The Deck Rooftop bar was not busy on an early Saturday afternoon. Which was great news for our party of four. We were able to secure a section and order 4 cocktails. The drinks were good and the service was even better.

Bevs were 10star drinks, we ordered a rounds of signature cocktails off their regular and holiday menu which were all delightful. 10/10 Strawberry Rose Ranch Water. This is something i need a goblet or a pitcher of. One of the best Bevs I've had in Las Vegas definitely. 9/10 Liquid Jackpot. This drink was fantastic and wasn't too over powered on the passion fruit flavor. 9/10 Blackberry Lemonade. Refreshing and delightful 100/10 Peach Smash. They made me 3 versions of the drink and all of them were fantastic. The menu just came out and they asked our opinion which recipe was the best i hope the one i suggested makes it into the regular rotation. Wanna give a special shoutout to the greatest server ever Tiana & Christian the Manager. They made sure everything was a perfect experience and even offering a blanket because we arrived while it was chilly during the night time. Will definitely come back looking forward to it

Love the work that has been done. The space is relaxed and offers a beautiful view of the city. The servers were friendly and attentive, one even offering up her favorite dipping option for the focaccia sticks we ordered on top of the marinara and oil that it normally comes with. I didn't love the added marinara on top of the focaccia sticks since it came with marinara dipping sauce, but overall they were good. And the pesto aioli recommendation was great. Music was a mix of genres. Overall definitely a great spot for local

    OpenTable reservation.

My husband and I visited during R&B Night and was expecting a great lounge experience, but unfortunately, it fell short. The atmosphere was decent, but the DJ wasn't very engaging, and the drinks tasted watered down and they attempted to serve us drinks out of dirty looking plastic cups that we sent back and asked for disposable ones. What really ruined the experience, however, was how we were treated as paying customers. About 1 hour and 45 minutes into our visit, a host came to our table and informed us that we only had 15 minutes left because our reservation was limited to two hours. This was completely unexpected, especially since there is no mention of a two-hour time limit anywhere on the OpenTable reservation page. I've attached a screenshot--please point out where this policy is disclosed, because I certainly couldn't find it. Being told to leave while we're actively ordering drinks, enjoying the music, and spending money felt incredibly unwelcoming. This is Las Vegas, and a lounge should allow guests to relax and enjoy the experience--not watch the clock. If you're looking for a place where you can enjoy good music, drinks, and conversation without being rushed out after two hours, this is not the place. Overall, it was a disappointing and frustrating experience.

Fantastic upper level deck location. Just off the strip you can see everything but you're not in the mix with all the other idiots. Great vibe! Great music. Go get you some!

Charcuterie board for 2, I love it!

Best place to hung out, unwind and enjoy the view of the strip without the noisy touristy crowd. Excellent quality of cocktails and appetizers choices with reasonable portion and prices. Jennifer and Jocelyn friendly are accommodating. I highly recommend this spot.

    Nice view good drinks

All I remember was going through the casino areas of Paris Hotel, and then going down one floor to the Horseshoe area to reach this bar just minutes before closing on a Friday close to midnight. I quickly grabbed a seat at the bar area and perused the menu, which has a ton of drinks, beers, wines, mocktails and even snacks. Even when close to closing time, patrons filled up all the bar seating which isn't a lot; most seating was couches and tables near the knickknacks. I got myself the Bee's Knees, which is cranberry and pineapple juice, apple puree, cinnamon fire syrup and some ginger beer according to their menu just outside the front entrance. I can only describe the taste as a sweetened fruit juice with a ton of fizz from the ginger beer, and the pineapple and apple came out on top for overpowering the drink overall. Some mint leaves and a slice of grapefruit were added in, and the mint leaves made this drink feel more like a special cocktail. This and other mocktails is $13 before tax, so pretty high price especially when considering their other alcoholic drinks are not that much higher than that... I actually still loved my drink, though! It was a nice wrap-up for my last day in Vegas and I'm curious now to look a lot more carefully at the stuff on the walls if I ever come here again!

I opted for a comfier lounge chair next to the bar and checked out the menu on the table. When I was ready to order, I went up to the bar. Which, if you've been to bars in general, they happily take your order and you wait and bring the drinks back to your seat. Well not at Vesper. Went up ready to order and the bartender asked where we were seated and said a waitress would come by and that we couldn't order with him. We sat, we waited 15-20 mins and no one came around. We waited long enough and decided it wasn't worth our money. If trying to get an order in was this difficult, can't imagine what the rest of the service is like.

Sure, it is known; however, it was surprisingly not that busy for a Friday. We were seated at a shell like booth and this space between the back side of the Players Club and the Cash cage, is a lovely and elegant place. Is it expensive? yes. Most other fine establishments are also expensive in Vegas. It is what it has become. Is that good? Probably not; however, it does give you the opportunity to experience something unique and special. Although we had one server, the servers worked very well together throughout our 90 minutes here and really team assisted with each other. Between the two of us, we had three drinks. You can page through the very detailed menu, and I decided to have the Passion's Serenade drink, which was a glass partially frozen with a coconut and passionfruit puree and then also had some chocolate rum, vanilla and fresno chili. It was a delicious drink, and actually was a great "sit back and wait" drink, because it took a while for the frozen portion to melt. The experience comes with some complimentary bar snacks and then some complimentary mini jello shots on the way out. The check is presented in an exquisite "Vault" Type of book. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would return again in the future. Expect drink prices to range from about $30 to $70, with some even higher for the "market price" drinks.
