Pad Thai, Tom yum shrimp soup,Pad see you,Pumpkin curry

This was a long awaited review sorry I didn't do it sooner been going here since 2022 I believe and never looked back. Always amazing service even when most of the time I'm taking out, even better when you're dining in cause the food is just immaculate. I've tried diff Thai places and they don't compare to this one. Finally met the owner the other day and he wanted to ask me and my husband how everything was etc. I kept telling him don't worry we are regulars for a reason! But sure sometimes they do get busy esp when we take out so it's always best to call a head of time to prepare yourself. My favorite dishes are the pad Thai, rangoons, tom yum, massuman curry. My number 1 Thai place in Vegas!

Mixed Vegetable with chicken

Great place hidden in an office park of sorts! The food here is fantastic. We ordered the fried rice with fried chicken, mixed vegetables with chicken. Both dishes were hot and the portions were generous. There were a few Thai customers so this adds to the restaurant's credibility. The servers were also very nice. They kept apologizing for the delay when there was none. We sat outside which is great when it's not hot. Because it is in an office park, it is very peaceful outside.

Charm

Charm Thai Kitchen & Coffee was such a great spot for a date night. My husband and I came in and ordered an Orion Okinawa beer and a JuneShine kombucha to start, which were both perfect choices. For food, we had the rock shrimp, beef jerky, and the steak basil rice wok dish--and everything was absolutely delicious. What really stood out, though, was the service. Even though the place was full, we were treated with so much attention. It honestly felt like we were the only people there. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. We'll definitely be coming back! Tan and Mimi are so good! Thank you

Pad Thai with no beansprouts and peanuts on the side

I came here on a weekday lunch to try their pad thai and tom kha soup. It was a small resturant with about 10-15 seatings. The service was really friendly. However I did take awhile for the food to come out after we ordered despite it not being super busy. The resturant itself gave cute vibes. Pad Thai with chicken 8/10: super flavorful and more on the tangy side. The noodles were chewy how I liked it! Tom kha soup 9/10: this soup also came with a lot of flavor. But it had a unique fruity sweet taste to it behind the coconut milk which I really liked. Sweet and sour soup made really nicely. More on the pricier side but I enjoyed the food! I would come back to try their other dishes.

This Thai restaurant offers a very cute and cozy atmosphere, making it a comfortable place to enjoy a relaxed meal. Free Wi-Fi is available, which is a thoughtful bonus for guests who may want to stay a bit longer. Service was excellent overall. While communication in English was occasionally a bit awkward, it did not affect the quality or attentiveness of the service. Portions are generous. The Pad Thai was juicy and well-balanced. The curry had a lighter consistency than I typically prefer, as I usually enjoy a thicker curry, but it was not overly watery. Importantly, the flavors were well controlled--nothing was too spicy or too salty--which made the meal very enjoyable. A pleasant spot with a welcoming atmosphere, good value, and thoughtfully prepared dishes.

Chicken finger with sticky rice

Stilled charmed by the yummy food they are serving up. Service is always super friendly here, but if your coming for dinner definitely try and make a reservation since it is a smaller restaurant. Inside is really beautifully decorated and clean and love the remodel of the seats to booths. Love the hainan chicken here, super tender chicken with the yummy broth and cucumbers. The sticky rice with chicken fingers was crispy and not greasy. Perfection. We haven't tried the Thai teas or coffees yet but def will next time. So happy to see this little hidden gem doing so well.

Thai Coffee ($5.00)

Charmed, not bewitched. Charm Thai Kitchen & Coffee is a beloved neighborhood Thai spot that has impressed Henderson residents and others for over 4 years now. Located in the same space that previously housed Served, it's certainly cozy and full of whimsical decor and plants. My friend and I showed up on a bustling weeknight and were asked whether we had a reservation, but they were able to clear a small table for us even without one. After taking our time going over the menu and asking a few questions of our server, we placed our orders and were actually reseated to a booth since we had asked for so many items. Thai Coffee ($5.00): kinda like Thai Tea but with a coffee base. The resulting sweet flavor reminds me a bit of coffee-flavored candy. Passion Mango refresher ($5.00): a flavored lemonade that actually doesn't have carbonation despite the server saying that it would. That just means more fruit flavors to enjoy, along with a potent but balanced level of sweetness. Crunchy Tofu ($10.00): a reasonable attempt to make an appetizer by that name. The tofu was not as soft as I wanted it, and more importantly, the breading kinda disintegrated quickly upon chewing. It reminded me of less-appealing breaded mozzarella squares. Perhaps serving the sweet sauce on the side could have helped, but the textures just weren't the ideal combo. Garlic Pepper Calamari ($15.00): not that garlicky, and the peppers are actually tempura-battered chilis. But more importantly, the calamari didn't stay crispy on the outside, and the inside was mildly rubbery, albeit tender enough that it wasn't a chore to chew. The salt level was also a little high, although it worked with a squeeze of the charred lemon served alongside. Unfortunately, the sweet chili sauce overpowered everything. They should've gone with some sort of aioli. Chicken Yellow Curry ($14.95): my friend's entree. I thought the flavors were on point and the chicken was fine, but the potato which I cut into seemed a little underdone. The curry itself may have also been a little oddly grainy, and it was definitely about a 4 out of 10 in capsaicin despite our server not asking for a spice level preference. Honey Glazed Skirt Steak Fried Rice ($23.00): a special of the day which I ended up ordering so as not to double up on curries for the table. The fried rice was cooked nicely, and the cabbage was a fun touch. The steak had nice charring that accentuated the great honey marinade. It reminded me fondly of some of the best Vietnamese grilled pork preparations which I've had. I could've done without the crinkly kettle-style potato chips though. Some of them got too soft and the crispy bites didn't really do much for me. I can see the potential of Charm, and perhaps coming back to try other items will lead to the ideal meal. Tonight's was good, but not spectacular.

