Solid phõ. HUGE portions. Very attentive staff. EXQUISITE restaurant. Spouse had the rib eye phõ which he devoured. My flank phõ was very tasty but not a cut I'd order again so that is on me 100%. The broth was soooooo deep, rich and crystal clear. A solid choice in Sin City.

The broth here is super delicious. The savory depth alone shows how long it's been simmering. Very clean restaurant and the staff is friendly. Food came out quickly as well. Portion sizing for price was ok.

I'm always in the mood for some good pho whenever I visit the west coast. Vegas is no exception. I had to try the bun bo hue here which did not disappoint. Portions were huge, the seating is ample with a large storefront. It was completely worth the drive here!

Walked in an hour before closing and the staff was all very sweet. As soon as you enter, the vibe was relaxing and the restaurant was so pretty. Our food was made fresh and came out fast. Everything we got was delicious and we'll definitely be returning to try other things!

Food: authentic dishes with big portions Service: Attentive staff Ambience: busy busy place but with good spacious setting, including bar top eating

After 10 years of visiting Vegas and I was very disappointed for what I was told is suppose to be one of the top pho spots in Vegas. The pho arrived and the stock was immediately noticeably darker than the clear beef broth that is customary. The raw slices of beef was just clumped in on top. The bun bo hue broth lacked a depth of flavor. You tasted the fish sauce but it missed the punch of chili oil and the broth overall was weak. I didn't notice any pork blood or pork hock but there was a nice piece of beef bone in there. 7/10 overall. The service was attentive and nice but the broth for both dishes need work. Not up to DC/LA/Philly Viet standards.

Their ca kho and canh chua are so good, it takes time to make them both so call ahead in advance, but the flavors were great. Their pho was also good, but this place amazed me with their ca kho and canh chua!!!

I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and beautiful this Vietnamese pho spot is--you really can't tell from the outside, but once you walk in, it's a great atmosphere. The food came out quickly, hot, and in generous portions. We ordered the tamarind fried chicken wings, bun bo hue, and pho. The wings were crispy and flavorful, with a tangy sweetness that reminded me a bit of Korean tangsuyuk-style sauce--definitely a standout. The bun bo hue had a rich flavor, especially after adding extra chili from the table, and they were generous with the meat. I do wish it included pork blood and thinner slices of pork, but overall still a solid 4/5. The pho also had plenty of meat, but the broth lacked some depth and complexity for me--I'd love to taste more star anise and rock sugar in it. I'd rate it around 3.5/5. One fun perk: if you leave them a Google review, they give you a complimentary drink. No wonder it had such a high ratings on google!! 5 stars for 3k + review. Definitely try their Vietnamese iced coffee--it's worth it. Overall, I'd come back when I'm craving Vietnamese food, and I'm especially interested in trying their Hainan chicken next time.

So glad to finally try this place, and it did not disappoint. My Pho tai and broth was so yummy, it reminded me of homemade cooking, and I'll tell you my mom knows how to make some delicious broth too. Our server was super friendly and attentive, and this restaurant is nicely decorated. Located in the Griffs pool hall and Ramen boys shopping center. I am ready to go back and try some more, they have a lot to offer!

Solid Vietnamese restaurant! Well decorated interior, friendly and intensive staff. Food was delicious

Great pho place just off Spring Mountain Rd. Make sure not to leave any valuables in the car! Big parking lot and modern decor inside. The egg rolls were a standout. They were fresh, authentic and served crispy hot. The pho had a tasty broth. It was a generous portion of meat. The service was friendly and fast. The pho is a little pricey at nearly $20 a bowl.

Food was a bit disappointing and the AC in the dining area is barely there on a hot day. I got a fried chicken pho, but the fried chicken was smelly. The hubby got a grilled chicken vermicelli but the chicken wasn't that grilled or smoky. Tamarind wings were too sweet.

Service was really great and food was good! We love Huy! He is awesome and deserves a promotion!

