After a long drive, we just wanted something comforting and soothing, especially a good bowl of pho. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. Service was very slow and inattentive. Our waitress didn't seem concerned about how long it was taking for our order to come out, and communication was awkward the entire time. We basically got no updates unless we asked ourselves. As for the food, the pho was not good and extremely overpriced at almost $20 a bowl. This place is located in a shopping area where there is a lot of parking but sometimes it's hard to find a spot. We came right around 1 o'clock before it got super busy. Never underestimate the healing powers of Pho. After having a terrible cold for a few days, my boyfriend and I came here for lunch and I'm already feeling better. I'd say the meat quality was plentiful and flavor and broth was decent but I'd say that their bowl was way too small for the amount of mountain of noodles in their bowl of pho ... with not enough broth . My daughter and I came here today. We asked to be seated away from the door. The server said "No. It was full in the back and the other two available tables were for 3 and 4 people." He dropped the menus at the table and walked away. So rude! A woman was cleaning a table nearby and I asked her for a fork. She nodded and walked away. Shortly thereafter, our soups came out. Covering or altering what really happened is not going to resolve the fact that your customers were shaken because of your operator. And I will ask again, respectfully for the owner to actually, really watch the video of your surveillance. See how hostile your manager was that night, April 25th, Saturday around 11:15pm onwards Customers were threatened and assaulted at this location by their very own operator/manager Zek and also said some very foul words while his on the clock working. I've been to this location multiple times. And I've also been to other Vietnamese restaurants that offers a not sweet broth for their Pho. I wouldn't mind paying top dollar especially if it's good but if some of the employees are unprofessional, rude, and threats customers, then it just ruins the experience. Most of the time is not just about the food but also the workers that brings the good energy. Unfortunately, the server/operator was a hostile and that just brings down the reputation of this restaurant. My response to you, the Business owner; Your employees are disturbing, especially the one that you gave the title as the operating manager Zek. There are always 2 sides of the stories. Having a dog without a leash and voluntarily ready to leave, but your operator decided to pick on ALL of the customers and decided to take all menus from the table, when the other two customers did not even said a word inside your restaurant. That's basically bullying. How do you want to explain that? Anyway, the leash and the dog is out of the context now. The actions of your management are tremendously unacceptable. You cannot say that this is the consequences, so therefore your operator has the right to assault your customer(s)? Do you believe their action assaulting your customer on the parking lot and stating that it is their property AND additionally wearing your brand LET'S GET PHO on their shirt while yelling, saying "who the f*#@ do you think you talking to?" is appropriate? Again, there are two sides of the stories and what you just saw is one side and okay fine, understandable because these are your employees, totally get it. But the actions of your manager and workers does not justify what they've said and done. read more

Service was great, seating is small but ample. Each table has all the good pho fixings (Hoisen, Siracha, Sambal Oelek, and chili oil). To start, I ordered the Fresh Spring Rolls. They were delicious! Other patrons have said the rice paper was al dente in past visits, but this time for me, the wrapper was perfectly hydrated. The accompanying peanut, hoisin dipping sauce was fantastic. For the main, I ordered the OxTail Pho this time around. It arrived piping hot with more fixings: Thai basil, bean sprouts, jalapeños, and lime. The broth was fantastic, delicately strained, perfectly balanced with typical pho spices. It was pleasantly sweet but not over sweet. Noodles were perfect, meat was fall off the bone tender. My only gripe which wasn't a huge deal was the amount of fat on the oxtails themselves. I've eaten and cooked plenty of oxtail and know the fat really helps for the long cooking process to keep them tender. But I think they could have trimmed them quite a bit without sacrificing the finished product. It wasn't a big deal to me as I trimmed them myself with my chopsticks. But it really was a lot of fat on this batch. Maybe some people like them like that? Maybe it was the batch they got from the butcher? Maybe it was the chef's oversight for the day? My husband discovered this restaurant on Instagram, and based on the videos, it looked very promising. We decided to visit for dinner last night. In hindsight, I should have taken it as a sign when I noticed there weren't any Vietnamese patrons dining there. Typically, if a restaurant appeals to people from the culture, it's a strong indicator of authenticity and quality. We were seated quickly and given menus. I already knew what I wanted: bún đặc biệt--vermicelli noodles with grilled pork, shrimp, an egg roll, and fresh vegetables (lettuce, cucumber, carrots, etc.), served with nước mắm (diluted fish sauce) to pour over it. My husband ordered the big Angus beef short rib pho. While the food took a bit of time to arrive, I could see into the kitchen where the thịt nướng (grilled pork) was being prepared over open flames, which gave me high expectations for a good char. When the dishes arrived, they looked appealing, but we quickly noticed issues. My husband's short rib pho had a significant downside--the short rib had a very thick layer of fat on the underside. While some fat can enhance flavor, this was excessive and unappetizing. Additionally, the meat was chewy, and the pho broth lacked depth of flavor, even after adding sauces. For the size of the bowl, the portion of noodles was disappointingly small. The photo we posted shows the layer of fat in the broth after finishing the meat. As for my bún đặc biệt, I thought it was decent but not without flaws. The thịt nướng pieces were too thick, which affected the texture, and they could have been cut thinner and charred more to enhance the flavor. Additionally, the vermicelli noodles were served cold, which created an awkward temperature contrast with the rest of the dish. Slightly warming the noodles would have made for a much better experience. Overall, the meal didn't live up to our expectations, especially considering the price point. The pho, in particular, felt overpriced for what was served. Unfortunately, this experience fell short of what we had hoped for, and we won't be returning in the future. read more

The best pho in all of Las Vegas! We discovered this spot on Instagram ads and I love fresh noodles. I am a fresh, thick, noodle loving girl in my pho and it is really rare to find in Las Vegas. Time to time they get relatively packed for lunch and dinner but the wait times are short and the service is great. We drove in from Palm Springs and our cousins wanted Pho, our group was 13 of us, we did have to wait until the whole party arrived, but they accommodated us and set us a table.
