I was super excited that we stumbled upon this place! Small menu, but done really well. They have spice levels, and we scared them by ordering 4/4- nothing was overwhelmingly spicy, but it did pack a punch! I finally got to try out black bean noodles, they were so so delicious! The server was very knowledgeable and helpful while being so sweet. Super delicious options, check them out if you're nearby!
The service was quick since I placed my order online on DoorDash for pickup . I ordered black bean noodles . The food was good . It tasted more garlicky than I'm used to . The noodles were soft and fresh . The sauce had potatoes which tasted really good . However for the portion size , I don't think it was worth it. $17 dollars for noodles wasn't the price I was hoping for . The place looked neat and clean. BTS visited so I thought I'd try it out . Overall 8/10
Pretty good, but not perfect What I ate: - Jjajjangmyun: The sauce was great! Well balanced. The veggies and pork were CHUNKY and bigger than I'm used to, but I kind of liked it. Noodles had a nice bite and chew to them - Jjangpong: I was very intimidated by the spicy great levels offered. We opted for just the regular and it was SO SPICY. My sister said this is usually how spicy it is in Korea. It was very addicting. The seafood was plump and varied - Tangsuyuk: This was by far the most disappointing dish. Since rice flour was used the better was much chewier, but to the point of being tough. The sauce was on the side of the plate, so I expected the pork to be crispy, but it was pretty soggy and chewy instead Pros: - I really liked the noodles. I would definitely come back if I was in the mood for Korean Chinese noodles, either the Jjajjangmyun or the Jjampong - There was only ONE server and she really hustled. It got busy, most of the tables were full, and she went around serving everyone. She forgot a few things but was quick to hustle once reminded - Korean beer and wine - If you like spicy, this is the place for you! - Korean tables, with the utensils in the table drawers - Price is right Cons: - Really disappointed with the tangsuyuk - As typical of most Korean, menu is small and concentrated. $9 bowl of Korean black bean noodles yes and please. These were so good and at such a great price. Came late at 9pm and there was no one else there but the service was still great. The place was welcoming and clean. I'm glad I finally got to try it and I definitely will be back because the seafood noodles is what I really wanted. The dumplings were also well done and but the black bean noodles had potatoes and such a great flavor.
Got their main spicy soup noodle dish I never had it before thinking it would be too spicy for me, but the amount was just right. The servers are nice and are attentive. Inside is like a home like vibe.
Excellent jjajjangmyun for a very reasonable price ($8.99)! Staff are so nice and they have some fun autographs on the wall (shoutout pov husband for the recommendation). Will definitely be back!
One of my go-to spots when I am craving a spicy and hearty Korean soup and amazing jjajangmyeon! I've always drove past this restaurant and finally decided to give it a try! Ive now gone here 5 times and I can say this place is consistent from their food and their service. My daughter absolutely loves the black bean noodle dish and it is really affordable for an entire dish for $8.99!! my favorite is the spicy seafood soup. They are very generous with the amount of seafood and noodles they put in the dish. Recently, I tried their Suga's choice with their handmade noodles. It was so delicious and I will definitely be back to eat that again. I know this restaurant runs a very simplified menu, my only wish is that they offered another meat dish aside from the sweet-and-sour pork. I am not a huge fan of sweet & sour pork, so having another option, but I'll meet to fill up on a little more protein.

Service was amazing, with very attentive staff throughout our visit. The restaurant itself was also very clean and charming, with a small and cozy atmosphere. Unfortunately, the food was pretty mediocre overall. We ordered the Spicy Jjajang Noodles, Shrimp Fried Rice, Tangsuyuk (Medium), and Deep Fried Dumplings (10 pc). The Spicy Jjajang Noodles had good flavor, but the noodles themselves were overcooked. They practically melted in your mouth after just a couple of bites, and you could barely chew them. The Shrimp Fried Rice was okay, but it was a bit lacking in flavor and could have used more seasoning. The Tangsuyuk was a massive portion, and once again, the flavor was good. However, the texture was not enjoyable. The pork inside was very lean, which I liked, but the batter was very chewy rather than crispy. I really wish it had been fried longer to give it that crispy texture you expect from Tangsuyuk. The Deep Fried Dumplings were definitely the highlight of the meal. They were incredibly crispy, full of flavor, and tasted very fresh. I would honestly go back just to get these again. Overall, the meal was okay. The service and atmosphere were great, and the dumplings were amazing, but the other dishes didn't quite live up to expectations.

