7/22 before our 3 days fasting...we chose this place to indulge and devour some sushi and hot pot...the best of both worlds. Been awhile and I love it that it hasn't change. Service was awesome and quick. Place was clean. No issues and we enjoyed our meal. Happy eats!

Wifey and I have been to Nabe numerous times now and still does not disappoint! Ambiance isn't much. Not bad but nothing to write about. Service: Service is pretty good every-time. Some things you order do get missed, because you're not really sure who is taking care of you. So, at times you have to tell more than 1 person to get what you need. No big deal as it always gets to the table one way or another. I'm guessing it's a pooled house with the teamwork. One thing I will say, if you're gonna use paper napkins, at least put more than 1 on the table lol. Food: Food has always been amazing! From the sushi, the meats, the veggies and noodles, all fresh and tasty! Food gets to the table quick!! So be ready to get down as soon as you sit down haha! THEY DO TIME YOU!! You have 80mins from when you sit down to grub! Other than the time limit, I'd recommend Nabe for sure! And for the price, you can't beat it! Even if you're there for lunch, spend the extra $5 to get the all-day menu!

We got there around 4:30p on a weekday so it wasn't full, just two other groups. When we finished around 5:30p the place was slowly filling up! Good price for hot pot. At the table we shared two soups, and we were recommended the Nabe signature and the sukiyaki. Meats, hot appetizers and sushi are unlimited just order through the server. The buffet area has seafood, noodles and rice, sauces, and veggies self serve. Food was tasty though perhaps being among the first parties of the day the meats were still frozen and not quite defrosted when they reached the table.

Every time we find a reason to be in Vegas, we make it a point to stop by Nabe! It's always so busy whenever we come by, so make sure to account for at least an hour wait time! The store is pretty clean for how busy it gets. The servers are really good about clearing your table to make more room. The food is pretty good, especially for the price. Unfortunately, the hot pot didn't hit the spot for us because it was so busy (things running out, etc) Nevertheless, it was still so good!

Came to Nabe to celebrate my daughters 8 birthday. She LOVESSSSS sushi and hotpot. Yes i know, grown much. Thank you to Daniel for such great service. He was very attentive and made sure my daughters and i were good. Not to mention the food is amazing! Seriously we love it here. He got the crew to sing Happy Birthday to my baby and just overall made my babygirls bday experience a lovely one. This is why we ALWAYS come back. Thank you Daniel!!

Came here Sunday 5 pm & no wait! Got seated immediately and service was extremely fast. Whatever we ordered came out almost immediately. Not the biggest fan of the soup bases but the nigiri was yummy & the sashimi dish!

This is a great place for some great food. First of all they have super friendly staff here and very helpful. They are fast in taking orders and bring food out. I love the seating here and the tables have room for two hot pot bowls. First your broth I got sukiyaki and miso both are very tasty. Order your meat selection and then you can go up and pick your vegetables and noodles, they have lots to choose from. When you get back they will have your meats awaiting you. Now get to cooking, we also ordered sushi and appetizers like gyoza, chicken karaage, honey chicken and some vegetable tempura. Try to pace yourself you can fill up fast, the food is hot and fresh all super tasty and the sushi is amazing. This is all you can eat so come hungry and see if you can try everything on the menu, good luck you will have to return multiple times. So give this place a try and happy eating..

A lot of ayce spots have great reviews for average food just because it's all you can eat. Nabe has surprisingly high quality meats, sushi, apps, and hot pot. It's a well priced ayce but they forgot to cut corners The spot is large, clean, great service, and great food. Even parking is not bad for Chinatown. My only complaint is that there are only 2 restrooms so there's usually a line. Go early, it gets busy. We went at 6pm on a Friday and Sunday. We walked right in, but when we were leaving there was a wait out the door Best bites: Pork belly app Yuzu sushi I love that they have quail eggs Braised short rib All the hot pot flavors and meats Avoidable bites: Garlic edamame Deep fried scallops Check it out!

