Specializing in Udon, Oodle Noodle was delicious, had a lot of variety, is affordable and was not too busy on a Friday Night! I ordered the Mentai Cream Udon, it lived up to my expectations. Overall, would definitely go back to try something new!

I came here for my brother's birthday with a party of 7! The service was great! Got our orders pretty timely, and the food was great too!

Dope place for some casual ramen! We got takeout at this place the first time we were here for the Backstreet Boys concert, and decided to dine in this time (yes we saw the concert twice lol!) We arrived just before the lunch rush, maybe around 11:30a? They had a bunch of pre-made rice musubis/onigiris at the front as well, which were tasty but quite pricey - around $5 a piece. I ordered the tan tan udon noodle, and it was very satisfying! Even after taking half of it to go and leaving it out in the hotel for a few hours, it was still good. Last time I came here, I got the carbonara udon to go, and I LOVED it. Just the right amount of richness and cheese. The udon itself could be chewier, but the overall taste was still great. Staff was very friendly too!! Plenty of parking, as this is located in a large plaza!

We went to Oodle Noodle for lunch as a group of six and were seated right away. Our waitress took our order promptly, and the food came out quickly. The inside is nicely decorated with a good amount of seating. The menu offers a wide variety of noodle dishes, with options served hot or cold. I ordered the mentai cream udon in a regular size, and it was very tasty. I had never tried anything like it before and really enjoyed it. Others in our group said their broth was very flavorful. Next time, I want to try the nabeyaki hotpot udon.

If you're looking for flavorful soup with chewy noodles, this is the place to go! The noodles are served in a variety of bowls, which I thought was a nice touch! My friends ordered many of the other noodle dishes and they all enjoyed their orders too. I got the nabeyaki udon, and enjoyed every bite. I liked how many different ingredients it had: veggies, fish cake, tempura, mushrooms. I thought it was really cute to there is a hello kitty fish cake in it as well too. Service was attentive, there's a bell at some tables where you can draw the waiters attention if needed. Inside there's a variety is different kinds of booths: towards the back there are some alcove-esque booths where you do sit very close together if you have a larger party. Lighting is on the dimmer side, but creates a nice ambiance.

Oodle Noodle With such a different name to the restaurant, I initially did not take this restaurant very seriously, but this is a winner with so many restaurants around Spring Mountain Road. Sukiyaki and Wagyu Udon good bowl of Udon was excellent, filled Udon bowl full of everything including a J Hello Kitty slice of meat, different soup spoon but I liked the size. Busy place means good food. Just a solid place for a very good large bowl of Udon

Oodle Noodle is a cute little udon shop. After a weekend of partying and clubbing on the Strip, I needed some soup to help recharge. I saw this place had high ratings and wasn't too far from the strip. Upon entering, you are either sat at a table or a bar. They give you a wet towel to your clean your hands as well (love it when restaurants do this). There's plenty of udon bowls to choose from. I ordered the baked cheese curry udon because I love cheese and udon, so it sounded very appealing to me. When served my bowl, I wasn't sure what I was exactly expecting, but wow, it's a lot of cheese! I also really like broccoli so that's a plus. Unfortunately, I actually hated this, and ended up not really eating much. The curry was not seasoned well and was bland. This with the cheese, broccoli and udon noodles was just not a good combination. I regret not ordering from the recommended on Yelp. My boyfriend got a beef sukiyaki, and his bowl was definitely a lot better than what I had. However, he agreed that the sukiyaki broth was a bit bland, too. The beef was tender and tasted good, though! I wish I liked it because I love udon! I don't see myself returning. If you decide to give this place a try, I would recommend checking the reviews on Yelp when deciding on what to order.

