Ordered the combination pho and it was very good.Soup was nice, meat quality was surprisingly good, even though the beef pieces looked small. The restaurant is brand new, so everything was very clean. Even the ice water tasted great, probably because the water filter is new. We also ordered the shrimp rice paper spring rolls, and they were excellent too. The service was great as well. Brand new spot just opened up. We got a BOGO so we decided to try it to my surprise. It was quite delicious. The shaken beef may have been some of the best I've ever had. The eggrolls were a crowd favorite. The tofu stirfry was very good. The garlic Rice was FANTASTIC. The ambience is just what you would expect from a mom and Pop spot. It was cool. Traveling in from Phoenix, and stopped by here for dinner. The restaurant is kind of tucked away in a corner next to Trader Joe's at the end of the plaza. The inside is pretty large, and I felt there was a lot of bright light that helped with the overall vibe. The pho can definitely feed me for two meals, and it does seem like they're shareable sizes. I got the combination pho, and I liked how hearty the broth was. It was a hefty portion for me, and being a certified soup lover, I was allllll in. I also got their spring rolls and the fried egg rolls, and I recommend either of them. Personally I'm a fan of the fried ones, but the spring was also really yummy! Right now, they're having a buy one get one free deal for their opening weekend, and my sister also got the pho and felt the broth was really good. I saw that they were having a grand opening promotion which was led me to try out this place. It was BOGO for their combination pho or pork chop rice. It's located in the corner of the plaza of Trader Joe's, Seafood City and a bunch of other stores so there's plenty of parking. I was excited to try out a new pho place since there weren't many Vietnamese places I liked in Henderson. Combination pho (5/5): This bowl of pho satisfies my pho craving. It's a decent portion for about $18. The soup was very comforting and didn't feel oily as most pho soups are like. I'm impressed with the quality. Pork Chop Rice (4/5): My fiancé said he liked this dish. I thought it was alright, nothing special but it wasn't bad either. You get two pork chops and a big scoop of white Jasmine rice along with veggies and fish sauce. Noticed the lunch specials posted outside and my mom got it which was the combination pho that comes with a drink for less than $15. Mom loved her pho said it tastes clean and comforting. If I could give zero stars I would. We arrived during normal business hours and were seated at a table in the restaurant. Soon after another worker approached our table and asked if we were dining in or getting takeout. Feeling confused and thinking - isn't it obvious since we're already seated inside?? - We answered with "dine in", and the worker told us to get takeout, more like a command and the only available option. For real? Ummm, the main reason for dining in is to enjoy our pho served piping hot and fresh in a large bowl, not to bring it home in takeout containers only to have to reheat the soup and use our own bowls. It's just not the same experience. The business closes at 9pm - we arrived just before 8:30pm - more than half an hour before closing. Telling a customer to take their food to go after having already been seated felt jarring and unwelcoming. This is definitely poor customer service and left a negative impression. Our first and last time going here. There are so many other restaurants in the area to spend our hard earned money. I'm all for supporting local mom and pop joints, but forget about this place. Never again. If a restaurant wants to stop table service before closing, it is better practice to post a "Last Seating" time (e.g., 8:30 PM) or to inform the customer BEFORE they are SEATED that only to-go orders are available. What a way to lose new customers, and it's such a shame since this place is down the street from our neighborhood. read more

Last night we decided to give this place a try we were debating from going here and Pho 95. This place was closer to us from where we were. My son ordered his favorite egg rolls for the first time experience at this new place. He ate one egg roll and kept telling me that there was a bad smell and funky taste to it. So being a concern mom I ripped one open and the meat was dark colored and smell really bad. I tasted it and spit out real quick it was rotten meat. I waived down the server and told her about my concern on this rotten dish. I also told her to try it if she doesn't believe me. She went to get a scissor and cut a piece of the new egg roll and tried it spit it back out onto a napkin so fast. Kept coming back and saying "I don't what happen to that bag of meat and I told the back kitchen people". She even agreed with me that it was bad meat. My son wrote a review yesterday to inform the management of his experience and to get a response from them saying that it didn't happen that way was ridiculous. I am offended and it seems to me that he was so called a liar. We are merely writing our honest dining experience as this is what Yelp is for. I don't expect anything just an awareness for this business to check your meats and fridge temperatures to ensure freshness on foods to the dining tables for customers. That's all! read more

I had a concerning experience here. The vegetables served with my meal were not fresh, and the egg rolls had a spoiled taste. I brought this to the staff's attention. The staff member reacted strongly to the taste and removed the item, and the order was taken off my bill. However, there was no clear explanation for how spoiled food was served. In response to this review, the owner stated that the staff member did not taste the food. That does not match what I personally observed right at my table, as I witnessed the reaction along with others at my table. Shortly after eating, I experienced stomach discomfort. Not only does this place have amazing broth, but the service is also excellent. While I was grabbing some groceries, I stopped by this cute new restaurant and found my new go-to pho spot. I typically go for pho on St Rose Pkwy, but imho this one is much better in terms of service and portion size. I got the combo pho and grilled pork vermicelli, god damn they were so good. I will definitely come back to try their banh-mi. One advice I would share is to put the noodles in a plastic container for to-go because mine came in a paper container (which had the noodles stuck on it). It was probably an accident. read more
