Making our Caesar salad at our table. So delicious!!
Kandis L.

Our friends took us to BOA while we were in Vegas and we had an incredible experience. From the ambiance to our server, the table side Caesar salad before the steak and the wine, everything was exceptional. I highly recommend BOA when in Vegas!

New York medium rare

Great experience! We def needed the back area with a toddler. The staff was very informative and helped us select a New York over the ribeye. It was lean and delicious. Much more flavorful than I was expecting I'm usually "gimme the fat kinda" flavor profile. It was much quieter and laidback compared to Peter Lugers. No lines for our early 530pm dinner. The restaurant filled up by the time we were leaving 630/7pm. I also enjoyed a sea bass but would definitely change to a ribeye instead. The side of macaroni was cream and very rich. It came early so we didn't eat it with our entree. I'd order a couple more drinks next time.

Great vegan steak and the ambiance is nice. If you're able to walk about 0.5-1 mile along the Strip, it's within walking distance. The restaurant is located inside the Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian Resort on the Las Vegas Strip, specifically near the Palazzo side. Booking is easy either by phone or through the website, and they often have same-day availability. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is that the prices are pretty high considering the portion size.

Made reservations a month in advance. 6pm on a Wednesday. During the reserving I was offered the option to pay an additional I think $42 to reserve a booth. It was for my mom's bday and retirement so I wanted to make it special and so I reserved the lucky 7 booth. Sat immediately in the booth, however the booth was right behind the servers station. So it was not very relaxing. The waitress Janelle was very sweet and very prompt. She asked that we order everything so that the chef and pace things in the order they wanted. My 2 gripes as to why I knocked off a star was because of where we ended up being seated and the food came out so fast. We ordered so many dishes, but it felt sooo rushed. Needed to be paced slower. Food: Spicy tuna cones, delish! Comes with 2. Ahi tuna tartare was also nice, very coconut lime flavored. Scallops, flavorful bite. Comes with 2. Parker rolls with the caramelized butter, perfection. 15 day dry aged bone-in ribeye cooked perfectly medium rare. Great flavor! Cut into slices to share. Mashed potatoes and mushrooms to go with. These 2 were very standard. Dessert was the sticky toffy pudding, heavenly way to end a gluttonous meal. Lots of the dishes came with a show/presentation which made the experience even better.

My dad and brother decided to eat here so I ended up joining them as well. Upon stepping into the restaurant, the vibe it gave us classy and elegance. We were in no way dress for such a vibe, but my dad really wanted steak. The staff, regardless, was welcoming and inviting. The atmosphere is very dim and some light background music set the tone. We ordered the beyond steak and frites, NY steak, Chilean Seabass, and roasted asparagus. Beyond Steak and Frites - 4/5 they actually ran out of the steak for this dish and asked if the beyond burger patty is acceptable in replacement. So it was just ok and we were familiar with the taste and flavor of that. The frites; however, was perfectly sliced, stacked, and cooked which gave that layered texture in each bite. NY Steak - 4.5/5 perfectly cooked as medium rare. The only thing lacking is flavor. They could probably add some more salt or even have side sauce for dipping. I understand everything is à la carte, but I felt if they're showcasing their steak then it should at least come with something that helps make it shine. No suggestion was ever made also if we wanted anything on the side so I'm going to assume that the dish should be good on its own if that is the case. Chilean Seabass - 5/5 probably the hero of the night. It came with the blood orange on the side you have the option of drizzling on the Seabass itself and it just gave such a nice sweetness alongside with the small little salad it came. The fish itself was perfectly soft and just melts in your mouth. Asparagus - 5/5 it came with lemon to allow the option of squeezing onto the asparagus, which was cooked fine and still maintained its crunchiness and integrity.

We wanted to try this restaurant based on a number of reviews we've read and seen online. We walked around the Venetian and Palazzo for a bit before we went to Boa. We got there a little early for our reservation and they were able to sit us right away. The restaurant is beautiful. A great big wall of wine, lots of seating throughout. Our waiter was excellent. He made numerous recommendations. We started with a glass of wine. Malbec Uno is one of my favorites so things were off to a great start. We ordered the goat cheese Baklava. Light phillo dough and a great taste with the cheese. Right when we got our appetizer, they brought the cart over for the tableside made Caesar salad. We asked them to come back. We also advised our waiter who was very apologetic. He knew we weren't in a rush. He made sure they didn't come back until we finished. The tableside salad is a nice presentation. The server goes through a whole presentation of what they use and why they do what they do. I got to admit the salad was excellent. On to the main course. My wife had the Center Cut filet and I had the NY Strip. Both steaks were excellent and cooked to our request. My wife also got the Bernaise sauce. I got Peppercorn. We really didn't care for the sauces. Glad they serve it in the side. Since we had the salad, we opted for mash potatoes to go with our entree. Awesome potatoes! We we were full from our meal and decided to skip dessert. Overall, the service is excellent. The food is very good and the atmosphere is awesome. When busy, the restaurant is a bit loud we heard a lot of the conversation of our neighbors. Boa was a great dinner. One of many great places in Vegas.

My husband and I recently celebrated my birthday here and had a fabulous dinner! 10/10 no notes! Our server was friendly, courteous, thorough, and knowledgeable. We had one cocktail each. My husband had an espresso martini & I had their spin on a Bee's Knees. We both had steak frites but I had the Beyond version. Both were delicious and well seasoned! We also had the rolls and tomato & burrata salad. Everything was fresh, service was quick and we were satisfied! The ambiance is trendy, a bit loud and busy, but intimate and sexy. Highly recommend for a date night or celebration! Absolutely will be back in the future

Wandered in for an early dinner, I got lucky and the place all to myself.... It's has a dinner with the significant other type of vibe, subtle romantic lighting and intimate seating. Upscale with the price point to match. Waiter was attentive and had great recommendations. I really wanted to the lobster roll however it wasn't available, so sad! It sounded so good! I decided to try the Cesar salad and skirt steak! They were delicious, loved both dishes. I would definitely recommend both, the steak is a little sweet, reminiscent of Korean bbq marinade and the Cesar dressing was perfect. I took off a star because I was offered seating at the bar when there's a bunch of empty tables which isn't a big deal, I like the bar, however there was tasting with manager and wine vendor and it was a bit distracting. To be fair I did choose my seat- I just didn't know they weren't customers... oh well. Take that how you'd like.

