Cocktails and mocktails on happy hour menu
Lauren C.

The restaurant is beautiful and the noise level is medium with the lunch rush on a Friday. I came to try things individually, however they have a great lunch special option if you're looking to bundle your meal. The wonton soup is the best I've ever had! The potstickers are juicy & flavorful on the inside and crispy on the outside. If you're sitting at the bar, Happy Hour is all day! I got a deal for sitting at the bar bcuz happy hour allows you to bundle a cocktail & appetizer for $15, instead of just paying $9 for the appetizer alone. The food came super fast & the service was friendly and accommodating. For those looking for gluten free options, the Crab Meat Fried Rice or any of their fried rice can be made gluten free as long as you're not enjoying a fried protein. It does not contain soy sauce and is seasoned with sugar, salt & butter, so it's safe to enjoy! I ordered this to go for my hubby & he said it was amazing!! I was told to enjoy Khao Soi with a squeeze of lime, raw onions, pickled cabbage and if you'd like to add spice, you can add chili oil. It's to be combined and enjoyed together. It has a yellow curry sauce and crispy duck with egg noodles. It's amazingly delicious & bursting with flavors. I got the spice level of 1, but I could've gotten a 2 and been totally fine. It has a slight kick but it's not spicy to me. I added some chili oil to it and it was definitely an added kick & warmed my lips a little. If you're sensitive to spice you can get a level zero or one. I will definitely be back to experience Weera Thai and I hope you will too!!

Lunch special

The most beautiful interior inside a Thai restaurant I have ever seen. This place is marvelous. Came here for lunch and ordered the lunch special. It costs almost about the same as a regular entree just a smaller portion with a side of salad and a piece of gyoza. I got the Panang curry and it was way too peanuttty for my taste. I'll stick to yellow curry next time. The stuffed chicken was not that great either, it was dry and I was not a fan of the sauce that came with it. The service was fine tho. We'll be back to try other things.

Great Thai food even coming back from a trip to Thailand! Enjoyed all the dishes but shout out to the khao soi which many places don't even have. It's a specialty from Chiang Mai or north Thailand with noodles and a coconut base. Service was awesome and they had cool decor that made it feel like you were in Thailand. Definitely a great option for Thai food (although I do miss Thailand prices!)

Seafood Pad Thai

Stopped in for a late lunch date today. This is our first time at this location. We've eaten at the one in Town Square multiple times. It's a very pretty location. We ordered our usual favorites: Thai tea and Thai coffee and stuffed chicken wings. We also tried the garlic pork ribs, which were tasty. It was during lunch hours so I tried the lunch special: papaya salad with wings, soup, salad and jasmine rice. The flavors were good. My husband orders his favorite pad see ew and added duck. For dessert we tried the ice cream and crepe, which was a nice ending to our meal. We've been on an 'eat at all the Thai restaurants in Vegas' to find the best one. I'm half Thai so I love Thai food and know authentic, amazing Thai food. I am a fan of Weera. Everything wasn't a 5 out of 5 today. The stuffed wings are a favorite and the dessert was, too. Everything else was solid 4/5. Staff checked in throughout the meal and our food arrived at varying times, with the pad see ew with duck taking the longest, which we know takes a bit to cook, but would have liked our entrees to come out at the same time. The aesthetics of the restaurant is really pretty and open. And there is too sides to the restaurant, so it's pretty big. I love the tuk tuk out front. It's a great reminder of Thailand.

One of the go to Thai places we love. They have a good lunch special. They have the best crab fried rice, basil eggplant and of course my favorite of see ew. Good & fast service as always. Ambiance - good set up with a decorated tuk tuk outside and inside is also beautiful. Giving a cozy and relaxing vibe.

Cherry Princess Mocktail

Had a reservation for dinner 5:45 on a weekday. Seated promptly. Service was incredible throughout the entire experience! Our waters never emptied, we didn't long for anything... I would say this is a great place for a large group of people too. They had the room for it. I tried their happy hour fresh spring rolls, chicken wonton soup & vegetable fried rice. Everything was a good portion, fresh ingredients, and tasted yummy. I also had their cheery princess mocktail & it was great! Really nice to see such a large variety of mocktails available. I will definitely be back. Great dinner experience. Love the decor & ambiance of the restaurant too, perfect for a date night or catching up with friends.

Absolutely beautiful!! Whoever decorated this restaurant really went above and beyond! It's like stepping into a Thai wonderland. The service is impeccable. I sipped my water and it was refilled instantly. The moment a plate was finished, it was cleared. Staff is very kind, friendly and attentive. The food came out within 10-15mins of ordering. Everything was fresh and delicious!

