Food and service was impeccable we were served by Andreès very kind mans I asked him to suprised me with his favorite dish and he chose for me a fig pork chip dinner that I could have licked the plate clean it was so good. My friends shared a ribeye, garlic spinach with button mushroom. The restaurant is very low lit with music laughter and yes there was even Cheer. Cheering I should say.. lots of Vegas moments happening all around us. They will help celebrate you on your bday with some delicious donut rings. The bathrooms were Small well lit and maintained 2 independent stalled bathrooms- NO Handicap access. I hope to be back one day to try the salmon next.

I heard a lot of good reviews about this place that my standards initially were pretty high but to each their own. My partner and I went on a Wednesday evening and it was super packed to which we were very surprised considering it was the middle of the week, we got seated at an appropriate time to when we made the reservation despite being "behind on reservations". The staff was super attentive and great. No complaints on the staff. The food however was underwhelming and could have been better but maybe it was what we ordered. I thought the chicken breast on my risotto was cooked nicely but the risotto itself tasted sour and a tad undercooked. The short rib ravioli did not have much redeeming qualities either as it tasted soupy, bland, and honestly just tasted like short rib. We also ordered the Crème brûlée but that was very cold and not really satisfying to eat as it just tasted like custard. The only reason this isn't a 1 or 2 star is because the staff was super accommodating and provided excellent service.

After 3 visits to this location, it's time for a review! My husband and I booked a last minute Thursday reservation for 1:45am (only time avail) and we were so surprised to see how busy it was for a weekday! Happy hour cannot be beat with 50% select meats on their menu! So yummy, I enjoyed both dishes we got including the garlic mashed potatoes and my husband loved their garlic spinach! Highly recommend to book sooner than later, they open til 3am! Would love to come back and try more items off their menu. Shoutout to our servers victor & Rafael for the excellent service. You made our night wonderful !

This is the go to place for late night steaks. They are open from 5:00pm to 3:00am. Reservations are highly recommended. This place gets packed all day long. They have a menu of appetizers, Cocktails steaks, salad, seafood, surf and turf options. So many to choose from. They can accommodate a table for 2 and large parties as well. The servers here are super friendly and very helpful with the menu choices. I started off with appetizers the calamari and Caesar salad . Both are excellent choices. Then moved on to dinner with the surf and turf special, which comes with one ribeye and two lobster tails two mashed potatoes and asparagus enough for four people, but they say it's for two. Also got mashed potatoes on the side, mac & cheese, and the button mushrooms. The ribeye was cooked, perfectly, medium rare that is the only way to get steak cooked in my opinion. The lobster tail was super juicy and tender, of course dripping with butter. And after all of that, if you still have room for dessert, I highly recommend the Italian donuts that come with caramel sauce and condensed milk to dip in. Come early if you can the parking lot is small and tight parking is very limited. So give this place a try and happy eating!!!!

If you want to visit definitely make a reservation!!! This place was definitely worth the hype! I had the aglio e olio and it was sooo good. One of the best pasta dishes I've ever had! The menu is expansive and they do offer happy hour pricing on the steaks and pork chops. My friends had very steaks and pork chops with different rubs and toppings. They have an expensive drink menu with a ton of drinks made with different spirits. The server was attentive and answered all questions. The overall experience was amazing. Def make sure to book ahead if you're traveling to Vegas

