One of the best ramen spots you can find in Las Vegas. The friendly atmosphere, modern street-culture vibes, and high quality ramen are what make this shop stand out. At first glance, the menu seems more creative than a traditional ramen shop. Everything sounded delicious, but my husband and I decided to get both of their signature ramens. RB Signature Ramen: Contains chashu pork, a soy cured egg, spinach, green onion, and nori. This broth is unique because it uses a blended pork and chicken tonkotsu broth. It has a strong umami flavor and a slightly creamy texture. It tastes very savory, but not in an overwhelming way. The thick, chewy noodles complemented the broth flavor perfectly. Truffle Shoyu: Contains chashu pork, shredded green onion, bamboo shoots, shiso leaf, and truffle. This is basically a classic shoyu ramen with a gourmet twist. It has the perfect balance of umami, garlic, and truffle flavors. The mushroom dashi broth has a layered, fragrant flavor with a nice truffle aroma. The texture of the wavy noodles help to balance out the bowl nicely. Both ramens were super fulfilling to eat. This shop is open until 2am everyday, making it the perfect late-night ramen spot. It seems to be a longtime favorite among the locals.

My wife and I found this local ramen spot in Vegas and we visited right at their opening hours on Saturday and to our surprise, there were already plenty of people dining in and even more that arrived as we were eating, just shows you how popular this local spot is. Staff here is great, they're friendly and quick. Parking here is free in a large shared lot which is great. Inside is pretty clean, and has a pretty chill vibe as the interior is a bit dimmed. Love the colorful and RGB decorations on the wall as well. Pretty cool that they have merch too. My wife and I enjoyed a nice bowl of Truffle Shoyu and their RB Signature Ramen. From their menu, they have plenty of starter dishes such as gyoza, tempura, etc, pretty standard from any ramen shops. They also have rice dishes, vegetarian options, and adding toppings cost extra as well. -- Truffle Shoyu -- ($18) Amazing ramen dish, the mushroom dashi surprised me as I've never seen mushrooms in ramen like this before. Give the truffle a good mix with the bamboo shoots and it becomes a whole bowl of flavor. Noodles were easy to chew and very flavorful. Broth itself is strong but not too salty. Highly recommend if you like mushroom based ramen. (9/10) -- RB Signature Ramen -- ($16) A great dish for first time visitors. You can't really go wrong with their signature dish, comes with chasu pork, eggs, spinach, onions, nori, all mixed with chicken broth was the perfect combination. The noodles mixed with the broth created a very flavorful bite. Pretty addicting overall. Broth is great, not too salty as well and not as strong as the Truffle Shoyu. Didn't really have much high expectations for a local ramen shop but my wife and I left the restaurant pretty happy about the experience as a whole. Food was great, staff was quick and friendly, and affordable pricing as well + high quality food. Excited to visit again when we visit Vegas.

Stopped by Ramen Boys in Las Vegas for lunch with my wife after dim sum, so we kept it light and shared a few items... We ordered the Basil Tonkotsu ramen, corn ribs, and a Hokkaido milk tea. The flavors were really unique and surprisingly delicious especially the basil twist on the tonkotsu. The noodles had a nice firm texture, which I always appreciate! Service was solid, handled by one young staff member who kept things moving. The ambiance was pretty standard felt like a typical ramen bar, nothing fancy but comfortable enough... Overall, a great spot if you're looking for something a little different from your usual ramen.

I saw an ad appear on IG and so I checked on Yelp to check the ratings. On IG, it says this is one of the BEST RAMEN PLACES in America so I was eager to try and see how good it was. The ratings on YELP were high and I saw other influencers went as well... We just had DIM SUM in the morning so we only ordered 2 items to share for LUNCH... BASIL RAMEN: 10/10 I loved everything about it! The uniqueness of the GREEN COLOR BROTH was so intriguing. The taste and flavor of the broth was just right. I usually like to add a little bit of vinegar to make it taste like Kim chi ramen. The texture of the noodles was great too... CORN RIBS: 7/10 I could not eat this item. It was stuck on the cob quite strongly and the corn was too chewy. I prefer street corn style off the cob like ELOTE. So I gave it to my husband to devour it all. Mwahaha!!! He actually enjoyed it... HOKKAIDO MILK TEA: 9/10 It's actually one of my favorite tea and a bit challenging to find in the Inland Empire. My favorite one is at Jazzcat Cafe but, this one is pretty good too... SERVICE: Good Service! It was a one young man show! He seems like he's done toss so many times. Got us everything we needed like extra plates or bowls and straws... AMBIANCE: 9/10 It has a nice and dark cafe vibe. With wooden booths and tables. You can get a nice Japanese vibe... I would say it's worth a try and coming back to!! ROCK ON RAMEN BOYS!!!!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Ramen Boys after church, and I can say it was definitely a good experience! We were a group of four, and it was all our first time trying this place. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was friendly right from the start. The menu offered a variety of ramen options, and I of course went with the spicy ramen! We also ordered appetizers like the kimchi, edamame, and corn ribs. The flavors were rich and satisfying definitely a treat for the taste buds! We also enjoyed some delightful Japanese Shaved Ice for dessert, which truly was the best part! We went with the mango flavor. The only thing I would say is that the cost was higher than other ramen spots I have visited, so for 4 we spent about $200. However, If you're looking for a place with good food and a warm atmosphere, Ramen Boys is a must-visit!

