quick service, limited seating. Come early or else you have to wait. Dan Dan noodles - flavor is excellent ! You have a choice of three types of noodles a standard, hand pulled, or knife cut. beef noodle soup - the soup was yummy! Beef wrap - crispy outside, good portions of beef and citrantro ratio. There's a huge window, to watch the chefs make the noodle. Fun to watch!
Amazing noodle soup. I love their knife cut noodles. Close pretty earlier 9:30pm You should def tried their Dan Dan noodle, and any of the soups!
We craved this food everyday on our trip to Vegas! Every dish we tried was top tier & always a hit never a miss. They cook their noodles in front of you through a glass window which adds to the authentic feel of the place & food. The dining area is small, but they are very fast & accommodating. The entire time we were there their tables were never empty. We will definitely stop here every visit! I went in wanting to compare this to Shang Artisan's beef noodle soup. I did order to go, so I would assume the dishes taste even better dining in. To summarize, I would be perfectly happy trusting either place to satisfy my noodle craving, but Shang edges ahead as being more refined with a cleaner palate overall. Beef brisket noodle: good rich flavor but a bit too oily compared to Shang, tender brisket but quality of pieces not as high, 3 large chunks (one huge piece) with other scattered bits and smaller pieces, knife cut noodles had LOTS of chew, mildly spicy with a slight mala numby tingle Beef Burrito (not spicy): very thinly sliced beef, fried Asian pancake wrapper, chopped and thinly sliced green onions, cilantro, surprisingly sweet hoisin-like sauce, quite filling and great for sharing, reminds me of eating a Vietnamese spring roll but with a fried wrapper, maybe some chopped peanuts or fried garlic bits could further enhance Dandan noodles: VERY mildly spicy for dandan noodles with just a hint of mala, thinly julienned cucumber and roasted peanuts add crunch, chewy noodles perfectly cooked, needs lots more spicy numby heat

My husband always get the pork belly fried rice and its soo good, the pork belly is so crispy and tender all at the same time. Anything you order will come out great.

Excellent service with arguably fair prices as well. We enjoyed all the food we ordered, especially the appetizers. If anything, the chow mein was okay, but the quality of all the other dishes really makes this place worth it. Definitely recommend this place if nearby.
I had a really good experience even with my toddler two year-old. We were seated at the bar after waiting close to 20 minutes on a Tuesday night. Don't fret, have a good convo in the meantime and it'll fly by: the Kung Pao noodles were good but especially with the hand pulled noodles. The brisket and hand cut noodles were the top favorite. Rich broth, perfect umami, and a touch of fresh scallions for a burst of flavor. Safe to say we got excited and ordered a third item for our kid. He loved the wonton soup , it had at least a dozen wontons, kombu, and some fried egg sliced up . This was so good, we ended up sharing and brining food home for tomorrow. This place is a bargain and it's so good. Be patient and get yourself some noodles!

A pretty solid Chinese hand pulled noodle spot - recommend going as a smaller party as there is limited seating and a solo or party of 2 will be more likely to get seated at the counter where you can see all the action happening in the open kitchen. I was seated directly in front of the kitchen and was able to see people cutting the noodles (knife cut noodles) and pulling the noodles theatrically (hand pulled noodles) so it is fun to pass the time while waiting for your food. I got the spicy beef brisket noodle, hand pulled, and it was made to order, so expect about 10 minutes. The noodles were cooked to a nice al dente, fairly chewy, and the broth is quite good. There is also a generous amount of brisket, which justifies the price. Service is good - quick and efficient, and water refills were apparent.