    Kimchi Hot Pot Udon

I was looking for a lunch spot for the fam after visiting Red Rock and landed here since it was along the way. We didn't really look into it, but saw that they had udon which my son loves. Everything was delicious and freshly made. I kept telling my husband, "This place is legit!" From the Japanese chefs and kind waitress, to the music, and, of course, the food. The ohitashi was a nice start with just the right amount of dashi to bring out the flavors of the veggies. I had the kimchi udon hot pot which comes with pork. I thought it was going to be slices of pork, but it was actually chashu that you would find in ramen! The chashu was tender and the broth was amazing. When I say amazing, it wasn't overly salty where it makes you feel bloated afterwards. My husband enjoyed his salmon avocado poke bowl as well. The kids had kake udon and a beef bowl, which they devoured. Glad we found this place!

    Udon noodles with Uni
    Ricky B.

So I don't know the exact name of the Uni bowl but the wife wasn't happy for the amount of Uni and the size were way to small to be paying almost $25-$30 bucks. My carbonara bowl was delicious and the size was perfect for me, I paid about $12-$18 bucks for my bowl. Both dishes was flavorful and everything else was decent price but if your gonna charge that much for the Uni dishes you sell I would put bigger quality pieces in. Overall I would recommend cause of the variety of items they have there. Food overall 8/10. The service was okay cause she seemed quite impatient. I would have said something but the wife just wanted to eat and leave without problems. Overall it was okay but could have been better indeed. Service overall 6/10. The location itself is cute and decent nothing much of it. Cleanliness overall 8/10 cause of the bathroom could have been cleaner.

My family and I have dined here several times and it never disappoints. We love the food here -- the udon noods are perfectly al dente, and honestly, you cannot go wrong with any bowl you choose. We're partial to cold udon though, so we frequently order that. We also love their hand rolls, though we've noticed they cut back on what used to be an extensive listing of hand rolls. Also, their calamari and hamachi crudo (yellowtail with yuzu and jalapeño) are delicious! Service is efficient. Casual sit-down. There is ample free parking in a lot that's shared with many other restaurants. Highly recommend this local joint. So good!

The food and ambience in this restaurant was great with good service as well. The noodles were delicious. Definitely recommend this place if you're visiting Vegas and looking for some good Asian food.

    Tuna and Avocado Poke

Finally decided to try this noodle place as it is in between two of our favorite Boba and sushi places. They have a visual menu outside, which looked delicious . The service was OK. It was a bit slow at first, but they picked up once we got our food. However, we did have to ask a couple of times to have our waters filled. We got a couple of items to share such as the tuna poke, which was good but definitely not worth $14 . Beef Bowl was good, nice flavor, but not a ton of meat, so the rice ratio was off. The shrimp tempua udon was the most popular and it was good. Still lacked a lot of flavor though. Finally we tried a fusion item which was the Miso Carbonara Udon, the carbonara was lacking a ton of flavor- and was extremely slimey. Unfortunately this was a big miss. Overall it was an okay visit, but for the price and portion size, I probably won't be back.

Salmon poke bowl - just okay
    Melissa S.

This place is so good! Omg I can't believe we hadn't been sooner!! My top dishes were the jalapeño yellowtail and the takoyaki. They're full of flavor and so fresh. My husband and I also really liked our udon noodle bowls. He got the beef one and I got the shrimp tempura. My only suggestion is that I wish the shrimp tempura would be brought on the side as it gets soggy really quickly and I like the crunchiness of tempura. Other than that, they so delicious and big portions so you can probably share these. I would skip out on the salmon poke bowl. This one lacked flavor. One of my favorite parts about this restaurant is that they have the sauces and condiments readily available! You can add as much or as little as you'd like. The crunchy tempura flakes is such a nice touch. The staff were great! Very friendly and quick service. Ambiance was also good, not overly busy nor loud on a Saturday afternoon. We can't wait to go back and try other dishes!

Has ownership changed, tea does not seem like a Japanese one, and lots of kimchi now on menu?

No, the ownership did not change. Same Japanese owner and chef. We change the menu about once a year, just to change things up. Hope everything tasted okay.

What time is their lunch menu served?

