Best pho in the Vegas/Henderson area! We've been here three times and each time has been consistently good. The first two times I had the ribeye pho, and today I tried the Angus Beef short ribs pho. Came to Vegas for a little getaway and ended up here late at night since it was one of the only places still open. After a long drive, we just wanted something comforting and soothing, especially a good bowl of pho. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. Service was very slow and inattentive. Our waitress didn't seem concerned about how long it was taking for our order to come out, and communication was awkward the entire time. We basically got no updates unless we asked ourselves. As for the food, the pho was not good and extremely overpriced at almost $20 a bowl. The broth tasted heavily seasoned rather than slow-cooked from beef bones, which was disappointing when you're craving authentic comfort food. Definitely not a place I'd return to. read more

The food here is great and I used to love coming here. I went yesterday with my 1 year old daughter and brought her own meal due to her having severe allergies that restricts her to eat at certain places. We were turned away and told she couldn't eat her food there (dairy free pizza and fruit in her own plate). Extremely upset as not one place has ever told us this and usually empathizes with the fact she has restrictions. I can see if we brought a crazy meal into their establishment but we brought her safe food that would not have harmed a soul in there. read more

Inside looks more modern and designed as a cafe compared to your normal Vietnamese restaurant aesthetic. Service was very quick and now easily one of the best pho I had in Vegas. For the oxtail pho, I received about 8 pieces which I feel is more than a normal place would service. I would skip on the crispy chicken skin. The coffee was very strong to my liking, so only get if you like that type of taste. Prices are on the higher end but it was worth it for the quality of the food. read more

Everyone is very welcoming in and quick service. The restaurant is a little small with about 8-10 tables but there is 1 big table that we saw that seats 13 people including kids. We ordered the collagen soup and the house special vermicelli bowl. I chose it with grilled pork. Both dishes had big portions with lots of meat and noodles. I really liked my vermicelli bowl because it didn't have a TON of lettuce on the bottom compared to other places we've tried. The soup was very flavorful and had big chunks of meat. I gave it 4 stars instead because I thought the prices looked a little higher than usual. Each dish is about $17-25 depending what you get and their specials were about $30. My husband discovered this restaurant on Instagram, and based on the videos, it looked very promising. We decided to visit for dinner last night. In hindsight, I should have taken it as a sign when I noticed there weren't any Vietnamese patrons dining there. Typically, if a restaurant appeals to people from the culture, it's a strong indicator of authenticity and quality. We were seated quickly and given menus. I already knew what I wanted: bún đặc biệt--vermicelli noodles with grilled pork, shrimp, an egg roll, and fresh vegetables (lettuce, cucumber, carrots, etc.), served with nước mắm (diluted fish sauce) to pour over it. My husband ordered the big Angus beef short rib pho. While the food took a bit of time to arrive, I could see into the kitchen where the thịt nướng (grilled pork) was being prepared over open flames, which gave me high expectations for a good char. When the dishes arrived, they looked appealing, but we quickly noticed issues. My husband's short rib pho had a significant downside--the short rib had a very thick layer of fat on the underside. While some fat can enhance flavor, this was excessive and unappetizing. Additionally, the meat was chewy, and the pho broth lacked depth of flavor, even after adding sauces. For the size of the bowl, the portion of noodles was disappointingly small. The photo we posted shows the layer of fat in the broth after finishing the meat. As for my bún đặc biệt, I thought it was decent but not without flaws. The thịt nướng pieces were too thick, which affected the texture, and they could have been cut thinner and charred more to enhance the flavor. Additionally, the vermicelli noodles were served cold, which created an awkward temperature contrast with the rest of the dish. Slightly warming the noodles would have made for a much better experience. Overall, the meal didn't live up to our expectations, especially considering the price point. The pho, in particular, felt overpriced for what was served. Unfortunately, this experience fell short of what we had hoped for, and we won't be returning in the future. read more

The best pho in all of Las Vegas! We discovered this spot on Instagram ads and I love fresh noodles. I am a fresh, thick, noodle loving girl in my pho and it is really rare to find in Las Vegas. Time to time they get relatively packed for lunch and dinner but the wait times are short and the service is great. We've been here a lot lately so the servers know us pretty well and remember us which is nice. You have to come early to not miss the fresh noodles! They do run out by the later evening. Once you enter you do get hit with the pho aroma and I knew it's going to be pretty tasty. I opted for the pho it up, which has all the meats that I usually like. The portion size is very generous. I ordered Da Oxtail with thin noodles, while my husband chose the premium ribeye pho. The first thing I noticed was a strong star anise aroma in the broth, which had a noticeably sweet flavor. After adding hoisin sauce, sriracha, and lime, it balanced out nicely and tasted much better. I received four oxtails--one had no meat, two were tender and falling off the bone, and the one in the photo was rubbery and covered in fat. I had to ask for a knife to trim off the fat, which was a bit off-putting. The service was quick and friendly, which I appreciated. The restaurant is in a small, newer plaza, and while it's tight on space, they manage to fit in as many seats as possible. It was packed when we arrived, yet surprisingly quiet despite the crowd. We drove in from Palm Springs and our cousins wanted Pho, our group was 13 of us, we did have to wait until the whole party arrived, but they accommodated us and set us a table. From the beginning to end our server was patient and helpful. The whole staff was great!! We ordered 2 chicken skin, both sauces with a side of rice, egg rolls, and fried wontons for our apps.
