This experience was so good! Joanna was the best server ever and was extremely attentive. There were so many different meats available. I love eel, so I ordered 10 eel hand rolls, and they were delicious. They also have a really tasty house-made kimchi that is slightly sweet. I enjoyed the wide variety of menu options. For example, they serve yakitori, and I really liked both the pork belly and chicken options. The marinated sliced short rib was definitely the best item on the menu, was super good! To top it off, they gave us free ice cream with a choice between Monaka and Häagen-Dazs. I ordered from the classic menu for only $29, which was an amazing value. You should definitely check this place out. The bathrooms were clean, and it has great ambiance, making it perfect for both date nights and family outings.
Martin is the only and main reason I had to check this place out. Every meat choice was delicious. And I loved how each appetizer was amazing. The vibes there were vibing and the workers were also amazing.
I thought this place was great! My only complaint is that all these good kbbq spots are so far ... (no fault of their own) haha When we went they were still pretty new but the meat quality and the other "side" menu items were amazing! They had the Korean cold noodles and beef tartare on the appetizer menu. The mini dolsot bibimbap was delicious and the soup options weren't disappointing. I do think the price is a bit on the higher side for ayce but you definitely get quality. I'd say this place was on of the top 3 places for kbbq in my opinion. Service was attentive albeit a bit slow, I'm sure they have worked that out by now. The place is a little small compared to the other ayce spots I've been to but it's clean and well organized. If I did live closer I'd be going more but, I wouldn't mind making the drive there.

The bbq is top tier and the sushi is really good quality, we were actually surprised at how good the nigiri is. I think it compliments the offerings well on the different menus. They have lots of appetizers to choose from and their quality is just really high for an ayce spot. The wait is never too long and we always try to come here whenever we can't decide between sushi and bbq. We highly recommend!!!
Came across the restaurant on instagram and wanted to try to fit it into our trip. Had to take an uber since it was slightly off the strip and we arrived right for lunch as we had an afternoon flight to catch. It wasn't busy and we were seated right away with the waitress explaining everything to us. She was quite friendly and recommended a few dishes. Everything was decent, but perhaps we still had Chubby Cattle in mind from a few nights prior so for the cost, we may have chosen to go there. The lobby was nicely decorated and I could see this becoming more lively in the evenings.

