Wow, creative drink and food menu. Hubs loved his Chicken Tinga Happy Hour Tostadas, and I devoured my Beet Tosadas. Draft beer and a special cocktail rounded out our first Happy Hour here. They were busy just after 4pm on Friday. Jonathan was fabulous as our server, and we found out this is a sister restaurant to Sonrisa Grill in Lake Las Vegas. Located on Water Street, we had easy street parking. They had a vegan sushi roll and a few other things for me to try, many dishes (and libations!) which looked good to the hubs for next time.

Visited Chinitas on 2/14 for a quick brunch. Ordered the carnitas fries, birria egg rolls, and salmon and lemon sushi roll (forgot the specific name). The food tasted delicious and paired well with the drink I got. Since it was Valentine's Day, the venue was hosting a Galentine's event in the patio and also had a DJ. Everything was nicely decorated, and I even heard the DJ state song requests were free, a nice touch. Service was quick, and everything tasted delicious. Will definitely have to frequent Chinitas a bit more and keep an eye out for the events they are having.

Cliff Notes Price Range: $$ Parking: Plenty Perk: Food Non-Perk: Booths are not comfy Ambiance: Bar with a fun twist Dress: Business Casual Noise: Low Temperature: Perfect Recommend: 100% Response Time: N/A Professionalism: On point Date: 1/18/2026 Dissertation: Stopped in here on a beautiful outing. Ordered one Thai Daisy and somehow ended up with a few... zero regrets! My husband's spicy mango mule was so good he's still talking about it. We started in the dining room with the great and super attentive Violet, who was lovely, but my back quickly voted "no" on the booths, totally not her fault. Not sure why they have the center of the back rest protruding out, very uncomfortable. We moved to the bar where Matt took great care of us, one of the best decisions of the night! Brussels sprouts had a serious kick but were insanely good and were extremely addictive. The Taco Trio was unreal, every....single....one. Closed it out with the Wagyu sliders and fries, which were both just as amazing.

Located in the Water Street District. Food was great service was a complete meltdown. Seated right away during happy hour on 3.13.26. First timer not off to a good start. Waiters and Waitress's passed by back our and forth our table and no one asked if we have been helped Until Shana walked over and saved the day as we were getting ready to leave. Shana was great very service oriented and in my opinion very diligent and pays attention to what is going on in the restaurant. Thank you again Shana

We decided to try this spot based on the strong Yelp reviews, and overall the food definitely lived up to the hype. We ordered a good variety: General Tso's chicken tacos, poke nachos, birria egg rolls, surf & turf fried rice, wagyu sliders with fries, salmon nigiri, and spicy scallop hand rolls. Everything was flavorful and well-prepared--no complaints on the food side at all. The ambiance was a big plus. The place was clean, had a great vibe, and there was a DJ playing good music which added to the experience. You can also walk by a window and see into the kitchen, which was a nice touch. Where things fell short was the service. When we walked in, there wasn't much of a greeting and it took a bit to get seated. After that, it felt like we were waiting quite a while at each step--getting greeted, ordering drinks, and then placing our food order. The food itself came out in a reasonable time. The staff was friendly throughout, but it seemed like our server was stretched too thin. One small detail, but worth noting--no ramekins were provided for soy sauce or wasabi with the sushi, which felt a bit unusual. The total came out to around $175, and at that price point, I'd expect a smoother experience from start to finish. Overall, great food and atmosphere, friendly staff, but inconsistent service. Not sure I'd go back.

On a whim we decided to go on a Monday after learning they have all day happy hour on Mondays. We arrived around 1:30 pm and it wasn't busy at all! Feels more like a sports bar, but it wasn't too loud. There are TV's all around to watch games and nice outdoor seating area. We received a friendly greeting, seated at a booth, and got the run down on all the specials. We ordered a number of things: Chicken lettuce cups: I wasn't expecting the chicken to be served cold, but it was very good. Salt & Pepper wings: Very tasty and crispy Blackened shrimp tacos: Flavorful Shrimp fried rice: amazingly good, jumbo shrimp, and enough to share The price point was perfect. We will be back!

