Okay first of all the service peak! One the servers that stood out was Tray (pardon if I spelled your name wrong) his energy and attending to things before I even raise my hand and also hes very welcoming. Now for the food... Easily my top spot for Henderson area and easily top 5 overall in LV, I honestly dont know where to rank this imo, Id have to go back multiple times to try their other dishes. The thing that stuck out for me was the way they make the eggrolls, I believe they used rice paper instead. I havent seen alot of places in LV do that with there Bun Bowls. Pho Saigonese in Vegas is not your typical hole-in-the-wall pho spot it's super clean and upscale. The inside feels more like a lounge with low lighting, nice décor, and a really chill vibe. The food was high quality and definitely felt more elevated than your standard pho place. Everything tasted fresh and well made. Their drinks were also a standout made with real fruit and not overly sweet or artificial. On top of that, the service was amazing. All the servers were really nice and friendly. Nice and modern looking interior. Not huge, but they have a decent amount of tables. Servers here are super friendly. Not sure if owner or manager, but one of the severs kept checking in on our table and had a very positive and friendly attitude. Offered us a spicy chili which was excellent - looks freshly made. Nice find for Vietnamese food & Pho on this side of town! built my own Pho (brisket & flank) with beef broth and it really hit the spot. Large portion, too! Also tried the house vermicelli with grilled pork, egg roll, etc. Very tasty with peanuts, radish, etc. to keep it fresh and savory. This is probably my favorite restaurant in Vegas. My wife and I love their food and will typically come here for date night or order it through Postmates/Uber Eats. Their Bún bò Huế is the best in town and everything else on the menu is delicious. My 2nd go to entree is their chicken and rice. We stopped by for lunch and beat the lunch hour. We were seated quick. We looked at the menu prior to arriving so we knew what we wanted. Our server was ok- friendly but when requested for some extra napkins, he never delivered... by then we were already done with food. Restaurant is small with decent seating. Pho Saigonese delivers on both quality and quantity. They were totally packed on a Sunday afternoon but we were able to be sat at the "bar". The imperial egg rolls were definitely the stand out dish- absolutely crunchy and flavorful! Wish it came with four egg rolls for the price point, but nonetheless it was delicious! Idk where to begin but this place is a hidden gem! Food is top tier and if you want some good pho this is your spot! Also their vegetable egg rolls and they were the best I'd ever had honestly. The service was friendly and welcoming. The place is isn't geared towards large parties of 10+. But if your party is 1-6 ppl, you should be fine. They also have a counter bar seating area. When I enter the doors of a cultural restaurant I immediately audit who's feasting and count how folks like me are there. If I have to wait an hour and no one looks like me that's the first green flag. If I see a group of kids doing homework in the corner, I think back to watching my grandma wait on tables as kid at the counter. Seeing that gives me potential legendary vibes. If you love delicious Vietnamese food then don't skip by this place. They have some items that you usually can't find at other spots like Bun Cha. Their Bun Cha hits with tons of flavors and the portion size is generous. I even had their chao goi which is also so good. The place decor is nice and the service staff has been amazing. I ordered the brisket pho, but the meat was extremely fatty and chewy. When I mentioned it to my server, he said that's just how it comes and that the cook would have to "search in the back" for leaner pieces -- which didn't sound very appetizing. I do not know how this place stayed off my radar for so long, but I'm so thrilled to have made this discovery. The atmosphere is just so pleasant and inviting. Service is prompt and very friendly (I do not understand some of the reviews that say otherwise). And the food- wow! I got the vermicelli special with lemongrass chicken. The chicken is tender, juicy and succulent. The grilled shrimp is some of the best I've ever had. The noodles were perfectly cooked, the roll was delicious, as was the refreshing salad. You get a lot of food for the dollar (I couldn't finish it in one sitting). And I truly appreciate the generous portion of sriracha because I like a lot and most places are very conservative with it.