The flavors of the food in place is just divine! First, you walk into the place and they have it designed as the streets of Saigon. It's quite interesting. Their menu is also very interesting - snails on the menu, cooked different ways. My favorite is their shrimp patty spring rolls. That crunch factor in the middle - love it. Their Rib Eye Pho, worth the money. Their Banh Mi is also pretty good. They were quite busy on a weekday dinner so just taken note. They still managed to deliver good customer service eventhough it seems their servers were overwhelmed. This is our Vietnamese food go to place now. Definitely a must go!

Every time I go, I fully intend to order it... and then something else catches my eye. Today was no different. You have to start with the spring rolls. The fresh ones come packed with shrimp and a crisp roll of rice paper inside for that perfect crunch, all dipped in their sweet-yet-tangy fish sauce that ties everything together beautifully. Today I went with the Garlic Noodles and Wagyu Steak (medium rare), and it was hands-down the best thing on the table. (My wife will probably fight me on that.) The garlic noodles were bold and savory--strong enough to keep even the friendliest vampires away--but with just enough sweetness to keep you coming back for more. My nephew and I couldn't get enough. And the Wagyu Steak? Absolutely divine. Perfectly cooked, buttery, juicy, and packed with flavor. Easily the best I've had here. The interior is fantastic too. They've styled the place like a charming little Asian street market, with each table set up like its own market stall. It's fun, immersive, and I love the vibe. One quick heads-up: they take a one-hour break between lunch and dinner (4-5 PM), so plan accordingly if you're coming in during that window. We arrived right at 5 PM when they reopened, and our party of six was seated immediately with menus and water. Our waitress was attentive, and the orders came in quickly. Highly recommend!

It did not disappoint. Pho & Beyond is tucked away in a quieter area and seems to be popular with the locals. The restaurant has a nice, clean ambiance, and everyone on the staff was friendly and always smiling. Service was also proactive. Before I even had the chance to ask where the restroom was, one of the staff noticed me looking around and immediately pointed me in the right direction. Small thing, but it says a lot. The food came out quickly. I ordered the pho, spring rolls, and Thai tea. The pho broth was incredibly rich and flavorful, different from what I usually get back. The noodles also stood out. They were very soft and tender, but still had a really good texture and taste. The spring rolls were fresh, generously filled, and came with a thick peanut sauce. Portions here are huge. I did not finish everything, not because the food was not good, but because there was simply too much. Including the tip, I paid around $43, but honestly, what I ordered could easily have been a meal for two. Great food, generous portions, quick and friendly service, and a relaxing break before dealing with the craziness of the Strip. Definitely worth the little detour.

What is it with places now a days? This broth is ok. Again, where's the flavor? 19$ for this pho. Im in san diego and at pho cow cali, its 12.50$ there's not much meat either, but its there and the broth is above average. It almost seems the more expensive the pho is, the less meat it has and the broth is bland. Service also sucked when i was here months ago. My water never got refilled and for what it looked like inside, youd think there would be stellar service. The paintings on the wall was cool and fun. The furniture is adorable and its spacey inside. The com tham dish we ordered was not charred, not flavorful, and came with a bland nuc cham. I just cant like any viet restaurant that has nuc cham I don't like. This matters a lot to me. Its like me eating korean food at a korean restaurant that had bad kimchi. I won't go to places like that. Ive been trying to go back and write reviews for places I forgot to write one for. Im too lazy to sift through 5k pics on my phone. Lol! Soooo im gonna stop by here in a couple of weeks to eat here again and get a new pic! Lol! Maybe when I come back ill have a better impression!

It's one of those longtime neighborhood spots that's built a loyal following over the years. The menu focuses on traditional dishes, everything is well prepared and authentic. The last time I was here I got the bun rieu and it was ok, not my favorite version of the dish. I'd stick to the pho which feels like a safer choice here and more in line with what they do best. The space itself is spacious and casual. Back in the day, I would have considered this a solid 'cheap eats' option, but that's no longer the case. Like everywhere else in Vegas, prices feel high for what you get. That said, service was good, the staff was efficient, and the food came out quickly. Overall, it's a reliable choice for quality Vietnamese food that I'll keep in my rotation.
