Wax Rabbit is absolutely gorgeous inside. It felt like a velvet dream: moody, dim, and full of my favorite colors. Five stars for the vibes alone, and the drinks were strong. For our first visit, we made a reservation online ahead of time. When we checked in, we were asked to show our confirmation email. I'm not sure if that's standard, but I'd recommend having it handy just in case. The person at the door did not appear to have a list to cross-reference names, so just an FYI for anyone visiting. Overall, beautiful space, great atmosphere, and strong drinks. Fun date night!

This has to be one of the best places I've been! I went here for my birthday and from the very beginning I could give it nothing but a 10/10! The dj was amazing! The vinyls with a perfect r&b vibe literally felt like my own playlist! The drinks were spectacular even got a couple shots from the dj because we were dancing the night away and a candy shot from the bar since it was my bday! I'd go back over and over! And the service phenomenal even after we stopped getting drinks the servers would bring us water as other people bought us drinks. They don't sell food but they're hidden inside a restaurant so if you want a bite there you go! All in all perfect experience can't wait to come back!

Very stylish, hip music, and expensive drinks that deliver. The decor is very dark as a speakeasy should be. Rabbit statues all over the place. Very trails forward speakeasy as it is inside the entrance to Mijo. The door guy was friendly and got us in without much fanfare, but this was an early seating. Overall a solid 4.5. 4 drinks with one being club soda was $80.

Seriously love this place. The staff was so friendly. The drinks and the vibe were so much fun. I honestly had a blast. I met a few friends that night just enjoying the moment. I'll definitely be back.

Overall it was a fun experience. The DJ played some old school vibes which was perfect for the ambience. Luckily we got a seat next to the DJ to watch his magic. The servers are friendly and professional:) Eventually, people started dancing:) lived the crowd and I was able to take breaks going back and forth to and from the casino:) I'm not sure if food was available. I was too busy checking out the rabbits.

Literally was on our way to the restroom when we saw the sign for this speakeasy. I had to go! Such a cute spot. No need to go to the strip to enjoy the same thing. Nice bar, comfortable seatings and a DJ on this Thursday night around 9pm when we stopped by. Drinks were about $20 a pop but it was a good martini. I would come back to chill and listen to music.

Speakeasy at the Durango inside Mijo's Modern Mexican Restaurant. Not easily hidden. You see the sign from the hallway. Someone will open the 'door' for you to enter behind a wall of alcohol. It's a small space inside with the deejay straight ahead, bar to the right, booths to the left, and tables in the center. Has a dim upscale red and black romantic seduction/halloween/devil type of lighting. We sat at the bar and ordered an Espresso Martini and Wax Rabbit Old Fashioned. The martini was strong in alcohol that it sneaks up on you while all to taste was just the coffee at first. The Old Fashioned was interesting because it came off as sweet. Would have loved to get a second drink but we were too full from eating at Mijo's. I'm starting to like more venues off strip, it's not so crowded and you get a good mix of locals or guests that stay at Durango. The drinks are a few bucks cheaper too!

Very cute inside! The decor is amazing. The place is extremely small tho, not very much room to walk or dance if you wanted too. Was a little awkward because you're on top of everyone especially if people are sitting at tables they were very low to the ground so you are standing over them. The music was good! Just an awkward space. The drinks were good, normal prices comparatively.

i aint love it... i aint hate it but I do HAVE notes and sh@t. So lemme set the scene: Heard Talib Kweli was DJing at The WAX Rabbit for a record release-- shoutout to the criminally slept-on Las Vegas Weekly for the plug. Naturally, I dragged my 51-year-old, lawn-mowing loving, veteran brother along for the ride. First mission: finding the place. It's hidden inside a restaurant, and we walked past it twice before a bartender directed us through a trippy hallway of mirrors-- think Pee Wee's Playhouse meets bougie speakeasy. Cute ... I guess. Suddenly, a bouncer appeared outta nowhere like David Blaine and scared the F@Ck outta me!! I screamed. Very f@cking Loudly. My Gangsta card? Reeeeeeevoked. But we laughed, & he let us in. Inside's tiny--ohhhhh chilllle. Shes virgin small. 1,000 sq ft--but cozy in that "I'm cooler than I actually am" way. Designed by a fancy Italian-Canadian named Alessandro Munge, and yeah, it's giving seductive-lounge realness. If I had "my man" (hell any man --face palm-- #Thirst) with me, we'd have been @&$%ing in a corner. Thats on mommas. And weda been doing it on that free seating. Yesss lawd!!! No two-bottle minimum BS. Bless. My group of 6 lurked around and found a table and, shockingly, the young, fly, fashion-forward crowd was actually dancing-- not doom scrolling. Like real dance battles, hyping each other up, the whole thing. You had everyone: BBL baddies, D-list celeb bros in tight suits & designer man purses that reaaaaaally need ur attention, Ese's Vatos, Neo Soul sistas, emo cuties, and pinstriped playas from the Himalayas. Diverse as hell. Wildly fun. My brother? Thriving. My man was Talking to strangers, dancing like yard work never existed. I clapped. Like a Tiger Woods golf clap. Everything was cool until... Bartender bias? WEAK AS F@CK. I got quick service all night but my tomboyish bestie got ignored repeatedly. When her femme-presenting girl went up? Immediate service. Nah fam. If you disrespect my crew, you don't get my coin. Also, the drink prices? Confusing AF. 1 Long Island & a mocktail = $29. Later, 1 Long Island = $20. The math? TWAS Not mathing. Drinks were cool, but we didn't try the flashy $30 mezcal showstoppers they're known for. Maybe next time when I bring my sugar daddies .... yes plural bih.... All said, we had a blast. Not the best speakeasy I've ever hit, but the dance floor was fire, the vibe was rich, and even my hermit of a brother, the influencers, and hipsters came alive. If they fix the shady service cut that weirdo sh@t out with the LGTBQ bias bull and keep booking dope DJs... I'd go back. WAX Rabbit's got ....potential-- and that's half the battle in Vegas nightlife.