First time trying the grill line. They have a variety of food options from sides to meet. I fell in love with wagyu beef. The price ranges from premium to signature. The place looks minimalist and elegant. The staff was friendly and helpful in showing how to cook the meat properly. I think that's a plus.
It's actually my 3rd time coming here, and unfortunately my 2nd and 3rd visits were almost the same experience but this time it was worse, so I'm updating my review. Yesterday (8/5/26) around 5:45-6 PM, we had the worst service. Our female server (with glasses) only came to our table once when she took our order, after that she never came back to check up on us and we har to wave her down multiple times. One of the times our grill was smoking and burning because it needed to be changed. (No smoke extractor in the middle so the burn and smoke was pretty bad) Between the heavy smoke and the lack of service, I completely lost my appetite. We ended up leaving in less than an hour. On top of that, some of the food came out very late, while other items never arrived at all. I eventually had to ask the male server to check on our order because we couldn't get our server's attention. I understand this location has only been open for a couple of months, and I know there can be growing pains. However, consistency is important, especially when it comes to service. My first visit was great, but having the same disappointing experience on both my 2nd and 3rd visits makes it hard to overlook.
I came here during their grand opening and just like other commenters I also experienced the last minute cancellation without any notification. I actually figured out myself when rechecking my reservation time that it was cancelled. I wish there was at least a notification the day before or soemthing instead of silence. However I must say I called in 1 hour before my reservation and the person was nice enough to put me on the waitlist to try to make up for the cancellation. I appreciated that. He said it would be a 2 hour wait. I came 2 hours later and was seated but still had to wait about 20 minute more. I get it tho, it's busy and they were having their BOGO deal. A complaint that I do have is that the ventilation there is not good. Our grill was also smoking like crazy (I think the put the wrong one) but I can tell the servers were trying to do their best to stay on top of that. We got the signature Menu which came with more of the premium items. Their raw scallop was pretty fishy but the cheese scallop was better. Meat wise I think the best was the wagyu brisket. Meat quality was not bad but not sure if it justifies the $50 original price. I feel like this place had a lot of potential and I would give the another shot in the future once they figure out their kinks.
Went to Grill Nine to try their BOGO deal at Friday around 4pm since really liked their Decatur location. Although we had a reservation, they told us that they were not honoring it which was unfortunate but glad we got there at a time where the wait was only 15 minutes. For $25/person, there was not much to complain about. As the place specializes in KBBQ, sushi was decent. I thought the regular salmon nigiri was pretty plain tasting. I did like the seared salmon as it had more flavor. Besides that, my favorite thing on the menu was their Wagyu brisket. Staff was nice and attentive, overall good time. There was some things they were lacking on but if they worked on it, can be just as good as their original location!
Our server was really nice. He was very informative. I wish I knew his name. It seemed like he was training. The meats had a lot of flavor. They had a good amount of appetizers. They even had sushi pretty decent selection. The price wasn't too bad either. The ice cream selection was good. They had a lot of different flavors. It wasn't too crowded. So service was pretty decent. Would definitely come back and try other items.
We drove over here thinking we were going to Doh, our regular kbbq spot. However, we found that's it changed to Grill nine and decided to give it a shot. We were pleasantly surprised by their great marinated meats, sushi and drinks. The service was great and the waiters were attentive and super helpful. We are happy that we still have a great spot for kbbq in the area with a friendly ambiance.

Grill Nine on Maryland Parkway is a great spot when you're craving a variety of Korean BBQ and hot pot options. There's plenty to choose from, and I always enjoy being able to try a little bit of everything in one visit. One thing I was definitely sad to see, though, was the marinated crab being removed from the premium menu. That was one of my favorite items and honestly one of the things that made the premium option feel extra special. Hopefully they'll consider bringing it back! Even without it, Grill Nine still has a good selection of meats, seafood, sides, and other options to satisfy a Korean BBQ craving. If you're in the Maryland Parkway area and looking for an all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ experience, it's worth checking out. read more

Came across the restaurant on instagram and wanted to try to fit it into our trip. Had to take an uber since it was slightly off the strip and we arrived right for lunch as we had an afternoon flight to catch. Just tried Grill Nine Korean AYCE BBQ. Dining room is modern and clean. Food quality is excellent. Meat top quality. Side dishes great. Service absolutely amazing. The experience here is more like true upscale Korean BBQ, where you order the meat by portions. Extremely high quality. Better than any other place in Las Vegas... by far. And top level menu here is cheaper than other places mid or starting levels. I highly recommend. Will be going back. read more

Ok, I was super nervous about trying this because I loved Doh, but it was actually suchhhhhhh a good place! The restaurant is clean and inviting. We were seated immediately. The menu is extensive and had a variety including sushi, soup, appetizers, and sides. Meat was delicious. We had a hard time choosing! The service was TOP TIER. Damn! Every time we touched the menu it was a "what can I get for you?" Waters empty, they immediately grabbed a new one. We had like 5 grill changes. The minute they noticed it burning slightly they asked to change it. Can't speak enough of the service! Definitely coming back! read more

