Came here for a work dinner - the flavors were fantastic and every item was texturally complex. I really enjoyed the silky, buttery mashed potatoes, juicy steak, addicting roasted peppers, tomato tartare (vegetarian alternative to beef tartare), and crispy chicharron cracker with airy wasabi dip. Desserts were fabulous: cold strawberry donuts, earl gray financier, and goat cheese basque cheesecake with hazelnut was tremendous!!!!

Such a great experience. Everything was so rich so the small portion size was perfect to just get a taste. I personally loved the bread that accompanied the tartar and the a5 Philly cheesesteak was decadent

Went here last weekend with a group of 12, they put us in a private room in the back. Last time I came to bazaar meats was several years back at an off strip location, so this newly renovated place inside Venetian was a nice touch. We each got the deluxe tasting menu, including someone in our group that was vegan - which they were able to accommodate. Ordered martini service and several bottles of wines. Overall enjoyed our meal, our waiter was awesome. However I'm subtracting a point because we did not appreciate the somm's attitude - just negative overall, appeared disgruntled, not a single smile, didn't come by often to fill our glasses. Just overall a huge disappointment. Food was on point.

Omakase of meat?!! YES!!! If you love steak then this is the place. New restaurant that moved to the Palazzo from the Sahara casino. They have a delicious coursed meal but we opted for ala cart cause we were still full from lunch. We got the beef tartar, the ribeye, cauliflower, and drinks. The service was amazing! We loved this restaurant and all the wonderful dishes. We will definitely be back. Happy Yelping!

The wife and I had dined at Bazaar Meat at its previous Sahara location on several occasions, but hadn't tried it since its move over to the Palazzo until last Sunday night. Bazaar Meat is a popular spot and we hadn't planned our night out much in advance, so we felt a bit fortunate to snag a reservation for 5PM as it opened for service. We arrived a few minutes early for our reservation and were immediately checked in, then guided to our table promptly at 5. The "new" Bazaar Meat looks nothing like its previous location. From the entrance to the bar and main dining room, the layout and design seemed far more upscale, cohesive, intentional, and better lit compared to the sprawling, somewhat hodge podge, layout in Sahara. Aesthetics aside, the most important question to me is did the same high-end, amazingly well-conceived and well-executed, delicious food make the move over to the Palazzo? The answer was a resounding "yes"! In the interests of a fair comparison, we kept it simple by opting for the Jose's Ultimate Experience tasting menu ($295) with wine pairings ($300). Jamón Ibérico de Bellota -- Sliced tableside Marinated `Ferran Adriá' Olives -- Signature Caviar Cone Cotton Candy Foie Gras -- Still great after all these years Smoke & Ice Oysters -- Great oysters, but use of smoke is tired "The Classic" Beef Tartare 'Not Your Everyday' Caprese Salad Gazpacho -- Loved it. Tasted exactly like the one I make out of Jose Andres' Made in Spain cookbook The Bazaar "Caesar" Salad -- Fine, but least exciting bite of the meal Bison Buffalo Style -- Good, but probably second least exciting bite Japanese A5 Wagyu Beef Ribeye Steak Chuleton, Washugyu -- I liked this more than the A5 Setas al Ajillo Buttered Potato Purée -- Robuchon-style pomme puree Tarta de Queso -- I love Basque cheesecake The Good: Every bite of food was exceedingly well-conceived and executed with precision. Obviously, we had dishes we preferred over others, but everything was enjoyable and satisfying. All elements of service were impeccable. Every member of the service team that touched our table was friendly and attentive. The service captain did an excellent job ensuring proper pacing. We never felt rushed nor did we feel like we were waiting for the next course. The Bad: Nothing came remotely close to being "bad". That said, I do think Bazaar Meat's food offerings, both on the regular menu and especially on the tasting menus, have gone largely unchanged since the restaurant's inception and could use a serious refresh. Signature items are signatures for a reason. However, it's a bit of shame when an innovative restaurant like Bazaar Meat with a talented kitchen staff continue on the daily to serve up the "greatest hits" especially on a tasting menu and seemingly forget what made Bazaar Meat a destination dining must...inventive, innovative, exceptionally executed, whimsical, yet still delicious food. For me, one of the biggest draws of ordering tasting menus is that they frequently offer items not available on the regular menu. This isn't the case at Bazaar Meat. The Ugly: I felt the cost for the wine pairing was excessive and I didn't feel like I received anything close to good value. Don't get me wrong, I thought all six wines (3-4 oz pours) we received were enjoyable and paired nicely with the corresponding food courses. I appreciated that the somm took the time to introduce each wine and discuss his thought processes behind the pairing. While I certainly wasn't expecting pours of DRC, I felt the whole of the pairing exceeded the sum of its individual wines and didn't command its price which actually cost more than our Jose's Ultimate Tasting Menu itself. In summation, Bazaar Meat is as good as ever. The new location in the Palazzo is a much better fit. I love Bazaar Meat and I truly think it's one of Las Vegas' finest restaurants regardless of genre. That said, until there's a substantive refresh to its menu, I probably won't be returning. However, if you've never been to Bazaar Meat, then you really need to go...just skip the wine pairing.