After living in Vegas for almost 7 years, we finally tried Weera Thai and wondered why it took us so long! First, this location has such unique decor with two separate dining rooms that each have their own vibe, while still feeling very much the same restaurant (if that makes sense haha) Service is very friendly, prompt and attentive. Maybe a touch too attentive for my liking, but not enough to feel overwhelming. Of course, this brings us to food and drinks. Cocktail menu had a lot of great options, and I enjoyed both the Wantong and Bangkok Gentleman cocktails equally. We started with the chicken satay which was wonderfully cooked and seasoned, while the peanut sauce was amazing. I had the Baa Mee Hang which had tender and flavorful pork with some soft egg noodles and absolutely wonderful wontons. This was a seriously solid dish I would get again. Overall this place hits all the marks, great service, wonderful ambiance and absolutely fantastic food. You'll find me here again, and I won't wait almost 7 years to visit again haha

Seafood Pad Cha

Weera Thai is a whole vibe. Walking in felt like stepping into a lush garden--colorful, vibrant, and full of life. Service was on point from start to finish--friendly, attentive, and smooth. I ordered the seafood pad cha, and it absolutely delivered. Layers on layers of flavor--fresh seafood, bold herbs, and that perfect level of spice that wakes everything up without overpowering it. Every bite hit a different note, and somehow it all came together like a well-produced track. Definitely a spot I'll be coming back to.

Amazing Thai food. Beautiful decor. Fast friendly service. Moderate prices and great overall dining experience

Loved the large mocktail menu for sober friends!

Just enjoyed a remarkable meal at Weera Thai for date night and my husband and I are baffled as to why this was our first time dining here. This location is beautifully decorated, creating an elevated atmosphere with a fair priced menu - excellent for date nights and celebrations without having to splurge. There are two separate dining areas, each with its own bar and slightly varying décor. We were seated in the back dining area which was my favorite aesthetic of the two. We were sat in a booth which was very comfortable and extremely spacious, which is particularly appreciated since we're a plus sized couple. Our waitress, Bonnie, was very polite and had a warm smile. We appreciated her hospitality, although we did notice that all wait staff seemed to sort of hover over their dining guests. I appreciate attentiveness, but a little more space and privacy would help this be a more relaxing experience for everyone. We enjoyed a few delightful dishes as well as some pleasant cocktails. We each started with a cocktail; I had the Weera Thai speciality cocktail which not only had a gorgeous presentation, but was full of playful flavors. My husband had the Wantong which was a fun Thai twist to the classic Old Fashion. We then shared the Chicken Satay appetizer with a peanut sauce that was out of this world delicious! For dinner, I went with the ever classic Pad See Ewe with chicken. The flavor was light and quite good with a generous amount of chicken mixed into the dish. My husband had the Baa Mee Hang which he greatly enjoyed, especially the dumplings that were part of the dish. With our meals, we each ordered one more cocktail. This time I opted for the Arun which was refreshing with a little kick of heat; it paired nicely with my Pad See Ewe. My husband had the Bangkok Gentleman which he enjoyed almost as much as his first cocktail. We were unfortunately too full for dessert afterwards. Our experience was exceptional with great quality food and wonderful cocktail offerings. Looking forward to more date nights as well as family gatherings and dinners with friends at Weera Thai - Rainbow location!

Dynamite wings

Upon walking in, I was stunned by the decor - it is absolutely beautiful. You can tell a lot of thought was put into the fixtures and it was unlike any other Thai restaurant I've ever seen. The colors were vibrant, the design was elegant, and it was just so aesthetically pleasing. I kept looking at the decor throughout my dinner because it was just so pretty. That was already a great first impression. We made it just in time for happy hour which happens Monday thru Friday from 3:30-6:30 pm - most appetizers were $7-9 and the portion size was pretty decent. For HH, we got the tom yum clams, fried calamari, and dynamite wings. After a long day of hiking at Red Rock, the warmth and flavor of the tom yum was like a hug to the soul. The calamari was extra flaky and crispy and came with this delicious green sauce as well as a sweet Thai sauce. Wings were crispy and flavorful. I don't usually drink but they had a special menu for their 15th year anniversary so I just had to try something. I was torn between two options so I asked our waitress what she recommended of the two and she told me to try the cocktail with butterfly pea tea and pandan if I like a sweeter drink. I wish the pandan was more prominent as it was very light and more of an afterthought. For the entree, we shared the nam khao tod which my boyfriend recommended as he has had it before and it was stellar. I was overall really impressed with the style of the restaurant and the quality of the food and would absolutely recommend it to anyone I know who is coming to Vegas next!

D8.Thai Papaya Salad
mich l.

We ordered, padthai with shrimp, papaya salad, and stuffed wings. As always pad Thai is very delicious they cook it perfectly that nobody can imitate how they make their pad thai, with good balance of flavors, and the noodles are cooked perfectly, not too soggy not to dry. Stuffed wings were delicious as well. They fry it well where the outside is crispy and the inside is tender. And the Papaya salad is delicious, they use a young papaya where it is crispy and the sauce they used is very flavorful. They have attentive staff, we didn't have to wait long for our food. The noise level was low to average maybe because it was almost closing time. I reserved through r e s y . A lot of parking outside.

