Specializing in Udon, Oodle Noodle was delicious, had a lot of variety, is affordable and was not too busy on a Friday Night! I ordered the Mentai Cream Udon, it lived up to my expectations. Overall, would definitely go back to try something new!
I came here for my brother's birthday with a party of 7! The service was great! Got our orders pretty timely, and the food was great too!
Dope place for some casual ramen! We got takeout at this place the first time we were here for the Backstreet Boys concert, and decided to dine in this time (yes we saw the concert twice lol!) We arrived just before the lunch rush, maybe around 11:30a? They had a bunch of pre-made rice musubis/onigiris at the front as well, which were tasty but quite pricey - around $5 a piece. I ordered the tan tan udon noodle, and it was very satisfying! Even after taking half of it to go and leaving it out in the hotel for a few hours, it was still good. Last time I came here, I got the carbonara udon to go, and I LOVED it. Just the right amount of richness and cheese. The udon itself could be chewier, but the overall taste was still great. Staff was very friendly too!! Plenty of parking, as this is located in a large plaza!
We went to Oodle Noodle for lunch as a group of six and were seated right away. Our waitress took our order promptly, and the food came out quickly. The inside is nicely decorated with a good amount of seating. The menu offers a wide variety of noodle dishes, with options served hot or cold. I ordered the mentai cream udon in a regular size, and it was very tasty. I had never tried anything like it before and really enjoyed it. Others in our group said their broth was very flavorful. Next time, I want to try the nabeyaki hotpot udon.
If you're looking for flavorful soup with chewy noodles, this is the place to go! The noodles are served in a variety of bowls, which I thought was a nice touch! My friends ordered many of the other noodle dishes and they all enjoyed their orders too. I got the nabeyaki udon, and enjoyed every bite. I liked how many different ingredients it had: veggies, fish cake, tempura, mushrooms. I thought it was really cute to there is a hello kitty fish cake in it as well too. Service was attentive, there's a bell at some tables where you can draw the waiters attention if needed. Inside there's a variety is different kinds of booths: towards the back there are some alcove-esque booths where you do sit very close together if you have a larger party. Lighting is on the dimmer side, but creates a nice ambiance.

