What an awesome spot! Went on a busy Saturday night and was lucky to snag a couple seats at the bar. Chris, our bartender, really took care of us. Took the time to explain their process for making the ingredients used in their cocktails. Walked us through everything as he made our drinks. Cocktails were fabulous! In addition to the drinks, the atmosphere and concept is really cool. It's an immersive space with some jungle animation happening behind the bar. And to add to it all, the service was top notch. My friend ordered the Naked & Afraid and I ordered the Tropical Howler with vodka. Both of our cocktails were amazing and we'd order them again. If you like sweet cocktails, Tropical Howler is definitely for you. We both ordered a shot of the Mind Eraser, which had coffee liqueur I believe, I am not sure but you could taste the coffee and it was pretty good. We did a night of bar hopping in the much improved downtown area. Our last stop of the night was Prowl. The bar has a jungle vibe and has a screen motion wall that is always changing. Including a pesky little black panther that pops up when you least expect it. Food The menu offered some unique choices. Many of which were their take on traditional cocktails. I went with the For a Good Time, Call 1-888-87-PROWL. The phone number is a legit call line and they encourage calling it, so that's just what I did. The drink itself was good, but a little sweet for my liking. 4/5 Service The bar was pretty empty when we arrived, but did fill up. If you like Stray Pirate then come next-door to their sister bar for more great craft cocktails. There is no advertising for this place, but you will see one wooden door. Open it up and you are transported into a jungle. There is very limited seating. We were lucky enough to grab a table around 10 PM on a Saturday night. The ambience is very cool with large screens with jungle foliage as well as a black panther behind the bar. The lighting fixtures were also very cool. Super cool concept. This is a sister project to the Bar next door and I would highly recommend to ask one of the workers how this bar came about. The whole place will make sense after you hear the story and how it ties with the bar next door. The service was nice, the bartender was super cool and friendly. We got there fairly early, so other than our group, there were only 3-4 other people in....but....so glad we got there when we did; it started filling up with others fairly quickly. Drink wise; deliciousness at its finest. I decided to "two fist" it, but wanted to try the homemade ginger beer; well worth it if you like ginger beer!. I also enjoyed the sex Panther. Solid drinks! Was on a work trip and had this place recommended by some locals. I am so glad we made the time to drop by because it has one of the best cocktail programs in the city (from my tourist / often stuck on the strip for work perspective). It is now part of the routine when I'm in Vegas. First thing that jumped out (other that the incredible ambiance) was the excellent choice of spirits for their drinks - utilizing funky rums, mezcals etc. The drinks struck the perfect balance of creative and fun but still well executed (dilution and temperature). The drinks are tasty but still have personality and a perspective. You can tell by the drink names in conjunction with tasting them - that the Prowl team take what they do seriously without taking themselves too seriously. No pretentious mixology nonsense. With that said - they've got plenty of fresh ideas for a cocktail den. Oh ya - and the merch and ambiance is awesome as well - but you knew that. read more

This has got to be one of my favorite bars in the downtown area! The ambience is jungle themed with a highlight of Black Panther and they do it so well. The bartending staff is very nice and super attentive. They checked on us for drinks all throughout the night and made them extremely quick and tasty. I ordered the tropical howler, which was a light sugary mixed cocktail with all the right proportions. It was one of the best ones that I've had in a while. It's on the backside of the arts district that is currently being worked on, and next to their sister bar, Stray Pirate. The space is intimate and dark with images of the jungle showing on the wall. The bar menu had some delicious drinks, and my entire group loved every drink we have had. We each had one drink and one of their curated shots, and the pricing was decent for the area. Ever since I heard Prowl was opening it was on my list to visit the next time I was in Vegas, I had the pleasure of going twice! I had the feeling of soft 70's luxury vibes, mixed with jungle cat, and a slight flare of tiki inspiration. This may sound silly, but when you go be sure to visit the bathroom and not just one of them! On the first night we visited it was a full bar, yet had a calm energy to it. Even though the place was busy all of the staff were very tentative and seemed to be enjoying the night and that made me very happy. The second night we visited didn't have as many people and we enjoyed a different view along with a few different drinks. I look forward to visiting again the next time in town. read more

The vibe is super cute, dark, & chill. Plenty of seating & wasn't busy as it was a Monday evening. I'm sure it gets busy on the weekends. Service was very friendly & personable & the drinks were tasty. They do not offer food, so be ware. I took a star off because : A) wayyyyy too cold. I was freezing. Some may like it, but it was just way tooo cold do my liking. B) considering it wasn't busy at all, making our drinks took forever. I understand the craftsmanship behind a drink, but it took a long time to finally receive our drinks. Other than that, it's a cool experience. read more