It is served from 11:30am till 3pm

Is there vegetarian or pescatarian broth? Do they use MSG?

The broth is a dashi (fish broth) based soup. And does not use MSG.

    Do they have Vegan options?

Hello Laurie!! We do have some Vegan options!! Some of our salads like the "Tofu & Avocado Salad" is Vegan. As well as some appetizers like the "Onigiri" (rice ball), "Inari Sushi" (sushi rice wrapped in fried tofu), and "Kimchi"!!…

Can I make a reservation for a group of 20? Can they handle that size group?

I definitely say have to call, when I went most of the tables were 4 top, but I'm sure they could put tables together to accommodate! Good luck and please post answer! ☺️

I don't think they are usually this busy though, as they were definitely understaffed that evening. Service was consistent throughout the night, and the servers were cheerful and doing their best to take care of everyone. The restaurants design is very relaxed, with some optional bar seating to watch the chefs cook and roast the skewers, with additional options for booths. After 10 PM, they offer a happy hour special with $5 hand rolls, cheap drinks, and basically half off of all their skewers, potatoes, and small bites. On the particular evening that we went, either they were extra busy and had too much customers from CES... but they ran out of sushi rice and did not have any hand rolls....How does a Japanese restaurant run out of rice??? We were super disappointed and ended up just getting skewers. Itzakaya Tora, you definitely need to step up your game and have better management in the future for these big events. I don't think they are that new of a restaurant, but they definitely let me down. Chicken and pork skewers ($2 per skewer, 7/10) - super juicy! You can definitely taste the charcoal and barbecue flavor. They do a great job of keeping each skewer, moist and juicy, that I didn't feel like I was eating burnt skewers like you get at some other restaurants. - $2 per skewer is pretty good for the happy hour deal, but I think it's much more expensive during the regular menu option. Don't think it would be particularly worth it with their regular menu. Overall, super disappointed that they didn't have any more of their sushi, rice and best do not have any $5 hand rolls during their happy hour. Also, the wait was super long to get in, and they were definitely understaffed. My family made a reservation because they wanted to celebrate my birthday, so I was really looking forward to it. When it is your birthday, even a small detail feels a little more important. You want the night to feel special, smooth, and happy from the beginning. Unfortunately, when we arrived, there seemed to be a small issue with the reservation, and the table we were given was much smaller than expected. Since we were there as a family for a birthday dinner, it felt uncomfortable at first. I have to be honest -- my mood was not great in the beginning. It was one of those moments where you think, "Oh no, is this how the night is going to start?" But then the food started coming out, and Hachi completely turned the night around. The first thing that changed my mood was the beer. The draft beer was served in an unbelievably icy-cold mug. It was not just cold -- it looked and felt like it had come straight out of a freezer. The foam was smooth, the beer was crisp, and the first sip was so refreshing that I almost forgot I had been upset a few minutes earlier. That beer alone deserves applause. Sometimes a perfect cold beer can fix a whole mood, and this one absolutely did. The biggest highlight of the night was the tuna toro. It was incredible. The texture was so soft and delicate that it almost felt like cotton candy melting in my mouth. Rich, buttery, fresh, and so smooth. It was the kind of bite that makes everyone at the table stop talking for a second. We loved it so much that we ordered it three times. Ordering the same dish three times says everything. It was not a maybe. It was not a "let's think about it." It was a clear yes every time. The skewers were also very good. The grilled meats had a nice smoky flavor, and they were seasoned well without being too salty. They paired perfectly with the icy beer. But the shrimp skewer was especially memorable. The shrimp had that perfect bouncy, juicy texture. It was grilled nicely, still tender, and full of natural sweetness. Some grilled shrimp can become dry or forgettable, but this one had personality. Small skewer, big impact. We also enjoyed several other izakaya-style dishes. The grilled shishito peppers with bonito flakes were simple but delicious, and they helped balance out the richer dishes. The grilled squid had a great smoky flavor and a chewy texture that went so well with beer. These are exactly the kinds of dishes that make izakaya dining so fun -- one bite, one sip, one more bite, and suddenly the table is full of happy people. The sashimi platter was fresh and beautifully served over ice. There was a nice variety, including tuna, salmon, white fish, scallop, and ikura. Everything looked clean and fresh, and the presentation made it feel even more enjoyable. But honestly, the toro was the star. I will probably remember that toro for a long time. My daughter ordered tonkatsu, and that was also a huge hit. Sometimes at restaurants like this, kids' dishes can feel like an afterthought, but this tonkatsu was really good. It was crispy, flavorful, and satisfying. Seeing my daughter enjoy her food made my birthday dinner even better. As a mom, when your child eats well and is happy, the whole meal suddenly feels more peaceful. That is just the truth. Overall, Hachi started with a little frustration because of the reservation issue and the small table, but the food and drinks completely saved the night. The icy-cold beer, the amazing tuna toro, the juicy shrimp skewer, and the tonkatsu were all memorable. The food was strong enough to make us forget the rough beginning, and by the end of the meal, we were all happy. Las Vegas has so many flashy restaurants, but Hachi has that casual, comfortable izakaya charm. It is the kind of place where you order many small dishes, share with the table, drink something cold, and let the night slowly become fun. I would definitely come back next time I am in Las Vegas. Next time, I already know what I am ordering first: an icy-cold beer and tuna toro. And honestly, I may order the toro twice from the beginning, because one order is definitely not enough.