Late night happy hour steaks and award winning cocktails?! Say less! We went on a Tuesday night around 10:30 pm and did not have a reservation. The restaurant was busy, but we didn't have to wait for a table. The restaurant is open daily from 5p to 3 am. We took an Uber, but they do have a small parking lot if you're driving. The restaurant had multiple dining rooms. The lighting was dim, but the vibe was not pretentious. They had old school hip hop and R&B jams playing which added to the ambiance. The biggest draw to Herbs & Rye are their happy hour specials. I am not sure what time happy hour runs, but I believe at the time of our visit, they were doing happy hour all day. Our server Andres explained that any menu item with a double star icon next to it is on HH. The majority of HH items are steaks and pasta. They have won numerous awards for their cocktails. We noticed plaques on the wall from different organizations like Conde Nast, Thrillist, and The World's 50 Best. Andres made some good cocktail recommendations. The drink menu is pretty extensive and is divided by era. I went with the Bijou. It's a gin based martini that is spirit forward and not overly sweet which I enjoyed. It sort of reminded me of a white negroni. I was good with one because it was incredibly boozy. Menu items are a la carte. I typically go for filets when I have steak, but the 8 oz. Flat Iron caught my eye. I ordered it medium and added Red Wine Glaze. The steak was cooked perfectly. It was tender and very flavorful and the glaze was delicious. The steak was on happy hour so it was $24 which is such a steal. I also had Truffle Parmesan Steak Fries which were tasty, especially with the red wine glaze. I'm so happy that we ventured off the strip to try Herbs & Rye. It was one of my favorite meals of the trip!

    Lots of food.

Old school speakeasy decor and service to match. Expect to be treated well and pampered a bit. Your experience is very important to them. The servers will answer any questions you have. The food is delightful. Steaks are cooked exactly as ordered. My blue cheese crust was perfectly crispy. From the bread to the appetizers to salads, entrees, and dessert the meal is carefully prepared, delivered to the table, and rechecked to ensure your best experience. TIPS: Reservations are key to a seat at the table. There is "Happy Hour" pricing on most entrees on the menu. If you are dining in it is always "happy hour". If you're getting carryout it's never "happy hour". Happy hour pricing is about half the list price. Come hungry portions are generous. Share with the members of your party. The flavors, texture, and loving preparation are an experience to share.

This is my favorite restaurant in Las Vegas so far. I sat at the bar and the people sitting by me were like instant acquaintances/friends, super friendly. Food was amazing, really excellent. I loved the happy hour, half off some of the pastas deal. Wow, scrumptious pasta, Cacio e Pepe $16 during happy hour, Bucatini, Pecorino, Parmesan, Black Pepper and the Filet Mignon is $35 during happy hour. They might offer happy hour early, & again offer it late at night, or maybe all night, just depends, so ask them. Lots of locals eating there at the bar. I found parking in their lot. The bartenders aim to please. I always wanted to try Chartreuse, and they had a yellow Chartreuse. They can work within your budget, talk to them, or they can be as posh & luxurious as you want! Look at the long list of things you can add to your food, lots of sauces and special additions, accompaniments. I want to return for the sweet potato tater tots with marshmallows & truffle macaroni & cheese. Read a menu while you eat maybe, it's fascinating reading about the different drinks offered through different decades. The music was great also. Place is festively dark, sultry or romantic place. Food reheated well later.

We had to make reservations two months in advance, but it was well worth it! Not only was the atmosphere and music on point, but the service was impeccable! And the food! Wow. We had the New York Strip "Oscar Style" which means it included fresh asparagus. Then it was topped with bernaise sauce and crab meat. It was a melt in your mouth combination! We also had the rib eye with the chimchurri sauce and truffles Mac and cheese. Again; out of the world yummy! So glad we went and look forward to coming again.

Now I understand why this place is hard to get a reservation. Wife brought me here for my birthday and it was a great experience. The servers were very attentive and friendly. The happy hour is phenomenal and generous. The vibe is so fun and love the history of all the cocktails. Our food was cooked perfectly and seasoned so well. Only downside was the parking was minimal so we did have to drive around a bit but that's to be expected if the place is worth it and it really was. 10 of 10 will be returning

Meat was tasty, prices reasonable, drinks very good as well (I LOVE their craft cocktail menu), and service fairly quick. Ambience is sort of old-Vegas style: crowded dinning room but still offering a sense of privacy, and very intimate. The only reason why I'm not giving it five stars is because the sides were not incredible. Particularly, the fries felt the most disappointing. The three of us that night agreed on this: they were all crumbled and stick together, kind of soggy instead of crunchy and the truffle flavor was barely noticiable. About the corn... nothing creamy about it. I'd say watery. And again... jalapeño barely noticiable. That being said, I totally recommend the place. Especially because of the prices and ambience. It's a good stake house, and I hope to come back again and give a try to their pasta.

