Tried Archi's Thai Bistro for the first time and I was impressed. The restaurant is huuuuuge! Plenty of seating all around (good for big or small groups, even a company party) and there's a bar section. The staff are all friendly, I didn't catch everyone's name but I remembered one of the server's name was Jonathan. The pricing for the portions were a great value. The proteins and veggies to carb ratio was also superb. Rare to come across places that provide that. Here's what I tried & my rating: Chicken Tom Kha, 7/10 A savory & sour coconut milk soup. Good flavors, I just wished the lemon grass is either minced up more or in bigger chunks so it's easier to avoid. Crispy Seafood Pancake, 10/10 Perfectly crispy, and with that sriracha plum sauce... chefs kiss. Choo Chee Catfish, 10/10 Fried catfish in a red paste coconut curry sauce. Fried to perfection and perfect flavors all around. Chicken Pad Thai, 6/10 The flavor was missing something. I wish it was more tart and had that ketchup-ish taste that most pad thais have. Chicken Koowah Kai, 7/10 Stir fry noodles with chicken, squid, egg, tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, garlic, and basil. Beef Basil Fried Rice, 7.5/10 Jasmine rice stir fried with tomatoes, onions, bamboo shoots, bell peppers, baby corn, mushrooms, garlic, and basil. I recommend and would come back again. read more

This has to be one the most disappointing Thai restaurants I've tried. I came for a lunch meeting and was pleasantly surprised to find a lunch menu that came with a soup, entree and spring roll. I ordered the pad Thai with shrimp. There were only 4 shrimp and they were not only very small but very overcooked and rubbery. I shared my friend's chicken satay, the chicken was rubbery too. All the food I had tasted muted, none of the flavors popped it was all lackluster. Though the portion sizes were great, everything was just lacking flavor. Ordered the spicy basil lunch special. Dining mate ordered the chicken pad Thai. Menu states the Spicy basil dish is: Choice of ground meat stir fried with veggies. Price $13.95. Received bill & shows $15.95. I was charged $2 for meat when the dish already included meat. It wasn't an add on & I didn't as for extra meat. I asked the waitress why I was being charged incorrectly & they tried to explain it like the dish didn't originally include meat which was bullsh*t as it clear states "choice of ground meat" Definitely don't recommend coming here. They used to be busy & have a wait as I've worked in the area for 15 years. This was at 12pm & there were empty tables. Pad Thai was a much larger portion than the spicy basil. Spicy basil had no basil flavor. Had to add a bunch of chili pepper to it to give it flavor Won't be going back. There are better Thai restaurants in the area like Table Thai that don't double charge you for something that's already included in the dish. Disappointing experience with Archi Thai's pick up order. Ordered the yellow curry with shrimps expecting a generous serving.Unfortunately it was scant and feels short on shrimp count, feeling like a C grade portion.The pad Thai was over cooked in excessive oil masking the flavours. Delicious Thai food owned by a family. The food is really authentic tasting and lots of flavor. I ordered the spring rolls, pad Thai chicken and panang curry. Both were very delicious and big portions! You can adjust the spice level for both dishes. I ordered a 4. It had a little bit of a kick without it being too spicy. The spring rolls were very interesting because it had more of a thin pancake skin rather than rice paper. It had cucumber, carrot, noodles, and Chinese sausage inside. One of the better Thai places in Vegas for sure! The Panang curry was so good, super creamy and flavorful. The green curry wasn't really for me since the sauce was a little thin and at spice level 5 it came out spicier than I like. Wonderful little Thai restaurant off the strip. Lunch specials are under 20 dollars, the tofu pad Thai I got came with egg drop soup, an egg roll, and a little salad, and came out in about 5 minutes, hot and fresh. Service was fast and while they didn't check in with me after I started eating I kind of prefer that. I also had Thai tea, which as you can see from the photo, was massive. I eat very minimal spice and find level two quite spicy so if you are somewhat a spicy eater, you can do level four or five, which should be pretty good level. Just had lunch at Archi's & I've eaten here many many times & never had a problem, today I got a BIG PIECE OF GLASS IN my pad Thai! Called the server over & no one seemed particularly concerned & acted like it was no big deal. They just offered me another pad Thai & I declined. I had eaten the egg roll & salad & was only a few bites into my chicken pad Thai when I bit something big & hard. I thought it was just a chicken bone, And spit it out only to discover a sharp piece of glass. Thank goodness I didn't bite down hard & break a tooth or worse yet swallow it not knowing. My favorite thing about this restaurant was its service. All of its staff was very friendly and personable. I was able to talk to one of the waiters about our recent trips to Thailand. They constantly