As I've mentioned before in a few other reviews, it's very rare that I find myself craving Chinese that isn't either a fast food place or a takeout joint. Thus, when I do find one that I enjoy, I end up going there a lot when the cravings hit -- and sometimes it takes me a while to get to reviewing a place because I'm admittedly too obsessed with trying everything first before I do. Kung Fu Noodle is one of my favorite noodle joints in Henderson, and along with Shang Artisan Noodle on Maryland Parkway and Silverado Ranch Boulevard, it's one of my go-to Chinese restaurants whenever I'm craving the cuisine. As you might have guessed from the name, they specialize in noodles -- the hand-pulled kind -- and when you come in to the restaurant, you can often see them preparing the noodles by stretching the dough multiple times when you look in the kitchen. It's quite fun watching them prepare the noodles that eventually end up in your food, like those satisfying food videos you watch online... the restaurant itself has a very zen feel to it despite being in a strip mall, so it's a great place to relax, too. Noodle soups and noodle dishes are the name of the game here, but they also serve wok-fried dishes, various street foods, and different kinds of fried rice if you're craving it. Their noodles are among the best I've had, only matched by the noodles I've eaten at Shang -- soft, yet still having a chew to them as they do an amazing job of soaking up the flavor from the soup or sauce that they're cooked in. The fact that I come here repeatedly is a testament to how delicious their food is -- and how cheap, too! A bowl of noodles with appetizers will only run you $20 at most, and considering the quality, it's well worth it! My go-to is the beef brisket noodle, and I order a side of wonton soup from the appetizers to add to the soup. Other standouts include their seafood delight, kung pao chicken, their beef chow mein, and their shrimp tempura and potstickers! It'd be much easier to list the food I've ordered here that I didn't like, which is... nothing, lol. The best part is, the service here is pretty quick, so you're not having to wait long for your food or drinks. Needless to say, I consider this place one of Henderson's best-kept secrets, which is why I'm willing to spill this particular secret since you really can't go wrong with delicious noodles, whatever form they come in. Kungfu Noodle is a fantastic Chinese restaurant located in Henderson. You'll find them on Sunset and Galleria Drive, by the Galleria at Sunset Mall near Macy's. There's ample parking. Inside is a casual vibe with good seating for a table and booth. The background music is awesome! They have a nice playlist of nostalgic songs. I was listening to The Chainsmokers "Closer" ft. Halsey, One Direction "Perfect," and Justin Bieber "Baby" ft. Ludacris, all great songs! Menu offers a nice selection of appetizers, cold dish, soup and sauce noodle, chow mein, rice dish, chef special, and drinks. I ordered Pot Stickers (6 pieces, $7.99), it's lightly pan-fried dumplings, soft, slightly crisp, and filled with a really tasty mix of pork and vegetables, so good! For entree, I had Kung Pao Chicken ($12.99) which is wonderfully delicious and the flavor is excellent! I asked for no spicy, and they are so nice to accommodate, I appreciate it! The chef made it yummy! Chicken was tender and moist, stir-fried in a sweet and savory sauce. It came with green and red bell pepper, nicely cooked onions, and a topping of crunchy peanuts, served with steamed rice. It's really good! For dessert, they have green tea and vanilla ice cream. I went with Green Tea Ice Cream ($3), it wasn't too sweet and I enjoyed it! Service from Pya and Penny is very kind, welcoming, accommodating, courteous, efficient, and friendly! They checked in to see how everything was, and even looked up a song for me. I'd definitely come back to dine here, Chinese food is delicious, and overall service is pleasant! read more

This was my first visit here. I brought my 10-year old and her friend. They only wanted noodles and broth and the server was very accommodating. I've had this spot in my Yelp list for a while, so I was excited to give it a try finally. It's located in the busy complex adjacent from the Galleria Mall and accordingly, we decided to park in the mall lot and walk over. There were a few other diners that evening and plenty of people coming in to grab their takeout orders. We were promptly greeted and seated by the waitress. Inside it's a cozy dining area with a full view of the kitchen, so you can watch the noodles be hand pulled while you wait, which is a nice touch! We ordered egg rolls to start, which were standard but good. For our entrees we opted for the Beef Brisket Noodles (the waitress mentioned it was one of their top sellers) and the Chicken Mushroom Noodles. Both of our entrees were piping hot when they arrived and packed flavor. We both added some spice since they do not have spice levels to choose from, but they will bring out the little carousel of offerings. The chicken mushroom noodle had a yummy umami broth and decent pieces of chicken accompanied by a variety of mushrooms. The beef brisket noodle had large, tender chunks of brisket which melted in your mouth. The broth had a deep flavor, but was a tad greasy. My wife was craving noodles to kick off the new year, and since this is hands-down our favorite place for hand-pulled noodles, there was zero debate. We decided to grab a quick early dinner on the first Saturday of the month (January 3, 2026). Walked in around 4:30 PM thinking we'd beat the dinner rush -- we were literally the second group to arrive, followed quickly by a third. Craving noodles, I decided to try this spot known for its spicy hand-pulled noodles in beef or pork broth. The restaurant is tucked inside a plaza with plenty of parking. The interior is stylish and comfortable, with a mix of booths and tables that make it a nice space to dine in. I ordered the seafood pancake and spicy wontons to start. These noodles are pretty good. Not the best-tasting I've ever had, but definitely good and at this price point it's a great deal. The spice level seems a little low, so don't be afraid to ask for it spicy if you like spicy food. The interior is casual and comfortable. They were quick to bring out the food, but I had to waive someone down to request a drink refill. If I could give 4.5 stars I would, but I'll round up to 5. It's always a delight & an experience watching the noodles made & handled adeptly & cut with precision. Home to the Big Bowl Challenge. We hit up Kung Fu Noodle in Henderson, and let me tell you, it was yum! Manager Long definitely knows what's up. We started with the cheese wontons, which were perfectly crispy and melty! My fav was the Chinese beef burrito. The beef was tender, and the green onion and coriander gave it a fresh kick. The kitchen is behind a glass window, so you are able to watch staff cook and make the noodles fr scratch, which was pretty cool. 4.5/5 Kunfu Noodle was definitely a worthy experience. I really wanted to like this place, but we were not even greeted when we walked in, nor were we seated. Waited about 5 minutes, no one acknowledged us, and reluctantly, we sat ourselves. It took another 5 minutes for someone to bring us a menu, but we ordered because we knew what we wanted. Came here due to the raves from my friend but was not very impressed overall. Service was prompt and straightforward. The noodles arrived in like five minutes or something very quick. I got the Szechuan beef brisket noodle. It looks very spicy but it really isn't. The soup and chili oil were both not very flavorful. The noodles were ok, I would prefer if they were a bit chewier. The price was good, it was like $11-12 before tax and tip for the bowl of noodles. Portion size was standard.
