This is a beautiful bar located in Area 15. The bartender was so nice. My drink was delicious and will definitely be going back to just chill.

Jeremy had the best customer service ! I have travelled all over the states and abroad ! Customer service is everything! This place will be a core memory now! He made us feel welcomed from the moment we walked up to the bar. We were a bit indecisive and Jeremy went through each drink explaining the flavors/contents. So much patience . We had a few drinks and not disappointed at all! Each drink was a show stopper and tasted amazing ! Loved the lit up cool tree in the center , the table and the whole entire vibe ! $20 bucks is about how much each drink costs which is fair. Visiting from Cali and we pay a bit more or around that price. We spent hours there and drank our drinks slowly because all the staff was sooo friendly . With so many choices in LV, this is a spot I'd return to. I'll be back and will recommend to anyone visiting LV! Give Jeremy a raise! Not everyone knows how to truly engage with customers as everyone is always on the go go ! 10/5 stars !

Decided to enjoy some pre-concert drinks here, especially since we got a discount with our concert tix at The Portal in Area 15. All I have to say is, wow, what a mess this bar is. It was mildly busy while we were here (on a Tuesday night), but nothing crazy. There were several seats at the bar, so we snagged 2 of them. There were 4 bartenders on deck, yet it took 9 minutes for us to get anyone's attention. Once we placed our drink order, it took a full 10 minutes to receive them. When we finished those, we then waited another 17 minutes before we were able to order 2 beers to go into The Portal music venue and closed out our tab. The ridiculously slow service was unreal, especially with 4 bartenders and a bar that was only about 1/2 full. The girl serving us was at least friendly, where the 2 male bartenders were just rude. For fun, we timed other patrons wait times for service lol seemed everyone waited about 10 mins for service and another 8-14 mins to receive their drinks. Insane. The drinks themselves were okay. I had the watermelon mule which was nice & refreshing, but I honestly couldn't taste any alcohol and the cup was so jam-packed with ice, I only had about 9 sips of drink. My husband had the Autumn Old Fashion, which although had a nice overall flavor and presentation, was pretty weak in comparison with other off and on-strip bars. For $20 a piece, these small weak drinks were rather disappointing. As for atmosphere, the light tree that you sit under is pretty cool... at first. Then you realize how annoying it is. The constantly moving and color changing lights made it so difficult to read the drink menu. The lights also bounce off the reflective bar top which was honestly headache inducing. Bar stools were also quite uncomfortable. We noticed a lot of patrons standing instead, now I know why. Bummer that service sucked so much and the pricey drinks were so weak. As locals, we've been hitting up a lot of concerts in Area 15; now we know to avoid Oddwood before doors open. Discounted drinks aren't worth the hassle.

If you want to catch a drink before you are doing your adventures inside Area 15, come on by to Oddwood to enjoy some alcohol. This is a pretty large bar with a huge magical tree in the middle. I sat at the bar with a few friends and just had some drinks. Tried a lot of unique ones and sometimes just the normal black-label shots. Overall it is expensive but it is nice. Service was quick and the drinks were usually coming or someone would ask if we needed another! Have no qualms with the place and their drink names are unique!

Vibe check. I'm in awe with the pretty LED lights from the trees. I grabbed a drink and waited at the bar until it was time for me to go to Omega Mart. The staff were all super friendly. Music playlist was on point. I even Shazam some of the songs. Lively spot to be at. I ordered the watermelon mule and it did not disappoint. I loved it. They have a good variety of drinks!

Oddwood is the bar in the center of the main indoor area in Area 15, right after you walking past the huge skull in the doorway. Area 15 can be a bit crowded and hectic, but so far I have been to Oddwood twice, and it is a nice reprieve from the craziness. The noticeable feature is the big fantastical tree with all lights that decorates the entire bar area. The first time we were there was almost a year ago. It was a crowded afternoon at Area 15 and we felt a bit overwhelmed. We had also wanted to spend sometimes inside, as it was over 100 degrees outside, and we had been taking part in some of the outdoor exhibits. Anyway, we were able to grab a seat at a small table. The atmosphere was great between some electronic music playing and the lights of the tree, as well as the great service. I had two dragonfruit margaritas with black sea salt, and my husband enjoyed a couple of watermelon mules. The drinks were excellent. This recent time, we were waiting for a table at The Beast, which is the restaurant next door. It wasn't crowded, at all at Oddwood. We took a seat at the bar and ordered the same drinks directly from the bartender. They were just as good as I remembered. He put them in Area 15 cups for us so that we could bring them with us to the restaurant. If I am ever at Area 15 in the future, I will definitely stop at Oddwood. Perhaps I'll try a different drink to see what else they offer... or perhaps I will have to have that delicious dragonfruit margarita.

