The closest pho place in this area. Ran into 2-3x minor issue trying to do phone order 1. They ran out of pho hmm 2 1/2 hours before they close which did not make sense 2. We keep calling and keep getting hang up on Finally went in and tried it to do a sit down, place was new so very clean area is very small i do not recommend to have a stroller on their busy time and if you have no choice the table near the bathroom hallway is your best spot. Its a small shop and tables are near each other they can get very busy like any other place. They have the option to order online which i do not prefer for my opinion. Seems to be complicated and did not want to order the wrong thing. So its either dine in or call to put a order in. Over all the broth is good serving is generous, definitely our go to for pho now, just because its down the street.

Cute spot with good service. This is one of FEW places on this side of town or THE ONLY spot on this side that has TRIPE as an option in the pho. Veggies were fresh. Broth was clean and good. It was a bit bland because they're not putting in much MSG, which might be a good thing. Nonetheless, I loved the pho I had. Will update review once I try more items.

Vermicelli Noodle Bowl with Grilled Shrimp

Solid four stars for food, service, location, and price point. We came here for late lunch (just before 3pm) on the Thursday of F1 Race Week. We needed a good meal to hold us before heading fully into F1 festivities. Thank you, fellow Yelpers, for recommending this out of towner. Here's what we ordered: Fresh Spring Roll (comes w/ pork tenderloin and shrimp) - good size, good flavor, peanut sauce was just ok Grilled Pork Chop w/ rice - good flavor, decent portion Vermicelli Rice Bowl w/ Grilled Shrimp - big bowl, probably bigger than what would fit on a plate, good flavor and consistency Not sure how busy this place gets since we came during the hours between lunch and dinner. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Clean spot.

Pho real... this place hits the spot! We've tried a few pho spots around Vegas (pun totally intended ), but The Pho Spot is easily one of our new favorites -- and lucky for us, it's right nearby! We came in on a Sunday around 11 a.m. and got seated right away since it wasn't too busy. The menu's got a great mix, including vegetarian and vegan options. I ordered the vegan tofu spring rolls (so fresh and tasty!), and my husband went classic with the regular pho. The broth was the real star -- rich, flavorful, and so comforting. All around, great food, great vibes, and so convenient. We'll definitely be back next time we're craving that perfect bowl of pho!

Was so excited about trying pho place on this part of the city since there is no too many of them on Blue Diamond. It was a week day around 5-6, busiest time for them. Tables are super close to each and there is 7-8 tables in total. We walked in and they show us to seat on the only available table. There was a super young boy who seems confused, he seems like afraid of ther other two older waiter. What ever he did he would look at them and ask their approval. You could sense that every time when he would come to our table. We order fresh spring rolls with pork and shrimp, and it was delicious. Combination pho and beef pho was ok and tasty. I asked for scissors to cut my noodles they never brought me so I need to borrow from another guest. They never come to table to ask do we need anything. We couldn't finish our pho because it was so big so I asked for to go containers. Once again I was eating pho and they got me plastic container for solid food. I was in shock how am I supposed to put pho broth in this containers. But they were so busy and never come again. I had to improvise, I took a plastic cup and and put the broth in plastic cup and cover with napkin. I put noodles and vegetables in to go containers and I put my spring rolls in a bag. So disappointed with their service. Food was ok, peanut sauce was ok, just the service was horrible and kind of pricy. Two pho + one spring rolls + tips = 50

This is my 2nd time here. I got bun Bo hue last time and it was flavorful and good. This time I decided to try the lemongrass chili tofu, I recommend it but I had to add the sate sauce to give it more kick. Service is kind of slow. The restaurant seems pretty clean.

We found our new little pho spot in Vegas !!!!! The food price is very reasonable. Huge servings ... we will definitely be back !!!!

We discovered a new pho place around our neighborhood and we are hooked. The food is just great with very sizable portions and super reasonable prices. Every plate we have tried is delicious and the ingredients very fresh. The service is amazing at this place and while their dining area is not big, it definitely welcoming and accommodating plus very clean. We will be coming back often.

Pho tai

Love a good bowl of pho by myself. I ordered the pho tai and the first sip of the soup was very delicious, flavorful. But as you continue to eat, the soup starts to taste less flavorful if that makes sense. Service was prompt. When I walked in, the pho spot smelled like a hair salon, which was odd but didn't bother me that much. Anyway a solid Vietnamese place in the neighborhood.

