This was only my second time eating out of ramen place and I will definitely be back here. When we walked in, we were probably seated by the waiter. He was kind enough to answer any questions we had as this is not our typical type of food that we eat. For the appetizers we had ordered pork and shrimp wontons in chili oil sauce. I love the little bit of spice that the chili oil provided but it was not overly hot. We also ordered the cream cheese crab rangoons. I will never get tired of those. Each of us got a different ramen. I ordered the spicy beef ramen with bean sprouts and my boyfriend got the black chili oil with pork and chicken. Both of these were absolutely outstanding, I the black chili oil ramen was both of our favorites. We were both surprised with the amount of food that we ate that neither one of us felt bloated or stuffed full, but we definitely were full and happy the rest of the day. First time here and it did not disappoint!! I got the chicken shoyu and added bok choy. Definitely love spicy so I added some of the chili oil from the table and the chili powder from the table as well. It was delicious. The garlic edamame was excellent don't pass that up. My husband and I always pass by this restaurant and we finally decided to try out Michi Ramen. We ordered Miso Ramen, Spicy Ramen and Takoyaki for lunch. Ramen came out pretty quick. Miso ramen noodle had good portion but bc of thrle pork meat smell I gave 4 stars. I can definitely smell the meat even though it's been steamed and marinated the meat. We've gone here a few times and each time, they were consistent. We've never orders take out from them but we did the other day. I didn't want to cook and we definitely didn't want boiling hot food. I remember how much I enjoyed their hot chilli wontons. Then I saw they had a stir-fry udon. Perfect. Called and ordered and the person on the line said 10mins. By the time I got to the restaurant, it was 13mins and my food was ready to be taken home and enjoyed. I ordered their green tea cheesecake and they kept it in a to go container in the fridge until after I paid so that it would not sit out too long. I appreciated that. The wonton has all the sauces on the side so that it would not be soggy by the time I got it home. Mix and we enjoyed. Perfect. The stir fry udon was better than it looked. Think udon noodles with pork and shrimp and a little bit of spinach. Another hit for us. I ordered gyoza cuz I was craving it. Satisfied-for sure. The cheesecake. It was surprisingly good. Michi Ramen is a must if you are craving a delicious bowl of ramen! This amazing restaurant made the list of Yelp's Top 50 Eateries in Las Vegas and we knew we had to check it out. The restaurant is located in a small plaza across from a Home Depot with plenty of parking across the restaurant. As soon as you walk in you get greeted by the staff and assigned a table. The restaurants decoration is on point and definitely makes you feel like you are eating in a small ramen spot in Japan. For my first time I decided to start with their Karaage Chicken and a bowl of Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen. The chicken was cooked to perfection and definitely the best karaage chicken I've ever had! It comes with this sauce that is not sweet, but also not spicy, I have no idea what it was but it was bomb! The ramen was equally delicious and the broth was amazing. Michi Ramen is located in the same plaza as Home Depot. My husband and I ended up deciding to do take out here for dinner last Sunday. I called in my order for pick up and we ended up getting: Cucumber Crab Meat Salad, $5.75 prior to tax- This salad came in a small container but was the perfect size for the 2 of us. This salad was made with thinly sliced cucumbers and imitation crab with plenty of sesame dressing. I loved the dressing, which reminded me of the Kewpie brand sesame salad dressing. Kuru Ramen Black Garlic Oil, $12.95 prior to tax- My husband ordered this ramen. I liked that the soup was packed separately from the noodles and meat. My husband liked this ramen. I thought the broth had a nice savory flavor, with that flavor of the black garlic. But it wasn't over powering. Karaage Curry Rice, $10.95 (Reg Size)- I opted for curry because I wanted rice and I just love curry in general. This bowl came with quite a large portion of karaage chicken (you can also choose pork as an option). I liked the curry sauce, which there was plenty of and also a a great portion of rice. But I think it would have been better if there were some potato and carrots in the curry to round it a bit better. ----------------------------- (Total= $32.13 after tax) I called around 6:30 pm and was told it would be take 25 minutes and was asked if that was okay. Our food was ready when we picked it up around 7 pm. Service was prompt and friendly. I would consider coming back to Michi Ramen again in the near future. read more

"No Ramen No life" That's the Michi Ramen Motto. My fav is the Tankatsu Shoyu Ramen They are making it fresh and it's ready pretty quickly. I also love their Kimchi Fried Rice, even though I don't eat rice much anymore. It is just so GOOD! The Etamame is delish, as well. I love to add pickled ginger and they are happy to accommodate and will bring it to your table upon request. The service is on point. They are attentive and always ready to help you. The ambiance is bright and busy. It is not romantic for sure, but if you are looking for fresh tasty Ramen in Henderson, then this is a great spot. My only complaint was that they took those yummy Michi Buns off their menu. In the past we have been lucky to come when they were not so busy. This time it was raining and there was a line of maybe 4 groups waiting ahead of us. We signed in and were still seated in under 15 minutes. Neither of the 2 servers that were working cared to notice; they never apologized, and from the moment I got my food until finishing it not once did they ever "notice" that I didn't have a water. Feels like they only treat certain customers nicely, not all. I shouldn't have to ask for a water or remind them that I didn't get one, and even if I wanted to they were "unavailable".