There soup didn't have enough seafood (not even shrimp) compared to other places which was disappointing considering its $19 price. However, the portions are big enough to share between 2 people. The dumplings were perfectly fried and tasty. The server was nice and helpful and the place is clean. I like how the utensils are readily available inside a drawer at each table.
Guys. This place is SLEPT ON. Bruh. Service: 10/10 You walk into a bright, welcoming restaurant with K-drama soundtracks playing in the background. The front-of-house lady guides you to your seat, and then the magic begins--with NewJeans and ILLIT playing, no less. Water comes bottled, BUT the soup gets refilled. Alcohol came out almost immediately. Literally perfect. No notes. Food: 10/10 This is technically a tentative score because I came here with the full intention of having a pre-dinner drink. Boy, was I wrong. Holy cannoli, the jjamppong goes CRAZY. Beautifully meaty, deeply savory, and packed with umami. Succinic acid, inosinic acid, glutamic acid--the whole squad showed up to work. Then there's the sweet deep-fried pork. Honestly? A banger. The breading hits that perfect combination of chewy and crispy, and the sauce brings everything together without ruining the texture. When I say this place is slept on, I mean it. On top of the actual banchan they provide, everything I've had here has been ultra solid. I wanted to try this place because BTS Suga ate here so I ordered the same meal. The spicy seafood hand pulled dough soup had no chance to make not spicy and the first bite was spicier than I was expecting. The large, sweet and sour pork was good fresh but as it got colder, it didn't taste as good. The restaurant got really busy on a Tuesday night, but the waiter tried her best to take care of all of us. Three bowls of soup and large, sweet and sour pork was more than enough food for three women. The restaurant is clean and bright with a good amount of seating.

I liked that the pork was served beside the sauce, so the pork doesn't get soggy. The pork was fried and the coating used a rice flour, which created a nice crisp exterior and a chewey interior. The black bean noodle was also really good. I liked the prominent flavor of garlic. The lady working was also really nice and attentive. Overall, I really liked the food and service here and I would definitely come back.

The price point is what makes it here. The portions are smaller because of that, but it's perfect for people with medium appetites. The tangsuyuk was good as was the jjampong. But I didn't love the jjajangmyun. Too much starch made the sauce extra gooey. Well, it's not my favorite noodle place in terms of taste, the price point makes it worth the recommendation and return. read more

We were in the mood for jajangmyeon. I've had Jjamppong Zizon bookmarked since they opened so we finally decided to give them a try. They currently have a special on their jajangmyeon for $8.99 (dine in only). Portion was very generous and it was delicious! Service was excellent. Interior was nice and clean. Parking can get busy depending on the time of day. Highly recommend. I hope you decide to check them out :) read more
Had to stop by this place to try their seafood noodles and so glad we did. Their soup is very tasty and authentic. Be careful if you cannot handle spicy! We got 30% and it was the perfect amount of spice for us. The crab fried rice is good as well but the sauce makes it pretty salty for my preference. Drive out from the Vegas strip to enjoy some jjajangmyun. Heard some good things so came by for a weekend lunch. The lady helping our table with service being similar to other restaurants of this style. We ordered several dishes and everything was quite good. The jjajangmyun itself might've been one of the best I have had. The tangsuyuk was also really good. It's a small spot that was initially empty when we arrived for lunch but very quickly booked up. this was part of the noodle tour last month i actually did not write this review right away because I wanted to check out hmart paik noodle version as well. I never got around to it in vegas. I did in texas and they taste pretty much the same. not sure cost wise the differential but no tip in the foodcourt in hmart... the thing is that hmart closes pretty early in vegas. I think the food court was closed and empty by early afternoon. anyways, the noodle is on point and very very good. I just thought 19 was on the high side. i give it a 4 for this due to price the sweet and sour pork was not my thing. it's a korean dish i guess. it is no way chinese... well, it is kinda like american chinese food with the gooey sweet thick sauce.. im just glad it was not completely glazed in that sauce,. i would not recommend this.. also kinda expensive. i think it is a very good jjamppong but, just a little high on price. i was also going to try and find a chinese noodle shop with this as this is actually a very popular chinese noodle dish called chao ma mian. read more