We decided to check this place out it was super busy when we got there (always a good sign), but everything still came out fresh and on point. The ramen had really solid depth of flavor -- rich, savory, and actually tasted like it had been simmering for hours. Only thing is it could've used just a little more salt to make everything pop a bit more. Portions were legit too, so no complaints there. The gyoza came out crazy hot with that perfect crispy texture, and the noodles in the ramen were exactly how you want them -- not mushy, not undercooked, just right. Overall, great vibe, really good food, and definitely a spot we'll be coming back to.

I didn't get a lot of photos, as I've been here before by ordering to go! This day I was out and about with my boys and I stopped in and decided to dine in. I thought I'd only be doing a check in bc I remember reviewing this place. Anywho it wasn't crowded and we were able to seat fairly quick. I ordered ramen, fried rice, corn ribs, and gyoza. Everything came out hot and fresh. The ramen wasn't what I remembered and lacked flavor to me, along with the rice. The corn ribs were amazing and was the show stopper. Service was nice and the other server pitched in to help which I loved the teamwork. This place is stylish and scenic decor. Loved the set up and the style of the restaurant and that it's not too big

Ramen boys is awesome! Haven't tried a new ramen place in a while. The Kuro Tonkatsu was perfect on this weird cold day. The broth is very rich, which I like, if you're looking for a lighter broth you might not like it. The corn ribs were good, but I wouldn't get it again. The same with the calamari. We really wanted to try the desserts but didn't have room. Service was fast and friendly. Will definitely come back for more!

Ramen Boys, do not sleep on this place!!! I got the spicy mala ramen and it was so flavorful, like every sip of the broth just made sense. The actual noodles themselves were so good, which honestly makes or breaks a bowl of ramen for me. I think the pork options are better but I can not eat pork! Everything just came together really well. Already thinking about when I'm going back :)

Location is easy to find. The vibe very energetic. I like their theme. Food wise is good. Service is just so so. Very quick to get crowded, I feel either under stuffs or we went during staff break, because a lot of seating but table full of bowls and people have to wait. The tonkatsu broth is pretty good but I prefer the spicy one because it balance the meaty flavors. The chicken skin, probably the last rank from our order. Seating layout, the entire restaurant I don't really like it. The claw game machine only have less than 2 feet space and next to people eating. No separation entrance and people dine inside. In my opinion, affect the mood little bit. If you sit inside or booth probably fine.

    Japanese Sweet potato brûlée 100000/10

Came in for a late dinner. We were a party of 4. My friend had suggested we try the Japanese sweet potato dessert but after seeing all the goodies in their menu, I opted for a bowl of ramen too. The ramen was uber delicious. The sweet potato was even better, soft with crunchy skin paired perfectly with a scoop of cold and creamy vanilla ice cream. The interior is well decorated with Japanese arts and comics. Even their bathrooms are filled with cute humorous art (a cat portrait of "are you pooping" was my fav). Server was attentive at first then left us alone as we were clearly having girl talk.

Love ramen boys!! The ambiance is so cool and the place is such a vibe for catching up with friends or just having a chill dinner. I went with some friends Thursday night around 6 and was seated immediately - but the place definitely was close to full! The service was so so good and that has been my experience every time while at Ramen Boys. I got the Truffle Shoyu - it was delicious! The broth was very flavorful but not too heavy, and the noodles were cooked perfectly. Looking forward to trying some of their appetizers and desserts next time!

    Any vegan options?

Yes, there are vegan and vegetarian options on the menu. I don't have dietary restrictions so I've never ordered their plant-based menu items. Please take a look at their menu on the Yelp app or online.

    Are there gluten-free options?

I am very sorry that I do not know the answer to this question. I would like to think they would have it, but most noodles contain gluten.😆

There is a chance that you will get a table as a walk-in, but not a 100% chance, and you will probably end up waiting a long time I would recommend doing what we did and grab a drink or two nearby while you wait I will say, there probably isn't a bad thing in this menu, but there also isn't much on here for the "picky eater." This is also a fine-dining Vegas experience, so, I wouldn't expect the most inexpensive prices. I wouldn't worry about any of that and just try as much as you can, share, and you will have an amazing time Cheers!!
