As soon as you walk in, you're greeted with beautiful decor and a cozy, intimate atmosphere. The service was outstanding. Our bartender was super friendly and every drink were crafted and presented beautifully. The cocktails are definitely on the expensive side, but you're paying for the entire experience. They also bring out complimentary snacks and dessert jellies, and everything is served with incredible attention to detail. It's a small space, so I'd recommend making a reservation. We visited the Vault at Bellagio on Friday, June 19th with a 9:30pm reservation for two. This was our first time visiting this establishment, and it is still a relatively unknown speakeasy. Sure, it is known; however, it was surprisingly not that busy for a Friday. We were seated at a shell like booth and this space between the back side of the Players Club and the Cash cage, is a lovely and elegant place. Is it expensive? yes. Most other fine establishments are also expensive in Vegas. It is what it has become. Is that good? Probably not; however, it does give you the opportunity to experience something unique and special. Although we had one server, the servers worked very well together throughout our 90 minutes here and really team assisted with each other. Between the two of us, we had three drinks. You can page through the very detailed menu, and I decided to have the Passion's Serenade drink, which was a glass partially frozen with a coconut and passionfruit puree and then also had some chocolate rum, vanilla and fresno chili. It was a delicious drink, and actually was a great "sit back and wait" drink, because it took a while for the frozen portion to melt. The experience comes with some complimentary bar snacks and then some complimentary mini jello shots on the way out. The check is presented in an exquisite "Vault" Type of book. The Vault is an upscale speakeasy in the Bellagio. It is a true speakeasy in that there is no signage anywhere. We had to do some research on Yelp and Google to find it. The only hint I'll give is that it's located on the casino floor. When we walked in, we were greeted by the hostess. She asked us if we had reservations or were walking in. I really appreciated this because the way she phrased her question told me they had availability and we would be granted entry. The bar is very small and seats about 30. Reservations are strongly encouraged, however we went on a Monday in February. If you're going on a weeknight during off peak season, you should be okay without a reservation. The hostess gave us the option of sitting at the bar or at a table. We asked her for her rec and she said the bar so that's what we chose. The decor is beautiful. The ambiance is dark and moody. It's perfect for a date night. We were greeted by both bartenders. I believe the bartender that made our drinks was Rory. He was very nice and knowledgeable about cocktails. He was able to answer our questions and make suggestions based on our preferences. As we browsed the menu, we were presented with welcome drinks in a fancy smoky container. I don't recall the name of the drink, but it had a lychee flavor with a sugar rim and it was good! Drinks are extremely pricey which is to be expected in Vegas. It's also on par based on where the speakeasy is located (hint hint). The cheapest cocktail was $30 so prepare yourself for the sticker shock. Some drinks were $80-$100! Sometimes you just have to treat yourself. I went with the Velvet Moon which was an interesting cocktail consisting of both gin and mezcal. It had flavors of hibiscus and it also had egg white which I absolutely love! The presentation was beautiful and I really enjoyed it! My friend went with the Basilico Bliss which he enjoyed. I didn't try any, but it looked really good. As we were enjoying our drinks, the staff presented us with savory bar snacks. They were tasty and were a perfect compliment to our cocktails. They do have food on the menu, but we had already eaten so we stuck with our complimentary snacks. As we were closing out, the staff presented us with a complimentary mini dessert. Rory described it as a Carajillo Jello shot. I don't like jello (I hate the texture), but I do love Carajillos. My friend does not drink coffee and does not like coffee flavor, so I ate both of them. They were so delicious (but the texture was off putting lol). I typically don't mention the restrooms in my reviews, but this one is worth mentioning. All I have to say is heated seats with a bidet! We really enjoyed our visit. Had the drinks not been so pricey, we probably would have stayed longer. If you enjoy speakeasies and/or craft cocktails, go have a drink at The Vault! The highlight of this evening was this hidden speakeasy cocktail bar inside the Bellagio! Paisley greeted us as we entered The Vault and let us know that without a reservation we only had the option of seats at the bar. We've have awesome experiences watching bartenders before AND we were determined to stay so we happily agreed. Paisley was a delight to chat with as we waited for only 10 minutes while seats opened up for us at the bar. I