My favorite go-to spot! This place is a great hole-in-the-wall restaurant and it is very inviting and comfortable to be. It's the perfect spot for a small group or if you want to eat by yourself at the bar. The food is always great, and the ramen is always yummy. Food is always delivered quickly! The workers were also very attentive and nice.

A kendo friend mentioned this restaurant as a good place to eat. It was a 30 minute drive from my hotel but glad I made the trek. They have a nice selection of appetizers, ramen, and rice bowls. I saw agedashi tofu which is a favorite of mine so I like to try it wherever I go. I also ordered tonkotsu ramen. The tofu was very well fried and the sauce was very tasty. I really liked the tokotsu ramen broth which had a very nice flavor. They have 2 versions, salt or soy. I chose salt. The noodles were cooked well and had a good chew. It had the standard toppings (green onions, bean sprouts, pork). I wish there was more bean sprouts because it adds a nice crunch. I'd order extra next time.

ORDERS: - Salt Tonkotsu - Spicy Fukumimi - Chicken Karaage Their ramen was yummy but a little on the fatter broth side. The chasu was tender and yummy. The chicken Karaage was the best! It was crispy, tender, and flavorful! Every bite was delicious! Service was fast and staff were friendly and attentive!

That's all the chaschu you're going to get unless you want to pay $3 extra for more.

Time to update this review since this is the first time I've been here in years. This place has definitely changed since I did this review 12 years ago. I ordered the miso and requested thin noodles instead of thick and no corn for $13. I was completely disappointed that for a $13 bowl of ramen, I was only given 1 extremely tiny piece of chaschu. I have never been to a ramen place where they completely skimped on the chaschu. At least give me 3 small pieces instead of the sad tiny piece. I asked the server if that was correct and she said yes, 1 chaschu. Seriously?! On top of that, other ramen places include kikurage mushrooms as a topping and this place did not, and the bowl of ramen itself is smaller than I recalled last time I was here and the smallest bowl of ramen I've ever had. The flavor was at least decent. There was definitely more noodles than anything else with this bowl.

Cute little ramen spot off the strip. If you got a car, please come here. Food is delish, affordable, and worth the wait. Server will bring everything out quickly and plenty of parking spots. Can't wait to go back

Despite the sketchy parking lot outside with no lighting, the inside of this restaurant is extremely welcoming, and the service is very fast and pleasant. Came here for dinner to try their spicy Tonkotsu Ramen. menu is a bit confusing, and I did need to take some time to ask the waiter, who was extremely helpful, for comparisons between the descriptions of different dishes. The broth of this Ramen was extremely rich, and I appreciate the spicy level of it as I got some light sweats. The chili flakes on top of the pork belly pieces tasted similar to Korean chili flakes. The three pieces of belly were extremely tender and not too fatty. Fresh bean sprouts and nori are a nice touch.

I have to admit the quality of the chicken karaage is great. I've been to other ramen place and the chicken karaage here is excellent. The texture is spot on juicy, and delicious. The ramen is great too. I've been here few years back and overall the flavor is great. Staff here is very mindful of your needs which I appreciate

We had not been here in several years. It was nice to see the food is still as good as it was. Very consistent. Chicken items were moist and seasoned well. The ramens were flavorful and filling.

It must be true that restaurants in awkward places make one of the best foods lol The surrounding area looked pretty suspicious to me, so naturally, I wouldn't think to look around here; however, I keep hearing so many good things about Fukumimi that I finally made the drive to check it out. I'm not a big ramen-girl, but I gotta say that their broth was delicious and rich. It also was a good size. You NEED to absolutely try their Honey Garlic Chicken. It's so flavorful... even writing about it makes me wanna go there and get some right now lol Their kimchi & kimchi tofu is refreshing, especially since their kimchi is made in-house. It makes a huge difference. It's slightly sweet, which I love. Although, it's a small restaurant, I love how warm and cozy it feels. The setup is perfect. The service is also great, so I'll definitely be back again soon!

Came here with my co-worker and loved it! I will definitely be back soon. The staff were great. The place is super clean. Defintely had a Japanese vibe. The quality of food is there.

