Cha Gio (Vietnamese egg roll.
Earlene Audrey M.

I ordered this as a to-go order, and I'm actually giving this place 0/5. This used to be my go-to place for pho, but today's experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered Cha Gio (Vietnamese fried egg rolls), but what I received tasted more like a Jack in the Box egg roll. It seemed like it had simply been refried. I know the difference because I regularly eat the egg rolls from Jack in the Box. This did not taste or feel like an authentic Vietnamese egg roll at all. It was very disappointing to see what used to be a favorite restaurant cutting corners like this. I also ordered the brisket pho with extra rice noodles. Unfortunately, the broth was bland and lacked the depth of flavor I expect from a good bowl of Vietnamese pho. The rice noodles were also broken and fell apart while I was eating them, which made me question how fresh they were. I used to recommend this place, but after this experience, I don't think I'll be coming back. It feels like a waste of money when I'm specifically looking for authentic Vietnamese food. I'd rather spend my money somewhere that actually delivers the quality and authenticity I'm looking for.

Hopefully, they can do better next time. PS: Hired a Vietnamese chef for a Vietnamese restaurant.

Meat, spring rolls, and veggies

My family and i eat here all the time because it is close to the house. They have a varied menu of Vietnamese food. We usually have a pho with meat and veggies for my wife and I and plan for my daughter. The soup cubed with a garnish of bean sprouts, jalapeños, Thai basil and lime. Tonight I had the wontons with egg noodles. Very tasty and lots of meat in the wonton (although this dish took a bit longer than my family's). Overall the dining experience was pleasant.

We arrived at opening and the first ones at the restaurant. First off, any regular pho cost $20. I also ordered a grilled chicken plate. The food came out 51 minutes later. The pho was small, 5 small chopped up pieces of meatball. The chicken has NO flavor, as bland as it comes and a very thin cut. The spring roll was good and that's about it. I'm still hungry walking out of there. Have to resort to Burger King next door. Worse experience in a long time. I feel like I'm at an Asian restaurant in the middle of nowhere where it's overpriced and it tastes like crap. You can taste how much they don't care.

Pho Ribeye

I decided to give this location a try because the one in eastern has always been my favorite-but since moving, this one's closer to me. Pho Ribeye Broth was under flavored. The ribeye-was not ribeye. It was tough, not marbled. No cilantro and not nearly enough Thai basil.

Yummy appetizers.

Yummy food. Lots of my favorite dessert. The uncles there were so nice to my kids & I. Would definitely come back. =)

Tried this place recently and it's not bad. Was seated right away and the waiter gave water. They have a good amount of items on their menu but ended up ordering brisket pho, vermicelli noodles w/ grilled pork and egg rolls, and spring rolls. The food came pretty fast. The brisket on the pho were thicker than other places but they give a good amount. There's barely any fat on there and I prefer that! The vermicelli noodles were delish. And the spring rolls were also good, the peanut sauce wasn't watery. The waiter ensured to check up but also didn't rush when we were done eating. Oh yeah They play good music too! Will def come back.

Chicken fried rice, yuck.

I got my food to go so can't comment on the ambiance. The 2 stars is because the food was hot but it was gross. Pho broth was ok but I didn't get anything but bean sprouts and red onion. No cilantro, lime or green onion?! $5 for extra beef balls = 2. Yikes! Good margin for them not the customer. Got fried rice for the kids, chicken was burnt, dry and the fried rice was soggy. I took a chance on a new pho place and I will not venture out again. I should have lit my $60 on fire instead.

This is our favorite Vietnamese spot around! From pho, to a rice plate, to the appetizers. Everything is delicious.

The interior felt very modern and traditional at the same time. We ordered the hot chrysanthemum tea and it came out in a piping hot kettle. Service was very friendly and attentive. Spicy hand pulled noodle soup 5/5 - Incredibly warm, flavorful, and delicious. The noodles were perfectly chewy and the broth was packed with flavor. Generous cuts of beef as well. Zhajiang Mian 5/5 - My favorite of the two dishes and the best Zhajiang Mian I've ever tried. The minced pork sauce was absolutely delicious and coated the noodles so well. Would definitely recommend checking this spot out for your next visit to Vegas!

It is located in a strip mall with an abundance of convenient parking. Inside, they had nice tables and bench seating and also had a couple of nice sized round tables with lazy Susans for larger families. We arrived around 7:30-ish and it was quiet with one or two other parties dining. Their take-out business appeared to be robust, which was a good sign that they must be doing something right with their offerings. Menu is pretty standard fair. Noodles in broth with beef shank, various dumplings, rice plates and dry noodle dishes. We started with the deep fried spring rolls which were tasty. The wrapping was very thin and delicate and had a nice crunch for each bite. There are six in an order, which is a great value. Wife ordered the Lucky Beef Noodle which has a mildly spicy broth. She asked for half the normal amount of noodles, as she feels that the noodles end up soaking up a lot of broth. I ordered the Beef Soup with Dumplings, which is basically what my wife ordered without the noodles. I wanted noodles added, so they were gracious and added the noodles my wife did not want to my order. The broth was flavorful and mild, not much of a kick. But the pork and cabbage dumplings included in my order were out of this world delicious and paired perfectly with the beef and its broth. I highly recommend this specific dish! If you are in search for Taiwanese food, give them a shot. Good quality, fresh food that is nicely flavored!

So that's what happened to us when we were supposed to try a popular Japanese BBQ spot nearby, but with a two hour wait, it would not work out for us. So, we fell in to this AYCE Hot Pot place which turned out to be an excellent surprise. Staff here from the host to the ones that take your orders and especially the food runners are very much on top of their game. Anything ordered from the kitchen came out within minutes. You are never without any meats to cook or sushi to eat. The self serve vegetable bar, sauce bar, and other accompaniments are up to you. Such a large variety of options. The hotpot burner is so fast, it reaches a boil quickly and you're on to preparing your creation of soup with noodles, seafood, vegetables, and meats that it's endless, or all you can handle. Definitely worth it and it was good we discovered it.

The restaurant provided a 2-sided pot and we chose tonkotsu and seafood broth. They have a buffet area, where you can grab from a huge variety of hotpot items - noodles - ramen, udon, many veggies, sauces, and best of all, seafood - crab, shrimp, mussels, clams, squid, and octopus. For the meats and sushi, we had to order it from our waitress and we could only order three meats at a time. They don't have a lot of of choices for meats, but we tried the pork belly and premium rib eye. We ended up just ordering more and more premium rib eye and no other meats. For sushi, we tried variations of salmon and yellowtail - plain, yuzu, truffle, and carpaccio. The sushi was good, but not exceptional. They don't offer sashimi so nigiri was the best they could do. Sometimes it was too much rice. We tried the lemon salmon roll, salmon roll, and yellowtail roll. They were all good, but not outstanding. We tried the bulgogi and spicy garlic edamame, which were okay. For dessert, we had little ice cream cups, which were good. Service was good. Sometimes it took awhile to find our waitress to order, however, the staff was very quick to remove used plates from the table. Probably the fastest I have ever seen at an AYCE restaurant. The restaurant was large with many tables. Very good hot pot experience at Nabe Hotpot.