The vibes classy but mysterious with the rouge tones.

Drinks: 5/5 Service: 5/5…read moreAmbiance: 5/5 I was looking for a cocktail bar to try in Vegas and I'm so glad that I tried this place. Located in the Uncommons, I parked in their parking structure. I hung out for longer than 2 hours so I think that's why I paid $3 for parking at the end of the night. Entrance located in the Quad Area. Our waitress Bella was sweet and recommended the right drinks. We tried the Li Hung Hula margarita, Monkey In A Tree piña colada, and the Oso Panda signature cocktail. All drinks tasted amazing and looked very good. I loved the ambiance of this place. They have outdoor patio seating and inside seating. It gives a comfy feel with their seat cushions, small tables, and stools. I noticed it got busier as the night got later. They have one T.V. that they had on when I came in but was covered up by the time I left. I definitely recommend this place. Glad I came after dinner as they do not serve food here. I would definitely come again!

I will say on weekend nights, I had always seen this place crowded and lively. I was for sure curious. On a weekday evening, I strolled into this venue. It had great chill music and had some customers, but not busy at all. The weather had been a little more humid than usual and with the full opened walls/doors to the outside patio, it was a bit warm, little muggy sitting at the bar. The decor is really nice though, a really good tiki vibe. The bartender addressed us right away and we were first looking for an espresso martini but they had a Carajillo, which was explained to be a Spanish version of an espresso martini. The bartender said it was really good. We got it - and you have to expect something that is the same as the espresso martini. The flavor was alright, but the knock for me was that it was all ice. There was very little drink in it. The agua fresca was a winner - the Sundown Sipper. It was refreshing and a great blend of juices. Not tart, perfect amount of sweet tropical flavor. I did really enjoy this. If you're not a drinker, you have options here.

From the moment we sat down, the whole place felt like a vibe -- great ambience, excellent service, delicious food, and yummy cocktails made by Dave the bartender. I wish I remembered the name of our server because she was also a gem, so friendly and engaging -- but we're going to blame that on the cocktails. We ordered the deviled eggs, wings, short rib, mac and cheese, and Brussels sprouts with parmesan cheese. Everything was outstanding. Not one miss. And the reason there are no photos of the food? By the time we thought to take pictures, we had already eaten everything. That should tell you all you need to know. We were literally smiling from ear to ear the entire time, and people kept coming over to our table because the energy was that good. The Felix has officially made our list. The entry is super cute, grand princess chair to welcome you sparks your curiosity about what else the ambiance has to offer. You walk in and it's for sure a vibe. High boy tables surrounding a wrap around bar and super cute small booths line the walls. There was also a back room which I believe led to an outdoor area but we didn't really explore that far. Why only a one visit spot? Happy hour menu is very limited, service was not awesome & food was edible. Most of the menu was pretty standard amongst the lounge & bars around, so given the awesome ambiance I was expecting dishes that aligned but it was pretty standard. Fries, skewers, chip/dip, salad, sandwiches, wings, etc. I will say the Brussels sprouts were delicious! Specialty cocktails - s'mores espresso martini VERY chocolatey, sugar tasting. I couldn't even finish it. LOVED the watermelon martini tho! Definitely try. So refreshing & yummy! Service- he was very nice just not very attentive. He forgot things, we had to ask multiple times for items and took a long time to bring things. I did realize he had a lot of tables so he was busy, maybe they were short staffed!???! It was a Friday night during prime dinner time so I would have thought they would have better prepared. When leaving the hostess made the exit a bit uncomfortable, she just stared at us. We had to break the awkwardness by saying "thank you bye". She just kept staring at us and back at her iPad or computer not sure what!?? It wasn't a horrible visit but definitely not an incredible one either. Too bad too bc the place is super cute!

On another note- sadly- drunk people are extremely rude and mouthy and try to take away from the show but Kent handled it superbly. Honestly- people should have been kicked out, but he handled it with class and brilliance...never missing a beat. Great show!

I've seen a lot of shows in Las Vegas, but Kent's performance stayed with me long after it ended…read more What moved me most wasn't just the mystery or the storytelling. It was the integrity behind every moment. Before the séance began, Kent took the time to explain the experience, set thoughtful expectations, and acknowledge the emotional weight of what some audience members might feel. That level of care is incredibly rare. It was clear he wasn't trying to manipulate emotions or convince anyone of anything. Instead, he created a space where curiosity, wonder, and respect could exist together. His passion for his craft is unmistakable, but it's his character that makes the show unforgettable. In a city known for spectacle, Kent reminded me that the most powerful performances come from authenticity. I left feeling more than entertained. I left genuinely moved. If you're looking for an experience that makes you think, feel, and reflect long after the show ends, this is it. I'll absolutely be back.