This place was suggested to me by a local, who claimed it had the best ramen and was really spicy. I'm usually up for a new experience so I gave it a shot. Bottom line: Food was not really good. I'm not sure what the specific issue was but everyone in my party had the same thing to say. Edamame - This was actually very good. It was served warm and was properly salted. This was the only dish i enjoyed here. Spicy Karaage - Nice presentation. This is supposed to be chicken but I'm not sure what kind of meat it actually was. It has the consistency of some other really fatty meat mixture, not like chicken at all, and it was not spicy at all. Honey Garlic Chicken - Again, the same meat as the spicy Karaage with less than appropriate seasonings. Hot and Cold Ramen Bowl - Very nice presentation but something was wrong with the flavor. Based on the other reviews, I'm not sure what happened in the kitchen the night we went but hopefully, our experience was just a one-off.

I've been here a few times and finally am doing a review after 2 years. Service is always good. Food: Miso Fukumimi Ramen (thick noodles) I can't remember the other dishes I had. See photos. I know I did a spicy ramen, and I think it was chicken karage. Overall, I love the broth flavor and thick noodles. The pork meat was also tender. It's a great bowl of ramen. My friend had the spicy ramen, and she ate it all. I will return again.

We ordered the tonkotsu ramen with an added egg and a side of karaage. Everything came out piping hot and absolutely delicious. The chashu was incredibly tender, and the ramen egg was perfect both in flavor and texture... perfectly soft boiled. The karaage was also amazing... juicy, flavorful, lightly crunchy, and very well seasoned. The service was wonderful as well. The sweet and friendly Japanese ladies taking care of us made the experience even better. Their pricing was also very reasonable. Two bowls of ramen plus an appetizer came out to less than $40 before tip, which felt like a great value for the quality and portion sizes. They're located in a busy mall with lots of surrounding businesses, so I can definitely see this place getting packed during peak hours. Definitely worth the visit!

The takoyaki had a nice crisp to it; they seem on the smaller side, and there could've been a little more filling. I got the tonkatsu shoyu, and it was okay. I added an egg, but it was overcooked, so that was disappointing.

It was an incredible dining experience, and I would certainly recommend it The restaurant is located in the lovely Cosmopolitan Casino. We had a couple pre-drinks at the Chandelier Bar while we waited for our reservation. When we arrived we only waited a few minutes for them to prepare our table. The restaurant was packed. There's a surprising number of tables/and seating options. The restaurant is elegant and trendy. The lighting is very intimate, but it adds to the ambiance The menu offers a variety of unique and intriguing Asian-American-style delicacies. David Chang is a renowned chef, and everything we tried was incredible. The pork belly bao buns were one of my favorites. We ended up getting a variety of plates and sharing. For drinks they have signature and classic cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options The staff were incredible. Very efficient, professional, and friendly. Our food and drinks came out in a timely manner, and we were well taken care of Some tips: Definitely get a reservation. There is a chance that you will get a table as a walk-in, but not a 100% chance, and you will probably end up waiting a long time I would recommend doing what we did and grab a drink or two nearby while you wait I will say, there probably isn't a bad thing in this menu, but there also isn't much on here for the "picky eater." This is also a fine-dining Vegas experience, so, I wouldn't expect the most inexpensive prices. I wouldn't worry about any of that and just try as much as you can, share, and you will have an amazing time Cheers!!

I went this time again with my spouse and we both got a Tonkotsu Ramen, Pork Belly Bun, and a Yuzu Lemonade. The ramen tasted like cup noodles but the buns were at least decent. Save your money and your time, go somewhere else for ramen.

Somehow we stumbled into Izakaya Go, and let me tell you... this place is legit. First off, they have happy hour after 10 PM, which already makes it a win for late-night Vegas wanderers like us. Everything we ordered hit the spot. The tonkotsu ramen was comforting, rich, and flavorful. Exactly what you want after a long night out. The deep-fried shrimp and tuna were fried perfectly with a nice crisp texture. If it wasn't so late, I probably would've kept ordering more. But the real star? The Otoro (bluefin tuna belly) sashimi. Absolute must order. It literally melts in your mouth and had zero fishy smell, just pure buttery goodness. My wife isn't usually a sushi person, but she ended up loving it and ate way more than I expected. That alone should tell you something.
