We stopped at WSKY Bar + Grill at their Warm Springs location for a drink and some bar bites. The place is huge, and we were able to seat ourselves. They were playing great music, and the server was awesome! She came right over and took our order. We ordered a pepperoni flatbread, fries, chicken potstickers, and the WSKY poppers. Everything was good, but the WSKY poppers were the best. They are deep-fried jalapeño poppers with a Bourbon bacon jam and a chipotle yum yum sauce! Definitely check them out if you are in the Vegas area!

Got a recommendation when checking in to our hotel and couldn't have been happier. When we heard they were open 24 hours we really thought it was going to be a greasy spoon. It's definitely not. Big screen tvs, wrap around bar - check. Fast attentive service - check. Food that was better than anticipated - check. I had the bulgogi rice bowl and my wife the Thai salad and both were fantastic. The only bad thing is we don't have one closer to home.

There are a lot of tvs here to watch your favorite games. They have happy hour specials here and the staff was pretty attentive. The venue is pretty spacious.

I frequent this bar off the corner of Warm Springs and Lindell quite a bit, as there aren't many options in my local area that stays up 24/7. Delicious Food! A Cozy Sports Bar Ambiance! But let's get straight to the issue- the HOSPITALITY! I don't like being negative- I want local businesses to thrive and reach more people, but I need to add this bit of criticism- Lately, coming here feels like you're rolling the dice- and going out to eat and being treated well shouldn't have to feel like a gamble. When I dine here, I don't feel welcome. The bartenders make it clear that they cater to some regulars more than others. It takes the bartender half an hour to get us started with drinks and a menu to look at the food. It's crazy- I come here so often know some of this establishment's staff by name now and yet, I'm met with this recent disservice- The other night I arrive here with my girlfriend to grab some food around 1 am. I see the bartender, Ryan, zooming around, refilling beer and shots, going in and out of the kitchen. It's not that busy of a Friday night- maybe a handful of couples and groups all sitting at the bar. He passed SEVERAL times by me, no acknowledgement, no "Hey, bear with me, I'll be right with ya." 1:30. He finally comes to us apologizing, gets us started on drinks and hands us the menu. We take a couple of minutes to decide. He stands around by the Pos and talks to another bartender (Andrew I think?), who came from the kitchen, then immediately left. Another 10-15 minutes pass. By this point, I was wondering if I should just walk out. Finally, Ryan comes to take our orders. Typically, a server or bartender leads the conversation, right? I'm sure you hear things like "what can I get started for you," or "how would you like your eggs cooked" or "how would you like your Steak cooked" - You've all heard those before, right? Well- nothing. No cue. No asking anything. It felt awkward. Uncomfortable. Unwelcoming. I don't even know if he was paying attention. At one point, it was ME who was the one asking my girlfriend "How do you want your eggs cooked?" when she asked to get the Steak and Eggs because there was ZERO response coming from our bartender to anything we said. The energy felt COMPLETELY off, so I just asked then and there for the check and left off to grab some Cane's instead. An absolutely dismal experience. I don't like making my reviews about me, but I felt like I needed to explain exactly why I'm upset about my recent visits here so anyone reading this can better understand instead of just reading a vague mention of how rude the staff was. Let's get to the Good Bar Bites I recommend if you do come here (maybe day time could give you a different experience): WSKY Burger- I recommend a medium on the patty! Very juicy- the crunch of the onion rings and candied bacon- One of my favorite burgers! Steakhouse sliders- tasty and sharable mini burgers! Although- I need some clarification- Can modifications be made to this dish? One day, while ordering over the phone, a bartender named Zach told me I cannot add an extra slider (I wanted 4 sliders instead of just the 3 that come on the order), I'd have to purchase two whole orders if I wanted more. What's this about? I've never had that issue before, so just curious. Flatbread Pizza- of course pizza is always awesome to munch on. The crunch on the flatbread is so satisfying I honestly don't think I'll be coming here anytime soon. It sucks. The bar looks beautiful, the food is delicious. But why have I been treated like an outsider lately? It's not worth going to a place, even if it has good food, if you're not going to be treated well.

WSKY has a solid menu of happy hour food options! We love the spinach dip, which comes with tortilla chips and pita bread. The dip is on the thicker side and has the kind of top layer you need to cut with a knife. The chicken lettuce wraps are a lighter option and come with a variety of sauces, one being a sinus clearing horseradish including choice. We tried the nachos today and weren't overly impressed. They lacked optimal topping distribution. We sat in a booth and were provided fast service with my iced tea being promptly replaced each time I finished it. The bar area wasn't too smoke-filled and there are a multitude of tvs to watch while you dine.