I have many fond memories while dining at Bazaar in BH and was so disappointed when they announced its closure in 2020. Was thrilled they moved into the Venetian/Palazzo hotel as we could simply walk to dinner from our hotel room. The one bite I have been craving all these years was Chef Andrés take on a Philly cheesesteak. I used to eat 2-3 of these each time we dined at the original Bazaar. Started the meal with an ounce of ibérico jamón w/ an order of pà amb tomàquet (toasted tomato bread). Both were awesome and was the perfect amount for our party of 5. This was even more special as they slice the jamón table side. What's nice is that everyone can order a little of something as most snacks were 1pc/order. Won't go into detail but everything was as good as I remember it being. For the entree we opted for the Rosewood steak which was ~2lbs and was more than enough for us as not everyone was a huge steak eater. All of the sides were also delicious (brussel sprout petals, brown butter cauliflower, sautéed mushrooms and Okinawa sweet potato). The only let down were the desserts which were just ok in my opinion. Service was spectacular and will definitely be back.

It was my birthday, and my husband had a surprise waiting for me--a reservation he had quietly made in advance. When we arrived, I realized he had gone all out. We had preordered "The Ultimate Tasting," a splurge we both hesitated about at first, but one that quickly turned into an unforgettable experience. From the moment we sat down, it felt like a celebration in motion. Course after course began arriving at our table, each one more indulgent than the last. Just when we thought we had a moment to pause, another dish would appear. We found ourselves laughing, trying to keep up with the rhythm of the meal, completely immersed in the abundance. By halfway through, I had already surrendered--thankfully, I had chosen a skirt with just enough stretch to gracefully accommodate my very happy (and very full) belly. What stood out just as much as the food was the service. It was attentive without being overwhelming, warm without being forced--exactly what you hope for on a night that feels special. Still riding that birthday high, we decided to keep the night going and stopped by to play a few games. Somehow, luck was on our side--we ended up winning $700. It felt almost too perfect, like the universe decided to top off the night with a little extra sparkle. If I had to give credit for setting the tone of such a joyful, memorable evening, I'd give that honor to this experience. It wasn't just dinner--it was the beginning of a birthday I won't forget.

The service was exceptional, truly among the best I have ever experienced. The restaurant itself is quiet, clean, and very pleasant, and the hospitality from Alex and the team was outstanding. I have dined at many fine dining restaurants, and the level of service here stands out as one of the best by far. As for the food, the pig dish was decent, but it felt overpriced for the quality. The chicken croquetas were average, while the pork skin was very good. Overall, the food was enjoyable, but not particularly memorable or extraordinary. The stewed beef was tender and good as well. Fyi the onion soup it's a shot only. The desserts were the highlight of the meal. They were absolutely excellent, with wonderful textures and flavor. The is a proper attire required.

Still one of my favorite restaurants in Vegas. The new location is Venetian is very nice, totally different feel but still beautiful. Food was amazing as always. I love the new beef tenderloin & foie dish! Can never go wrong with cotton candy foie gras. The Bahn mi was good, but I couldn't taste the foie. Service was good but definitely not the level I'm used to from Bazaar. Maybe cause it's still newer and they're working out the kinks.

Everyone was so attentive! All the servers were smiling and so friendly! And, of course, the food was so amazing. The entire experience was one of a kind and I would 100% recommend and I'd totally do again!

setas al ajillo mushrooms; great flavor, but a little too soupy for a mushroom didn't work for me.

