A lot of ayce spots have great reviews for average food just because it's all you can eat. Nabe has surprisingly high quality meats, sushi, apps, and hot pot. It's a well priced ayce but they forgot to cut corners The spot is large, clean, great service, and great food. Even parking is not bad for Chinatown. My only complaint is that there are only 2 restrooms so there's usually a line. Go early, it gets busy. We went at 6pm on a Friday and Sunday. We walked right in, but when we were leaving there was a wait out the door Best bites: Pork belly app Yuzu sushi I love that they have quail eggs Braised short rib All the hot pot flavors and meats Avoidable bites: Garlic edamame Deep fried scallops Check it out!

AYCE All Day ($33.95) - Nabe Signature, Tonkatsu

Date: Sunday, December 28th, 2025 Time: around 11:30pm Party of : 4 Meal: Late Dinner AYCE All Day ($33.95) x4 *Nabe Signature, Tonkatsu *Pork Belly x2 *Brisket x2 *Ribeye x2 *Beef Belly x2 *Short Rib x2 *Shoulder Tender x2 *Strawberry Mochi Coke ($2.95) x2 After gong to a concert, it was time for a late dinner. I was craving something soupy, so we decided to check out Nabe. We showed up and waited about 10-15 mins until we were seated. We got a booth along the wall. Ordering from our server was easy. As always, there's never enough room on the table for all the dishes. But we quickly cooked items as they arrived so we could have more space. Veggies and carbs are at the self serve bar which should have been nice. But it wasn't really stocked. Maybe since we came late? But they didn't have much rice, noodles, etc. When we tried to order dessert, they were basically out of everything. Price is right for all you can eat, but they need to stock the self serve bar throughout the day and night. Feels like you are getting half of an AYCE spot. REVIEW #3954

I come here pretty much every time I'm in Vegas, and it never disappoints. I love the service, the quality of the meat, and all the appetizers they offer (they have sushi and that is already a plus). The soup broth is always good as well. This time I got the Nabe Signature and the beef broth and needless to say the Nabe Signature was definitely my favorite since it had a nice bit of spice that added more flavor. The meat selection is also really good, and I also really liked their sushi options, the fish tasted fresh and the flavor was on point. Overall, everything is consistent and worth it. There's plenty of seating, spacious, and parking is easy, which makes it really convenient. It's a great spot if you're in Vegas and craving AYCE. Highly recommend!

I'm very surprised that Nabe Hotpot received such a high rating on Yelp. My experience here was below average at best. There's 8 of us and they offered us a booth seating. It's cramp and uncomfortable to sit here. It's also in front of the restroom. Not very appetizing. We ordered two pots and my friend found hair in her pot. We did informed the waiter and they apologized and offered to change the pot. All the sushi dishes come out very late. As if they don't want you to eat a lot of it. Or they are just very busy. It was full house for lunch. The broth is fine. You do have to get up and grab a few things from the bar such as noodles, vegetables and dipping sauces. Getting the waiters attention is difficult here. Some of the meat they can slice it thinner. It was thick and hard to chew. The music is also choppy. All we hear is static. We asked them to turn it off because it was getting really annoying to hear this the entire time. They said they will try to fix it but it's still the same. Overall, uncomfortable seating, atmosphere nowhere to be found, service is minimal and food is not worth it for me.

Super yum AYCE hot pot and sushi! I don't see this combo too often so it was nice to have both options in one restaurant. One notable item for me was the lamb option for hot pot since most places I go to only have beef or pork The nabe signature broth was super good and def the standout of the meal. For sushi, I personally liked the yellowtail more than the salmon Service was great but I will say the tables are a little small. It definitely got overcrowded really quick with a group of 7 but not a huge issue

