I ordered from this location through UberEats twice this week. Both times I ordered the cha gio (fried egg rolls) and Thai Tea with boba. I liked the selection of vegetables that came with the egg rolls-pickled carrot and daikon, mint, cilantro and lettuce. The first time, my driver didn't deliver my tea. I did receive my tea the second time and it was just ok. Decently sweet, but the boba was slightly mushy. I also ordered the vermicelli with shrimp, pork and egg roll, since reviews mentioned that it was good. The shrimp and pork had a nice char on them, but the shrimp (3)were on the small side. The pork had a good flavor, but the portion size was a complete joke. I weighed it and it was a little over 3 ounces. The pieces I received looked like scraps.. And because the majority of prices were TINY (about the size of a quarter) they were so dry. The larger pieces were stringy, full of connective tissue and fat. Those went into the garbage. This has been my go-to Pho spot for 13 years. They have several locations but this particular one is still my favorite. The flavor of the broth is super deep and always consistent. They are generous with the amount of meat they give you and I've never had a bad experience. The restaurant itself is typical for a pho place. It's casual and the food comes out fast. So after having Pho Hair at the other joint (on the other side of the freeway), I've decided to try this spot. I must admit, they have a great location, right by the freeway, it's like the first left turn and bam, you're there! This was on a Sunday mid-afternoon (closer to 4pm) I figured it's not crowded (it wasn't) As soon as I walked in, I was seated at the booth close to the front door. Lucky Table 13 I believe. First thing I've noticed as soon as I've sat down, the wood looking booth is NOT comfortable, at all. I rather be on those padded chairs. The decors are cool looking but function wise it's not. I suppose it's easy to clean though. There's quite a few pages on the menu, first up are the appetizers, normally I skip the spring roll but given this is a new spot I thought I try it out at least once. Then onto the list of Pho, they have a LOT of varieties. I wish they list the usual Pho combo so I don't have to check each one. I picked #18 as that's as close to the combo as it gets. First up are the spring rolls, looks like it's pre-made and its been sitting for a bit. It's a bit dry for my taste, I always add a bit hot sauce to the peanut sauce that comes with. Both tasted OK and I waited for the pho to get here first as I prefer to sip some soup after biting into the spring rolls. Now onto the Pho itself, also note there's only one size you can order. The bowl itself looks like a medium but I suppose this is a large. My first taste into the soup was not good, felt a bit over seasoned. Mixing it up a bit later is slightly better but the broth taste isn't doing it for me. On a brighter note, the bean sprouts are fresh and they gave me extra limes (Usually I only use one lime so the other one went into my water) Everything else (meat, noodles, etc.) are good it's too bad I'm not a fan of the broth and that's the main thing I look for a good pho. Usually I would finish the entire bowl (soup included) but I can't do it. As for service, it was OK, I didn't have to wait long for anything, although a refill of my water would had been nice. And there's a slight wait when I'm ready to pay. Overall this was a so-so visit, I'm not sure I'll be back though, I may have to go back to Pho Hair! read more

But it was the only restaurant open at like 10 in the morning, and we were coming in from an early morning flight from the Bay Area, and my son was having stomach issues. We needed soup ASAP As anticipated, the restaurant was nearly empty, and we were seated right away. We ordered the fried eggrolls, a pork chop rice plate, and a large bowl of pho to share. We've been coming here since the doors opened. We enjoy it when it rains, and yesterday it did. Since the last time we were there, they have simplified their menu which was nice. There were four of us. We ordered the Thai tea - delicious! We started off with their spring rolls, always fresh and tasty. I could drink the peanut sauce. We all then ordered Pho. Slight variations on them, whether with rare round eye steak, lean brisket and meatball. All come with an outstanding broth, rice noodles, great herbs, bean sprouts and lime to add. Every time I visit Vegas, my Mom takes me here. It's her local pho spot by her house. We've been coming for so many years. Service is fast and efficient. Servers are attentive and really nice. And their food is comforting. The pho is rich and delicious, filled with a generous portion of meat and noodles. The beef tenderloin has lots of flavor, but be aware it comes out really rare. They're totally ok with grilling it for a little longer to your liking, fragrant and aromatic. The spring rolls are pretty basic, the egg rolls come out hot and fresh. This 3 star review is based on service, not the food. I met some friends here for dinner. they had been before I had not. I love pho especially on a cold day. I arrived before my friends and was met @ the door by a very "all about the business" woman who sat me immediately. She wasn't rude, but definitely not friendly. I could see she was running things kind of matriarch fashion. The rest of the staff seemed to turn to her for direction. My friends were about 10 min late and she seemed irritated that I was taking up a table while waiting for them. Mind you the place was not even 50% occupied. Once the rest of my party showed up another server who was very sweet came to take our order. Our food came out super quick. My friends ordered spring rolls, egg rolls & and bowl of beef pho. I am always watching my carbs so I ordered pho with no noodles extra veggies and add a protein. I added chicken breast this time. My husband placed a to-go order at Pho Saigon 8 on Eastern on November 24th, paying with a credit card. The next day, he realized his wallet was missing, and the restaurant was the last location it was used. We immediately contacted the restaurant. My husband spoke directly with a staff member named Han, who claimed to have no knowledge of the wallet and advised speaking to the manager. Unfortunately, the manager was reportedly out on vacation. My husband called again on November 26th and was told the manager would return on Monday, December 1st. Today, December 1st, he visited the restaurant again, only to find the manager still unavailable. Our only request has been for the management to review their CCTV footage from November 24th. The staff encountered throughout this process have been unhelpful and defensive. This lack of support and communication has made an already stressful situation significantly worse. We urgently request that a member of the management team contact us directly regarding this matter. read more

This place is underrated IMO. It took us a while to try this place out because it's rated lower than the other pho places around here. And I'm so glad we did! Ambiance: CLEAN! Inside is cute and most importantly, clean... no stickiness on the tables or sauce on the walls. Food: the pho tasted good, was competitively priced and portions were just right. I love that they also have fresh young coconut on the menu. Shrimp spring rolls are more competitively priced than other places... will get that next time. Service was good. We were greeted and sat down pretty quickly. The food order came out correctly and in a timely manner. Not sure what more you can ask for at this price range.