Shigotonin is a delightful discovery off the Vegas strip (but may as well be on the strip…read moreconsidering the taste and quality of food here) in a small plaza. Chef Shuji runs the restaurant with his wife next to him in the kitchen. The fish here is flown in from Japan and of the highest quality as you can see from the sheen and fat marbling. The tuna melts in your mouth and bite after bite is a wonderful experience as you pair it with soy sauce, fresh Wasabi, yuzu Wasabi, or some combination of the condiments provided. This is also the first sushi restaurant I have ever been to that automatically brings out fresh Wasabi without having to ask. The portions are generous and we left feeling very satisfied. Even though we were very full, we took a look at the dessert menu. Not pictured here is a sweet potato with ice cream and brown sugar glaze. This dish on the menu was unassuming but the taste was so decadent. Quite possibly the best and sweetest sweet potato I have ever tasted. The chef slowly roasts them over a 2 hour period, rotating the potatoes every so slightly every 15 minutes. The sweet potato could be a dessert by itself, it was that good! Chef Shuji is a charming and funny host. He regularly comes out to greet his customers and makes sure they are enjoying their meal, very high-touch. If you know Japanese - even if it's just a few phrases, speak with him as he will be delighted. He was absolutely tickled when we said arigato and he shared that he is originally from Kyoto. Cannot wait to return to Shigotonin!

**Overall: 4.75 Stars**…read more Imagine omakase but with a show. That's what you get here at Kyara Sake Bar. I went to Kyara on a date, but it wasn't the quiet or romantic kind of place I thought it'd be. Kyara had great service but they visit you every few minutes and explain things before each dish and they may cook something in front of you or show you the fish (like the actual real whole fish from the same catch you'd be eating)! When we were about to be served the wagyu beef dish, we were shown the certificate and our server explained all about the cow. I felt like I knew all about Bertha and joked that we just went through her photo album and yearbook. Like how was I supposed to eat Bertha now?!! Aiyahhhhh. Kyara may not be the romantic type of restaurant, but it was more memorable and more of an experience! It had may "wow" moments.

We had a choice for bar or table and we chose table. It was tucked in a corner so it felt intimate for me and husband. Menu was filled with some of our faves and some new things we never tried. Skewers were great esp the Wagyu- it was so good and tender. We enjoyed the agadashi tofu with was one of our faves here. Food was overall delicious and you can taste the freshness of the fish. We def want to come back and experience their dinner specials. Definitely a place to try if you're in the area