Cost of food and portions were amazing. Ambience is great, and service was fast. We came in around 5PM just before the dinner rush started and were seated immediately, afterwards the place filled up fast. Food taste was great, Def recommend the wood ear mushroom salad, and onion/chive pancake with braised pork belly on the side. We ordered the beef noodle soup and the Dan Dan. Both were super good. The Dan Dan for me was one of the better ones I've had. read more
Finally! I got my hands on Magic Noodle! This place has been haunting my social media feed for years and I was glad to get the opportunity to try. Checked of our hotel early just to minimize our time in line and we got here around 12n. Definitely there was a 20 minute wait, but we stuck it out. Make sure to periodically go back inside the restaurant to check your spot in line. Sometimes the app and the machine inside don't sync up. We tried a lot! Beef noodles, Chinese burrito, dan dan, and spicy wontons. All were pretty good, but my personal reigning champ was the Chinese burrito. Flaky dough surrounded by flavorful beef; absolute perfection. The place is tiny so be prepare to make friends with your neighbors. Food came out nice and quickly. Totally happy with the speed and service. Nice lunch at the oh so famed Magic Noodle. Next time Im in Vegas, I'd be up to try other things on the menu. read more
Restaurant space is small so there is usually a wait, I wouldn't recommend coming with a large group. Service is quick though so the line does move at a reasonable pace. I had high expectations since this is a popular spot. Beef burrito: it was okay. Meat and the pancake were both on the drier side. Also kind of chewy. I absolutely love beef burritos and while this wasn't disappointing, it also wasn't up there with others I've had. Chicken appetizer (with chili sauce on the side): also just okay. Some pieces of chicken were good, other pieces were dry. I didn't expect the chicken to have zero flavor on its own, you must dip it into the spicy sauce. I asked them about this when ordering since I don't eat very spicy and they still recommended the dish. I do not recommend this if you don't like spicy. Dan dan noodles: this was the most disappointing dish because my noodles were overcooked so too soft and they clumped together. Even after mixing in the sauce, it didn't loosen up. Cucumbers were left too long so the size was awkward when eating with a bite of noodles. They had an option of making this not spicy which ended up tasting weird to me - you still get the fragrant aroma of sichuan peppers and numb feeling on your tongue but without the spice. Szechuan beef brisket noodle: this is their star dish and was the best of what we ordered. Noodles were cooked well in this one, but the brisket was a bit chewy. Overall, it left me feeling eh, and we won't be returning. read more
Whether it's the Flamingo location or this Fort Apache spot, Magic Noodle always delivers high-quality food with great flavor. I love Magic Noodle no matter which location I go to. I always order the spicy wontons, shrimp fried rice, and of course the C4--which never fails to make my tongue numb. The service was quick, and overall I'll definitely keep coming back to either location at least twice a month. read more

They make their noodles fresh that's why it's really good and the cool part is you can watch them it through the glass window. This place is a must go-to for Chinese hand pulled noodles. There are other popular noodle houses in Vegas, however the magic noodle is one of those sleeper restaurants of it's kind. You can watch the workers make the noodles wear their hand pulled or knife cut fresh in front of your eyes, and it's a little bit of awe struck. The menu has a variety of noodle dishes whether wet or dry, among other dishes like fried rice. And the portion sizes should definitely fill you up!! This place can be popular at times, and there's not as much seating as most other restaurants. So the wait times can be long if you go during peak hours. However, I would say it still worth the wait. I definitely frequent here more often than other places because the noodles are so good! read more
In Vegas for a golf tournament and a buddy who lives here took us to this place. What a great choice. If your in to table cloths and silverware don't come here. But if you're into authentic Chinese noodle options, made right in front of you from scratch, then this is your place. I had the Mongolian beef with hand pulled noodles. Bam off the shelf! My buddy had the Pork Belly with flat noodles and my other buddy had the Beef Brisket with hand pulled noodle soup. Another buddy had the House Fried Rice with shrimp, chicken and beef. This place is the real deal. All meals were delivered hot, quickly and were delicious. I'll be back for sure. read more