First of all "top notch" service by Claire! We were immediately greeted as we walked in the door & as she seated us, asked us if we've been here before (first time) so she explained the menu & everything to us - we felt so welcomed and not rushed! I then noticed, she was the "only one" working on the floor (other than a busboy/expediter). She was greeting/seating & serving guests! She is what people/service industry need to model & train the staff!! We were pleasantly surprised by the quality & quantity (especially with it being AYCE) Food was at a premium - very fresh, quality meats/fish/ ingredients. My husband LOVES KBBQ + I love sushi (which i don't get often coz he doesn't do seafood) so it's the best of both worlds! We've been to many places for both KBBQ + sushi and I'm honestly blown away by the quality of their premium meat & OMG see how fresh the sushi is - and not a lot of rice = perfection! Ambiance is clean and not smoky too! All around, we had excellent service & the food was surprisingly sooooo good! My husband hasn't stopped talking (positively) about it (that's not a norm for him) We left with happy full bellies, lots of laughter & the best dining experience in a long time. BOGO Grand Opening Weekend Days 1 & 3: Staff appears worked but still friendly and helpful. We asked for same little table near kitchen and declined bigger table so can accommodate larger party. Good places are worth waiting. Having tried most Wagyu items in two days, GM626 favs are: WAGYU NIGIRI SUSHI KIMCHI- sweet hot pear flavor- iykyk MARINATED SHORT RIBS SPECIAL CUT SHORT RIBS TUNA CARPACCIO Orders came out pretty fast round by round and even the other items we added in between. Staff checked on us often, offering grill changes, making sure we got everything, answering questions, etc. This our first time trying BEEF TARTARE presented w/egg yolk & pear and asked how to eat. Did I mention how nice everyone is? We arrived and were seated within minutes at opening on Friday and at 230pm on Sunday aiming between rushes. They'll take your party size and phone# so you are free to roam until table is ready. Expect 2hr wait times. AYCE $49 per person. GM626 APPROVE and will see you again next BOGO Day! read more

I had the chance to visit Grill Nine this past weekend and for an all-you-can-eat spot it was pretty solid . The service was good as well, considering they just opened last week. I think it's fair to give them a little time to settle in before being so critical. The highlight for me was definitely the marinated kalbi. It was delicious ! New spot that just opened near the Silverado Ranch area. So many options to choose from. Sushi, beef, pork, seafood, noodles, and more. They do table side torching which makes the experience more memorable. I recommend the jalapeño chimichurri to dip your meat. Even if you get all the limited one order per person, you will be full and satisfied. The dinner was worth my money and I will be back! read more

We have been to grill nine a few times but this time was so extraordinarily special that I absolutely HAD to write a review. The food and the pure quality of the meats and the fish were amazing but the reason for my review is because of the STELLAR service I received from Jun and Joanna. They were both so kind and patient with me and my girlfriend and they didn't make us feel rushed at all. They even gave us recommendations for meats that we've never tried before and we ended up loving them! The cream risotto was very good and the hanging tender is my absolute favorite! My girlfriend loved the wagyu brisket. Huge shoutout to Jun and Joanna once again for the amazing service!! read more

I saw a video from Mikey Chen and decided to check this place out. It did not disappoint. The place was spacious and clean. Service was quick and amazing. Their meat was fresh and delicious, especially the salmon... The salmon was *chefs kiss* good. I also want to shout out the server we had, John. The food selection has some uniqueness as well as comparable to other KBBQ restaurants. They have two tiers of their menu, one Premium for $39 and one Signature with Wagyu choices and more appetizers and cooked food options for $49 per person. The portions are fair and can easily be stacked to order 2-3 servings and still give you enough room to order all the other types of cuts they have. The service was amazing! We had a handful of the waitstaff attend to us and they made us feel warmly welcomed and like family rather than the rushed feeling that is typically experienced with fast paced places. Every single one of you deserves a shoutout, most especially to our main guy John. You definitely made such a memorable impact to our party and for that we thank you. The ambiance for being a cozier KBBQ with decent lighting and apt music shows a well thought out plan. Even with numerous options around, and even another KBBQ place by the next corner, I can see Grill Nine have their own crowd keeping them busy and humble throughout but course in this shopping center. I wish I took more photos for this review but I didn't plan on reviewing but thought it was something that I would like to definitely share. read more