Love WSKY! So grateful to have this local spot. Great food, even better service. Andrew is sooo funny and gives the best service. Always get the teriyaki salmon with brown rice. Philly cheese steak is also super tasty. Awesome happy hour menu as well. BUT PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THINGS GOOD: please bring back the peach cobbler.

Another great experience at WSKY. This was the third location. I've tried in town. I loved everything about it. Service was great. Food was excellent. My pictures weren't that Great. But the food is 10 out of 10.

We were there for happy hour, great deal! Surprised how good the chicken potstickers, chicken lettuce wraps and spinach dip. Loved their pickled jalapeños, definitely not the soft mushy kind. $4 spacedust was a steal. Definitely come back to try other things.

We love Andrew. He should do stand-up comedy along with being a fitness model. He makes every visit super . Hubby loves the food too.

I came before the first UNLV game of the season and boy was it crowded which was to be expected but that doesn't take away from the fact that it was very, very crowded. There was a very long line to get beer from the bar though I found you could just go to the other side of the bar and order as well which was nice. It was pretty much standing room only unless you got a table and were eating and again, that was a very long wait. It could have just seemed extra crowded because about a third of this location was rented out for a private party but then again I could also see that being the case almost every game, though I could be wrong. I could be wrong but I feel like the drinks at this location, compared to their other locations around the valley, are more expensive. It makes sense, but it's also really stupid if that's the case. I had a few drinks and had a good time here with my friends but it was mostly just a watering hole before the game so we didn't have to pay stadium prices.

First off, the fried deviled eggs are absolutely incredible. Genuinely one of my favorite appetizers I've ever had anywhere. The sauce they serve alongside them takes an already great dish to another level. If you're visiting for the first time, do yourself a favor and order them. What really separates 595 from your typical craft beer spot is the food. The kitchen puts out some seriously elevated dishes that you just don't expect to find at a neighborhood beer bar. The burgers are fantastic, especially the pork belly burger, and the banh mi is another standout. You can tell there's actual thought and creativity going into the menu rather than just serving the usual bar food. The craft beer selection is another huge selling point. There's always a great variety on tap, and this is actually where I discovered what has become my favorite beer of all time, a Japanese lager from a brewery out of Bend, Oregon. I've tried plenty of beers over the years, and I still remember discovering that one here. That alone should tell you something about their selection. I used to live about half a mile down the road, so this was a regular stop for me. Unfortunately, I don't live nearly as close anymore, but whenever I'm back in the neighborhood, I try to make time to stop in. Whether it's grabbing lunch, enjoying happy hour, or just having a couple of craft beers, 595 always delivers. It's the kind of neighborhood spot you wish you had right around the corner. Great food, an excellent beer selection, a convenient location, and a menu that punches well above what you'd expect from a craft beer bar. If you haven't been, put 595 Craft Kitchen on your list. And seriously, don't skip the fried deviled eggs.

We were the first guests at 10 AM and I'm so glad that we went early! It started getting crowded around 11AM. It's a small space so when the drinks begin flowing it can get very loud. The service was great. Fast and efficient! Now for the food. We ordered to share, which I highly recommend. We ordered the fried deviled eggs to start. So yummy. Perfectly coated with a slightly tangy dipping sauce. Next was the lemongrass honey glazed pork umami bowl...that was fire ! The loco moco was amazing. Both dishes were well seasoned. They have great mocktails too! I'll definitely be back, but I'll avoid happy hour