I've heard a lot of mixed things about this place, and after coming here I can see why. I'm honestly conflicted. The food overall wasn't amazing, but for the price and portion sizes, you really can't beat it especially in Vegas. Service, however, was absolutely excellent. Food Breakdown 1/5 - Jalapeño Creamed Corn Very disappointing. The corn wasn't sweet at all and the texture wasn't creamy. I wasn't expecting Lawry's level, but this tasted worse than canned creamed corn. 4/5 - Ribeye Steak A 16oz ribeye for $46 is kind of insane for Vegas. Cooked perfectly medium rare as requested and honestly the highlight of the meal. 4/5 - Fried Egg & Thick-Cut Bacon Simple, satisfying, and did exactly what it needed to do. 3/5 - Mashed Potatoes Standard mashed potatoes nothing special, but hard to mess up. 2/5 - Calamari The flavor was off and honestly tasted more like pickles than calamari. 5/5 - Truffle Mac & Cheese Creamy, well-seasoned, and that earthy truffle flavor came through perfectly. 5/5 - Cocktails Every cocktail we ordered was well made. Great quality spirits and fair pricing. I'd come back strictly because of the prices and portion sizes. Next time, I'd stick to the ribeye and cocktails and skip most of the sides. Food wasn't consistent, but the service and value make it worth another visit.

In case they take down my review again.

Wow, how much money is Herbs & Rye paying Yelp? My original review was removed without even the typical Yelp Warning. Time to tone down my adult language. And if you remove it, I'll keep reposting. Either way, the Yelp rating feels questionable when reviewers with only one review are giving five stars and are not flagged, while there are over 200 flagged reviews overall. tl;dr: Go to their sister restaurant Cleaver where the staff actually do their jobs. I waited in line at 4:30 PM in the rain for a bar seat for happy hour. We were probably 10th in line for one of the 21 coveted stools. All of a sudden the people at the back of the line were literally sprinting past everyone. There is a hallway and a side dining area, and these jerks ran through it to cut in line. We grabbed one stool, but I told my wife this is [insert explicative] and we left for Weera next door. Staff needs to control the line. I tried talking to the bartender, but he honestly couldn't care less. 5 PM opening felt like Walmart on Black Friday. Zero class, all (_x_).

Herbs & Rye Reviews in Other Languages

Ask the Community - Herbs & Rye

    Is there a waitlist?

No, there is not. They require reservations for dinner, and they are several months out right now. Good luck! I believe they do take walk-ins at the bar, but there is quite a line for that.

    Do you need a reservation?

Yes for May 6th at 6:30

What time does the happy hour end? We have reservations for 7pm and really want to try the steak and happy hour appetizers.

5 to 8pm and Reverse Happy Hour 12mid to 3am, with the last seating at 2:30am. I was just there last week for Reverse Happy Hour at midnight. Great steaks and drinks. I really enjoyed my Old Fashioned!

When and what are Happy Hour specials?

Currently, happy hour is all day everyday. The specially marked items on the menu indicate the half price. It's a red circle type of icon on the menu images. Several steaks, couple pastas, pork chop, and couple apps.

    Do they take walk ins?

Yes but it's a long wait. If u make reservations and u change the amount of people u will have to wait until a larger table opens up. It's pretty tight inside.

    Are these prime cuts?

Yes. HH prices include prime cuts.

    When is happy hour?

It's always happy hour. They've changed from what they used to do. This is amazing value!

Is the restaurant side Kids friendly?

    Yes, it's family friendly.

    What is your Corkage fee?

They do have a fee, $50

    What time is happy hour?

    Open to close!

When is happy hour on Mondays?

They are currently offering happy hour all day every day that they are open.

Can you bring you own wine? Cork fee how much?

    The fee is $50

Can you eat at the bar?

Heck yes! one of the best seats

    What time is Happy Hour?

As of right now the happy hour is from 5:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. till further notice

Do they have a corkage fee? Are reservations required?

Not sure the corkage fee, but get a reservation so you don’t have to wait for a bar spot to open.