We had such a wonderful experience--the service was truly the best. Thank you for helping us celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. The food and atmosphere were incredible!

Located upstairs in the mall of Palazzo right next to Sushi Samba, this lightly dimmed and spacious place makes for either a romantic or casual setting. The servers are super upbeat and friendly. Overall the food here is great. Glad we were able to check it out. -Boa cocktail - must have light and refreshing -Crab cakes- tasted perfect (we contemplated ordering one for each of us lol) -Parker bread and butter is a must if your a fan of bread so yummy especially with the house made butter -Caesar salad- sauce had anchovies mixed in which I personally love -Cajun steak was flavored well can't go wrong with meat!! -lobster Mac and cheese was really creamy with fat pieces of lobster meat which was great downside was it was a bit to salty for my palate - spaghetti and meatballs were good has a bit of sweetness -the truffle fries was meh we could do without was not what we were expecting.

Dry Aged Bone in Ribeye

I was excited to try this new restaurant, which had just opened a couple months ago. The restaurant is beautiful, romantic for date nights, and had an extensive menu for all. For a party of 10, we ordered the steak tartare, tuna tartare, ribeye, lobster fra diavolo, chilean seabass, burrata and heirloom tomatoes, filet mignon, spicy tuna cones, and caesar salad. Everything we had was tasty and flavorful, especially the tuna tartare, ribeye, seabass, and lobster pasta. I loved the presentation of the smoky steak and tuna tartare. Wow, the birthday dessert fireworks was awesome! The table side salad mixture was pretty cool too. Service was great and they were attentive to our needs. Just coming here for the experience was worth it. Definitely coming back again to try other dishes!

Hard to see, but this was the bone marrow being torched with toasted bread with sliced meat and garnish, which was fantastic

The filet au poivre was extraordinary, perfectly cooked with an incredible crust, and adding béarnaise on the side took it over the top. Truly one of the finest steaks I've had in over a decade, barely edging out some legendary Vegas steakhouses for me. The Don's chopped salad, bread service, and overall execution were flawless, but what made the evening unforgettable was the service. Absolutely spot‑on recommendation. At first, the lobster rolls looked a little small in the photos, but the pictures are totally deceiving. These rolls are full‑size and packed, truly packed, with nothing but lobster, butter, and a touch of seasoning. No filler, no celery, no greens, nothing to distract from the lobster itself. Just pure, clean flavor. The rolls are perfectly toasted, warm, and crisp, and the lobster bisque surprised me in the best way. It's light, not heavy or overly creamy, which was exactly what I wanted since we were just grabbing a snack before dinner. It hit the spot without weighing me down. For about $30 a roll, I thought it was well worth it, especially since that price includes chips and a drink. For the quality and freshness, it felt like a great value. If you're walking the Strip and want something quick, delicious, and not fried or heavy, Luke's Lobster is absolutely fantastic.

A few orders were forgotten but I am giving Cin-Cin a 5-star review solely because of Chef V. Chef V approached our table and offered to take our order after noticing our table was the only empty table in the dining room. He greeted us professionally and took our order after we waited for 20 minutes and he did a fantastic job. His hospitality is great and he took accountability for the service being slow, and that is what a restaurant should strive for when it comes to their staff. Ana (Anna)? When you first greet your table, it's great if you would introduce yourself and ask if it's the customers' first time dining with the restaurant. 2. Please bring your table waters after they order their first appetizers or entrees or ask if the table would like waters to start off. We didn't receive our waters til the end of our meal when we asked. 3. Please ask if your customer is finished with their beverages before you take them away. (I still had beer in my bottle). 4. It came with the Tsunami Tostada (shrimp, scallops, sashimi style fish, cooked octopus), the Wipeout (shrimp, octopus, bay scallops, pico in a cocktail style mix), and a more traditional fish ceviche with lime, pico, cucumbers, carrots, and avocado. Everything came out fresh and cold which was perfect for the weather. Each ceviche definitely had its own flavor. Nothing was overly spicy or too acidic. The Wipeout had a little more heat, but I think I got a bite of fresh jalapeño. The only thing I wasn't huge on was the bay scallops. They tasted a little fishier than I personally like and the texture can be a little different, so if you're picky with textures you may want to avoid that one. Kids got the bean and cheese burrito which actually tasted homemade and fresh, not canned beans at all. Good portion size for a kids meal too. The little one had chicken tenders and fries and was happy. We also ordered the fish and chips which came with a ton of fries and 3 smaller pieces of fried fish. I just wish it came with a little cabbage slaw, lime, or some type of creamy sauce instead of only ketchup, because I think that would've made the plate better overall. Customer service started off great, but the ending left a bad taste in my mouth. We were charged an automatic 18% gratuity for having 5+ people even though we were split between two tables because there wasn't room for all of us together. Nobody mentioned the gratuity, didn't show us the receipt, and just handed over the card machine. We ended up tipping on top of the automatic gratuity without realizing until later which was frustrating. Overall, the seafood tasted fresh and the portions were decent, but prices are definitely on the higher side for individual items. Between that and the gratuity situation, I'm not sure it's somewhere I'd rush back to.