AYCE All Day ($33.95) - Nabe Signature, Tonkatsu

Date: Sunday, December 28th, 2025 Time: around 11:30pm Party of : 4 Meal: Late Dinner AYCE All Day ($33.95) x4 *Nabe Signature, Tonkatsu *Pork Belly x2 *Brisket x2 *Ribeye x2 *Beef Belly x2 *Short Rib x2 *Shoulder Tender x2 *Strawberry Mochi Coke ($2.95) x2 After gong to a concert, it was time for a late dinner. I was craving something soupy, so we decided to check out Nabe. We showed up and waited about 10-15 mins until we were seated. We got a booth along the wall. Ordering from our server was easy. As always, there's never enough room on the table for all the dishes. But we quickly cooked items as they arrived so we could have more space. Veggies and carbs are at the self serve bar which should have been nice. But it wasn't really stocked. Maybe since we came late? But they didn't have much rice, noodles, etc. When we tried to order dessert, they were basically out of everything. Price is right for all you can eat, but they need to stock the self serve bar throughout the day and night. Feels like you are getting half of an AYCE spot. REVIEW #3954

I'm very surprised that Nabe Hotpot received such a high rating on Yelp. My experience here was below average at best. There's 8 of us and they offered us a booth seating. It's cramp and uncomfortable to sit here. It's also in front of the restroom. Not very appetizing. We ordered two pots and my friend found hair in her pot. We did informed the waiter and they apologized and offered to change the pot. All the sushi dishes come out very late. As if they don't want you to eat a lot of it. Or they are just very busy. It was full house for lunch. The broth is fine. You do have to get up and grab a few things from the bar such as noodles, vegetables and dipping sauces. Getting the waiters attention is difficult here. Some of the meat they can slice it thinner. It was thick and hard to chew. The music is also choppy. All we hear is static. We asked them to turn it off because it was getting really annoying to hear this the entire time. They said they will try to fix it but it's still the same. Overall, uncomfortable seating, atmosphere nowhere to be found, service is minimal and food is not worth it for me.

All day price $33.95 going on right now. Such a good deal for ayce hotpot and sushi. Drinks not included in price. I have been here a while back. It was good and still good. They offered lots of sushi rolls. However, we didn't order any of the rolls. We got mostly nigiri's...yuzu salmon, truffle salmon, truffle yellowtail, super white tuna, and fresh eels. They limited the carpaccio to one pp. I liked that the nigiri didn't have so much rice. I also liked that the appetizer portions were small. As for the hotpot, we got sukiyaki & tonkotsu. Sukiyaki was more flavorful. I mixed both broth in my bowl. Tasted so good. They have the veggies and sauce bar. They also provided an assortment of noodles. I wanted the pho, but it was all broken. Meat quality was good. Very thin and small slices. Service was very good at the beginning. Foods were brought out so quick. We didn't even finished ordering and they brought out the meats already. Nice!! Service kinda went downhill mid eating. They forgot so many items. Some took long to come out. The waiter checked with us like a few times regarding the carpaccio. I think by the 4th time, he asked us to order it again. That way the kitchen could make it...the waiter also forgot to bring our cup of ice. He disappeared for a bit (maybe on break? I dunno). We had to ask another waiter to get it for us. It also took a while to bring out the baked mussels. We almost didn't want it. Besides those issues, everything was great. With the price, they give you ice cream. They only had mango and prob strawberry at the time. We were too full for ice cream tho. I think the current price won't last long. So don't miss out on it lol Wait time was about an hr...

When the weather turns for the colder Nordic front in Vegas, the soul must turn to hot and steam food to nourish the spirit and keep alive the mind and the body!! Sure enough, we've read so many reviews and heard of this established restaurant in Chinatown and decided to visit tonight. Nabe HotPot was the place and it sure looks to be a good choice. Not too far from the main Spring Mountain Road, the restaurant is tucked into the side street. Plenty of parking along the front end of the establishment where if there isn't, you'll likely find one just around the corner from the place either way. Upon arrival, for a party of 5 at 4pm, the wait was about 30mins wait, which ended up only taking about 20minutes. As we entered the restaurant, the reception is right at the front entrance, with all of the ShabuShabu stations/table spread through the establishment. For the abrupt few minutes upon entry, I counted about 7-8 booths along the side of the window sill seated up to 6, there are 13 standalone tables seating separate parties of up to 6, and there are 2 booths toward the rear of the restaurant, next to the restrooms, with jus a male and female single room use. The AYCE price during the weekends and holidays is $33.99 per person, while the weekdays are about $14.99. The price is definitely merit of Las Vegas high-rolling. Now, if that price does not chimed with your bells, you are more than welcome to venture to other facets of Vegas' Hot Pot experience. The majority of meats are well portioned and just about right, allowing you to cook the meat and enjoy a slice conversion with friends or family while you wait. The selection of soup is just fascinated varied from their signature "Nabe" to the plain and simple Miso. Compared to most Chinese Hot Pot, this is very mild and tasty as great. The sauce and veggie station has a variety to choose from, varied from Bok Chou to limited Seafood selection. This place is definitely a fantastic place to dine for the few of the masses. I'm recommending this place for everyone to try if you're in town for the weekend or holidays.