Is the happy hour prices on the menu already reflected OR is it minus 50% off the price on the menu Example: if the filet miñon is $54, is it minus half of THAT PRICE ? will it be $27? I do mean the items with 2 red stars of course

Correct half off the price that's on the menu, great deal!

    When is happy hour?

Visited recently (August 2024) and was told happy hour prices are now honored all day

    Can you make reservations?

    Do they take reservations?

Yes! On their site through sevenrooms. Bar is open seating. Show up early if you want a spot at the bar.

Overall, Datamosh is a super fun, quirky bar with delicious drinks, great vibes, and a cool atmosphere. Definitely check it out while you're at Omegamart!

No buzz button for the happle juice mocktail so essentially I paid about $14 for regular apple juice (drink on the right) The bartender made me uncomfortable and I felt like I was bothering her so we took our drinks to go. The space itself is cool and off to the side. It is kid friendly as well as they have a line for over 21 and under 21. Support got back to me quickly regarding my less than superb experience at Datamosh and refunded me my drink tickets that I had added onto my Omega Mart purchase.

Upon setting foot, you are easily transported into a newfound universe, a reimagined Victorian Era, should it be powered by steam rather than electricity. A sense of mischief within every corner, down to the cocaine chambers, which explicitly discourages patrons from summoning demons. Should malevolent entities roam the streets of Sin City, I have nothing to do with such necromancy. Beyond the aesthetic, the service elevated all else. Amanda, our bartender, was effortlessly charming, sweet, welcoming, and knowledgeable in a sense that every recommendation she had for us felt as though it were a present rather than a suggestion. I jokingly told my mates that every time she checked on our table, I felt as if I shed new skin as her amiable, warm presence baptized me. As if she had not graced us enough, she surprised us with a tofu cheesecake layered with raspberries and strawberry sauce, alongside extra beverages. All of which were indulgent, balanced, and quite the delicacy. The general manager, Will, was holstered with identical cordiality as he checked on us in a sincere manner and even offered us their house-made taco sauce. 'twas a minuscule gesture that highlighted our vegan tacos as it was a supplemental, bright-nuanced depth to an already astute dish. Chef Kario's taco flight read as though 'twas a Pulitzer Prize-winning culinary narrative. The jackfruit barbacoa had a smoky, yet sweet profile. The mushroom with brown mole had an earthy heat. The cabbage with notes of pumpkin (?) was bright, textural, and slightly nutty. Each piece was grounded by their house-made tortillas that were tender, slightly charred, and essential to tying everything together. Furthermore, the drinks deserve their own reverence. Why be present at Sin City shows when liquid entertainment lies before you at The Alchemist? Fountains of Bellagio, take notes. Anyhow, the Matcha Tonic was theatrically poured from a teapot that I forgot I was drinking alcohol considering I casually sipped my beverage as if 'twas an afternoon tea. Perhaps, I am an alcoholic? Do not tell my sponsor.. I mean...mother (?). I digress, the coconut water's sweetness and citrus notes married well with the matcha's savory backbone. Every sip is an invitation to reflect. Moreover, the Lychee Bloom's expressive smoke bubble erupts into a transient aromatic veil and I am promptly magnetized. The lychee conducts with a lavish, fragrant profile whilst the roses offer a floral composure. I relish in a multi-dimensional vibrancy. Where the matcha tonic contemplates, the lychee bloom bewitches. Where there are elixirs, lavatories to conjure up spirits, and AMANDA, I, too, am present.

Our bartender/server was very sweet and let us sample one of the drinks before ordering which I thought was pretty awesome. AND they came in these cute test beakers which was very on theme! For drinks we got the butter me up from her recommendation and the Charandas incantation. The charandas incantation was surprisingly tasty although the butter me up was not I love an old fashioned which I thought this would be adjacent to, but honestly it tasted like nothing but alcohol and MAYBE a hint of caramel at the end. Just pretty alcohol forward so it tasted like I was taking a shot the whole time. The other thing that was a little off putting was the fact that they had all these fun cocktails... and they were served in a plain glass with a massive ice cube I think with the name of the Alchemist - I just expected more. Food we got the Peanut noodle cups because honestly the menu was a little confusing. It had Asian, Mexican, American, and Peruvian food all together.... And none of it looked amazing. The Peanut noodles were a little heavy on the fish sauce and kind of hard to eat, but overall ok. I like the idea of here, and I think there is potential. But personally I can think of quite a few other places I would go first.

