Pancit Bihon had long noodles and was delicious.
Aliza C.

Tucked into an easy-to-find location with ample parking, Cafe de Manila gave us an interesting first impression. Walking in, we thought "oops" did we accidentally stumble into a private party? The decor was festive, had white and gold dressed tables, a pink balloon arch by the stage and looked celebration-ready. We were warmly welcomed by a couple of ladies coming out of the kitchen, who told us to sit anywhere we like. Though it was just the two of us, we ordered several dishes and hoped to find authentic Filipino food. We found it! The sisig arrived sizzling on a hot plate with an egg cracked on top, we mixed it together and it was delicious. The lechon kawali came out hot and crispy, the pancit bihon had perfectly cooked long noodles, and the tortang talong was savory, comforting, and satisfying. Portions are generous. The staff were incredibly friendly and invited us back for their buffet with live music from 5-9 PM and their Ilokano night (reservations recommended). We truly enjoyed our meal and look forward to returning.

Under new ownership. The staff was accommodating and so friendly. This place is a hidden gem for all kinds of filipino cuisines. I like how their menu includes ilocano dishes as well. Food was amazing and so yummy. I ordered the bangus with rice and eggs breakfast. They serve breakfast items all day. When my friends and I went on a saturday night they had a buffet from 6 pm to 10 pm. Along with the buffet was live entertainment. It turned out to be karaoke night with Mike. So much fun! My friend and me ended up placing 2nd and 3rd in the karaoke contest and won gift certificates and even cash prize! Will definitely be telling my friends and coworkers to join us and try out cafe de manila. Thank you to the new owners for making our Saturday night so much fun!

A nice buffet set up for a memorial reception! Elegant place setting of silver charger with white ceramic dinnerplate on top . Black Table cloth covered tge dining tables. Food served buffet style included: fried chicken, lumpiang shanghai, bistek, pancit, vegetarian dish, turon, biko, and many more! The whole restaurant was reserved to hold this reception after the funeral services! All food served were flavorful and deliciousb... hsve to come back next visit to try their menu!!

This was a disappointing visit. I googled a Filipino restaurant nearby and I previewed the menu and they had a great variety of items listed. Upon entering, we were sat with menus that had several items crossed out including the isaw and the pompano that we wanted. We opted for the breakfast favorite silog - Corned Beef Silog and Sisig Silog. The one good thing about the silog dishes is that it comes with two eggs instead of the usual one. Enough garlic fried rice and meat. Our drinks did not arrive until after I had flagged a staff member down and after they gave us our entrees.service wasn't really present; the staff was more attentive to the two bigger parties and decided to eat in the same dining area as we were still eating. There are several other Filipino food places to go to in Vegas. We might give this one another try next time if they actually have the items we wanted to try.

Great ambiance with great food. Great experience overall! Excellent service to the max!

excellent food, excellent service, excellent all around experience for us! the best place to eat breakfast in Las Vegas!!!kudos and continue to make Filipinos proud by serving the best Filipino food!!!

Came here on a whim. Dining area is clean and bright and very colorful. I imagine that this is a good space for large parties, as there's big tables, karaoke stage, and a set area for buffet and a bar. Service was friendly. Everything we ordered was extra crispy -- from the lumpia, to the lechon kawali, and the fried chicken. It was actually *too* crispy, and dare I say.. dry. The lechon was by no means tender or succulent. It was all crispy. The adobo fried rice had very skimpy slivers of adobo. Lumpia was deep fried and for me, the contents were unidentifiable. By the time the fried chicken came, the roof of my mouth was tender from all the crunching I had to do. Prices are reasonable, though the search must continue for our favorite Filipino place.

Pork Adobo

Came in on a Wednesday afternoon, not sure if they were open since no one was inside . We took a chance and ordered . Pork adobo, spaghetti . Server brings adobo first , 15 min later she brings the spaghetti and rice , we thought she forgot so we shared the adobo and rice . She said the pasta takes a long time to cook. In that case , start the pasta first . She rarely checked on us. No one came in while we dinned , so who knows what she was doing in the back. Adobo had tons of fat , yea I know it's flavorful but I've never had this much fat before . Spaghetti was subpar. Needless to say we won't be coming back. We really wanted to like this place but it just didn't ha

I had a great time at Cafe De Manila! My family and I were planing to eat at another restaurant closer to the strip but decided to stay close to where our family lives. We showed up and to our delight there were only a few people seated in the dining area. We ordered a nice large family style order. I liked all the food I tried with the exception of their Kare Kare, It was oily. While we waited for our food, both of my nephews were getting antsy sitting at the table. We saw they had a nicely decorated karaoke stage with music playing and a microphone. We got up on stage, sang some songs and by the time we were done the food was on the table. The ladies that served us were very nice and they even gave us a Puto assortment and other baked goods because we were celebrating my mother in laws birthday.