also got to check out the restroom, which boasts a high tech toilet with automated opening/flushing and a heated seat! We had the pleasure of meeting Michael our bartender and Yesi the bartender apprentice, and regulars Bill and Kim from Texas on one side of us, and Mario from California on the other as we spent the next hour and half savoring one luxury cocktail each and some complimentary snacks (seasoned pistachio nuts, cheesy crackers, and a little amazing bite that I can't remember the ingredients of). Welcome complimentary drinks: "Key to my heart" -- fun little rum drinks to start off with served in a spherical black case surrounded by dry ice! (See video). A bit sweet for my taste but tasty and just a little shot's worth (to be sipped). Cocktails: La Vie En Rose: (5/5) Rose infused gin, house made strawberry infused sweet vermouth, aperol, orange essence. Gorgeous spherical ice cube with a real flower frozen inside). Described as a summer Negroni. I chose it because I love Negronis and am always up for trying a variation on a classic like that. The Fountain (5/5): bourbon, Punt e mes vermouth (55 year old bottle!), orange essence. The Vault's take on the classic Manhattan. As the self-appointed king of speakeasies, my honorable duties include checking out these wonderful watering holes near and far. Including when I'm on vacation. On a Monday evening, I was excited to try out The Vault. Ambiance (5/5): If you know the history behind speakeasies, you'll appreciate those that are on point when it comes to the true nature of speakeasies. Part of that is not having the name of the speakeasy visible anywhere outside of the actual speakeasy. They should be hidden. This one very much fits the bill. After doing some research online, the best information I could find is that the entrance to The Vault is located close to the high limit table games on the casino floor at The Bellagio. We were on the hunt and we were lucky enough to find the door without a ton of effort. Though we did get a little lucky. Once you go in, you'll be transported to an elegant speakeasy evoking 1920s Prohibition-era vibes. There's some seating at the bar, along with some comfortable seating. We sat at the bar. It's a relatively small speakeasy, sitting 20-30 people or so. So, unless you're attending on a week day during the off season in Vegas like I did, I'd recommend a reservation. Service (5/5): The Vault qualifies as what I would consider a "fancy speakeasy" but they do try to show you an elevated service experience. They start you off with a complimentary welcome drink which was a nice touch. While it's a mini cocktail, it was much appreciated (and there's a presentation to it where I won't spoil the surprise). You're also given complimentary bar snacks and complimentary fancy "JELLO" shots at the end. I won't spoil that surprise either. Talk about going above and beyond. When it comes to the actual service, both bartenders we interacted with were friendly. Pretty attentive too, though it did take a little while to grab one of the bartenders' attention to close out. Food (N/A): In addition to the free bar snacks, they have a food menu. We ate before so it was drinks only. With that being said, they have everything ranging from little sandos to caviar. It's an elevated menu on the food side, too. Drinks (4/5): I love it when a speakeasy gives a nice description of each cocktail that includes more than just the ingredients. You'll find that here. It's an extensive menu and a creative one. Which is another thing I appreciate at a solid speakeasy: an interest blend of liquors, mixers, and flavors. My only real complaint? Some of the drinks are very, very expensive. I know it's Vegas. And I know they give you some freebies. But paying $80-$100 for a cocktail will give most people some sticker shop. There are some more "affordable" options, but you're not going to pay $15-$20 for a cocktail at this speakeasy. Despite the prices, I really enjoyed The Vault. This place is hidden inside the floor of Bellagio. The drinks here were very interesting and expensive. My partner had citrus allergy so he couldn't order any of the drinks in the menu. They were able to make him a drink with the liquor he wanted. They made him a gin based drink with cucumber and basil. It was so fresh and yummy. I got the seductress and it was delicious as well. I always like checking out new speakeasies on the Las Vegas strip. This trip I stumbled across The Vault at Bellagio and I'm glad I did. The website says dress code enforced, and it is very fancy. You'll find it near the high limits gambling area. It's the first place I have seen that offered a menu with MP listed by drinks instead of prices. That means Market Price. I decided to try one of them, and then the bartender said would you like to know what market price is? And I thought to myself I better check that out before I purchase the drink and he said it was $165! I continued looking and found a less pricey one - the Watermelon Spritz for $55. Visiting The Vault is quite the experience. You are greeted with a welcome drink - (FANTASTIC presentation!) They provide snacks and then a small dessert before you leave. They have quite the collection of high-end liquor. The mixologists we're all very friendly and very knowledgeable. The decor is very classy. I wish I had more time to stay, but I had to go to a dinner reservation right after. Live music is offered on some nights. If you're looking for a fun, high-end experience on the Strip this is definitely it. They do accept walk-ins but reservations are recommended. read more