Fire orange like the colors of the Phoenix, then a switch to neon blue hues of color all above me!…read moreHow appealing and seductive the lights are! Flare is an extremely unique experience and lure! The lights continually change making drinking oh so exclusive and fun! On my most recent visit, I lent my ear for someone that so badly needed just someone to listen too. This someone is my bff. I will always have her back, and vice versa. Where better than a bar to distract her. The lights of flare have always been something that distracts her. Wanting to stay away from the strip and closer to home this bar is a fantastic location for both of us. Flare is located in the Silverton Hotel in the middle of the casino. Free covered parking, no cover, minimal people, and not touristy; perfect place for us. We arrive at different times, with my friend still stuck in traffic I just sit with a beer waiting. After she arrives she orders a Crown and Coke. I give the bartender the card and ask him to start a tab. As we sit here the orange and red hues wash over us from above, bathing us in its color. As it switches to bluish green we notice the pink coloring. My bff is smiling now we are getting somewhere. The smile from my bff is perfection and it is so great to see her smile. The tears were checked at the elevator as I watched her approach Flare and her eyes were immediately engulfed in the changing lights from above my head as I sat at the bar. Getting up I hugged my bff and the bartender seemed particularly interested in my friends unsettled mood. The bartender even asked what was bothering her. This bartender was so attentive to our order ensuring that we were not bothered by anyone asking to buy us a drink or if we needed a shoulder to cry on. As we drank the compassionate side of the bartender was fantastic. He even bought us a round of Crown and Coke too. Aside from having a wonderful bartender, whom was alert and always on his toes for keeping our drinks coming and water cups filled. The bar is a great place to try your luck with blackjack. The machines on the counter are level enough with the most comfortable chairs that I have sat in. The chairs at the bar are white bar type stools that are very fancy. This bar has that old world feel to it. Having traveled to many places, my favorite were those small homely places that are so ordinary that you have to stumble upon it to know it's greatness. When I discovered Flare my husband was gambling and I wanted a drink. The color changing of the lights beckoned to me. Answering the call, I discovered my cozy new place. My bff fell in love with the concept they used in designing the bar. As I listen to my bff the lights above keep changing. My eyes are constantly being drawn to those tempting lights. After a while the Crown and Coke got old, plus we wanted to walk out of the bar after drinking; and not be carried. Switching it up we asked our bartender what he would drink after so much Crown and Coke. His suggestion was beer. They offer a special happy hour price for $4.00 a bottle for Miller Lite. That's what we had, everyone likes happy hour prices. With work tomorrow and my bff mood changed we are going to find some food. They do not sell food here so it's off to find something delicious to absorb all the alcohol we partook of. In our merriment the service and atmosphere of Flare was exactly what we needed to reset ourselves. Come and see what the lights of Flare will do to you. The experience was magical and the bartender was fantastic. Thanks to making our troubles wash away and be replaced with hues of new color to enchant our week!

I normally give business a few opportunities to improve service before writing a review. Especially bars. I know that a lot of people stiff on tips, and sometimes at first you might get mediocre service. That has not been the case with this bar. On my first visit, I was asked to show I.D. It's expected when you go to a place where patrons are expected to be a certain age. I've met 2 different bar tenders which have both been awesome! The other day I asked the bar tender if I could get the VGK game on the TV in front of me. Not only did he put the game on, but also turned up the sound! Today, I sat down at a seat. The game was on a TV about 3 or 4 TV's over. I had no problem turning my head over to watch the game. I was doing something on my phone, and when I looked up, I realized he had put the game on the TV in front of me. He also remembered what I drink which was an added bonus! I'm a huge fan of New Orleans and the Saints! When you're inside the bar, you forget that you're in Vegas. It has a very cool New Orleans vibe to it. There are TV's in front of almost every seat. In the back there are several huge screens and very comfortable couches. There's been a problem they are trying to fix with the video games, which I don't care because that's not what I went in for. They do however have a working Pool Table. Beers are very affordable, if I remember correctly, $3.25 or $3.50 a beer. If you're looking for Mardi Gras beads, they have every team you can think of for sale. I know they have food, but have never tried it. So I can't speak on it. If you like playing slots, there's a huge bar area with several machines along the bar. I highly recommend checking them out! I wish I could give them 10 Stars!

The arcade operates on game tokens, which are handed out with drink and food purchases- for example, spend $10, get 10 game tokens. The price for the games ranges from 1 token for pinball and "old school" games such as Pac-Man, to 4 or more tokens for games of skill, etc. They have a basketball game, a wheel which gives out tickets, beer pong for tickets game, coin push and more. The buy food & drinks, play free games is a pretty sweet deal. The menu is New Orleans themed also, and the drinks will not disappoint. There were 2 employees when I was there, and they handle everything. On a Monday eve, there were about 8 other customers. The place is big, with nice seating areas in front of TVs. Bourbon Street is a Dotty's taverns sibling, and their player's club is aligned with Dotty's. This location has gaming at the bar, which is in front of a number of TVs and the wall 'o prizes. A few machines had a 15x points on all games tag on them, which is a good promo. Bourbon Street has perfected carrying out the chain's theme, with a ceiling of New Orleans related signs, flags, etc, and more stuff on the walls. There are also animated "entertainers" twirling on poles, and a Bourbon Street facade. The place was very clean, including the restroom. Smoking is permitted, but the lack of customers may mean it won't be too bad.