Sukiyaki and Wagyu Udon good bowl of Udon was excellent, filled Udon bowl full of everything including a J Hello Kitty slice of meat, different soup spoon but I liked the size. Oodle Noodle is a cute little udon shop. After a weekend of partying and clubbing on the Strip, I needed some soup to help recharge. I saw this place had high ratings and wasn't too far from the strip. Upon entering, you are either sat at a table or a bar. They give you a wet towel to your clean your hands as well (love it when restaurants do this). There's plenty of udon bowls to choose from. I ordered the baked cheese curry udon because I love cheese and udon, so it sounded very appealing to me. When served my bowl, I wasn't sure what I was exactly expecting, but wow, it's a lot of cheese! I also really like broccoli so that's a plus. Unfortunately, I actually hated this, and ended up not really eating much. The curry was not seasoned well and was bland. This with the cheese, broccoli and udon noodles was just not a good combination. I regret not ordering from the recommended on Yelp. My boyfriend got a beef sukiyaki, and his bowl was definitely a lot better than what I had. However, he agreed that the sukiyaki broth was a bit bland, too. The beef was tender and tasted good, though! I wish I liked it because I love udon! I don't see myself returning. If you decide to give this place a try, I would recommend checking the reviews on Yelp when deciding on what to order.
I was looking for a lunch spot for the fam after visiting Red Rock and landed here since it was along the way. We didn't really look into it, but saw that they had udon which my son loves. Everything was delicious and freshly made. I kept telling my husband, "This place is legit!" From the Japanese chefs and kind waitress, to the music, and, of course, the food. The ohitashi was a nice start with just the right amount of dashi to bring out the flavors of the veggies. I had the kimchi udon hot pot which comes with pork. I thought it was going to be slices of pork, but it was actually chashu that you would find in ramen! The chashu was tender and the broth was amazing. When I say amazing, it wasn't overly salty where it makes you feel bloated afterwards. My husband enjoyed his salmon avocado poke bowl as well. The kids had kake udon and a beef bowl, which they devoured. Glad we found this place!
So I don't know the exact name of the Uni bowl but the wife wasn't happy for the amount of Uni and the size were way to small to be paying almost $25-$30 bucks. My carbonara bowl was delicious and the size was perfect for me, I paid about $12-$18 bucks for my bowl. Both dishes was flavorful and everything else was decent price but if your gonna charge that much for the Uni dishes you sell I would put bigger quality pieces in. Overall I would recommend cause of the variety of items they have there. Food overall 8/10. The service was okay cause she seemed quite impatient. I would have said something but the wife just wanted to eat and leave without problems. Overall it was okay but could have been better indeed. Service overall 6/10. The location itself is cute and decent nothing much of it. Cleanliness overall 8/10 cause of the bathroom could have been cleaner.
My family and I have dined here several times and it never disappoints. We love the food here -- the udon noods are perfectly al dente, and honestly, you cannot go wrong with any bowl you choose. We're partial to cold udon though, so we frequently order that. We also love their hand rolls, though we've noticed they cut back on what used to be an extensive listing of hand rolls. Also, their calamari and hamachi crudo (yellowtail with yuzu and jalapeño) are delicious! Service is efficient. Casual sit-down. There is ample free parking in a lot that's shared with many other restaurants. Highly recommend this local joint. So good!
The food and ambience in this restaurant was great with good service as well. The noodles were delicious. Definitely recommend this place if you're visiting Vegas and looking for some good Asian food.
Finally decided to try this noodle place as it is in between two of our favorite Boba and sushi places. They have a visual menu outside, which looked delicious . The service was OK. It was a bit slow at first, but they picked up once we got our food. However, we did have to ask a couple of times to have our waters filled. We got a couple of items to share such as the tuna poke, which was good but definitely not worth $14 . Beef Bowl was good, nice flavor, but not a ton of meat, so the rice ratio was off. The shrimp tempua udon was the most popular and it was good. Still lacked a lot of flavor though. Finally we tried a fusion item which was the Miso Carbonara Udon, the carbonara was lacking a ton of flavor- and was extremely slimey. Unfortunately this was a big miss. Overall it was an okay visit, but for the price and portion size, I probably won't be back.
This place is so good! Omg I can't believe we hadn't been sooner!! My top dishes were the jalapeño yellowtail and the takoyaki. They're full of flavor and so fresh. My husband and I also really liked our udon noodle bowls. He got the beef one and I got the shrimp tempura. My only suggestion is that I wish the shrimp tempura would be brought on the side as it gets soggy really quickly and I like the crunchiness of tempura. Other than that, they so delicious and big portions so you can probably share these. I would skip out on the salmon poke bowl. This one lacked flavor. One of my favorite parts about this restaurant is that they have the sauces and condiments readily available! You can add as much or as little as you'd like. The crunchy tempura flakes is such a nice touch. The staff were great! Very friendly and quick service. Ambiance was also good, not overly busy nor loud on a Saturday afternoon. We can't wait to go back and try other dishes!

Love this place! My favorite udon spot. The restaurant is a decent size with enough seats, so it's a comfortable place to dine in. We started with the natto and tuna appetizer, which was yum! I got the fusion carbonara udon, and the udon was perfectly al dente. You can tell it was freshly made, and the carbonara sauce was light, creamy, and well seasoned. They also have tempura flakes on the table, and adding them to the udon gave it a nice crunch. My sister got the cold wakame udon and she said the broth was flavorful and the dish was really good. This was my second time around and we went in as a big group of nine (seven adults and two kids). We were seated in the main dining area and high chair was already placed for us at the end of the table. Our waitress and waiter were both very nice. Service is great here. I have no complaints regarding that! I started by ordering their Hot Tea Pot in the Genmaicha Tea, which is refillable ($3). The tea was good. I must've had it refilled about three times. The husband got the Asahi draft. For the food orders, we started with the cholegi salad, takoyaki, and chicken karaage. While the cholegi salad was good, I'd have to say I've had better chicken karaage elsewhere. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to skip the chicken karaage next time. It was lacking in flavor so I asked for table salt to sprinkle on top of it. For the main dish, our party ordered beef sukiyaki udon, tendon, tuna and avocado poke don, nabeyaki udon, and kake udon. Everyone enjoyed their entrees. For dessert, we got everything that was on the menu so that we could sample them. I particularly enjoyed their matcha pudding in that it was more than what the picture showed. There were layers of azuki beans and black sugar syrup underneath the green pudding. This one was my favorite! The sweet potato ice cream was the party's favorite. Overall, I really like the vibe of this restaurant. Ordered Oodle Noodle DoorDash. Glad they separated the salad dressing so it wouldn't get soggy. As for the creamy uni pasta, I'm docking one star since the uni didn't taste very fresh, but the udon noodle had a great bounce and chew to it and the creamy sauce was delightful! read more