I am extremely saddened to see how drastically they have changed their decor. What made firefly such a hot spot and so sexy were the flamenco dancer paintings and the darker interior. We waited 1.25 hours for one dish to come out and this was after me asking the server to bring even just one dish out. She told us the kitchen was backed up but gave no updates or something to help us with that wait. Further, albeit the server was being considerate of my allergy, she canceled a dish our party ordered because I was allergic to it without asking if we actually wanted to cancel it. The rest of our party could've eaten it so that was a mistake on her part albeit well-intentioned. Lastly, on top already mounting awkwardness and possible resentment, our grilled cheese was not melted so we asked for it to be re-done. One friend is vegetarian and this was her main dish than she didn't get to enjoy. When I asked if it could be pressed more, the server showed slight annoyance/confusion. The pacing of the meal was wildly slow. Our server told us twice that the kitchen was backed up but even so, 1.25 hours of waiting for one dish (even a cheese dish) is just bad time management. There was no offering to give free bread or anything to assuage the long wait which I feel is a missed opportunity in hospitality. Further, on our way out, no one said goodbye or thank you for coming which felt cold. The service was bad--period. That's not our fault; it's yours. It's a shame to write this but I'm doing so in hopes that the organization will improve. Not sure yet if I'd come back because of this experience.

Guests who paid for those tiny tables aren't even respected--people are still crowding and standing all around them. This is a lounge, not a nightclub. Stop treating it like one. Friendsgiving was the final straw: people sneaking in, getting way too rowdy, zero space to move, and overall just a miserable experience. They even had heaters blasting with over 100 bodies crammed together, making it uncomfortable and unsafe to get to the bathroom, the bar, or even the exit. Overall, Bel Aire is not the place you want to spend your time or money if they refuse to enforce occupancy rules or provide a comfortable space for guests to actually enjoy themselves. People go out to relax, drink, dance, and have a good time--not to be shoved into an overcrowded room so the business can maximize profit. At this point, Bel Aire is contributing to the exact problem Vegas nightlife is trying to move away from.

But let's get straight to the issue- the HOSPITALITY! I don't like being negative- I want local businesses to thrive and reach more people, but I need to add this bit of criticism- Lately, coming here feels like you're rolling the dice- and going out to eat and being treated well shouldn't have to feel like a gamble. When I dine here, I don't feel welcome. The bartenders make it clear that they cater to some regulars more than others. It takes the bartender half an hour to get us started with drinks and a menu to look at the food. It's crazy- I come here so often know some of this establishment's staff by name now and yet, I'm met with this recent disservice- The other night I arrive here with my girlfriend to grab some food around 1 am. I see the bartender, Ryan, zooming around, refilling beer and shots, going in and out of the kitchen. It's not that busy of a Friday night- maybe a handful of couples and groups all sitting at the bar. He passed SEVERAL times by me, no acknowledgement, no "Hey, bear with me, I'll be right with ya." 1:30. He finally comes to us apologizing, gets us started on drinks and hands us the menu. We take a couple of minutes to decide. He stands around by the Pos and talks to another bartender (Andrew I think?), who came from the kitchen, then immediately left. Another 10-15 minutes pass. By this point, I was wondering if I should just walk out. Finally, Ryan comes to take our orders. Typically, a server or bartender leads the conversation, right? I'm sure you hear things like "what can I get started for you," or "how would you like your eggs cooked" or "how would you like your Steak cooked" - You've all heard those before, right? Well- nothing. No cue. No asking anything. It felt awkward. Uncomfortable. Unwelcoming. I don't even know if he was paying attention. At one point, it was ME who was the one asking my girlfriend "How do you want your eggs cooked?" when she asked to get the Steak and Eggs because there was ZERO response coming from our bartender to anything we said. The energy felt COMPLETELY off, so I just asked then and there for the check and left off to grab some Cane's instead. An absolutely dismal experience. I don't like making my reviews about me, but I felt like I needed to explain exactly why I'm upset about my recent visits here so anyone reading this can better understand instead of just reading a vague mention of how rude the staff was. Let's get to the Good Bar Bites I recommend if you do come here (maybe day time could give you a different experience): WSKY Burger- I recommend a medium on the patty! Very juicy- the crunch of the onion rings and candied bacon- One of my favorite burgers! Steakhouse sliders- tasty and sharable mini burgers! Although- I need some clarification- Can modifications be made to this dish? One day, while ordering over the phone, a bartender named Zach told me I cannot add an extra slider (I wanted 4 sliders instead of just the 3 that come on the order), I'd have to purchase two whole orders if I wanted more. What's this about? I've never had that issue before, so just curious. Flatbread Pizza- of course pizza is always awesome to munch on. The crunch on the flatbread is so satisfying I honestly don't think I'll be coming here anytime soon. It sucks. The bar looks beautiful, the food is delicious. But why have I been treated like an outsider lately? It's not worth going to a place, even if it has good food, if you're not going to be treated well.