Service was amazing. Our waiter was outstanding; super attentive, always checking in, and genuinely friendly. The vibe was loud, fun, and energetic. There is an attire requirement; nothing over the top, but it's worth reviewing before you go. We tried Jose's Ultimate Tasting. Would I recommend the restaurant? Absolutely, 100%. Would I recommend the tasting menu? Probably not, only because there were a few dishes I personally didn't enjoy. We started with the jamón. It's a small dish, but the flavor and tenderness were incredible, honestly perfection. The marinated olives came next. The modern olives were fun and playful with popped in your mouth, but the traditional olives were just okay, tasted like it came from a jar. The caviar cone was another really well-executed dish. The caviar was delicious and paired perfectly with the crispy cone. Cotton Candy Foie Gras was a wow moment, savory, rich foie gras balanced with the sweetness of the cotton candy. Playful but done really well. The Smoke and Ice oysters had a fun presentation, but I didn't love the apple mignonette air. It overpowered the oysters for me. The gazpacho had another melt-in-your-mouth tender meat that was incredibly delicious. The Caesar salad wasn't a favorite. The jamón crisp had a slightly burnt taste that I didn't love, and the dressing felt pretty average; nothing unique or memorable. The bison buffalo-style dish also didn't work for me. The flavors were overpowering and just didn't come together. The classic beef tartare was so good. The tartare was fresh and flavorful, and the roll served with it was delicious. The sweetness of the roll actually paired nicely, but I personally prefer a crispy component with tartare. It almost felt like baguette was swapped for Parker rolls, which slightly downgraded the delicacy of the dish. The ribeye was really good; just a solid, delicious steak. Nothing particularly special, but very well cooked. The Japanese A5 Wagyu was amazing. Unbelievably tender and literally melts in your mouth. Even the simple side salad paired perfectly with the richness of the beef. The setas al ajillo mushrooms were good with great flavor, but a little too soupy for a mushroom side. The buttered potato purée was rich, creamy, and indulgent; perfect with the steak. For dessert, the tarta de queso didn't stand out to me. It felt like the meal didn't end with the same excitement it started with. However, we received a complimentary anniversary cake that was delicious. The outer layer was somewhere between light whipped cream and marshmallow, and the inside had a strawberry cake flavor. That's something I would definitely order again. Overall, I would absolutely come back and just order my favorite dishes next time.

A truly great meal that was enjoyed by my party of 3 on a recent Sunday evening at Bazaar Meat. Great location, having stayed in the same resort. Service was excellent-friendly, professional and attentive. I enjoyed not one but two Salt Air Margaritas-a really interesting take on a classic. A couple of good appetizers, highlighted by the shrimp cocktail. Caesar salad was a good one to split amongst the table. We shared a 32 oz (meats served by the pound) Rosewood Ribeye-seasoned so well and cooked exactly as ordered-2 of us are medium well fans and 1 medium. Sides were solid-sweet potatoes and leeks. Deserts were a great way to end the meal-Chocolate Hazelnut Mousse and Coconut ice cream. The mousse was a perfect texture. A meal worth it in every way-a treat and great version of a classic steakhouse, with the creativity of a great chef and team!

The service and ambience were perfect. Zero complaints... they went above and beyond to make our time there relaxing and comfortable. This was particularly important because we were there for almost 3 hours. I understand we are always in a rush and need to take our time and enjoy the experience, the people we are with, and the food we are trying but the duration between each small bite of food was wayyy tooo long. The flan at the end was the largest portioned item and was worth the wait. The Chicharón was terrible... sponge and stale taste... not crunchy or seasoned... without the foam/greek yogurt cremé it was almost inedible. Cocktails were great and servers made sure our glasses were always filled. Would I return? Not for the tasting menu.

Cornelius recommended several locations to also check out and each of those locations talked about Nocturno being a great spot as well. When you do a cocktail crawl in the Arts District, and they all speak highly of Nocturno, you know it's not just reviews on apps, or awards issued, but mad respect earned from the community itself. It's about to have its 1 year anniversary, and I recommend a weekday visit as it's not as bumping (yet) as the weekend. Get here now while you can. The cocktail menu can appear overwhelming. It's not. It's a pirates treasure map to cocktail booty. It has the classics, and below each classic, is a family tree of variations. You can also just tell the bartenders to make you something with a frame of reference. Seriously, this spot is an educational experience if you want it to be. I was there on a Tuesday at opening, just my buddy and I at the bar, expecting to spend an hour and change there as we had a crawl planned. 20 minutes in, and I canceled my reservation at the Doberman. An hour in, I canceled the next stop too. We spent about 3 hours at the bar, and let me tell you, Cornelius is a terrific ambassador for the cocktail world in Las Vegas. He seems to know almost everyone, and speaks reverentially of the "competitors" and knows their lineage. I cannot say enough things about this spot, and it's now earned a permanent spot on my annual visit list of things to do.