All day price $33.95 going on right now. Such a good deal for ayce hotpot and sushi. Drinks not included in price. I have been here a while back. It was good and still good. They offered lots of sushi rolls. However, we didn't order any of the rolls. We got mostly nigiri's...yuzu salmon, truffle salmon, truffle yellowtail, super white tuna, and fresh eels. They limited the carpaccio to one pp. I liked that the nigiri didn't have so much rice. I also liked that the appetizer portions were small. As for the hotpot, we got sukiyaki & tonkotsu. Sukiyaki was more flavorful. I mixed both broth in my bowl. Tasted so good. They have the veggies and sauce bar. They also provided an assortment of noodles. I wanted the pho, but it was all broken. Meat quality was good. Very thin and small slices. Service was very good at the beginning. Foods were brought out so quick. We didn't even finished ordering and they brought out the meats already. Nice!! Service kinda went downhill mid eating. They forgot so many items. Some took long to come out. The waiter checked with us like a few times regarding the carpaccio. I think by the 4th time, he asked us to order it again. That way the kitchen could make it...the waiter also forgot to bring our cup of ice. He disappeared for a bit (maybe on break? I dunno). We had to ask another waiter to get it for us. It also took a while to bring out the baked mussels. We almost didn't want it. Besides those issues, everything was great. With the price, they give you ice cream. They only had mango and prob strawberry at the time. We were too full for ice cream tho. I think the current price won't last long. So don't miss out on it lol Wait time was about an hr...

When the weather turns for the colder Nordic front in Vegas, the soul must turn to hot and steam food to nourish the spirit and keep alive the mind and the body!! Sure enough, we've read so many reviews and heard of this established restaurant in Chinatown and decided to visit tonight. Nabe HotPot was the place and it sure looks to be a good choice. Not too far from the main Spring Mountain Road, the restaurant is tucked into the side street. Plenty of parking along the front end of the establishment where if there isn't, you'll likely find one just around the corner from the place either way. Upon arrival, for a party of 5 at 4pm, the wait was about 30mins wait, which ended up only taking about 20minutes. As we entered the restaurant, the reception is right at the front entrance, with all of the ShabuShabu stations/table spread through the establishment. For the abrupt few minutes upon entry, I counted about 7-8 booths along the side of the window sill seated up to 6, there are 13 standalone tables seating separate parties of up to 6, and there are 2 booths toward the rear of the restaurant, next to the restrooms, with jus a male and female single room use. The AYCE price during the weekends and holidays is $33.99 per person, while the weekdays are about $14.99. The price is definitely merit of Las Vegas high-rolling. Now, if that price does not chimed with your bells, you are more than welcome to venture to other facets of Vegas' Hot Pot experience. The majority of meats are well portioned and just about right, allowing you to cook the meat and enjoy a slice conversion with friends or family while you wait. The selection of soup is just fascinated varied from their signature "Nabe" to the plain and simple Miso. Compared to most Chinese Hot Pot, this is very mild and tasty as great. The sauce and veggie station has a variety to choose from, varied from Bok Chou to limited Seafood selection. This place is definitely a fantastic place to dine for the few of the masses. I'm recommending this place for everyone to try if you're in town for the weekend or holidays.

Sooo good one of my new Vegas go-tos! High quality ingredients, all u can eat, hotpot & sushi, and EDM The parking lot has free parking, and the price is very reasonable!! Service was okay; the waiter and I had a lot of miscommunications lol but the food is so delicious. The nigiri has a perfect ratio with such little rice

The dishes served here were good, a litte on the "eh" side for some. I really enjoyed their broths, they had so much flavor in them. I especially loved the seafood broth because it literally tasted like a bag of seafood boil. They had fresh veggies and a sauce station set up on the side of the restaurant, and food came out quickly. Meats were good, not a whole bunch of selection. But they did soak in the broth seasonings well. Their nigiri was good too, my favorite one was definitely their truffle salmon. The small hint of truffle was a delicious touch. Servers were nice, however, it felt like they were very slow at prebussing and getting in our next rounds. Our plates just started piling up, and no one bussed anything off the table. Also, the self serve veggie/sauce station was so tight and felt so unorganized. They also didn't have plates washed for nearly 8-10 minutes. It was quite loud in here, so make sure to speak up and listen carefully to your servers. And, it was pretty tight seating as well. Overall, it was an okay experience here. The restaurant just seemed to be a little hectic and that can get overstimulating.

