Also I did use the bathroom but there was no light switch so I had to use my phone. I saw this on an Instagram video and realized that I pass this way all the time. We decided to stop by, and it surely did not disappoint! We went for the $20 all-you-can-eat special, specifically for the cebuchon and lechon. Both were very flavorful and crispy. Jack (the owner) had great hospitality, and the other worker was wonderful as well. Jack explained how the all-you-can-eat works, and he brought us the rice to our table, and the other worker served us the cebuchon and lechon to our table. Any kind of lechon - they have it. When our usual Lechon person was not available for the holidays, we tried Jack Cebu. We ordered Cebu Lechon belly. I referred a friend and he got both whole pig Lechon and cebuano Lechon belly. They were delicious. The Lechon belly is one of the best in town. Crispy skin even 8 hours after it's been cooked. The flavor is delicious. The meat remains moist as well. They make their own lechon all purpose sauce- a little bit runny- may need a little more cornstarch. Next time will order the conchinillo and try their all you can eat for $20. Only problem is location is a little far in North Las Vegas but definitely worth going. I've known Jack way back in the early 2000 when we were living in LA. We regularly order a whole lechon with Jack in his Pacoima store. We visited when I found out this Las Vegas store. Unfortunately he wasn't there that day. Anyway the lechon was as good as I remembered it. It was a tad cold when it was served. Service was good. I worked in the area and I didn't even know Jack Cebu Lechon existed. Glad we stopped by to give it a try. We were drawn in by the $20 AYCE Lechon. Order at the counter and have a seat if you want to dine in. It's a point point spot so choose other items that they serve. We informed the worker that we wanted the AYCE lechon and we asked for both the regular lechon (from the whole pig) and the Cebu style lechon. My favorite was the Cebu. The skin is much crispier and as oppose to the other lechon which the skin was hard to bite. The Cebu lechon had a great flavor too. I also enjoyed the chicken adobo and I usually don't eat chicken adobo. I prefer pork. Lastly, I did not like the lechon sauce. I made a vinegar sauce instead. Overall, Jack and his workers were all nice and the restaurant was clean. I'd definitely return again. read more

I always see the sign when I drive by so I stopped in, they are off Charleston in a little strip mall. It looks small from the outside but when you walk in it's surprisingly roomy. They have cafeteria style serving as well as a kitchen. Food options are plentiful, the gentleman that greeted me was very helpful and a delight. I was not sure what to get so I opted for something I knew, dinaguan and lechon and it came with steamed rice. Lechon was chopped fresh in front of me, nice touch. The signs did say card purchase no cash which worked great for me. Ample parking as well. Now down to the food, lechon was good, especially the crispness of the skin, dinaguan was well prepared and tasty, unfortunately I did taste the ginger and I am personally not a fan of ginger, but if you don't mind it, you'll like this dish as well. Food, best Cebu style lechon I've had in the states thus far (and ashamed to admit, I've had many a bite, lol) Found them on Yelp, of course. Drove from West Valley AZ and made it a mandatory stop on our Manilow weekend. Worth every bit of the drive and braving the awful LV backroads swerves and potholes. Lechon was savory, well seasoned (through the luscious porky goodness), and the skin, crisply sublime. So good we ended up getting 5 pounds to take home for the drive back the next day. Pro tip: prepay and reserve your lechon if taking some back home since they sell out quickly. Because I reserved and prepaid, I was able to get the rib portions and a chunk of the Cebuchon (that the hubs preferred). We also got turon and lumpia to go along with a couple of the house made achara to go. So perfect with the lechon and yes, the lechon is served with their own house made liver sauce. First timer and the food was absolutely phenomenal! The cebu lechon was great and moist! The whole lechon was very tasty, just a bit dryer than the Cebu Lechon! The sides were super yummy!
