Came here on a whim because I wanted noodles and haven't had pho in years. This place is located across from Costco on St. Rose Parkway, easy to spot from the street, and lots of available parking. The interior was really cool, I appreciated the wall decor that was a nod to the food's roots and history. Service was great - we were greeted immediately, seated quickly, and our server (whose name I unfortunately forgot... Brad maybe?) was terrific - he explained the menu and options for me since I haven't had pho in so long, and made great recommendations. I opted for the oxtail pho, along with chicken and rice for my daughter. The chicken was grilled, had a sweet sauce to it, with a slight char - no complaints, decent flavor. The oxtail pho had good flavor and lots of meat, though I didn't anticipate how big that piece of oxtail was going to be and had trouble trying to rip the meat off the bones with just a spoon and chopsticks. We drove in from Palm Springs and our cousins wanted Pho, our group was 13 of us, we did have to wait until the whole party arrived, but they accommodated us and set us a table. From the beginning to end our server was patient and helpful. The whole staff was great!! We ordered 2 chicken skin, both sauces with a side of rice, egg rolls, and fried wontons for our apps. I ordered the Pho Chin, great flavor in a huge bowl! Everyone enjoyed their entrees. 10/10 with service and food. Stopped in for an early weekday lunch since this spot is pretty close and I've been meaning to try it for a while. Honestly, the menu prices put me off for a while but the other reviews seemed overall positive. Since I was already spending more on pho than normal, I decided to splurge on the ribeye pho with fresh noodles. All in all, I had no complaints. The broth was solid, there was a good amount of tender ribeye, and the fresh noodles were very good as well. The portion was also very large --I was fairly hungry and only got through about half. I've been driving by this restaurant for months and when my friend asked me to pick a place near EOS and Costco, I immediately said "Let's Get Pho" to which she replied "Sure, where?". Came here to enjoy some hot pho. Inside is definitely smaller than what I thought it would from the outside. It is a cute spot to come to if you're craving pho. My husband and I ordered the vegetable pho, and he created his own and add a variety of meats. We also ordered their taro crème brûlée and their taro Vietnamese coffee for dessert. The vegetable pho was delicious! The veggies were all fresh! I also got to choose my noodles. I got the fresh noodles, which were freshly made and was on the thicker side. Kicking it off with the service, staff are super friendly, unrushed, and very passionate about their product! The BROTH... lemme tell you... you will dream of it the first time you try it! I came in yesterday from a long day of traveling (visiting from Hawaii)... i just wanted some good pho and maybe an app. I got that... but the depth of flavor in the broth was like none other, rich, deep, AND for those "health conscious," MSG free! All 3 items I had were FIREEEEEE! Pho chin (brisket pho) was sooo flavorful and the broth did pack a lot of cilantro, but it definitely did not take away from the broth. Since that broth is very rich and "heavy," it balances out very well. We were told it takes about 15hrs to make this bone broth and you can tell. As an app, we had to get the fried egg rolls, which was really good as well. Side dish for me, i always get onion, but they have vinegar onion. Though it's exactly what it is, i feel it enhanced the flavors of the brisket and broth...this was my first time getting brisket and it did not disappoint too. Finishing off, we had the pandan creme brulee, which is a must if available! As mentioned, I'm only visiting, but already planning to come here before I leave in 5 days! Just discovered this place. Normally I drive to Pho Sigon 8 when I'm in the mood. They have been consistently good over the years, and worth the drive. Now this new place, closer to me is a close second. No real complaints other than the broth has a different flavor, it's not bad just different and they put raw tofu in my pho and I prefer it deep dried. So I removed it and cooked myself. I've been seeing so many videos of this place on IG that I finally got to try it with my nephew. It's a bit of a drive for me since I live up in the NorthWest. But I was at Subaru for an oil change so I decided to have lunch at this pho place. We got seated in the front area and I have to say they need to tint their windows or get some blinds or something bcs I was facing the windows and I was blinded throughout lunch. My eyes even got dried up and I was seeing stars bcs it was so bright with the glare and stuff. Anyways so I ordered the special tier meat tray with the little hot pot thingie along with another bowl of pho with noodles for $12 and then some rare steak for an additional $5. When the orders came out I saw that one bowl of pho with the noodles was only half full. So that was part of the special tier order. The other half of the soup was in the hot pot. I was a little peeved by that bcs for $28, they could have just filled the bowl with some more soup. My nephew had fun dipping his meats and stuff in the hot pot and it made for great video to share with the family. But was it worth $28? Not really. You can go to any pho place and order their special pho and receive all those meats. Of course it's all about the presentation and "showing off" - being IG worthy. I also ordered a pork chop rice to go and it was decent. Service was ok, nothing to rave about. Would I go back? Only if someone else is driving and paying. A bowl of Big bone pho, which is what I went there to try was $30 so I went with the brisket pho instead and it was not that great to be honest but what really upset me about this place was that we were a party of 4 and we met accidentally ran into a friend on the way inside and she joined us but what we didn't know was that they add a gratuity automatically on parties of 5 or more which is usually the standard for 8 or more at most restaurants but 5! First time here and love it. I had the PHỜ CHÍN which is Brisket and Flank, (good amount of) and it has such a delicious beef broth. I like their container with 4 different sauces/condiments you can add to your Pho. The employees are great, I was with my cousin and niece who is 4. They were so sweet to my niece when she ordered and when she dropped her napkin. The place is very clean and they are organized in getting people seated. Our Pho came out quick. The Service was quick and the menu is short and sweet. We ordered 2 Pho Soups (Shrimp and Beef) and a chicken salad. The chicken salad was delicious. It comes with shredded cabbage, shrimp chips a good amount of chicken and pickled onions with an amazing dressing. The chicken is mostly dark meat just an FY for those of you that prefer white.