This was our first stop on our Area15 adventures. Drinks and small bites are available and our bartenders were super attentive. The best part about this bar is the tree that puts on a light show while you sit. Very fun to watch.

The atmosphere was amazing and the specialty drinks were interesting, but they were weak and all show. The service was good, but all these "up charges" are unnecessary and a turn-off.

Free styled drink that taste like starburst

We had Spencer make us drinks of his own and they were honestly so good!!! Definitely deserves to be on the menu. Ask him about the strawberry creme saver and his mango version too. It was so nostalgic!! We kept the drinks coming and were happy to pay the price. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Don't forget to bring extra cash because with the prices on these alien drinks you're gonna need it. But it's totally worth the experience of this truly out of this world-psychedelic trip you'll have under the glowing tree. Great service. Even greater ambiance.

Such a cool bar in the center of Area 15! There's a gorgeous mechanical tree whose leaves changes colors constantly and is quite the captivating spectacle. Perfect place to hang out while my group was waiting for our Omega Mart slot. The specialty cocktail selection was perfect for my tastes. Staff was friendly and service was efficient. Such a unique bar! I would recommend getting a drink here while taking in the experience of Area 15.

I will say the prices are a little steep, but this isn't someplace you are likely to come to on a regular basis, so I can excuse it. Upon setting foot, you are easily transported into a newfound universe, a reimagined Victorian Era, should it be powered by steam rather than electricity. A sense of mischief within every corner, down to the cocaine chambers, which explicitly discourages patrons from summoning demons. Should malevolent entities roam the streets of Sin City, I have nothing to do with such necromancy. Beyond the aesthetic, the service elevated all else. Amanda, our bartender, was effortlessly charming, sweet, welcoming, and knowledgeable in a sense that every recommendation she had for us felt as though it were a present rather than a suggestion. I jokingly told my mates that every time she checked on our table, I felt as if I shed new skin as her amiable, warm presence baptized me. As if she had not graced us enough, she surprised us with a tofu cheesecake layered with raspberries and strawberry sauce, alongside extra beverages. All of which were indulgent, balanced, and quite the delicacy. The general manager, Will, was holstered with identical cordiality as he checked on us in a sincere manner and even offered us their house-made taco sauce. 'twas a minuscule gesture that highlighted our vegan tacos as it was a supplemental, bright-nuanced depth to an already astute dish. Chef Kario's taco flight read as though 'twas a Pulitzer Prize-winning culinary narrative. The jackfruit barbacoa had a smoky, yet sweet profile. The mushroom with brown mole had an earthy heat. The cabbage with notes of pumpkin (?) was bright, textural, and slightly nutty. Each piece was grounded by their house-made tortillas that were tender, slightly charred, and essential to tying everything together. Furthermore, the drinks deserve their own reverence. Why be present at Sin City shows when liquid entertainment lies before you at The Alchemist? Fountains of Bellagio, take notes. Anyhow, the Matcha Tonic was theatrically poured from a teapot that I forgot I was drinking alcohol considering I casually sipped my beverage as if 'twas an afternoon tea. Perhaps, I am an alcoholic? Do not tell my sponsor.. I mean...mother (?). I digress, the coconut water's sweetness and citrus notes married well with the matcha's savory backbone. Every sip is an invitation to reflect. Moreover, the Lychee Bloom's expressive smoke bubble erupts into a transient aromatic veil and I am promptly magnetized. The lychee conducts with a lavish, fragrant profile whilst the roses offer a floral composure. I relish in a multi-dimensional vibrancy. Where the matcha tonic contemplates, the lychee bloom bewitches. Where there are elixirs, lavatories to conjure up spirits, and AMANDA, I, too, am present.

The charandas incantation was surprisingly tasty although the butter me up was not I love an old fashioned which I thought this would be adjacent to, but honestly it tasted like nothing but alcohol and MAYBE a hint of caramel at the end. Just pretty alcohol forward so it tasted like I was taking a shot the whole time. The other thing that was a little off putting was the fact that they had all these fun cocktails... and they were served in a plain glass with a massive ice cube I think with the name of the Alchemist - I just expected more. Food we got the Peanut noodle cups because honestly the menu was a little confusing. It had Asian, Mexican, American, and Peruvian food all together.... And none of it looked amazing. The Peanut noodles were a little heavy on the fish sauce and kind of hard to eat, but overall ok. I like the idea of here, and I think there is potential. But personally I can think of quite a few other places I would go first.

