My name is BrandonFromVegas and I love local Las Vegas food more than anything. Out of the 100s of local restaurants I've tried in my life China Mama is quite easily on my list of 10 best restaurants in all of Las Vegas. I have eaten China Mama and its various offshoots dozens of times and it's quite easily my family's favorite takeout spot. Thank the GODS they built one in Henderson so I can easily indulge in the succulent crispy beef, the doughy and delicious soup dumplings, the spicy peanut sauce dripping Tan Tan Noodles, and all the other staples they're known for! Even better than the food is the service. Of note is Sandy, a server we now request each time. She remembers every single one of my favorite dishes, the ingredients for my special sauce, and she's always friendly, always smiling. If you've made it this far into this verbose monstrosity of a review let me save you time: Come to China Mama; it's the best casual Chinese restaurant in the city,

The food was amazing quality and seemed very fresh! Everyone was so warm and welcoming. They kept checking in on us. All in all the ambiance mixed with the service makes this place a must try! Kathy was our server. She did great and was so kind!

We went out to celebrate our anniversary meal. Finally got to tryout China Mama after hearing about new location in Henderson. We got recommended to try crispy beef. Ordered mixed fruit tea(ice), egg yolk sesame ball. For 3pc it was bit expensive for my personal opinion. We also got Sliced Fish Fillet w/pickled mustard soup, salt & pepper squid and mama's Special fried rice. We did order a lot to tryout little bit of everything. I can say Crispy beef and soup was our favorite. Server was attentive and overall good fusion food. Wished the table was bigger as we ran out of space. They had Chinise music playing which my husband was jamming into it while we were dinning.

Food was delicious the crispy beef is a must try! We got ours with no spice. Our sever was very sweet and attentive. Cute, cozy, and intimate inside with a smaller seating area. I like the open kitchen concept too.

Absolutely delicious Chinese food - we really enjoyed it. Tastes just like the other locations. The orange chicken is a must - it's crispy and fresh. The crispy beef, the chow fun, fried rice ... all delicious entrees. Our server, Sandy, was the sweetest and most genuine. We brought our baby girl in and it warmed my heart that she interacted and loved on her. What a sweet woman! We will definitely be back :)

My family and I dined here for dinner and shared several dishes, including the Fish Fillet with Ginger and Green Onions, Stir-Fried Green Beans, Honey Walnut Shrimp, and Pork Soup Dumplings. The place was packed and we were seated within 15 minutes. The restaurant is a casual, modern atmosphere. Our food came out quickly, fresh and hot, and everything was tasty.

A Thursday at approximately 1:15 PM. Avoiding the lunch, rush. We arrived at the tiny restaurant and was immediately seated at a tiny table. That kind of avoided me from ordering everything on the menu because the table was small. I got the house chow mein. My cousin got a spicy crispy chicken and steamed rice. The order came out very quickly. My noodles were cooked just right and I would've enjoyed the chow mein a bit more. Had they brought the chili oil to the table but they never did. I tasted the crispy chicken and it had a fried pork rind taste to me. It didn't taste like chicken. However, my cousin enjoyed it. The service was OK however I think they were winding down from the rush-hour of the lunchtime crowd. I will return to try the Braised pork (Pork Joint).

A bit disappointing frankly. I've been to the other China mama establishments before and had a big craving for their crispy beef knowing how it's supposed to taste. Lesson learned not all franchise make food the same unfortunately. Noticed right away the color of the crispy beef was darker than normal and when actually eaten, it was sadly soggy :_( oily and soggy... oily and crispy would've been a great compromise but looking at other photos from this location, should've known it was off. The orange chicken however was good save. Service was great and friendly tho! Staff was very nice :)

I was very disappointed in the flavor of the food. The Fried Rice and Chow Mein was very bland. On the other hand the Crispy Beef was amazing. Portion sizes are reasonably good. The service was very good. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean, the decor is your standard Chinese restaurant. My expectations were set too high because of the many others I know that ate there, I surely was disappointed. I may return for the Crispy Beef, prices are a bit high for the quality.

Let's kick it off with the service! Our waitress was so kind and attentive. For being our first time at this location she made our experience great. The food was of course amazing and with huge portions. We tried the Sesame chicken, Dan Dan noodles and the chili wontons. The chili oil can be a little salty on these dishes so if you're sensitive to salt be aware, other than all three were delicious. Definitely coming back to try more. The location is very tiny so try and get a reservation if you can. 5 stars!