I wish more Thai restaurants would make it in California. It's like a lettuce wrap salad with red onions, ginger and peanuts. I don't drink but if you do like to drink it compliments alcoholic beverages very well... THAI SAUSAGE: 9/10 I love the texture and flavor of the sausages. What a great recommendation by Emmie!! They didn't have the Thai curry puffs so we ordered this instead and also... CRISPY PUFFY CATFISH SALAD: 10/10 This takes a whole other level of skill to make!! You won't find any fish in this dish because it all turned into CRISPY GOODNESS which you can enjoy with the apple salad. One of our friend that lives in Vegas said I don't eat fish and I didn't even know it was fish and loved eating it ever since!! Not a great start. I ordered eggs sunny side up, and they came out fully cooked. When I politely asked for them to be corrected, it took over 40 minutes to get the replacement. Also tried to charge me for the new eggs. By the time the eggs arrived, my entire meal was cold. No apology, no attempt to make it right, and the server's attitude was rude and dismissive the entire time. Zero customer service. To make things worse, the bill included an automatic 20% gratuity, even though it was just me and one friend -- not a large party. This was not disclosed anywhere on the menu or when seated. On top of that, my friend's additional mimosa was charged $10, despite the menu clearly listing it at $8. The only positive part of the experience was the DJ/party host -- great music and good vibes. Unfortunately, that was the only redeeming part. Between the poor service, long wait for corrected food, incorrect charges, undisclosed gratuity, and late opening, this place is not it. Definitely won't be back.

Decided to check out Petrol Head with some friends this past Sunday for an early dinner at 5PM…read more There were five us total and when we walked in, we were able to sit anywhere we liked. They weren't busy at all, which is expected. Since there were five of us, we did try a good portion of their menu, including drinks. There were food items that weren't available that night since they were revamping their menu, which is a bit unfortunate. From the drinks menu: Pink Slip - Light and refreshing with a tad of fruitiness. Orange Overdrive - Lighter and more tropical version of a Mai Tai. Octane Fluff - Smooth and silky with a bit of sweetness. Pit Lane Passion - Fruity Petal to the Metal - Refreshing and sweet, the Kettle One Botanicals gives it a nice floral element Tokyo Drift - Strong, grassy, and gritty. My favorite out of all the drinks was the Octane Fluff. It was super delicious and the toasted marshmallow was a nice added touch. My least favorite was the Tokyo Drift -- it had Rihei (ginger sochu), citrus, layered matcha, and apple sake. While it sounded very interesting and looked amazing, it had plenty of potential but unfortunately, I don't think it was executed that well. The matcha used was really grassy and gritty -- I've actually never had matcha that tasted like grass before but whichever one they used, it sure did. The Rihei was far too strong and did not mesh well at all with the matcha. The apple sake was just there. It was like drinking three separate drinks but all at once. From the food menu: Japanese cucumber salad - tangy, refreshing, and slightly spicy. OG burger - delicious, plenty of flavor, and the fries were really good. Japanese curry fries - curry had great flavor but I did wish it had some meat. Wings - we tried both the guava heat and the miso honey. The guava heat was my favorite, it was sweet with a small kick. Their wings were juicy and super plump, which was great. Shoyu butter pretzel - pretty normal. Nothing special to be honest. Service is a tad slow mainly because the establishment started to fill up and they don't have a dedicated server to the tables. It was fine for us but if you get impatient, that is something to note. Prices are reasonable for the food but it is a tad high for the drinks. They do have a happy hour as well but it doesn't start until 11PM, which is super unfortunately. I would love to see a reverse happy hour sometime for them cause I simply cannot eat that late. I'm honestly pretty impressed with our first visit. It's very rare where I find a bar where I like almost all the food AND the drinks. Everyone in my party would agree as well. They are actually expanding their hours to include brunch on Saturday and Sundays. We can't wait to go back again. Definitely recommend.