Special of the day: Bun bo hue! :p

The spot for pho IS The Pho Spot! Located next to Locale, The Pho Spot hits the spot for fresh, flavorful Vietnamese food! They are in their soft opening phase and are a family run business. Having been open for 8 days now, we came in today for dinner and were delighted by the good food! The flavors here are spot on but the portions can be improved upon. The pho broth was flavorful as well as the bun bo hue! The lemongrass chicken with rice and the grilled pork chop with rice were super good. The pork chop was grilled perfectly without a bunch of burnt ends. The crispy egg rolls came out piping hot and the chewy rice paper makes them fun to eat, but it could have come with more lettuce and pickled radish and carrot for the four rolls. The portion for the pho is a little small as well as the bahn mi where the bread to stuffing ratio seemed off. Service was pretty good. We did have to ask about the bun bo hue where our server apologized for having forgotten to tell the kitchen the order since the daily specials are not linked to the electronic order ticketing system. I wish them oodles of success, although I am pho sho The Pho Spot will hit the jackpot being in Mountain's Edge! :)

we got sat right when we got there. it's nice and clean in there. I ordered a fresh coconut for my drink. It was really good. I loved it. Service was good as well. Only thing I'd say is the noodles were very mushy, like everytime I tried to take a big bite of noodles the noodles would break and it would be small pieces of noodles. But meat and everything else was there!

This place I have never knew about and popped in my Yelp search when looking for pho. I wish I knew about this place soon, love their bowls as it keeps the heat for you soup. Service was so quick, staff were nice and food came out so quick. So much cleaner than other restaurants and I think I found my new spot for pho and egg rolls.

Pork 11. Vermicelli Noodle Bowl with Stir-Fried Protein. Awesome.
Andrew C.

Great little local spot. They just got done with a renovation so the place is nice and new. The food and service were great. Everything was very price friendly and the portions were big. The dry noodle bowl had a lot of great flavors, and they didn't skimp on the meats. Normally I get a pork Bahn Mi but opted for BBQ chicken and wow, that did not suck. Can't wait to make this a monthly stop.

Jinju Gomtang - Oxtail soup

This is a solid spot if you love sour flavors and hot, comforting soup…read more The kimchi was properly sour -- not slightly fermented, but genuinely tangy and sharp. Even the vegetables had that strong sour punch, which I really liked with the steaming hot soup. I'm not big on a table full of side dishes, so I actually appreciated that they kept it simple. Not too many extras, just the essentials. The soup itself wasn't overly salty, which I liked. You can season it to your preference since they provide extra salt on the side. The gomtang stood out -- the beef was very tender, soft, and clearly simmered well. And honestly, the slightly indifferent service made it feel authentic. Not overly polite or trying too hard -- just straightforward and focused on the food. If you enjoy sour notes and comforting Korean soups, this place does it well.

TBH, we…read morewalked out the first time because it didn't look open, a bit sloppy and not really our "type" of place, but based on other food reviews decided to just give it a try. The taste and value is really great, actually. If you are looking for your "halmoni's" (grandma in Korean) authentic, homemade, caring, handmade flavors and can ignore the no-frills, don't -care, terrible location and zero curbside appeal, this is your place. Imagine going to an old neighborhood Korean home where the kimchee to the broths and banchan are made with love. The scissors are sharp so you can easily cut the perfectly fermented, primly pickled kimchee and the cucumbers (oi kimchee) are fresh and the beef broth deeply steeped and rich with flavor. Plus it's an absolute bargain for what you get. I think we ordered almost one of everything (for just the three of us) just to taste it. The naengmyun (cold noodles) were fine. Not exceptional, but decent. The saam and chive pancake was very good. Value is high, taste is high; authenticity very high. Huge portions in today's world of cutting back. But I feel fortunate to find a "go-to" for my korean cravings. Like walking into my auntie's house for some warm, deeply comforting, home-cooked k-meal. Craving the dogani bone broth soup now!! (Would have taken photos but it would have hard to judge based on photos alone. This is a place you have to go to just to taste it, not look at it).

The cheese I didn't feel would have been necessary but I did like it when it was on the corn that we added. The glass noodles are a thicker noodle so if you prefer thin then don't add them.