Sunflower was soooo good! I loved it instantly. I was surprised the foods were like restaurants quality. I liked PROSCIUTTO TOWER but it was hard to eat. We didn't have a reservation but we could sit down the bar. Few minutes later, whole bar was full. The bar was ever dark but the table area had comfortable lighting. Next time, I prefer to sit the table.

It is now part of the routine when I'm in Vegas. First thing that jumped out (other that the incredible ambiance) was the excellent choice of spirits for their drinks - utilizing funky rums, mezcals etc. The drinks struck the perfect balance of creative and fun but still well executed (dilution and temperature). The drinks are tasty but still have personality and a perspective. You can tell by the drink names in conjunction with tasting them - that the Prowl team take what they do seriously without taking themselves too seriously. No pretentious mixology nonsense. With that said - they've got plenty of fresh ideas for a cocktail den. Oh ya - and the merch and ambiance is awesome as well - but you knew that.

The animated jaguar above the bar always seems as if she's looking at you. And be sure to pop into the rear restroom and look up. Very interesting cocktail menu, but if you're lucky enough to get Jackie as a bartender, she's a phenomenal mixologist. Tell her what sort of drinks you like and just ask her to make whatever comes into her head--you won't be disappointed at the sophisticated and unusual result,

Beautiful lighting with bewitching decor including a mishmash of vintage wooden furniture and other enchanting touches. An absolute perfect choice for our Coven, I mean bookclub to meet up. We arrived as they opened and found seating in the corner where we could all gather to discuss our monthly read. We were provided menus and the drink choices are many. Everyone ended up ordering something different which made for great pictures. I decided to try the Midnight Chaji and it was very satisfying. It had matcha in it so you know I was loving it. Other drinks tried were The Alpine, Devils Dance and a couple of mocktails. A very fitting location in the Arts District right on Main Street. The space is large with a long and inviting bar, tables for two to six, soft velvet couches, chaise lounges and chairs up front. Plenty of room for mischievous behavior. Service was fantastic and helpful. We were checked on and drinks were refilled timely. Parking is metered on the street or there are parking lots with paid parking. Monthly events including a monthly tarot bingo night, and various classes. Happy hour is Sun - Thursday 4-7pm. And I leave you with this classic lyric - "Ooh witchy woman, see how high she flies. Ooh witchy woman, she got the moon in her eyes." - Eagles

The vibe is meticulously crafted--every sense is engaged. From the moment you enter, the dim lighting and subtle, woodsy fragrance create an atmosphere that instantly feels warm and inviting. My husband and I were lucky enough to snag a cozy velvet bench tucked behind a table, complete with beautifully designed menus that resemble delicate grimoires, featuring their thoughtfully crafted, magical cocktails. I ordered a prosecco, which arrived in a goblet straight out of days of lore--loved every detail. Despite it being a busy Saturday night, our server checked in on us several times, which was much appreciated. There are also tables and chairs toward the back of the space--perfect for lingering with friends (bring your cards, chicas). We'll definitely be back.

The atmosphere inside is simply top notch, its themed head to toe and for me personally, I always love a place that's well themed. We went in without a reservation and they managed to squeeze us into a table, we were served by a very friendly waitress who had good recommendations and was overall very attentive. The drinks were all good, and thankfully they have non-alcoholic versions for many of their drinks. No complaints on any of them, they were exactly what we were looking for. I will say the prices are a little steep, but this isn't someplace you are likely to come to on a regular basis, so I can excuse it. (And if you do like the vibe and come often, you can always get non tiki drinks cheaper.) Overall very very fun, wish we had come a little later because their was a band that was setting up and got maybe three songs in before we left, but they sounded pretty good!