3.75 stars. This new location on St Rose/ Coronado is located right beside Carrot & Daikon. Love that there's an Asian restaurant corner nearby. The food here, just like the other China Mama family of restaurants has full flavor dishes. Our favorite is still the crispy beef. Think sweet & crispy yet tender thin slices of beef jerky (in the best possible way). It's addicting! The cauliflower is also outstanding with its numb tongue flavors. This one is a bit small with several two-top tables. Not enough larger tables. We went on a Thur's afternoon at 2:00 and even though there were a few people in line, by the time we were next to be called only one other party was left. Two large tables were open but they still didn't seat us...waiting for a possible large party at 2 in the afternoon instead of seating the parties waiting? After another 10 minutes, a 2 top finally came available. We were sat and shortly after the party of 3 after us got one of the large tables they were asking for. The restaurant started clearing out after that, so we could have been seated at a larger table. It would have been especially nice since we ordered several dishes and the table was crowded. Honestly, I would recommend going here either before or after main meal times or just order take out. Unless you don't mind waiting quite a bit to sit down.

Food: - wok fried organic baby cauliflower - crispy eggplant - cucumber salad with mashed garlic - deep fried jumbo shrimp in special sauce - fish filet w/ ginger and green onion - braised pork belly in brown sauce - dry pepper chicken I would get the fish, shrimp and cucumber again. The other items were too spicy for me. We have visited almost all the China Mama locations. This location does not have sun jin bao so that is a bummer for hubby. Service: like the other locations, service is excellent. Ambiance: this place is tiny. Maybe 12 tables? Really surprised they chose such a tiny location for Henderson.

Be aware they do not serve certain staple items at this location. Specifically they're pan fried dumplings. They do have some different dishes that the other locations dont. The space is small, cozy food is excellent, though the crispy beef is mostly batter and not much meat. Service is good. They're kitchen can be seen from the dining room, so you can watch food being made as you wait. Prices are decent for the portion size. Now thats its in Henderson, it makes it close for people who don't want to travel all the way to China town

They're made fresh by hand, and you can really taste and feel the difference--the noodles are chewy, bouncy, and have such a great bite. Even better, the kitchen is surrounded by glass, so you can actually watch the noodles being made right in front of you. It was such a fun experience seeing the noodle-making process while enjoying our meal. Here's what we tried: Kung Pao Chicken Noodle - A nice combination of savory, slightly spicy flavors with tender chicken and those perfectly chewy noodles. Beef Chow Mein - Savory and satisfying with tender beef, vegetables, and plenty of that delicious noodle texture. Seafood Delight - A great option for seafood lovers, with a nice variety of seafood and vegetables in a flavorful sauce. Lanzhou Noodle - The noodles were the star here--so fresh, chewy, and springy. Simple but really satisfying. Spicy Wonton - Flavorful with a nice kick of spice. A great appetizer to start the meal. Chinese Beef Burrito - Something a little different and definitely fun to try. The savory beef filling paired really well with the crispy, chewy exterior. Our server, Penny, was also wonderful. She was so friendly, attentive, and genuinely nice throughout our meal, which made the whole experience even better. If you're in the Henderson area and looking for something different, I definitely recommend giving Kung Fu Noodle a try. The fresh hand-pulled noodles, the open kitchen where you can watch them being made, and the friendly service make it a really fun dining experience. I'll definitely be back for more noodles!

My daughter got seafood noodles. Same thing. $15. Tons of seafood. Very herbacious broth. I got brisket noodles. The beef was tender and well seasoned. The noodles here are made in real time while you watch. The are so much better than anything store bought. And the broth was so good it's mostly what I ate. In total we were like $75. We left full and with leftovers. The place is small, quite clean and authentic.

Located somewhere in a sprawling Stephanie plaza between Ross and Hobby Lobby, it's somehow managed to survive despite being on hardly anyone's radar. Initially, I had eyes on a salmon app, but I eventually read enough of the menu to notice the Orange Salmon ($13.99), apparently classified as a no-rice roll or something. This is indeed a rendition of a certain famous "new" sashimi-style dish with salmon slices paired with orange slices and an umami dressing. It doesn't super evoke the awe and nostalgia of the original version I had, maybe lacking some orange punch and also using larger but lower quality salmon sashimi cuts. Fortunately, the presence of all the sauces, orange wedges, and microgreens bestows enough flavor to cover for that issue. I also found a more interesting option than a hot bowl of soup in their menu. The Black Garlic Mazemen ($14.99) is a sauced bowl of kale noodles (yep, they're green) with spicy ground pork, chashu, and some sort of mixed greens. It is served hot, so it isn't as much of a relief during the summer, but you can mostly handle it without a spoon. The noodles are coated with that luscious, perhaps under-described sauce that didn't really speak "yuzu" to me. The ground pork doesn't make the whole thing too spicy, and the thin chashu slices are nicely caramelized and tender. I was quite happy with the dish and would order it again as soon as tomorrow. Umai Ramen is really a hidden gem. I can't speak for their regular ramen menu, but I had some very nice dishes here tonight and suggest that anyone else in Henderson who's overlooked them make a stop for either lunch or dinner.