one of my favorite places to go. somehow always craving their carbonara udon. i always think i want to try something new but end up getting the carbonara other items that are good: tempuras, chicken karaage, beef sukiyaki, mentai cream, spicy miso tsukemen. the workers are always nice and have quick service. read more
This was a fun Japanese dining experience at sort of a "hole in the wall" place. It's quite small and a bit cramped inside, but the servers were quite friendly and attentive. I really enjoyed the blueberry sparkling sake presented cutely in a bucket with ice and your choice of assorted sake glasses. We tried the gyoza and mixed tempura. The gyoza tasted homemade and had a light yet crispy shell with a flavorful filling. The tempura was ok - the coating was a tad oily and heavy, and the shrimp didn't taste too fresh. Not bad overall, though! For my entree I had the beef bowl. The beef was tender and flavorful. It was a bit heavy on the green onions, and the portion was a bit smaller than expected. Still good, though, and recommended! Overall this was a pretty good Japanese dining experience! read more
This place is the spot for comfort food, and delicious authentic udon. Perfect for the cold weather. Wonderful service, the restaurant has a good amount of seats kinda reminds me of when I was in Japan. Food was delicious I ordered the Mentai Butter Udon, and my friend got the hot pot udon. Both were so yummy we ate it all. For dessert we had the Sweet potato with ice cream and honey, highly recommended! My friend said the Matcha pudding was also delicious and a strong matcha flavor. Definitely want to go back someday soon to try more of their delicious recipes. read more
The broths in the udon were very rich in flavor. especially the beef udon. The beef flavor very rich and not overpowering. The fried tofu has a nice crisp that complements the natural texture of the tofu and the sauce added a nice tang of flavor to it. The pork gyoza was steamed and lightly grilled. the only minor issue was the flavor of the pork. Just a slight touch of seasoning would help it. but it was still good. the service was amazing. very courteous and the host gifted our daughter with a plush toy because she was crying on the way in. very soft atmosphere that makes quiet dining effortless. they played a very gentle contemporary instrumental music from the orients. We will definitely eat there again. To the hostess that worked there that night, June 12, 2025, thank you so much, and also to the gentleman that assisted us as well. read more

Carbonara udon - super creamy but a bit bland, udon is soft and chewy but not mushy, can get a bit heavy but you honestly can't go wrong with ordering this Staff friendly and food came out really quick. Easy and free parking. read more
Coming from Northern Virginia, we're not exactly spoiled with amazing udon--but Oodle Noodle absolutely blew us away. Wow! Everything about our visit was perfect. The udon was incredibly chewy, with that perfect bounce and texture you dream of. We tried several different bowls, and each broth had its own depth and flavor that felt both comforting and refined. The whole experience was authentically Japanese, from the presentation to the flavors to the atmosphere. You can tell the staff care deeply about quality and tradition. This place is a total gem--we'll be dreaming about that udon until our next visit. read more