Very Popular AYCE Hotpot and Sushi in Vegas. Very Affordable and Good Value. This place is super good! Love everything about this place. Everyone that I know who lives in Vegas recommended this place and its been known as a good restaurant. I love Hotpot and I made sure I ate well before driving back to LA. It did not disappoint, the food is highly recommended with the price they offer you can never go wrong. The broth is too tasty and flavorful. The veggies/sides/noodles/sauces/hot food are all in the corner and self served. The meat they offer is super delish and sushi have amazing options as well. The Service is Amazing! Everyone's on top of their game and very friendly. Ambiance is casual. I wish I can stay here all day! The time limit for AYCE is 80 minutes. Its super worth it. Me and MY BF definitelyEnjoyed the food here. We drove to LA happy and Fully Satisfied. It's definitely worth the hype! I will highly recommend this place to my LA fam/friends AYCE: $ 26.95(LUNCH) $33.05 (ALL DAY) What I got: Nabe Signature Broth Sukiyaki Broth AYCE MEAT Premium Pork Belly Angus Beef Belly Premium Rib Eye Boneless Lamb Shoulder Angus Brisket Angus Short Rib Premium Tender Shoulder Appetizer Dynamite The Shit Seaweed Salad Baked Green Mussels Pang

The different type of meat. It comes out slightly slow, but continue to order and it will come out

I was surprise to find a good $37 for ayce hotpot and sushi! My party of 6 meal cost almost as much as dinner for 2 at Peter Luger and everyone walked away full and happy. Epic food coma. I love the 2 different broths you can get and the grab your own veggies, noodles and seafood. Wish the meat and sushi comes out quicker, but I get that they're busy. The deep fried soft shell crabs were made fresh to order and came out hot. I ate 4 alone and at Japanese restaurant, I'd pay about $10/piece so definitely made my money's worth it. Will try this place again, but so many ayce options in Vegas and with that price, you can beat it elsewhere. Wish they had that many competitions in bay area!

    Deliciousness on the table!

By far one of my favorite AYCE spots in Las Vegas. If you want really good Japanese hot pot, this is the place. The broths are incredibly tasty- we went with Seafood and loaded it up with shrimp, octopus, squid, clams, calamari, and rice noodles. We also tried the Miso broth, adding egg, mushrooms, bok choy, and cilantro, and it came out rich and comforting. We kept it simple with the sushi: Philadelphia rolls and smoked salmon nigiri, both fresh and solid. The side dishes were the perfect pairing- gyozas, honey mustard fried chicken, seaweed salad, shrimp tempura... everything hit just right. The ambiance was nice too. Even with a full table of friends, we were able to enjoy great conversation and great food without feeling rushed. We wrapped it up with green tea and ube ice cream, the perfect ending to the best 90‑minute AYCE session. Nabe continues to be one of my top spots- consistent, delicious, and always a good time.

    Jones W.

My last visit I was quite disappointed. As with any standard AYCE the time limit is 90 minutes. Before we even reached an hour we were told last call since there was a line. Food was decent, music is more like night club music. I was hoping for a better experience this time around, but unfortunately Nabe falls short once again this time due to poor time management, lack of service, and passive aggressive servers. Maybe one day I'll come back and hope this place recovers

Ask the Community - Nabe Hotpot

    Do they accept reservarions?

    All you can eat?

yes it's all you can eat!

    What time do they close?

    2 am

Do they have late night price? How much for kids 8 years and 11 years?

9 years old below $19.99 on week days, on a weekend same price for the adult

With AYCE, do they charge extra for 1 order of ice cream or for fountain drinks? Or does it include?

One ice cream per person and that's included with the meal, but you have to pay for the fountain drink

It says will charge for leftovers, does that include leftover broth?

They won't charge for leftover broth. It's on the other food items that you get for the broth. A lot of people don't drink the broth, they mainly use it to boil the meats, veges, etc. Enjoy!

    Do they have a lunch?

Yes, it's a hotpot and sushi buffet (fixed pricing) with 90 minute limit.

