Service was good. Two of them checked on us an acceptable amount of time. The restaurant was not full on the Tuesday night we went. However, ambiance needs work. The music they had playing was too loud. Add to that all the chatter in the surrounding tables and it could definitely cause overwhelm. We ordered: - full house trio - bangus - pork karekare - lechon kawali - flaming halohalo The bangus in the picture had what appeared to be tomatoes. The one we got lacked tomatoes and had singkamas/jicama instead. Still good but we were expecting the tomatoes. The pork karekare was probably the best tasting cause of the karekare sauce but some of the pork pieces were a bit on the tougher side, maybe leftovers from other pork belly dishes? The lechon kawali was the most disappointing. The pork belly was a bit soggy. Also, the dish came out with just the fried pork belly and two sauces (Mang Tomas and a vinegar sauce). We were thinking it would come out with onions and tomatoes or something but nope! Also, I DO NOT recommend the flaming halohalo. They charged $19.99 each and it was not anything special whatsoever. Tried Full House BBQ for the first time. Excited to try flaming halo-halo. It's both visually fun and good, definitely a highlight of the visit. As for the food, it was a bit inconsistent. The lechon kawali wasn't the traditional crispy deep-fried pork I expected. Instead, it tasted more like a marinated fried pork belly. The flavor was good, but it was quite fatty. The BBQ pork was tasty (though there seems to be a lot of burnt portions) and the sinigang had a strong sour kick, which we enjoyed. I'd probably skip the bistek next time. It was our first visit to Full House BBQ, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The staff was friendly, and we were seated promptly. However, after being seated, it took quite some time for our order to be taken. Once we placed our order, we waited another 25 minutes before our food arrived. We ordered the Lechon Kawali, Bangus Sisig, Bistek, and Fresh Lumpia. The Lechon Kawali was decent, and my husband enjoyed the Bangus Sisig. The Bistek was served in a small saucepan alongside a sizzling plate, with the server transferring the meat to the hot plate at our table. Despite this presentation, the meat was cold and had to be sent back to be reheated. Flavor-wise, the Bistek was also not what I expected. Traditional bistek typically has a slight citrus tang from calamansi, but this version lacked that signature flavor and tasted more like Chinese-style beef with onions. The Fresh Lumpia was another disappointment. The wrapper tasted as though it had been recently thawed from frozen--it was dry and lacked the soft, fresh texture you would expect from the dish. Considering the prices, the portion sizes were quite small. Overall, the meal was just okay, but it did not offer enough value or quality to justify another visit. We ordered the shrimp palabok (3/5), lumpia (3/5), pork Sisig (4/5) and pork fried rice (4/5) and two sides of white rice. Now I'm wondering why our total was $73.00 for the small amount of food we got. But we were in a rush and I didn't double check. The dishes were just okay. Shrimp palabok was extra dry and not as described on the menu. Pork Sisig was sort of greasy but had a good flavor overall. We drove from LA to Las Vegas just to eat dessert that was all the trend on IG. It is called halo halo (mix mix or shaved ice). It is a Filipino dessert that has a mixture of assorted beans, jellies, sweet bananas among other ingredients and many more. A staple in the summer months, this type of dessert is common within the Asian communities in various flavors of which the main star is the crushed/shaved ice. There was a bit of wait at this small but popular joint. The lady who waited on us was super nice and jovial and rendered jokes in the hope of distracting us from the long wait. It worked, she seemed like she was hustling pretty fast to get people in and out of the small eatery where everyone wanted to try the dessert. They also have regular food entrees, but we only came for the anticipated fiery dessert. The nice lady took our order while we're in queue, so by the time we're seated, the flaming dessert was ready to wow us. Halo halo is typically served on a tall glass sans the flame à la flambe'; the flame was lit on a square of flan topping. When the milk was poured on the flan, the ice cream, and the sprinkle of toasted rice with ice shavings touched my lips, the verdict was out. Flaming halo halo is one cool tricked out dessert that is worth trying even if you can't finish it all. Two can share, but if you really love all that crushed ice melting in your mouth, halo halo is a very filling cold dessert but more interesting when served hot. read more

Here's my honest feedback... We came here because of what we saw on Instagram -- the flaming halo halo looked amazing and really drew us in. We had a group of 13, so we were excited and honestly expecting great food and service, especially knowing there's an automatic 20% gratuity (pretty high in my opinion and these guys aren't even located on the strip). We tried quite a few dishes -- kare kare, pork sisig, bangus sisig, pinakbet, dinuguan, shumai, and sisig birria, boneless bangus (had bones) -- and while everything was decent, nothing really stood out. The halo halo, which is what brought us in, was honestly just mediocre at best. The food is on the pricier side, and the service didn't match it. It took a while for food to come out, and overall the experience just didn't meet expectations -- especially with the automatic 20% gratuity added. Overall, we left pretty disappointed.