I'm a typical Korean guy who's lived in the US for 23 years. I was in Vegas for business and happened to see Zizon Zzamppong on YouTube, so I decided to check it out. Man, their jjampong was seriously delicious! I live in Fullerton, California, where there are tons of great Korean restaurants, but this place's jjampong is on another level. The broth is so rich, deep, and flavorful. It's honestly better than most of the Korean spots back home. If you really want to taste authentic next level jjampong, you have to come here. Unfortunately service from my first experience compared to second experience was disappointing but still four stars based on food quality, taste and consistency!! Still highly recommended especially for the split bowl combination of both JJang myun and Jhampong!! The holy grail of Korean-Chinese cuisine..referred to as Jjam-Jja-Myeon!!! Sweet and sour pork was underwhelming with soft texture instead of crispy but the thinly sliced onion was ingenious!!! read more

The Jjamppong Sujebi was definitely the highlight of our meal! The hand-pulled sujebi was soft and chewy with a great texture, and it went perfectly with the rich, spicy and flavorful jjampong broth. We also tried the tangsuyuk, but unfortunately it wasn't crispy at all, which was disappointing. The jjajangmyeon wasn't really our favorite either and felt like it was missing something in flavor. Overall, the Jjamppong Sujebi alone is worth coming back for! read more
Place is nice and clean inside. Love the little stand with hair bands and seasoning for you. Chopsticks and spoons are accessible through the table. Comfortable seating with benches and chairs. Menu was small but easy to order. I got the half and half noodles. The spicy seafood noodle was kind of too spicy for me. I wish they could make it a lot less spicy. The black bean noodles were good. I finally found a good jjamppong restaurant in las vegas after my favorite one closed. I usually feel like the soup at other places tastes mostly likely red pepper oil, but the jjamppong here was not, and it was just exactly what I had been looking for. I went here at 7pm on Saturday, and it wasn't packed. I ordered level 2 spiciness for the jjamppong, and it was very refreshing with lots of seafood and perfect cut cabbage that made it not only the texture better but also even tastier. The noodle texture was perfect too, neither too thin nor too thick. There wasn't any shrimp, but there were so many clams that it was honestly the first time Id ever seen that many in jjamppong. I also tried my friend's jjajangmyun, and it was really tasty as well. The service was perfect. The server was very friendly with smiling and spoke in a sweet tone. The ambiance was nice as well. Food was very generous portion and delicious. Jjampong had so much seafood and veggies in it, and tasted just like the ones I had in Korea (if anything, better). The owner was really friendly and hospitable, kept checking on how we are doing and making sure we get everything that we needed. Great price for the black noodle special. The menu is a little limited but the portion sizes are huge! You can easily share a plate of noodles with someone. I ordered the black bean noodles which I found temperature wise lukewarm. I also ordered the sweet and sour pork which was very good and the dumplings. If you're on a budget the black bean noodles are a must for the price and the portion size. read more

