Wow. A family walked in ahead of me and left the door open. I was making my way to the door and the lady who I presume is serving/hosting went to close it as I was 3 feet away. I called out to her as she was closing the door to let her know I was coming in, like seriously I was right on front of her. She made eye contact with me, then proceeded to close the door and just walked away. It was one of the rudest things I've experienced. When i opened the door and told her that it was rude, she simply asked me if I was dining in or taking out. I let her know that her inconsiderate behavior made me change my mind because she closed the door on my face. She then started to make an excuse about how she can't see well. I called out to her as well, so what next, shes also hard of hearing? I told her to have a good day and left. If that's how a business allows their workers to act, they should consider shutting down. Vietnamese cuisine in Henderson, Nevada... Knowing that my cousin's favorite food is pho, I searched my Yelp app for a Vietnamese restaurant near to his house. I thought that I could surprise him, but he has been to Pho4Real many times! He even warned us about the generous portions! LOL! (We didn't get the large servings!) Service was very friendly and efficient. Parking was free in the shared lot. The environment was clean and nicely decorated. I had the vermicelli with grilled shrimp. The noodles were a bit soft, and the shrimps were firm and fresh with a bit of smokey flavor! I was stuffed! This is one of my personal favorite Ramen/pho places in the city unfortunately it is out of the way for most people who live in the Las Vegas Valley, but it is highly recommended by me to make the drive and try it. It is a very comfortable environment, and the ladies who usually serve me are very kind The food I would rate a 10 out of 10 the quality is absolutely amazing. It does not feel like cheap shitty product. It is homemade high-level noodles all of the meat that they use is very, very nice. It does not taste like cheap bulk order meat if you're ever in Henderson, I highly recommend taking a detour and coming over here sometime. read more

I had the beef combo pho with meatballs, tendon, and rare beef and wow, it was one of the best bowls of pho I've ever had! The broth was rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced not too salty, with a deep, comforting flavor that clearly took time and care to develop. The tendon was melt-in-your-mouth tender, cooked just right in the hot broth, and the meatballs added the perfect savory bite. I had a half bowl left and was able to get more broth Togo for my dinner the next day. The portion size was generous, the noodles were perfectly cooked, and all the fresh herbs and garnishes really brought it together. I was excited to hear that there was a pho place in Henderson but personally, I was not impressed. The service was great at the beginning and end but during you're actual dining experience they are not attentive at all. You have to ask for refills and for 2 go boxes and the check. They actually didn't even check on us once while we were eating. Food We ordered : #1- Fresh Spring Rolls- looks great when it comes out but falls apart once you touch it. Best pho in Henderson!! I've tried most of the pho spots in Henderson, and this one takes the cake. I've come in a handful of times now, and each time was a good experience. This spit is located in a relatively small plaza with decent parking. All the times I went, I had no trouble finding parking. The interior is spacious, with tons of tables and chairs available. [Service] In my experience, the service here has always been great. Upon entering, you are seated by a server and given a menu. They always give me ample time to look through the menu and check up on me frequently. I've talked with one of the owners a few times, and he's always been kind and friendly. The food always comes out in a decent amount of time. [Food] I usually always get pho, and it is amazing! The broth is extremely flavorful and doesn't need any Sriracha or hoisin sauce at all. They don't skimp on the meat either! The pork chop is good most of the time. Sometimes, it does lack a little flavor, but it's still good. I highly recommend the pho for sure. This is my go-to spot for pho in Henderson. I've heard great things about the oxtail pho, and I can't wait to try it someday. I was a bit disappointed walking out the restaurant. I ordered pho with rare steak (my go to order) and spring rolls as a starter. The shrimp the spring rolls weren't fresh. They smelled and tasted extra fishy. While the meat was pretty good, the pho broth was not flavorful. I didn't taste any anise or aromatic spice. There was no depth to the flavor. This is 4 real out of 5 real. Pho4Real is a burgeoning local chain that launched a little over 3 years ago on the opposite side of town and made it through the pandemic with such apparent optimism that they decided to expand twice in roughly the same timeframe: Spring Mountain a couple months ago, and this Henderson spot at the end of January 2022. Taking over a convenient space not far off the highway and formerly inhabited by Naga Thai Dining, they're set to take advantage of a very boring neighborhood (especially in terms of lacking restaurants). I was initially concerned that it took relatively long for my Pho Dac Biet ($14.95) to come out, meaning that stock wasn't taken from a constantly hot source. It did come out piping hot though. Although it tasted fairly light overall, it wasn't outright bland. It got better after I squeezed some lime into it for brightness, and I even found myself sipping on it through the end of the meal. I later learned from San Jose Yelper Manda Bear's review of Pho4Real's original location that their chef is the former chef of a well-known San Jose restaurant Pho Ha Noi, which also is known for a lighter broth more akin to a Northern Vietnamese style. Perhaps the chef prepped the broth in advance and they simply had to reheat it in this kitchen. I did enjoy the meats the entire time. They're very tender and pretty flavorful in spite of the relatively light broth. (The somewhat minced/ground rare steak was also ubiquitous to Pho Ha Noi, hence another similarity.) The noodles are noodles, which is to say they're always the same unless someone inexplicably screws up the process of boiling dry rice noodles. The aromatics (onions, green onions, cilantro) are great, and the Thai basil and other items on the side are fresh. Pho4Real is a solid option if you're out here in Henderson (or, presumably, near the other locations). It still doesn't quite stand up to my favorites in SoCal, but it's at least as good as anything else in the Las Vegas area. And I suppose it upholds the old chestnut that pho restaurants with numbers in their name are always good. read more