The decor is beautiful, intriguing, and like I have entered a bar version of The Pirates of the Caribbean ride at Disneyland (but for adults). All around this place has so much to look at; it's amazing. Drinks are yummy and beautiful here. They even have a nice food menu where you can get some things like coconut shrimp to pair with your tropical drinks. They do have the famous Dole Whip here. They also have a happy hour during weekdays from 3-6 pm I think (don't quote me on this exactly LOL). It's often busy so if you want a table, I recommend making a reservation. Service is always nice and friendly. It's a beautiful place for a drink, to hangout with friends, or show someone while they are visiting Vegas. Best bar in town for decor!!!

We've have awesome experiences watching bartenders before AND we were determined to stay so we happily agreed. Paisley was a delight to chat with as we waited for only 10 minutes while seats opened up for us at the bar. I also got to check out the restroom, which boasts a high tech toilet with automated opening/flushing and a heated seat! We had the pleasure of meeting Michael our bartender and Yesi the bartender apprentice, and regulars Bill and Kim from Texas on one side of us, and Mario from California on the other as we spent the next hour and half savoring one luxury cocktail each and some complimentary snacks (seasoned pistachio nuts, cheesy crackers, and a little amazing bite that I can't remember the ingredients of). Welcome complimentary drinks: "Key to my heart" -- fun little rum drinks to start off with served in a spherical black case surrounded by dry ice! (See video). A bit sweet for my taste but tasty and just a little shot's worth (to be sipped). Cocktails: La Vie En Rose: (5/5) Rose infused gin, house made strawberry infused sweet vermouth, aperol, orange essence. Gorgeous spherical ice cube with a real flower frozen inside). Described as a summer Negroni. I chose it because I love Negronis and am always up for trying a variation on a classic like that. The Fountain (5/5): bourbon, Punt e mes vermouth (55 year old bottle!), orange essence. The Vault's take on the classic Manhattan. Michael gave us a taste of the punt e mes sweet vermouth and it was sublime. Both spectacular cocktails were definitely made for sipping and savoring. And to top it off! Little espresso shots at the end....mmm delectable dessert my bites to complete a flawless experience. We'll be back! Michael is a masterful mixologist and Yesi is an awesome apprentice! Highly recommend!

The only hint I'll give is that it's located on the casino floor. When we walked in, we were greeted by the hostess. She asked us if we had reservations or were walking in. I really appreciated this because the way she phrased her question told me they had availability and we would be granted entry. The bar is very small and seats about 30. Reservations are strongly encouraged, however we went on a Monday in February. If you're going on a weeknight during off peak season, you should be okay without a reservation. The hostess gave us the option of sitting at the bar or at a table. We asked her for her rec and she said the bar so that's what we chose. The decor is beautiful. The ambiance is dark and moody. It's perfect for a date night. We were greeted by both bartenders. I believe the bartender that made our drinks was Rory. He was very nice and knowledgeable about cocktails. He was able to answer our questions and make suggestions based on our preferences. As we browsed the menu, we were presented with welcome drinks in a fancy smoky container. I don't recall the name of the drink, but it had a lychee flavor with a sugar rim and it was good! Drinks are extremely pricey which is to be expected in Vegas. It's also on par based on where the speakeasy is located (hint hint). The cheapest cocktail was $30 so prepare yourself for the sticker shock. Some drinks were $80-$100! Sometimes you just have to treat yourself. I went with the Velvet Moon which was an interesting cocktail consisting of both gin and mezcal. It had flavors of hibiscus and it also had egg white which I absolutely love! The presentation was beautiful and I really enjoyed it! My friend went with the Basilico Bliss which he enjoyed. I didn't try any, but it looked really good. As we were enjoying our drinks, the staff presented us with savory bar snacks. They were tasty and were a perfect compliment to our cocktails. They do have food on the menu, but we had already eaten so we stuck with our complimentary snacks. As we were closing out, the staff presented us with a complimentary mini dessert. Rory described it as a Carajillo Jello shot. I don't like jello (I hate the texture), but I do love Carajillos. My friend does not drink coffee and does not like coffee flavor, so I ate both of them. They were so delicious (but the texture was off putting lol). I typically don't mention the restrooms in my reviews, but this one is worth mentioning. All I have to say is heated seats with a bidet! We really enjoyed our visit. Had the drinks not been so pricey, we probably would have stayed longer. If you enjoy speakeasies and/or craft cocktails, go have a drink at The Vault! The experience alone is worth it!