Did not have it so they told us to go to the location at the Sahara... CRISPY RICE SALAD: 10/10 It's so hard to find and it's really quite a delicious dish! I wish more Thai restaurants would make it in California. It's like a lettuce wrap salad with red onions, ginger and peanuts. I don't drink but if you do like to drink it compliments alcoholic beverages very well... THAI SAUSAGE: 9/10 I love the texture and flavor of the sausages. What a great recommendation by Emmie!! They didn't have the Thai curry puffs so we ordered this instead and also... CRISPY PUFFY CATFISH SALAD: 10/10 This takes a whole other level of skill to make!! You won't find any fish in this dish because it all turned into CRISPY GOODNESS which you can enjoy with the apple salad. One of our friend that lives in Vegas said I don't eat fish and I didn't even know it was fish and loved eating it ever since!! AMBIANCE: 10/10 Nice setting with a bar and there's 2 sides of the room. I even celebrated a birthday here several years ago!!! SERVICE: A++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Excellent and I highly recommend coming here for authentic Thai Food!!! Thank you so much Emmie and everyone for the great service!! ROCK ON KA WEERA THAI RESTAURANT!!!!!

Came here for brunch and unfortunately the experience was terrible from start to finish…read more First issue: the restaurant opened about 20 minutes late, even though we had 11:00 a.m. reservations. Not a great start. I ordered eggs sunny side up, and they came out fully cooked. When I politely asked for them to be corrected, it took over 40 minutes to get the replacement. Also tried to charge me for the new eggs. By the time the eggs arrived, my entire meal was cold. No apology, no attempt to make it right, and the server's attitude was rude and dismissive the entire time. Zero customer service. To make things worse, the bill included an automatic 20% gratuity, even though it was just me and one friend -- not a large party. This was not disclosed anywhere on the menu or when seated. On top of that, my friend's additional mimosa was charged $10, despite the menu clearly listing it at $8. The only positive part of the experience was the DJ/party host -- great music and good vibes. Unfortunately, that was the only redeeming part. Between the poor service, long wait for corrected food, incorrect charges, undisclosed gratuity, and late opening, this place is not it. Definitely won't be back.

Decided to check out Petrol Head with some friends this past Sunday for an early dinner at 5PM…read more There were five us total and when we walked in, we were able to sit anywhere we liked. They weren't busy at all, which is expected. Since there were five of us, we did try a good portion of their menu, including drinks. There were food items that weren't available that night since they were revamping their menu, which is a bit unfortunate. From the drinks menu: Pink Slip - Light and refreshing with a tad of fruitiness. Orange Overdrive - Lighter and more tropical version of a Mai Tai. Octane Fluff - Smooth and silky with a bit of sweetness. Pit Lane Passion - Fruity Petal to the Metal - Refreshing and sweet, the Kettle One Botanicals gives it a nice floral element Tokyo Drift - Strong, grassy, and gritty. My favorite out of all the drinks was the Octane Fluff. It was super delicious and the toasted marshmallow was a nice added touch. My least favorite was the Tokyo Drift -- it had Rihei (ginger sochu), citrus, layered matcha, and apple sake. While it sounded very interesting and looked amazing, it had plenty of potential but unfortunately, I don't think it was executed that well. The matcha used was really grassy and gritty -- I've actually never had matcha that tasted like grass before but whichever one they used, it sure did. The Rihei was far too strong and did not mesh well at all with the matcha. The apple sake was just there. It was like drinking three separate drinks but all at once. From the food menu: Japanese cucumber salad - tangy, refreshing, and slightly spicy. OG burger - delicious, plenty of flavor, and the fries were really good. Japanese curry fries - curry had great flavor but I did wish it had some meat. Wings - we tried both the guava heat and the miso honey. The guava heat was my favorite, it was sweet with a small kick. Their wings were juicy and super plump, which was great. Shoyu butter pretzel - pretty normal. Nothing special to be honest. Service is a tad slow mainly because the establishment started to fill up and they don't have a dedicated server to the tables. It was fine for us but if you get impatient, that is something to note. Prices are reasonable for the food but it is a tad high for the drinks. They do have a happy hour as well but it doesn't start until 11PM, which is super unfortunately. I would love to see a reverse happy hour sometime for them cause I simply cannot eat that late. I'm honestly pretty impressed with our first visit. It's very rare where I find a bar where I like almost all the food AND the drinks. Everyone in my party would agree as well. They are actually expanding their hours to include brunch on Saturday and Sundays. We can't wait to go back again. Definitely recommend.
