The food here is pretty good and the service is also decent. The biggest problem is the lack of hygiene, lack of ventilation, and their water. Do not drink their water. They use tap and it tastes like absolute toilet water. I had to go next door to ole churro to buy a water for myself. Funny enough another woman I recognized who was inside of pho king also came into ole churro to purchase a water. I asked her about it and she was absolutely disgusted as well. When I came back into the restaurant, the same woman I spoke to returned her water cups to the front. The server dumped water out of those cups and returned them back to where the clean cups were to repurpose. But the woman had to have drank it to have known what it tastes like. So now a new patron will be receiving someone else's dirty cup. They were also grilling stuff in the back, but the storefront got really smoky at one point. And the other thing is this place is really expensive. $17 for a pho with brisket only. There was barely any brisket in my pho. $3 for a extra side of veggies too. read more

Came here with a group of 4 to have dinner... well to start the servers didnt come to our table once for anything not even to check on us, besides to take our order and bring the food. We didnt feel very welcomed! We ordered 4 Pho bowls and got only two plates of Veggie toppers which are included for each bowl it should have been 4 total... we had to all share the two plates for 4 ppl!! then my husband said his meat tasted off... and my uncle said his came with too little of meat. My friends came up for a visit from St. George and this happens to be their favorite place for Pho. The girls ordered two vegan and gluten-free bowls of Pho without tofu, my other girlfriend who is also a Las Vegas local, ordered the fried chicken wings which came with a sauce and a Vietnamese sandwich. Wanted to explore vietnamese restaurants in Henderson since I was in the area and found Pho King Vietnamese. I got the Pho Ribeye and Chicken wings. The chicken wings smelled really good when it arrived, was crispy but they were really small, making them quite expensive. The sauce could be a tad sweeter but loved the garlic taste. The pho ribeye was also under seasoned in my opinion, I rarely add hoisin sauce in my pho but I did this time. The ribeye was pretty tender, but hoped that they were more rare when it arrived. The ribeye was cut into smaller pieces but they were plentiful. Overall, the people were nice but flavor was slightly lacking so probably won't come back again. read more

Pho King seems to be highly rated and recommended by the locals. We came specifically for the pho. We got there right when they opened and had high expectations but when it first came out, the broth looked darker than what I'm used to. Could be the bones simmering or too much fish sauce. Took my first sip and it was really salty which could be the theory of fish sauce or not so fresh broth. Had to balance it out with lots of lime. Then we ordered the Pork patty rolls that came with peanut sauce. The roll was wrapped tightly with fresh lettuce, crunchy wonton stick and the pork patty. I'm used to dipping peanut sauce when the roll has noodles like a spring roll. So I feel like the peanut sauce did not go well with this combo and it was overly nutty and thick. I'm used to the grilled pork orange sauce. The garlic butter Chicken wings were tasty and had the thin layer of outer crispy breading. When the plate came out, it hit me with a strong smell of fish sauce. After biting into it, I think the secret sauce is fish sauce. Overall, if we come back, I would pivot to the other items on the menu like beef butter skillet, Bo ne, spicy noodle soup, shaken beef but never again to the pho. read more