Does everyone have their own pot? We have 3 people & one is a vegetarian friend. I don't like to share broth with others either. Thank you

No, you share. However, this is a special case...just let them know when you check in.

    How can I make reservation?

    No reservations

Can a single person order hotpot?

Nope!!!!! Not sure when their policy changed but I went last week and they denied me service.

How much for kids 9 yrs old and above?

    $30

    How much is the buffet?

    $25-$30

Can we check in waiting list?

At the restaurant, you can get on the list.

    Can I make a reservation?

Yes, do it through the Yelp waitlist.

    Can you make reservations?

i don't believe so. you have to arrive with your whole party to get seated

    Is there a vegetable bar?

    yes

Can you make reservation a few days in advance?

They don't take reservations, nor can you sign up on yelp anymore. Now you just gotta go there and physically sign in.

Are you open on thanksgiving day or day after?

Can I order a la carte for my kid?

I don't think so. The way it works is that your entire table has to order the same plan (either hot pot with limited appetizers or all), and it comes out to about $30 per head. Or at least this is how it's been in the past when I've gone this year.… Read more

At the time we went, brunch was $54.99 per person, and we paid around $124 total for the two of us. Considering it's Las Vegas and during a holiday, I'd say the price felt reasonable for the variety offered. The buffet had a wide selection of food. They had all the brunch basics like eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, waffles, and an omelet station where they cook it fresh. There were also plenty of lunch options including pasta, pizza, roasted meats, and a carving station with prime rib. What I liked most was the variety--they also had sushi, a salad bar, fresh fruits, and a seafood section with shrimp, oysters, salmon, and other options. For drinks, they offered coffee, tea, and juice, which was convenient. And of course, there were lots of desserts like cakes, pastries, gelato, and mini sweets. The atmosphere felt more festive since it was New Year's Day. It was a bit busy, but still organized, and the place has that elegant Bellagio vibe without feeling too overwhelming. Personally, I didn't eat as much as I wanted because I wasn't feeling well that day and didn't have much of an appetite (as I've mentioned in my past videos), but my husband really enjoyed the food, so that made the experience worth it for us. Tuesday's is the day to go hang out in Vegas if you want shorter lines. I ordered the gumbo with only shrimp as the protein with the okra. It was yummy. I enjoyed it. The gravy was nice. I ended up with two bowls of white rice, which is not typically my choice. However, it was. It was great in there with the gravy and okra and I got the lowest spice level I could which was one so everything was pretty cool there large portions lots of shrimp. I cut my shrimp in half cause I like my things bite-size I have a very small mouth and I was laughing because they gave me a really large spoon which is too big for my mouth so I use my fork that came with a napkin. My friend ordered the BOUILLABAISSE. She powered through it quickly, so I think it was pretty tasty for her too. Three things that got my attention. 1. I enjoyed seeing them prepare our meal right there in front of us how efficient and clean and things were so that was great and it was a bit of a show. 2. They served me water with ice. I don't necessarily appreciate that. I don't like ice in my water and I would prefer them to ask me what I'd like to drink before just serving me something, there may be however, how they do it at bars I don't go to a lot of bars. I'm also sensitive because I have bladder disorder and cold things set off my bladder. 3. I didn't care for the dynamics and exchange that felt off when trying to pay with my tap from my phone. I had to literally give him the phone to do the payment and I feel like that's a little bit of a disconnect the purpose of my mind of doing my tap is so that I don't have to give you my card or my phone so I feel like that's something that's gotta be a little bit more efficient for them to work on especially how busy they are and you know the amount of traffic that takes place in a bar. I love the look and the set up. It felt really cool. It didn't feel like we were sitting in the middle of a casino although we were. I loved seeing them prepare the food from start to finish. That was also really great. I would definitely go there again if I'm in town and we're in the mood for that type of food it had the New Orleans, Louisiana flavor vide to theme to me and really clean. On that note so are the bathrooms. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the cleanliness and the speed to get in and out of the bathrooms. I'm always gonna give a review on the bathrooms cause they're very important to me as I do have bladder disorder. I hope you all find this read helpful.