Looks fairly small but it actually is a pretty large Resturant. Service was phenomenal, and the food was beautifully constructed and the flavors are just amazing. This is hands down our favorite Udon spot in Las Vegas. Ordered several things from the menu started off with appetizers. Chicken Kara-age was 1lb of delicious crispy chicken the only thing was the side of sauce was $2 and honestly I over skipped that on the menu so when the server asked if we wanted sauce and recommended the tar tar sauce I said yeah sure but we didn't even use the sauce because the chicken alone stand out so that was a waste of $2 unfortunately. Takoyaki $7.80 for 6 pretty large Octopus balls. They were so fresh and hot that they melted in your mouth the flavors and the Octopus piece in the middle was so good. Best we have yet in town. We make sure if this item is on the menu we are ordering. This is a must when you dine here. My daughter likes Natto but didn't want the entree dish so I had asked if there was a way to enjoy it as a side and they delivered it in a bowl it was great that they were able to do that for her without having to order the whole dish. Baked Cheese Curry Udon Regular size $13.8 Udon, curry, chicken, broccoli, cheese. It was delicious cheesy, meaty, and packed with flavor. Awesome choice! Shrimp Tempura Udon Regular size $12.8 L rage $17.8 (Udon, green onions, wakame, shrimp tempura, kamaboko, and dashi.) This came out first and my little one ordered this dish she was excited to see that the fish cake was shaped like (Hello Kitty) it was a very cute touch. The only thing I would suggest on this entree is asking if the customer would like the shrimp tempura on the side or inside the soup. Reason is the shrimp tempura was soggy once my little one started to eat. She likes her shrimp crispy and was a little disappointed that she wasn't able to enjoy the tempura batter of the shrimp. So we know next time to ask for any tempura ingredients to be placed on the side. Kimchi Hot Pot Udon Regular size $14.8 large $20.8 (went with the regular size and it was a fairly large bowl perfect size for one person) the dish contained- Udon, kimchi, sliced shiitake mushrooms, tofu, pork, scallions, sesame seeds, chilli peppers, chives, miso, garlic, and ginger. If you're a Kimchi lover this is for you. Everything combined so well and to make everything else come together is the presentation. We eat with our eyes first and let me tell you each dish was absolutely appealing. The chef takes pride in delivering beautifully constructed plates and it shows from the first second the server reaches the table. As a chef myself I appreciate his talent! Outstanding!!! Finally we ordered the matcha pudding it was $6 and was very little, about a spoonful to taste between us three. Not shareable friendly and the price I felt was steep. The pudding was great though I know inflation is high but the price is just too high for what you get. Their menu has so many items to choose from and literally everything looks delicious I don't think you can go wrong with any item you choose from. I will be back soon and will be back soon after that because the service, cleanliness, food, presentation, flavors were all so great that our experience was 10/10. Oddles of noodles and much more at Oodle Noodle! Not too far away from the Vegas strip, and we were able to get a parking spot near the front around the time they opened. We got in (part of 4) and they seated us right away. The place did fill up rather quickly though, so we were glad we went the time we did. They specialize in udon noodle variations, and we tried the uni cream and the beef soup one. Both large sizes, which didn't cost too much more than the regular size, but had double the amount of food. Pretty good! The noodles had great texture and everything else around it was good as well. The uni cream noodle was mild-ish in uni flavor, but that is prob cause I love some good quality uni. There were tiny uni chunks in there as well. Not bad for the price point considering uni can be super expensive. What I loved most were most of the appetizers. My fave were the yellowtail - in some sauce, topped with jalapeño. Ah, so tasty and smooth! My other fave was the cod roe thing. Mentaiko or something. Such salty goodness and the texture of the lil eggs in there. Definitely not something I've seen at many places and it was my first time actually trying it in this form. Other appetizers we tried were the Takoyaki - always a good yummy option, and the salmon poke. Pretty solid, good, but not my fave there. Service was great, and the ambiance was nice as well. They also do onigiri here, and we got some to go to eat later that day (which was so helpful since I was stuck at the Vegas airport for hours due to flight delay and power outage that day). Omg-- I don't know why it took so long for me to find out about this place!! Had an absolute hankering for authentic udon & found this place! They have an amazing selection of traditional udon, tsukemen, & cream udon. I LOVE their mentai cream udon. I've also tried their tsukemen and baked cheese curry udon. Sooooo yummy. Food: 5/5 Prices are relatively reasonable considering the quality and quantity you're getting. Staff is always so friendly and attentive. Service: 5/5 I will be back to try even more! read more

