I came for the coffee and the pho. I was in Vietnam in March and have been on a mission to find coffee like Vietnam, and their Coconut coffee blew me away! Order it! I ordered the Pho It Up, which is a Dac Biet. Unfortunately, the noodles were way overcooked and broke easily. The meats melted in your mouth, and I'm hoping they made their own meatballs because they were damn delicious! Hubby got the Bun Bo Hue and the flavors were super on point but again, the noodles were so overcooked, as soon as I try to mix his bowl up with the veggies, all the noodles broke into little pieces. I'm sure it's just a fluke, and I'm definitely down to come back. That coffee is making me come back. It's like crack, never done crack. The service was also amazing... we were seated right away. This is a nice and modern restaurant to get a bowl of Pho. We were warmly greeted as soon as we walked in and had to wait about 10 minutes before we were seated. I planned a family trip to the Grand Canyon and the kids wanted pho after the long drive back. Let's Get Pho did not disappoint. The coconut coffee was some of the best I have had and the Vietnamese coffee was on point! I ordered the iconic three tier cook it yourself pho called "Pho yourself". The broth was delicious and you also get an extra pot of pho broth on the side to cook the raw slices of beef that you are given. Honestly, there was so much food that you could easily order extra rice noodles and share this! If you want everything cooked and served in a bowl, you can order the "Pho it Up". It has everything, similar to a pho dac biet. The Big Bone Soup was another huge monstrousness. This is slow cooked bone marrow pho. The "Pho for you" option allow you to customize your pho bowl. The house special rice was quality and came with pork chop, fried egg, and Vietnamese sausage. My 11 year old son enjoyed and demolished this big plate of food. My husband had the chicken noodles, dry version. He wasn't a fan. I highly recommend getting their delicious pho and the Vietnamese coffees. Had to try this place after seeing posts on social media. Bowls with big bones kept being served while we waited. The place was busy when we went but was seated in less than 10 minutes. It's got a cozy charm to it. Menu was not extensive which I liked as too many items can be very overwhelming. We settled for the their most popular rice dish with grilled pork, ox tail pho and meatballs pho. Everything was delicious. The broth on the pho was delightful. I ordered Da Oxtail with thin noodles, while my husband chose the premium ribeye pho. The first thing I noticed was a strong star anise aroma in the broth, which had a noticeably sweet flavor. After adding hoisin sauce, sriracha, and lime, it balanced out nicely and tasted much better. I received four oxtails--one had no meat, two were tender and falling off the bone, and the one in the photo was rubbery and covered in fat. I had to ask for a knife to trim off the fat, which was a bit off-putting. The service was quick and friendly, which I appreciated. The restaurant is in a small, newer plaza, and while it's tight on space, they manage to fit in as many seats as possible. It was packed when we arrived, yet surprisingly quiet despite the crowd. It's not much of an exaggeration to say that I could eat pho almost every day, which made it all the more surprising that I hadn't gone out for a nice hot, steaming bowl of pho goodness in almost 6 months. I broke that streak by having lunch at Let's Get Pho and following up that visit a couple of weeks later with my wife and a friend visiting from out of town. Like seemingly most every pho joint, Let's Get Pho is in a strip mall. The dining room is comparatively small compared to many of its competitors, but on both lunchtime visits, once midweek and another on a Saturday, there was a table immediately available. On both visits, I ordered the Spring Roll ($10) and the Pho It Up ($20) served with thinly sliced eye round steak, beef tendon, beef balls, tripe, braised brisket, and flank. On both visits, I found the spring roll to be flavorful, made with fresh ingredients, but a bit dry with the rice paper wrapper being more al dente than others I've had. It wasn't bad by any means, but I have had others that I've enjoyed more. My Pho It Up, however, was one of the better bowls of pho that I can remember having in years perhaps ever. The beef broth was darker in color, but not cloudy or murky. It possessed wonderful beefiness that was perfectly balanced by the requisite pho spices. The rice vermicelli was cooked to the proper doneness and the bowl was filled with a generous amount of beef, offal, and meatballs. In terms of price, the Pho It Up seemed pricier than most comparable bowls of pho that I've had, but I thought that, for the most part, it lived up to its premium price. Let's Get Pho did well in providing consistent quality and service on both of my visits. In my mind, it's probably in my top 3 for a bowl of beef pho. Finally a pho that's as authentic as you would if you went to Chinatown. This was close to home, place was pretty packed, luckily we were able to get seated right away. It's a small family friendly restaurant that offers table for two or more. Found this brand new Vietnamese place on St. Rose during a random restaurant search on Yelp. Consuming Vietnamese food is quite a rarity for me so I was excited about what to expect from this place. We walked in and it was very busy. But since there were two of us and a table of two was open right next to the entrance, we were seated right away. Though there was a QR code that we could scan on our phones to view the menu, we were also given physical menus. They had a lot of coffee choices on their menu, but I had to skip them because I tend to get no sleep if I drink coffee at night. Maybe when I come back here for lunch someday, I'll definitely try their coffee. We started off with an appetizer of (3) spring rolls to share. Because there were 3, we ended up splitting the last one in half. These spring rolls were crunchy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. Their entree options consisted of signature bowls and a custom menu called "Only Pho You". We stuck with their signature bowls and I ordered the Pho Tom, which was large shrimp in delicious beef broth, according to the item description, with thick noodles. My boyfriend got the Pho Tai, which was described as perfectly thin cut eye round steak, also with thick noodles. The more I dug deep into my Pho Tom bowl with my chopsticks, the more noodles and shrimp came about! It was like a bottomless pit of delicious noodles and shrimp soaked in beef broth, topped with onion slices and green scallions. My boyfriend said that he really enjoyed his Pho Tai and also said that the beef and noodles were cooked perfectly. This dish was also topped with onion slices and green scallions. A great taste of Vietnam right there! The service was quick and friendly and our appetizers and entrees came out in a jiffy, despite it being so busy. I've been looking for a spot that serves good Pho, and I believe I may have found one in Henderson. The (5) star Yelp reviews raved about the quality and flavor of the food using words such as; delicious and amazing to describe the dishes. I ordered the Oxtail Pho and it was simply delicious. The broth was very flavorful, not overly salted but prepared perfectly. As with any Pho, having a good broth is essential. Without question, this is the best Pho I've tasted in Las Vegas thus far. The Oxtails were large, meaty and extremely tender. I literally used a spoon to remove the meat from the bone. Although, this spot has only been open for a couple months, it has definitely set itself apart from similar establishments in the Las Vegas area. The restaurant is clean and the wall decor coupled with the restaurant's interior color scheme makes for a nicely designed space. It's a nice size and can accommodate large groups if needed. My server Brad was great. He was friendly and had a great personality. He took time to mingle with customers while explaining the restaurants overall concept .