I'm very disappointed with my evening at the Vault given its reputation for exclusivity and high quality. First big strike was my husband ordered a high end bourbon which was out of stock. Server offered a different but similar at higher price point but in the menu it was cheaper. When asked she gave an awkward answer of our prices don't always match. He opted for a different selection and ordered it neat. Instead it was delivered with large ice cube. She took it back and we saw bartender just take out the ice and put in a different glass. No!!!! When glass arrived unexpectedly it was super hot like it just came out of the dishwasher. Both bartender and server touched that glass and no one noticed??!!! Sent it back and had to wait even longer for third delivery because staff had to get another bottle from back. Third try was delivered in glencairin glass and the pour volume looked less than 2 ounces. By this time my drink is melting as it's been way too long. Server apologized but it didn't feel genuine. At no point did a manager come over to apologize or check in with us. Two other misses were no hand towels in either bathroom- am I expected to wipe my hands on my fancy clothes you expect me to wear per your request? And also the busboy took away our pre-drink complimentary cocktails before we were finished. Didn't ask if we were done. Just took them with some liquid still in them. Finally my biggest pet peeve is offering a high end cocktail and not telling me on the menu what the brands of the spirits are in the drink. I ordered the Old West which is a nouveau Manhattan that includes a mezcal-barrel- aged tequila and a rye whiskey along with Averna and Luxardo liqueur. So this tequila sounds interesting but who made it? And am I just getting rail rye, at a high end bar? This lack of information was missing throughout the cocktail menu and for the prices I expect to know more up front before I order. No shorts or athletic wear in here, which is definitely understandable, given the vibes they are going for. It definitely felt like a "private club" from the Kingsman. Regarding the drinks, they make a great martini and vesper. We tried 4 of the other cocktails, and they were delicious with the matcha, red seltzer, and seduction. Decided to check out this speakeasy while we were visiting the Conservatory at the Bellagio. It is a little tricky to find and we'll hidden so make sure to pay attention to email reservation confirmation you received. We made reservations a head of time and got seated immediately. The hostess was very friendly and personable. The atmosphere and decor inside is beautiful. The unique drink selection is very good and they do have 3 non-alcohol drinks available. I ordered the Lemon Dragon (non-alcohol) and my wife had the Siren Song (alcohol) which were very good. They do give you welcome drinks, some bar snacks (crackers, pistachio, etc.), and expresso shot treats at the end. The Vault Gold Bars definitely were our highlight and delicious. There were a few things that we thought did not live up to our expectations. We felt like the cocktail. servers were not very friendly, attentive and personable. Also, we got seated in the middle of the speakeasy which had more lighting and not as intimate and private as the side booth seating (recommend that when you make reservations to request a side booth if you can). Also, when I made the reservations months ago, I had told them we were celebrating a special occasion but it was apparently lost and never acknowledged (the table next to us had a birthday acknowledged). Visiting the Vault has been on my wife's list since they first opened and were invitation only. Let me start with this was an absolutely fabulous experience. I don't consider myself an expert in cocktails nor spirits by any means but these were some of the most incredible drinks I've ever had the pleasure of enjoying. This is not a bar for those who complain of Vegas prices, it's for those who are more than willing to pay for an exclusive and private setting with cocktails made from some of the most exclusive and vintage spirits available. The Kennedy, made from 1972 Bacardi was incredible and something I'm glad we were able to enjoy. The house snacks are exactly the level you would expect from a lounge serving cocktails starting at $38 (with an average more around $50). I especially enjoyed the sweet potato gnocchi bite. The golden bar was the best chocolate I've had on casino property and that's saying a lot as most have some of the best chocolatiers available. While we did not sample any other food it all looked amazing. I didn't get a