The chicken broth was flavorful and my bowl of pho was decent. As my bf started eating his food, he pulls out a piece of hair that was in his food. He let one of the employees know and they told him that they'll make another one for him. They come out again with the new dish and it this time, it had chives in it. At this point, my bf lost his appetite already and we were ready to leave. Service was lacking. You need to flag someone down to help you or refill your drinks. It wasn't busy when we were there. There was one other table and our waters weren't refilled and we weren't asked about how's the food or how we were doing. We checked out this place because it's close to where we live and it closes later than a lot of restaurants in the area (Midnight, but last call is 11:15-11:30pm). The tables we're clean and service was friendly and attentive. We tried the spring rolls, which were good, but price is a little higher than what it's worth. We were pleasantly surprised by the vermicelli portions and our orders looked fresh and well made. The sauce wasn't as flavorful as other places we've tried (kinda bland), but it was ok. I would avoid the Vietnamese coffee in the future. It came in a plastic cup and tastes like it was a premade mix rather than freshly brewed. This place is located in a shopping area where there is a lot of parking but sometimes it's hard to find a spot. We came right around 1 o'clock before it got super busy. Came here on a Saturday night around 9:30 pm. Every table was almost occupied but luckily my group 5 was seated immediately. The place is small but enough seats to go around. We were greeted immediately and given menus right away. The server was very nice and accommodating a provided drinks promptly. The menu was simple and similar to other pho spots. For appetizers we got the chicken skin, fried potstickers, and spring roll. Each one came out very fast, but fresh. One of my favorite pho restaurants in the area. I come more during fall/ winter however I find myself going to this restaurant when I'm craving pho, even in the hot summers. We've been here many times but last night will be the last, server Zack made that possible he was the rudest employee I've ever met.. how can you work in an Asian restaurant and be racist to Asian and LGBTQ? Service was great, seating is small but ample. Each table has all the good pho fixings (Hoisen, Siracha, Sambal Oelek, and chili oil). To start, I ordered the Fresh Spring Rolls. They were delicious! Other patrons have said the rice paper was al dente in past visits, but this time for me, the wrapper was perfectly hydrated. The accompanying peanut, hoisin dipping sauce was fantastic. For the main, I ordered the OxTail Pho this time around. It arrived piping hot with more fixings: Thai basil, bean sprouts, jalapeños, and lime. The broth was fantastic, delicately strained, perfectly balanced with typical pho spices. It was pleasantly sweet but not over sweet. Noodles were perfect, meat was fall off the bone tender. My only gripe which wasn't a huge deal was the amount of fat on the oxtails themselves. I've eaten and cooked plenty of oxtail and know the fat really helps for the long cooking process to keep them tender. But I think they could have trimmed them quite a bit without sacrificing the finished product. It wasn't a big deal to me as I trimmed them myself with my chopsticks. But it really was a lot of fat on this batch. Maybe some people like them like that? Maybe it was the batch they got from the butcher? Maybe it was the chef's oversight for the day? I really wanted to give this visit five stars. If 4.5 was an option that would be it for me. But I'm definitely going back. I want to try the ribeye next time read more

Best pho in the Vegas/Henderson area! We've been here three times and each time has been consistently good. The first two times I had the ribeye pho, and today I tried the Angus Beef short ribs pho. Everyone is very welcoming in and quick service. The restaurant is a little small with about 8-10 tables but there is 1 big table that we saw that seats 13 people including kids. We ordered the collagen soup and the house special vermicelli bowl. I chose it with grilled pork. Both dishes had big portions with lots of meat and noodles. I really liked my vermicelli bowl because it didn't have a TON of lettuce on the bottom compared to other places we've tried. The soup was very flavorful and had big chunks of meat. I gave it 4 stars instead because I thought the prices looked a little higher than usual. Each dish is about $17-25 depending what you get and their specials were about $30. My husband discovered this restaurant on Instagram, and based on the videos, it looked very promising. We decided to visit for dinner last night. In hindsight, I should have taken it as a sign when I noticed there weren't any Vietnamese patrons dining there. Typically, if a restaurant appeals to people from the culture, it's a strong indicator of authenticity and quality. We were seated quickly and given menus. I already knew what I wanted: bún đặc biệt--vermicelli noodles with grilled pork, shrimp, an egg roll, and fresh vegetables (lettuce, cucumber, carrots, etc.), served with nước mắm (diluted fish sauce) to pour over it. My husband ordered the big Angus beef short rib pho. While the food took a bit of time to arrive, I could see into the kitchen where the thịt nướng (grilled pork) was being prepared over open flames, which gave me high expectations for a good char. When the dishes arrived, they looked appealing, but we quickly noticed issues. My husband's short rib pho had a significant downside--the short rib had a very thick layer of fat on the underside. While some fat can enhance flavor, this was excessive and unappetizing. Additionally, the meat was chewy, and the pho broth lacked depth of flavor, even after adding sauces. For the size of the bowl, the portion of noodles was disappointingly small. The photo we posted shows the layer of fat in the broth after finishing the meat. As for my bún đặc biệt, I thought it was decent but not without flaws. The thịt nướng pieces were too thick, which affected the texture, and they could have been cut thinner and charred more to enhance the flavor. Additionally, the vermicelli noodles were served cold, which created an awkward temperature contrast with the rest of the dish. Slightly warming the noodles would have made for a much better experience. Overall, the meal didn't live up to our expectations, especially considering the price point. The pho, in particular, felt overpriced for what was served. Unfortunately, this experience fell short of what we had hoped for, and we won't be returning in the future. read more

The best pho in all of Las Vegas! We discovered this spot on Instagram ads and I love fresh noodles. I am a fresh, thick, noodle loving girl in my pho and it is really rare to find in Las Vegas. Time to time they get relatively packed for lunch and dinner but the wait times are short and the service is great. We've been here a lot lately so the servers know us pretty well and remember us which is nice. You have to come early to not miss the fresh noodles! They do run out by the later evening.