This is a popular spot for thai food. It's located in a business complex not a strip shopping mall so it's kind of quiet. Food is decent, not outstanding. The curry is too watery, the same problem lots of thai food restaurant have. I had high hope for the steak salad but I'm kind of disappointed. The beef is just too chewy, way too well done. The sauce, I don't know how to describe it. The problem its not too sweet, I think it's the type of citrus sauce they add. Next time I'll stick to larb salad or papaya salad. The best dish ended up to be the garlic basil and eggplant stir fry. Good portion and tasty. We went at around 4 pm that day so it looked empty. By the time we left, its packed. If you are in the area, definitely give them a try.

Thai food is our favorite and Charm won us over with their delicious tastes. The restaurant is lovely and the staff wear attractive outfits that bring you into another world. This place gets busy and reservations may be helpful if you want a table on the weekends. We ordered pick up and yes the wait was about 45 minutes for the order to be prepared. It was worth the wait. We arrived for our pick up and there were several other customers picking up their orders too. I accidentally ordered spring rolls instead of summer rolls and while the crunchy spring rolls were good, I wish we could have enjoyed the summer rolls. Ample parking in the mall.

Pad See Ew

Recently went to Charm Thai and had a great experience overall. We stopped by late on a Friday morning and were seated quickly, which was a nice start. We ordered the fried chicken Khao Soi and the chicken Pad See Ew. Unfortunately, despite dining in early, they had already run out of the wide noodles, so the Pad See Ew was made with rice noodles instead. Flavor-wise, it was still solid, but the noodle texture ended up being a bit too chewy and firm for the dish. The Khao Soi, however, was a standout. The mix of soft and crispy egg noodles soaked up the curry beautifully, and the fried chicken was absolutely worth the extra add-on, not too oily, perfectly crispy, and it absorbed the curry sauce really well. I'd definitely come back, especially to give the Pad See Ew another shot with the proper noodles. Either way, this is a spot worth checking out.

Ordered on Grubhub: I'm pretty new to the Henderson area, so I was looking for good Thai food. After reading the reviews, I decided to order from CHARM. I WAS BEYOND DISAPPOINTED!!!! It did NOT taste like authentic Thai food AT ALL! I ordered the tom yum shrimp soup, and the flavor was completely off. Instead of the usual savory hot-and-sour balance tom yum is known for, it tasted oddly sweet and bitter because they used tiny cherry tomatoes, which threw off the entire taste. The shrimp were overcooked, hard, and chewy, and there were only 3 shrimp in the entire soup for almost $17. The mushrooms also tasted old or off. Overall, just DISAPPOINTED. I also ordered the panang curry with tofu, and it was extremely oily. The tofu was fried instead of the softer tofu usually used in curry, and the curry was heavily greasy. The curry itself also had a grainy texture. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I DON'T KNOW HOW THIS PLACE HAS GOOD REVIEWS.

Garlic fried rice with fried chicken - tasty!!!
Jessica W.

Food: fried egg rolls, chicken pad thai and fried chicken with garlic rice. Service: they were super packed, and we had to wait about 20 minutes but they were so friendly and inviting that it didn't seem too bad. Ambiance: it is super cute and "charm"ing in here! Location: this place is hidden and unless you look for it you wouldn't know it's back there tucked away in a plaza behind Simply Vegas real estate office. Definitely will be back!

I had some favorite ramen shops in Philly that I still think are stellar, but the one thing they were missing was this minced pork. I will add that **** to EVERY kind of ramen bowl! I like it even more than the char siu! I ordered the takoyaki appetizer and was not disappointed. I must have been a cat in a past life because I am obsessed with bonito fish flakes and you can never put too many of those on top. The only thing I struggle with is the fact that I feel guilty eating octopus, so I don't order takoyaki as often as I used to. The service is friendly and the beer is cold. The ambience is relatively low lighting, cozy izakaya vibe, with modern touches in the decor. The icing on the cake is the face that they have melon cream soda. Ramen. Minced Pork. Beer. Melon soda. I think it might even be up there as one of my new favorite ramen spots in town, alongside Hashi in Chinatown and Kyuramen in Anthem! The best part is, with how close this restaurant is to my place, I don't have to make nearly as long of a drive if I want ramen. Umai Ramen is located in the Target shopping complex on Sunset and Stephanie, tucked away in the line of shops between Hobby Lobby and Ross. I first spotted this place when I went to the nearby H&R Block to get my taxes done earlier in the year, but I never really had an excuse to come out here until I had the ramen craving strike, and hard -- hence why I decided to bite the bullet and check the place out. One of the things that struck me immediately was their offerings -- of course, they have ramen of all types as you might guess from the name. But they also have different styles of ramen that you don't typically find anywhere, like the more elusive mazemen no-broth ramen, udon noodles, and even tsukemen-style ramen! To say nothing of some of the appetizers -- again, while they have the typical offerings of other noodle houses in town, they also have a selection of items that you really can't find anywhere else. They have multiple types of ramen with unusual toppings, such as their truffle ramen with mushrooms and steak (I need to try that next time I'm here), but I went pretty safe with their black garlic ramen, considered a signature item on their menu, and added an extra egg to it. If I were honest, I didn't need it because the ramen was so full of delicious toppings that I couldn't put my chopsticks or spoon down! Their appetizers are also a must -- I ordered their orange salmon and mango scallops, and I would highly recommend both of those as well. Between bites, the servers would check in on me, refill my water, and provide additional napkins as needed, as well. Needless to say, I'm hooked -- and already I'm thinking of the next time I go here! What will I try next? If you're in the area, give Umai Ramen a try. You just might come back for more.