I come here for one thing only, and it's their mentai cream udon!! It's definitely on the heavier side and very decadent, but so incredibly satisfying. The umami from the udon and the cream really elevates the flavor of the mentaiko. It's the kind of dish that feels like a treat you have once in a while. We also tried the carbonara udon, but I wasn't a fan of how thick the sauce was, and it tasted a bit one-note compared to the mentaiko. read more
This review is based on my first visit -reservation over the phone was quick and easy. -food took very long time to arrive and we were getting a bit hangry specially with a hungry toddler. -food portions are responsible for the price. -some of the best udon noodles I've ever had. -automatic gratuity was included on the check but there was no mentioning of it.. it's fine they add it but would appreciate saying something.. we almost double tipped! =\ -they make their own yuzu soda and was delicious. However manu said $3 and they charge $3.75. You gotta be honest and update the menu. Would I go back!? Yes I would. And I would recommend it to friends and family read more
I fear this is the best Japanese udon spot you will find in Vegas! Not too far from the strip, my friends and I came on a weekend with no wait. Very quaint and cozy restaurant with Japanese music playing as well, loved the atmosphere! They have a wide menu selection of udon you can choose from. There's cold noodle, hot pot noodle, creamy pasta noodle - pretty much anything you crave for udon, they have! I love how you can get either small or large size - small size is perfect for me, and the udon texture is literally perfect. I love the food quality! I love the service! I love the tyco drum music! This is one of my favorite restaurants for Japanese food. They do onigiri in the days for a quick bite. They udon is really good, the broth is flavorful and the noodles are always fresh. They make the most crispy tempura. read more

If i'm ever craving udon, this is where I'm going! The noodles are fresh, thick, soft, but still with a bite. My favorite has to be the mentai cream, so flavorful and creamy. I also love that they have chili oil on the table if you want a bit of spice. I also tried putting the tempura flakes on it and it was so delicious. The perfect mix of soft with crunchy. I went for dinner, but during the day, they have a variety of onigiri. I definitely need to try that next time. Service was attentive and the vibe definitely reminded me of the shops in Japan. read more

The noodles are delicious! They were cooked al dente and had great texture and some chew to it. Got the tempura zaru udon, nabeyaki hot pot udon, calamari brussel sprouts and beef sukiyaki. My favorite was the Nabeyaki hot pot. The least favorite was the tempura zaru udon, it lacked flavor. Service was good, fast and friendly. Wish I had room to try the other stuff but I'll definitely be back. read more

Oodle Noodle is my favorite and go to spot for udon!! The prices are so fair and everything on the menu is absolutely delicious. The servers have always been super friendly to me, the food always comes out in a reasonable time, and the restaurant is cozy with plenty of seating inside. The udon is so delicious and tasty with so much flavor. There is always something for everyone. My go to personally is the beef sukiyaki but I've tried almost everything on the menu and nothing has ever let me down. A must try!! read more
Brief Summary: - Thick and chewy noodles - There is a place near the entrance where you can browse and buy rice balls - Entered in hungry, left content and light We visited here to have udon noodles for dinner. Once inside and on the left side, there is a nook of baskets each storing different rice balls of various fillings. We bought a few to take back to the hotel to eat afterwards. (On that day, eel was the most popular dish) Here, I ordered the Japanese style udon, and the rest of my relatives ordered the zaru udon and the kitsune udon. The tea arrived first and then after a few minutes all of the udon noodle dishes arrived at the same time. The noodles were springy and chewy! I liked how the Japanese styled udon was balanced in flavor and was enough that a mix coated every noodle. None of the noodle strands were left out after mixing so each slurp had flavor. My relative, who had the tempura zaru udon. praised the super airy and crispy tempura shrimp and vegetables. read more

No, the ownership did not change. Same Japanese owner and chef. We change the menu about once a year, just to change things up. Hope everything tasted okay.
Is there vegetarian or pescatarian broth? Do they use MSG?
The broth is a dashi (fish broth) based soup. And does not use MSG.
Do they have Vegan options?
Hello Laurie!! We do have some Vegan options!! Some of our salads like the "Tofu & Avocado Salad" is Vegan. As well as some appetizers like the "Onigiri" (rice ball), "Inari Sushi" (sushi rice wrapped in fried tofu), and "Kimchi"!!…
Can I make a reservation for a group of 20? Can they handle that size group?
I definitely say have to call, when I went most of the tables were 4 top, but I'm sure they could put tables together to accommodate! Good luck and please post answer! ☺️