Had a bunch of family in town, and I needed a place that can seat 15 people. Cafe De Manila was very accomadating. They allowed me to order a catering package, which they set up buffet style. The staff were attentive and friendly. They made sure our drink pitchers were full. Another staff member was the dj so my guest could kareoke and line dance. Everyone had a fantastic time. Thank you, Cafe De Manila, for making a memorable event for my 81-year-old mother and her family.

I also chose this location because they have bangus, which my mom prefers to eat. The first visit there, I came with my parents as they were visiting. My parents and I really didn't know what to order because every item looked so good to eat. We ended up choosing the bitter melon with beef, the grilled bangus, and crispy pork kare kare. Portions were big enough for us 3 to all share. Luckily we had enough room to eat the halo halo. Presentation was amazing. My parents and I like that the halo halo ingredients were spread apart that way we can assemble our own. It was definitely a plus. The second time was during lunch and my mom wanted my hubby to try this place because she loved the food. We ordered the roast duck with bihon noodles, lechon pinakbet, lemon grass beef (not pictured), tempura garlic shrimp, lumpia Shanghai, pancit bihon with pork, a cantaloupe drink and 3 buko pandan drinks. Food made us so full. It was a lot. We didn't make room for the halo halo. But we did bring home a lot of it. Definitely will come back to try more of the menu.

Unfortunately, the acoustics aren't great. Voices echo throughout the dining room, and during one visit, a large party seated on the other side of our booth was so loud we could barely hear each other. Between our visits, we tried several dishes: Beef Pares Mami: Delicious! Easily one of the highlights. Crispy Pork Bagoong Fried Rice: Our order was mistakenly prepared as longanisa fried rice, then reworked with sweet bagoong and crispy pork added. Unfortunately, the result just didn't work. Kare-Kare: Disappointing. There were visible lumps of unmelted peanut butter in the very thick sauce, and it was served with a sweet version of bagoong that wasn't to our liking. Thankfully the beef chunks were tender. Crispy Pata: Generous portion with wonderfully crispy skin, but the meat needed more seasoning. It was served with a sweetened soy sauce which we did not like. Pancit Bami: The portion was surprisingly small and noodles were quite wet. Served with shrimp cut in half lengthwise like in spring rolls. Flavor was good. Halo-Halo: A giant serving and we loved that they don't add beans! Service was friendly but not particularly attentive. We had to wave down staff several times to get their attention. After two visits, I'd have to agree with other reviewers that both the food and service can be hit or miss. There were some enjoyable dishes, but the inconsistencies in preparation, seasoning, and service left us hoping for a more consistent experience.

I saw a fly on the buffet line, and I also observed a woman in the kitchen handling and preparing food without wearing gloves. Seeing that immediately killed my appetite. Food safety and sanitation are non-negotiable for me. The buffet selection also felt disappointing. There weren't any new dishes compared to my first visit, and several items seemed to be made with lower-quality ingredients than I remembered. The service was just as disappointing. I came during lunch, and several employees were sitting together at a table eating with their hands while customers were walking around needing assistance. No one seemed interested in checking on guests or providing service. It gave the impression that staff meals were a higher priority than the paying customers. I really wanted to like this place because my first experience was positive, but this visit changed my opinion completely. Between the sanitation concerns, lackluster food, and poor customer service, I won't be returning and unfortunately can't recommend it.

Most other dishes I couldn't tell you what they're called (as there were no signs or labels). They also had bilobilo which is such a delicious dessert. It actually wasn't too sweet so we could've enjoyed it while eating the main dishes. I was also disappointed that there was no lumpia. Maybe it's a Hawaii thing BUT all Filipino gatherings typically have lumpia so an AYCE without lumpia is not the best for me.
