Everything I have ordered has been excellent - they have the standard Vietnamese staples with some other unique speciality items included. Pho Saigonese in Vegas is not your typical hole-in-the-wall pho spot it's super clean and upscale. The inside feels more like a lounge with low lighting, nice décor, and a really chill vibe. The food was high quality and definitely felt more elevated than your standard pho place. Everything tasted fresh and well made. Our server was ok- friendly but when requested for some extra napkins, he never delivered... by then we were already done with food. Restaurant is small with decent seating. Me and my friends have been coming here for about 2 years for EDC weekend. This year we had a few family members tell us that it would be best call ahead of time to make a reservation since we have a big group of people eating, my Bf called about a week before EDC weekend to make a reservation they sent us a confirmation email. They day of the reservation a few our friends a arrived a few minutes and tried to check in for us the attendant at the front told them they have no reservations and they don't take reservations during EDC weekend because of how busy they get. Me and my bf were a bit confuse so we went in and spoke to the attendant and explained that we called ahead and we have a confirmation text / email to prove it. At first I had no problem maybe waiting for them to try to figure out something but the attendant sigh and rolled her eyes and explained to us again that there was no way they could have taken that reservation, I showed her the confirmation and explained to her that if that was the situation then maybe train the other employees on that policy. She finally agreed to honor the reservation told us to wait another 10 minutes which was no problem. We waited outside and about 30 minutes have gone by, I saw that two tables have cleared up which was big enough to fit our group the same attendant then proceeded to ignore us and sit a much smaller party at the empty table and then finally acknowledged my presence,explained to her that we've waited for over 30 minutes now that party could have sat at different table and my party could have sat there instead. I'm not the type to complain but the fact that she has giving half asses apologies was way beyond rude. She finally sat us down after another 10 minutes at this point it was a little past 6pm. she took our orders since we were trying to leave at a certain time to make it to the festival in time. Another 15 minutes pass and a waitress brought waters and asked us for our orders and we told that waitress that the front attendant took our orders 15 minutes ago, the waitress proceeded to tell us that we're no orders in for our table so we told her to get the orders from that attendant and to please ensure that our orders go through. The entire meal we basically rushed since we were late already, they gave us a discount for the inconvenience but we weren't looking for compensation. The attendant pretty much dampened our mood throughout the meal and we basically didn't enjoy it. I think that they should train their staff about not taking reservations during certain weekends if they can't accommodate it. My friends and I are not the type to complain since we know it can get busy but it's the fact that the attendant gave us attitude.
