After a long hike filled with ropes, rocks and hot springs, this pho is basically therapy in a bowl. The broth was light but deep with flavor, the herbs were fresh enough to taste the garden, and the noodles had just the right chew/thinness. I felt restored and highly recommend this location! Went to the other location that is now called Pho Ever but still has the same menu and it just wasn't the same energy. Come here! Servers are efficient and the ambiance with plenty of booths is calm/spacious. I love that they have the vegan section on the menu clearly. Just be aware sometimes it doesn't come with everything listed ie the vegan pho does NOT have onions or mushrooms like the menu states. Which is fine as it's easily 5 stars but wish they'd cross those ingredients off or update their menus already! The vegan spring rolls with tofu are well made too. Pleasantly surprised that the dining room was fairly full for a Thursday at 6pm. Normally this would make me a bit nervous, thinking the service might be not so good, since there was just one server, but that wasn't the case. We were sat immediately and given waters right away. Our server, the only server, was a real pro and made sure to check on people a lot, even if that meant she was doing extreme multitasking, I was in awe of her. We ordered the crispy egg rolls, which were quite excellent. They didn't taste old (like they had been frozen for the last 3 years) and they were cooked perfectly. The filling was generous and tasty. We also ordered the seafood pho (only comes in large) and two large number 11s. Large is extremely large, but we get them because we like to take home the leftovers for a second meal. I know, it's better when the soup is separate from the fillings, but another bowl of pho for $1 more is too good of a deal to pass up. The broth here is fantastic. I like the cleaner, lighter version they have. Although it was lighter, there is still an intense, deep, slow cooked flavor that you're looking for with this sort of soup. The amount of noodles and meats they provide is nice. I like spicy but I'm not the biggest fan of sriracha so I asked for chili oil and she brought it out right away. Ok we all know when it comes to pho, everyone has a certain taste they look for. So this place will be a hit or miss for some people. Now let's get on with it, for me this is a good 2nd when it comes to taste, since I come from LA and my go to pho restaurant is no longer local. I usually get a basic rare steak pho, for me the flavor is ok, but the broth seems to be toned down from what I am used to and would prefer flavor wise. However that nothing a little hot sauce can't fix. The small bowl is pretty big imo and totally worth it, it's more than enough to fill you up. The large bowl can honestly probably feed two, unless you got a big appetite. To drinks I typically go with the Vietnamese iced coffee, although sometimes they add a little too much ice for my liking so sometimes I will get it hot. I am a pho' lover, and usually go to a spot about 20 minutes down the freeway. I live 5 minutes away from this newest pho' spot, and the other reviews were good, so I thought I would give it a try for lunch today. The restaurant was pretty empty at first, but then as the hour progressed, more customers came in.. the rare steak pho' that I ordered came quickly, was piping hot, and the usual condiments were served with it.. I added the Hoisin and Sriracha to it, along with the bean sprouts, lime and Thai basil. The broth was rich and flavorful, and I was very happy I wished the rare beef was more of a thinly sliced beef (not sure what cut of beef was used), and perhaps a bit more of it, but overall, it was a pretty pleasant experience. This restaurant is a complete disappointment when it comes to delivery orders. The first time I ordered, they forgot the essential sauce for the Roti Chicken. If you've ever had that dish, you know the sauce is a must--there's no way to recreate it at home. Today, I ordered the same dish. This time, they sent me the completely wrong order. I called twice, and both times they said they couldn't cancel or reorder through DoorDash. Instead, they told me to come pick it up myself--completely ignoring the fact that I paid for delivery because I couldn't go pick it up. No apology, no effort to fix it. Just laughter and a casual "come get it" after I'd already paid for delivery and tipped the driver. I understand that mistakes happen--we all make them at work. But how you handle those mistakes says a lot about your professionalism. In this case, they could have easily refunded the money and allowed me to place a new order through DoorDash. I wouldn't have minded waiting another 30-40 minutes if it meant getting the correct meal, and the food they mistakenly prepared wouldn't have gone to waste. I won't be ordering from them again. She made eye contact with me, then proceeded to close the door and just walked away. It was one of the rudest things I've experienced. When i opened the door and told her that it was rude, she simply asked me if I was dining in or taking out. I let her know that her inconsiderate behavior made me change my mind because she closed the door on my face. She then started to make an excuse about how she can't see well. I called out to her as well, so what next, shes also hard of hearing? I told her to have a good day and left. If that's how a business allows their workers to act, they should consider shutting down. As a frequent customer here, I take my family (wife and 2 kids) usually after a long day of work. The food here is honestly very good. However, as a loyal customer I was turned down service at 8:09pm. The front door says the business closes at 8:30pm. The lady has served my family many times and we tip very generously and ensure we clean up after ourselves every time we eat. I truly empathize with servers as I know it is hard work. It took me off guard, as the lady acted as if she didn't know my family, and turned us down; walked away without even giving us the option to take out. She is very snippy and rude when placing orders but I've never took it personal. It upsets me that I have to write a review, but there has to be a way you treat your customers. (Especially loyal ones! We've probably spent over $1000 eating at this place!) It is very difficult to take a family of 4 out to eat these days as the cost of dining and food is expensive. The chicken pho comes with: broth, noodles, sliced white and green onions, bean sprouts, cilantro, basil, lime, and jalapenos. The portion is large! I split it in half, so I have a second meal. Only $16 for it! The order was ready to go in less than 15 minutes. There is seating while you wait on a futon and there is ample seating if you were to dine in. This is one of my personal favorite Ramen/pho places in the city unfortunately it is out of the way for most people who live in the Las Vegas Valley, but it is highly recommended by me to make the drive and try it. It is a very comfortable environment, and the ladies who usually serve me are very kind The food I would rate a 10 out of 10 the quality is absolutely amazing. It does not feel like cheap shitty product. It is homemade high-level noodles all of the meat that they use is very, very nice. I had the beef combo pho with meatballs, tendon, and rare beef and wow, it was one of the best bowls of pho I've ever had! The broth was rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced not too salty, with a deep, comforting flavor that clearly took time and care to develop. The tendon was melt-in-your-mouth tender, cooked just right in the hot broth, and the meatballs added the perfect savory bite. I had a half bowl left and was able to get more broth Togo for my dinner the next day. The portion size was generous, the noodles were perfectly cooked, and all the fresh herbs and garnishes really brought it together.