Here at Chinitas on Water Street, you will find a mixed fusion of Japanese and Mexican food. We walked in and we were seated right away, where a live DJ was present on the outdoor patio. Reservations are recommended during peak hours, but that didn't matter to us since we got here later in the night. Kyle and I have had sushi on our minds for a while now and we immediately looked at the sushi menu. But first, we decided to share an appetizer of birria eggrolls, which were topped with cilantro and pickled onions. These were really good! Whenever we go to a Japanese restaurant, Kyle always orders a thing of nigiri on the side along with his sushi. Nigiri is a sometimes kind of dish for me because I'll never know how many sushi rolls I'll get, and I'm that someone who gets full easily. I ordered the Hawaiian Roll and Kyle ordered the Baka Roll, along with the salmon nigiri. The first and last Hawaiian Roll on my plate had a crunchy shrimp tail attached on one side, which ended up adding more of that fishy flavor to it. The Baka Roll came with a thing of noodles and was topped with I believe were crunchy onions, drizzled with numerous sauces. Before we left, I went to go use the restroom and they were very clean, although I did have some trouble locking the stall door at first. A clean restroom is something that I always expect when I visit a restaurant. If you're a happy hour fan, Monday is definitely the best day to be here, as they have this all day on Monday's. They are also making a difference during the month of September, where if one buys the Teal Drink, a portion of its' proceeds will go to the NOCC (National Ovarian Cancer Coalition), as September is Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month.

Amazing service! Great food and drinks, especially on Happy Hour. The live music is enjoyable and a great area to eat before or after my sons hockey game.

Service and atmosphere were both solid. Parking can be a challenge since it's mostly street parking in the water district. Our server was friendly, attentive, and checked in on us often. The bathroom was also clean and well-kept, which I appreciated. The food looked appealing, but the quality didn't fully match the presentation. The tacos and the chicken and beet tostadas were the highlights--fresh and flavorful. However, the other appetizers on the happy hour specials fell short. Particularly, the corn ribs in particular didn't work for me, as the sauces were overly sweet. Overall, it was an okay experience. While not everything hit the mark, there's enough potential here that I'd give it another try, mainly for the dishes I enjoyed.

    Jen C.

Known for its tapas and sushi, Chinitas brings a Mexican and Asian vibe. The bar line was a bit disorganized but the bartenders poured it well. I got a strawberry cucumber limeade that was super refreshing to balance out the bold flavors of the food. Out of the apps, the pork wontons were super crispy and flavorful with a sweet spicy and sticky sauce drizzle are worth coming back for. The churros had good flavor but were a bit oily and overfried. The decor is great and definitely Instagrammable for this who want it.

When people ask me for restaurant recommendations, this spot is always at the top of my list. I love the vibes here, especially with the live music. It's one of my favorite places to come with a group of girlfriends. There are fun little games outside, so I usually like to sit out there and hang out. This place is great for both brunch and dinner--I've been here for food and drinks at different times, and it never disappoints. The drinks are awesome, and the staff is always super nice and friendly. I've never had to wait long, which is a huge plus. Whether you're coming for a date night or a ladies' brunch, this place is a great choice and always a good time.

Service was great! We got seated right away and our server was very attentive. We came in during happy hour on Monday (ALL DAY BTW) and ordered off both the happy hour and regular menu. The resturant was pretty big and could accommodate a lot of people and great ambiance. Food: Salmon poke 10/10: SOO MUCH FLAVOR and it comes w a good amount of fish. I would def order it again. It was fresh bc of the yuzu sauce but also creamy because of the spicy mayo. So delicious! Lettuce chicken cups (happy hour menu) 7/10: these had a peanuty taste and I enjoyed it! But nothin overly special. Chicken tinga tostada 5/10 (HH menu) these were okay. The sauce a bit too sweet for me but they really did pack the chicken on!! Chicken taquitos 7/10: good flavor and it wasn't dry! I enjoyed them. Overall the salmon poke was def a stand out. Can't wait to go back to try their other dishes!

From the moment we sat down with David to discuss what we wanted, he was incredibly understanding of our budget and knew exactly how to make our day as beautiful as I imagined! I always have and will continue to recommend Factory of Dreams and/or Skyview Banquet Hall to anyone looking for a venue! That said, we did experience a few hiccups during the planning process. Communication with Chef Francisco G. wasn't the best--he wasn't timely in responding, which caused some stress. The venue & atmosphere: During the day, the gardens are elegant and romantic--but at night, they become absolutely magical. White string lights glow throughout the lush gardens and trees, creating the most dreamy, fairytale-like atmosphere. It felt intimate, cozy, and incredibly beautiful--perfect for evening photos and a romantic reception vibe. Ceremony & reception flow: The ceremony space/chapel was classic and romantic, and the transition from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception was seamless. Their banquet rooms are versatile and well laid out, so nothing felt rushed or awkward. You can tell this venue is designed specifically for weddings and special events. All-inclusive convenience: Sunset Gardens is an all-inclusive venue, and it truly shows in the execution. Their packages bundle catering, cake, DJ, photography, and coordination, which minimizes stress for couples. As a guest, everything felt organized, polished, and professionally managed from start to finish. The food (10/10): The food exceeded expectations--wedding food done right. The buffet offered a great variety, and every dish was 5/5 delicious: * Prime rib (tender, flavorful, and one of the standout dishes) * Shrimp scampi * Skirt steak with chimichurri * Wild rice pilaf * Roasted Brussels sprouts with mushrooms * Caesar salad Everything was well-seasoned and thoughtfully prepared, but the prime rib and Brussels sprouts were absolute highlights--so good that many guests went back for seconds. Staff & service: The staff was attentive, professional, and clearly experienced with weddings. The entire event ran smoothly and on time, allowing guests--and most importantly the couple--to fully enjoy the celebration. Overall: If you're looking for a romantic, garden-style, all-inclusive wedding venue in Las Vegas, Sunset Gardens is an excellent choice. Between the glowing night lights, stunning grounds, seamless coordination, and genuinely delicious food, this venue delivers a truly memorable experience. Highly recommend!!