Ask the Community - Nabe Hotpot

Do they accept reservarions?

All you can eat?

yes it's all you can eat!

What time do they close?

2 am

Do they have late night price? How much for kids 8 years and 11 years?

9 years old below $19.99 on week days, on a weekend same price for the adult

With AYCE, do they charge extra for 1 order of ice cream or for fountain drinks? Or does it include?

One ice cream per person and that's included with the meal, but you have to pay for the fountain drink

It says will charge for leftovers, does that include leftover broth?

They won't charge for leftover broth. It's on the other food items that you get for the broth. A lot of people don't drink the broth, they mainly use it to boil the meats, veges, etc. Enjoy!

Do they have a lunch?

Yes, it's a hotpot and sushi buffet (fixed pricing) with 90 minute limit.

Does everyone have their own pot? We have 3 people & one is a vegetarian friend. I don't like to share broth with others either. Thank you

No, you share. However, this is a special case...just let them know when you check in.

How can I make reservation?

No reservations

Can a single person order hotpot?

Nope!!!!! Not sure when their policy changed but I went last week and they denied me service.

How much for kids 9 yrs old and above?

$30

How much is the buffet?

$25-$30

Can we check in waiting list?

At the restaurant, you can get on the list.

Can I make a reservation?

Yes, do it through the Yelp waitlist.

Can you make reservations?

i don't believe so. you have to arrive with your whole party to get seated

Is there a vegetable bar?

yes

Can you make reservation a few days in advance?

They don't take reservations, nor can you sign up on yelp anymore. Now you just gotta go there and physically sign in.

Are you open on thanksgiving day or day after?

Can I order a la carte for my kid?

I don't think so. The way it works is that your entire table has to order the same plan (either hot pot with limited appetizers or all), and it comes out to about $30 per head. Or at least this is how it's been in the past when I've gone this year.…

Is it all you can eat?

Yes

I understand there may be policies or something else, but the way it was communicated felt a bit abrupt and not very welcoming. A customer service tone matters a lot. At first, I tried to let it go because I thought maybe she was pregnant and might have been having a stressful day, so I didn't want to make a big deal out of it. However, as someone who also works in the restaurant industry and I always tips well usually more than 20% I felt it was unfair to be spoken to in that manner over something so minor. I asked another staff member who the manager was because I wanted to address the situation, and the staff was told that the person who spoke to me was actually the manager. She explained that it might have been a misunderstanding in communication and that she simply didn't want us to take items ourselves because it could make table setup more complicated. It' not because of her being pregnant. I understand that reasoning, but people can sense attitude. If the goal was to avoid inconvenience, a simple smile and a kind explanation like, "No worries, I'll take care of that for you," would have made a big difference. Customer service is not just about rules it's about how you make guests feel.

I have been here at least 25 times, and it consistently hits the spot every single visit. I love how the interior has the coolest lego sets & the establishment has so much personality & character! But majority of the time, I do prefer to do take out. The vermicelli noodles soak up all that rich broth, making each bite extra satisfying and comforting. They are also very generous with the toppings, so you never feel like you're still hungry. I honestly never finish my hotpot here. It's great to share with a friend! One thing I love is the variety on the menu. Beyond hot pot, they offer items like fried giant squid which is super tasty, dumplings, orange chicken, udon, fried rice, and even desserts. There is something for everyone. If you are not in the mood for soup, they also have dry hot pot, which is just as flavorful. Another great touch is the ability to customize your meal even further by adding extra toppings like quail eggs or konjac noodles. They really lets you tailor everything exactly how you'd want it (just no subbing a topping out for another!). Overall, this place never disappoints. The quality, flavor, and consistency keep me coming back again and again! The best hot pot Las Vegas has to offer in my opinion!