So, this was my first time eating here and I've tried other restaurants like this in Vegas, and I've gotta say, their stuff of amazing! I had C-3 the beef brisket with thin noodles and it was so flavorful and a lot of food. I think next time I'm getting more spice. Good food, good service at a fair price. Food/Taste/Flavor: 5/5 - and we're back again! Was craving beef noodle soup so decided to come by this location again since the food was really good last time. Same order as last time of Beef Brisket Noodle with hand pull noodles (C3) and Szechuan Beef Brisket Noodle with hand pull noodles (C4). The beef brisket soup was more earthy than the Szechuan broth. Also, I prefer the non-spicy one as they do offer chili oil at the table so we can add some if we wish. Service: 5/5 - we got to the location around 5:30 on a weekday so it wasn't as busy as the previous time. The service was very quick and to the point without much fluff. Ambiance: 5/5 - we sat at a booth this time but still had a great view of the kitchen window so we could watch them pull the noodles for the order. Value for price: 5/5 - good food, fast service, and still very reasonable price. read more
easy eats when you're in need of some noodle soup! we were seated in about 10 minutes. there's an ipad sign in. inside has a good amount of seating and you can see the cooks in the kitchen. i liked their noodle options! tried both hand pulled and knife cut and they were both tasty. the broth was also pretty flavorful. the cucumbers were stacked and had a good vinegar flavor. the chili oil chicken also tasted pretty good and they put a lot of sauce on it. beef roll had a good amount of filling and tasted good! read more
After driving for 7 hours to get to Vegas, this was a nice end to my day. I put in an order for dan dan noodles and scallion pancakes about an hour out from when I would pick up these items and order was hot and ready when I came by to pick it up. At 8:30pm, the place was packed so that's a really good sign. The dandan noodles were really good and the numbing peppers were a nice touch. I also enjoyed the scallion pancakes too as this is one of my favorite Chinese snacks. This place is really good and I'll definitely be back when I am in town. read more

Came here again, on my stay here in Vegas . Always a good visit, we ordered many appetizers, the beef burrito, the spicy wonton and the onion pie. All amazing with the spicy wonton soup which we opted on on ordering extra because it was so good! Ordered the beef soup, not the scjezuan style because I'm not a fan of schezuan. One of my favorite memories from this summer was an unexpected lunch with my niece at Magic Noodle. She didn't tell me about the restaurant until that day, but she was so excited and kept saying, "Can we go to Magic Noodle?" Since it's usually hard to get her to eat much besides pizza and tacos, I was thrilled that she wanted to try something different. I was so fortunate to spend so much time with her while she was out of school, and seeing the excitement and smile on her face made the day even more special. She picked a spicy noodle dish, and I chose something a little milder, knowing she'd probably end up liking mine better. Sure enough, she did! When I told her mom later, she laughed and said, "That's exactly what they always get her" Watching the chefs hand-pull the noodles right in front of us was so much fun, and the food was absolutely delicious. But my favorite part was simply watching my niece enjoy every bite and seeing how happy she was. I highly recommend Magic Noodle. The food was wonderful, the experience was unique, and it turned into one of my favorite memories of the summer. read more
HANDS DOWN 100%, you NEED to try..best authentic Taiwanese/Chinese, freshly made, chewy hand-torn/pulled/knife-cut..whatever you wanna call it noodz. In my opinion, it's the best of the best hand-torn noodles that I've ever eaten by far. This is our go-to stop legit every time we pass thru Vegas on our road trips. It's always kids requested, parents agree/approved too! They have Yelp check-in, but due to popular demand and as word gets out of how good they are..be prepared for quite a wait during lunch/dinner peak hours. I legit think my fam has waited close to 1.5 hrs to eat here before and they don't complain cuz it's THAT worth it. The parking in this plaza is plentiful. The decor is minimal, but you get a glass-view of the noodle making chefs cook & do their magic. My go-to 100% is always the Szechuan beef brisket noodle soup, with a side of sweet & sour cucumber and depending on my hunger level +/- spicy wontons or pan fried pork dumplings. I personally like to add some white pepper, chili oil and a dash of the vinegar to my spicy beef broth for that extra oomph flavor to take the noodz to the next level, but it's not needed. The broth has a lot depth and flavor on its own. Everything is always on-point DEELISH here and the service is consistent. The staff are efficient with taking your orders and clearing the table. The fish used for the Fish Noodle dish could be cod. It could be tilapia. It's a mystery based on what fish they purchased weekly from their locally sourced market.

Peanuts are literally listed and ingredients on the menu of some of the dishes. Not sure what restaurant that other person is speaking to.