photo of the welcome drink from the house but it was a delightful and incredibly easy to drink egg nog shot. The closing drink from the house once we settled was a fancier take on a Jell-O shot made of espresso martini components which was really fantastic. The Vault is classy, the service carried this through. Everyone was fantastic and so incredibly attentive without making us feel rushed at all. I love how it's centrally located and not off the casino grid like most bar spaces in Vegas hotels. It has somewhat of a speakeasy entrance but without the gimmicks. It's an intriguing menu that sparks a few hmmm's as you go through it. Neither of the drinks that I tried had a master mixologist's "it" factor to it but they were still enjoyable. We came here for drinks on Thursday night, and I was really excited--I was expecting one of the best cocktails I'd ever had and couldn't wait to rave about this place. Unfortunately, many of the drinks on the menu had either vanilla or caffeine, both of which I'm allergic to, so my options were a bit limited. I ended up choosing the La Vie en Rose ($55), knowing the Aperol might make it slightly bitter but trusting that a good cocktail bar would balance it well. Unfortunately, the drink was overwhelmingly bitter, and I really didn't enjoy it; Felipe ended up finishing it for me. Hoping for a better experience, I asked the bartender to craft a custom cocktail based on my preferences, but I wasn't a fan of that one either. I love exploring top cocktail bars when I travel and always look for drinks that are balanced and complex. A take on an old fashioned ($60), let's just say it was the best, smoothest, most explosive expression of bourbon I've had in an old fashioned and set a new benchmark for the drink. Bar snacks? I'm giving the vault 4 stars even though the drinks are so ridiculously expensive. It is a beautiful speakeasy more like a cocktail lounge with light food. The drinks are very interesting and while I was not a fan of the shot that was complementary I was a fan of the ending shots we ended with. This Upscale hidden bar is a gem. It's a dark room with dim lighting, the servers are amazingly attentive and it's not noisy!! You can have an actual conversation without yelling. They start out by bringing complimentary appetizers, a palate cleanser and we ended it with complimentary Jell-O shots. read more

Best kept "secret" at the Bellagio! An assuming gold door randomly tucked away as you enter a world away from the hustle and bustle of Vegas. Dim lights and the rich blue seats make it something out of a movie. It's Def an intimate space and has a few tables. Def coming back here! Yes, the drinks are going to be more pricey, but the ambiance is what makes it worth the money! If memory serves me right, our waitress was Kristina, and she was wonderful and so knowledgeable about the drinks and food. We ordered the Rosé Romance which is meant to be shared as it comes in a cool taller glass. (But it does have a hole on one side, so caution thar you dont pour it on the table lol) The drink wasn't too overly sweet but is on the sweet side but tasted so clean. I preferred to put my dragonfruit in my cup and I feel it makes the drink come alive. (They clip it on the side of your cup so it's an option.) They bring little snacks and one was fried spaghetti noodles with hints of truffle. It looked so unassuming but it was good. My friend said the pecans were delicious. There was one other side but I cannot remember what they said it was. Oh, and how can I forgot that welcome mini Mai tai like drink. It's small but powerful, but a pleasant way to start your evening. I also ordered the croissant-shaped fried potatoes with caviar and crème fraîche and this was different but good. If you're on the fence with this spot, I'd def recommend at least trying it once. THE greatest experience I could have expected! From the reservation confirmation to finding the door, it's everything when thinking of speak easy! We sat immediately and were greeted by two servers. They were both very sweet. The entire experience was intimate, sexy, and very pleasant. I'd love to always try this place again and again. read more

My wife and I took a break from our group and went to see the Bellagio atrium with all the beautiful displays inside. Afterwards, we discovered this speakeasy hidden right off the check in area at Bellagio. We have been wanting to try one of the many speakeasies that are all over Vegas and this one fit the bill nicely. We were treated like royalty once inside. We sat at the bar where all the action is at. It was very fun to watch the master bartenders at work and they were friendly and answered all of my many questions. We got several complimentary items while there including a shot of some sort of punch at the start, then snacks that were super tasty including candied pecans, fried olives stuffed with blue cheese, and some tasty crackers. Just before leaving they offered us a complimentary dessert that was like a jello shot but sooo much tastier. The Vault is pricey but worth it while in Vegas for a couples getaway.