Jjamppong Zizon is the real deal. The place is spotless, simple, and laser-focused on what they do best -- spicy seafood noodle. The broth hits right away with deep, rich flavor and a clean heat that builds without overwhelming. Fresh seafood, solid portions, fast service -- exactly what you want from a jjamppong specialist. They also have a great self-serve setup with aprons, hair bands, wet naps, and utensils. Small details, but it makes the whole experience smoother and shows they actually think about the customer. On top of that, the customer service is warm and attentive. Staff checks in just enough, keeps things moving, and makes you feel taken care of without hovering. The food was good. Plenty for the cost. I love the half and half option! The service is the best service I've received. Very clean and they thought of everything (hair bands, bibs, etc) so that when I eat I don't accidentally get any sauce on my clothes. The soup is just the right amount of spicy and they have many more levels of spice. I'm glad she explained the levels to me before I picked one I would have regretted. I think the food is good. Their jjajang sauce is a little thinner compared to other places in town but i dont mind it. The meat in the sauce is soft and thick not like ground pork. Jjampong broth is spicy but addicting with seafood flavor. Portion is generous. Service is fast and friendly. This is one of the few korean chinese places that has zhacai for sidedish so it was a pleasant surprise. Also love that they dont seem to use any coloring to make their pickle radish bright yellow. And lastly, very nice touch to include hair tie and aprons in service. Will be back. read more
We came to this Korean chain restaurant that's known for their jjampong (spicy seafood noodle soup) and jajangmyeon (black bean noodles). I wasn't in the mood for soup that day, so we went with a few other dishes instead: their spicy pork, which was like a deep-fried pork dish with a chewy glutinous rice batter; jajangmyeon; and crab fried rice with black bean sauce. The jajangmyeon had a nice chewy texture and a good depth of flavor. The spicy pork was something totally new to me and reminded me of tteokbokki, but with meat instead of rice cakes. The crab fried rice was light flavored with the black bean sauce. It also came with a small bowl of soup on the side, which I'm pretty sure was the jjampong broth which was delicious. It made me really want to come back just to try the full jjampong seafood noodle soup next time. read more
Had an order of Black Bean noodles and a Jjampong sujebi (hand pulled rice noodle). Got to have the jjampong! The Sujebi is for those who love an extreme chew to their noodles. It made the dish feel like it was all seafood because the noodles mimic tender white squid. The amount of clam and cockles made the dish very clam-forward, which is a nice surprise. read more

If you enjoy really clammy broth, this place has one of the best broths for their jjamppong! I was genuinely surprised that one of my top two jjamppongs I've eaten would be in Las Vegas. It is spicy (not mild) and the broth hits you immediately with the concentrated flavors of clams and mussels! Other jjamppongs have shrimp, squid, and sometimes crab, but this one doesn't! It's also filled with napa, zucchini, and onions. It also comes with a quail egg. The jjamppong was 10/10! We got the hand pulled dough noodles which looked like giant pasta shells with boba texture! They were very very filling. I've only seen the regular noodles as an option so having this option as well as rice noodles was interesting! It looked like every table around my table got the regular noodles. The jjajangmyeon was good but didn't stand out (7/10). Noodles were cooked al dente, but I've had better! The sweet and sour pork is a 7.5/10 for me! The pork could've been just a teeny bit less dry. The batter was super interesting and unique to other places I've had this dish from! The rice flour gives it a chew - imagine chewing a layer of mochi or boba outside of the pork! Service was great! Friendly korean woman was holding down the fort. The restaurant got busy! I saw Korean Momma's Instagram vid on this new restaurant and of course I had to bookmark it for my next Vegas trip. Happy to finally give it a try and I have to admit that this is my very first time in my life trying black bean noodles and I LOVED it! Jjamppon Zizon is a Korean chain restaurant from Korean is what I learned from watching the reel, located Chinatown Las Vegas on Spring Mountain Rd., very busy parking lot! Very brand new restaurant, very welcoming atmosphere, with great attentive service. Note if you see the Kirkland water bottles on the table, there is no charge. I had to double check, suprised to see bottles water given out and they even brought out more bottles. Love the little cups and condiments on the table even container of colorful hairbands, drawer on the side for utensils. Our orders were Jjamppong- spicy seafood noodle soup with tofu Jajangmyeon- black bean noodle dish, they are running a special right now at $8.99, Tangsuyuk- a street food, deep fried pork dish served with shredded onions and 10 piece pan fried dumplings (man doo) . Oh & rice is complimentary as our waiter mentioned. We received 2 packaged of pickled radish and kim chee radish as our ban chan. I was hoping they serve kim chee since I wanted kim chee to complete our meal. & the verdict, OMG... goodness Amazing! Especially our very first time trying the black bean noodles. The noodles are so fresh, firm, and very chewy and the sauce is so tasty! First time trying the pork dish, unique & good, loved the seafood noodle soup with tofu, this is the best I've had! The dumplings were cooked to perfection. All dishes we got were so flavorful, so comforting! Overall, we enjoyed our visit and recommend. Glad I follow the Korean Momma, and as always I can't wait to be back again!! read more