checked in to see our water refills and ask if we needed anything. There's plenty of seating inside for big tables, booth, and even bar seating. Perfect to come out in big groups. The food for level six was mild. If you like spicier I would recommend doing level 7. I had the spicy basil with chicken and it was very satisfying. I also recommend the egg rolls as an appetizer. Had lunch delivered to my office with uber. It was delayed but delivered still warm. My teas were a little melted but still as good as always. Minor issue the peanut sauce started to seperate but was still wonder as I remembered. My fiancé and I were in the area and decided to stop in for a late lunch. The restaurant is super easy to get to off of the 215 and has a decent amount of parking. Upon entering, the bar is directly in front and the main dining area is to the right. We were promptly seated and ordered our drinks. Huge bonus that they have a full bar! My drink was delicious, I forgot the name but I know it was gin and hibiscus For our entrees, we defaulted to our favorite Thai dishes. Pad see ew with chicken (level 7/10 spice) for my fiancé and Pad prik king with vegetables (level 8/10 spice) for me. Our food arrived within 10 minutes, which was great because we were starving. My fiancé enjoyed his, but commented that it definitely wasn't the best Pad see ew he's had. He did say the chicken was really good though. My pad prik king was really good and had that oh so yummy kefir lime brightness. Spice wise, I definitely could have handled a 10, but the 8 was a nice light heat. Price wise, it's definitely on par with other Thai restaurants in the area. The servers were very friendly and attentive, so kudos to them! In the area running errands and hungry for lunch, also first meal of the day! ( That would make it brunch;) Any who...The chicken Pad Thai was gluten free, flavorful and delicious! I ordered medium spice level and at first, I didn't think they got it, but it actually has a very nice kick that builds gradually, well done. If it wasn't for the fact that I was dining solo, I would order the red curry with salmon, and/or pad prick king with extra crispy tofu. The only disappointment was that the Pad Thai was missing the lime wedges, which I love, to add that extra element of sour and tart. Of course, I did not think that was a big enough deal to take away a star. I will surely ask for it next time. The bottom line, the restaurant was clean and the young man handling all of the to go orders was lovely. I was used to seeing a $14-$18 price range in Vegas, but this is the first time that I've been so happy seeing what came out for that price. I can only speak for the pad thai when it comes to this because I have peeked over to see that people ordering curry were probably not able to say the same. I almost don't want to say this because I don't want them reducing the portions! But we truly wouldn't be back as often as we are if they did end up shrinking it- hence.... We noticed that when you order the food for pick-up, the servings are dramatically smaller, so that's something important to note and we don't do take-out anymore for this reason. We have been to another location for a lunch which you get additional things to try like the tom kha soup and wow- delicious. I was craving it for a while after, so I know there are a ton of great things on their menu if I was feeling like branching out but their pad thai is just so authentic. Service was quick even for a busy Friday evening and the food quality at Archi's is incredibly reliable. This location's dining room is also well decorated. It's not going to be your fanciest eating experience, but it tastes damn good and it's consistent. My top pick on the menu is the Pad See Ew. It's a super rich dish, but I devour it every time. My boyfriend loves their fried rice. Their Thai Tea is good too. I find it overly sweet, but the spices in the tea help to balance it out a bit. The employees were very kind . We were nearby and wanted Thai food. First time here and although it was empty at 5:30pm, there were a few to-go pick up orders. We entered, it was larger than we thought Quite clean. Quick service. We were given menus and ice water was served. On the tables/booths, plates and silverware already provided. We ordered 2 entrees and both came out fairly quickly. And both were very good. Flavorful and delicious - drunken noodles (large portion) and Penang with chicken and rice (large portion). The 2 of us shared both dishes and still had to take both home as we could not finish. Stuffed and had about half of each dish to take home. Really enjoyed the dinner tonight. We will definitely come back for other dishes to try. read more

Archi's is one of my go to Thai food. However, today I ordered a to go pick up. My food wasn't ready when i arrived but I paid for my food while waiting. After paying my bill, I was curious why I paid over 70$ for a 3 food and Thai tea. I calculated while I waited and I immediately knew something was wrong. I asked the cashier for a copy of the receipt, and questioned why I paid 71$. She casually said that "they made a mistake adding gratuity". Mind you she's the only one in the cashier.