We initially sat next to one of the patio heaters, but this got too hot. We then sat too far from one, which made us cold. Kalani Peʻa warm-heartedly joked about the cold weather several times throughout the show. The problem with this outdoor amphitheater is that the weather in Vegas is either too hot or too cold throughout the year. Ironically, it is adjacent to the newly built America First Center where the Henderson Silver Knights play ice hockey. I think they did the audience a disservice by not hosting Kalani Peʻa's show in the arena. I suspect that most of them would have gladly paid double to be warm during the show. To add insult to injury, the microphone unexpectedly stopped working throughout the show. To his credit, Kalani Peʻa never flinched but continued singing the same as though nothing happened. This is a testament to how professional he is, not to mention how his booming voice naturally compensated for the irregularity of the sound system that night. Shortcomings of the venue notwithstanding, Kalani Peʻa performed a fantastic show. He does a great job of blending traditional and contemporary Hawaiian elements in a way that is appealing to both Hawaiian and non-Hawaiian audience members. His integration of Hawaiian language, culture, and history into his music and performances is exemplary for the longevity of Hawaiian heritage. He is also an entertaining showman with a larger-than-life persona. A central part of his show are dance performances by hālau hula (Hawaiian cultural dance academies). This show in Henderson featured the dancers of the local academy, Hālau Nā Lei O Kahikilani, under the direction of Kahiki Kay-Akana, Kumu Hula (accredited hula teacher). Kalani Peʻa is a proud graduate of Ke Kula ʻO Nāwahīokalaniʻōpuʻu, a Hawaiian language immersion school in Keaʻau, Hawaiʻi. He received his undergraduate degree from Colorado Mesa University. He has won three Grammy awards in Regional Roots. I highly recommend his music to anyone.

She was not only incredibly helpful throughout the planning process, but on the wedding day itself she was completely in control of everything. Having someone so organized, calm, and experienced made the entire day feel stress-free and allowed us to actually enjoy every moment. Our ceremony location at sunset right next to the lake was absolutely beautiful. The setting created such a peaceful and romantic atmosphere, and the views during sunset made the entire experience feel even more special. It honestly could not have been a more perfect backdrop for our wedding ceremony and photos. After the ceremony, Tracey had the reception at the Timeless Moments location set up wonderfully. Everything looked elegant, welcoming, and thoughtfully arranged. Our wedding was on the smaller side, but that is exactly what made it feel so personal and intimate without ever feeling crowded or overwhelming. We decided to do an appetizer table instead of a full traditional meal, and honestly, the food was even better than we expected it would be. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and our guests kept complimenting it throughout the evening. The staff on hand were also amazingly professional, attentive, and kind the entire night. Overall, the entire evening felt comfortable, beautiful, elegant, and personal, exactly what we had hoped for. We are incredibly thankful we chose Timeless Moments and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and well-run wedding venue at Lake Las Vegas. ~ Richard and Samantha

We loved the ease of hosting our wedding and reception all in one area with accommodations so close by for our out-of-town guests. The venue also presented a variety of ceremony options throughout the village. We loved the all-inclusive offering of the venue, especially as average weddings in the US can now cost $33k+. Danielle's all-inclusive package was far more reasonable. We did encounter some snags along the way, although Danielle did much of what she could to try to iron them out, but be advised that because the venue has to work with the local housing associations and boards that manage the wider village calendar, they move at their pace, and that can sometimes slow down dates being locked in. On the flip side, while we committed to the all-inclusive package, Danielle also allows for flexibility, such as us deciding to forego a cake instead selecting a variety of desserts. She was flexible, helpful, and responsive along the way. Overall, we loved the vast majority of the vendors we were connected with. Our rehearsal and wedding day went off without a hitch. The Lake Las Vegas village is beautiful. If you're considering this for your special day or any event requiring a space, we would definitely recommend it.