Pho 4 Real is the real deal for real! (pun intended) I was introduced to Vietnamese cuisine in the 80's in East San Jose when we use to go to places along Tully Rd (Lion's Plaza). So I'm forever comparing dishes to the old school traditional places. I've tried the vegan/vegetarian and brisket pho. My fave hands down is the Brisket Pho. Depth of broth flavor is on point.. flavorful. The noodles were slightly al dente, shaved brisket cooked just right, and fresh herbs. The aroma of the spices coming from the hot steamy bowl of pho was so comforting. As far as heat levels, my broth was just right! ZERO heat level like I wanted. I like to taste my food. Many diners get the regional Vietnamese and Thai dishes confused. FYI spices are added afterwards by the individual eating Vietnamese food, whereas Thai it's infused during the cooking process. Hence why even spice level 1 in Thai is sometimes too much for me to handle. Both are very good but I prefer less spicy and more savory umani I didn't see any daily lunch specials on the menu.. I miss that from when Naga was here! But the regular size bowl of pho filled me up and under 15$ for my meal was reasonable. Service was great! Staff was welcoming, friendly and attentive. It's one of the newest places to open up here in Henderson at Black Mountain Marketplace. Long time locals knew this spot as Naga Thai. When you step in this clean space, the modern interior and furnishings will look familiar as well. Different owners with new concept! There's no pho place at this end of Henderson (off I-11) so it's an awesome addition to this strip mall and Henderson neighborhood! read more

So I decided to walk up to the front near the cashier and said I wanted to place an order to go and then she said what do you want and I asked if they can just just buy the broth and she says no we don't do that here and besides, I don't have enough. I stopped in today for a late lunch. I ordered a small rare beef pho and egg rolls. The broth was clean and flavored perfectly. For a small they gave a good amount of noodle, very filling. The egg rolls were good, they had more of a shrimp flavor than pork, which I liked. The waitress also brought me a disposable cup and gave me my own pitcher of ice water, which was perfect because I drink a lot of water. The service was what you'd expect from a Vietnamese restaurant, fast and friendly enough. Which I'm accustomed to from eating at Vietnamese restaurants. No shade. My only complaint is the chairs aren't sturdy and definitely not made for bigger people. I'm a smaller person, and those chairs were making me nervous. Something to take into consideration before eating here. There was definitely a lot of meat, and I was pleasantly surprised to see huge chunks of tendons. I got the small bowl, which actually is a very generous sized portion. On today's episode of BOUJEE or BOOTY: This is our first time here and it was recommended to us because we were looking for good Vietnamese food. Coming from Houston, it has been very difficult for us to find decent Vietnamese food except for a few places here in Vegas. We live approximately 10 mins away and are so happy that we will be coming back often. Service: To start off, when we walked in, the tables were almost full but we were seated promptly. It looked like there was only one server for the entire restaurant so we were understanding of the service. Annie was our server and she did a phenomenal job for being the only one to take care of the entire restaurant. She was friendly, prompt, and accommodated to our dietary restrictions. When our spring rolls were accidentally made with pork, we let Annie know and she took care of it right away. Being a server myself, I appreciate the hustle, especially because she was the only server. Food: the pho was delicious!! From the first spoon of broth to our last sip, it was one of the better pho that I've had here in Vegas. The broth was rich, yet clean and refreshing at the same time. They gave a ton of noodles and meat, which is always a plus. We also ordered the spring rolls, and although the sauce wasn't very impressive, the shrimp and ingredients they used were very fresh.
