The Bleau Bar is located in the center of the first floor of Fontainebleau. You can't miss it because it is located under gorgeous chandeliers and tall column pillars. There are no walls so it's pretty open and you can see what's going on around the casino floor. The bar has plenty of seats. The service, though, was lacking. We had about a dozen people meet up at Bleau Bar for drinks after our conference. We found seats right away and placed drink orders. However, when it came to checking up on us to ask if we wanted more drinks, we had to flag down our server - twice. She was nice but didn't have the sense of follow through. Also, there was someone smoking a cigar on the casino floor, which is just outside of the bar. The heavy scent permeated through the bar and lingered for a long time. It's permitted on the casino floor but just wanted to note that if in case you are meeting business partners at the bar - this could be bothersome and it might be wise to find an alternative bar or restaurant within the casino. Overall, it's a pretty bar. The ambiance is loud but exciting but also open to sounds and possible heavy smoke. And service could be better. read more

Late post from my visit on 5/17/2025. Stopped by to have a couple of drinks while waiting on our dinner reservation at Mother Wolf. The lounge area was about 1/2 full so we were able to be seated immediately. It's in a great location for people watching and there were a variety of patrons and the ambience is pretty chill. Opted to have an espresso martini which is my go to drink (maybe 2, don't judge me please). They were pretty good and the server was really nice and attentive. Price point is what you'd expect for a hotel bar $18 - $25 per cocktail. All in all, it was a good spot to kill time if you're waiting on friends or for your dinner reservation. read more

We arrived around 2:30pm on a Friday so it wasn't too busy. We were easily able to grab some bar seats. It did take the bartender a bit longer to approach us and provide us with water but it's understood, since she was the only one on our side of a pretty full bar. The selection and specialty cocktail menu was appreciated. Incorporating ube into one of the drinks was a great touch as well. The prices are standard for any cocktail bar on the strip. The only service I received was from a lady coming by asking if we wanted snacks, I said no but wanted to order. She then said someone will come by cause it was not her. January 23, 2026 Beautiful bar, but we had terrible service in the beautiful Bleau Bar and probably will never go back! That's how bad the service was! 1.) I ordered a vodka martini with Blue cheese olives, not dirty & really cold. I didn't know it was dirty until I tasted it. I brought it to the bar and told her it was a dirty martini and Natalie said, "I didn't make it." That wasn't the answer I was expecting so I was a little confused. I have problems with facial recognition & I thought I was talking to the wrong person. After a long silence. She said, "I am your server, but I didn't make it." I told her this is not what I ordered and then she said she would fix it. Which I think she should have said at the beginning of the conversation. I took out my blue cheese olives because I know I would have a little wait now for my drink. She came back with my new drink, but no olives. 2.) We asked for refills on our water 2x. Patty finally went up to the bar to get her own water. Natalie was there and she said she got distracted. Then she wanted to bring Patty water, but Patty was already there. 3.) Service was slow. We would have ordered another round of drinks, but we didn't have time before the show. Mind you...we were there over 2 hours. 4.) Patty actually went up to Natalie at the bar and told her to be nice and apologize. She gave us a fake apology like I'm sorry you misunderstood me. 5.) Bill wanted to give her no tip and write on the receipt, so she would hear the message but Patty gave her a couple of tips. One monetary one which she would have gotten more if she had been more attentive because we would have ordered another round and a verbal tip to be nicer. Please do better Natalie! We may or may not go back. Beautiful bar, good drinks, but there are other very nice bars with maybe better service to try! P.S. Very laid back lounge definitely very similar to the Chandelier lounge at the Cosmopolitan but a bit more private, although it is very busy you can always enjoy a booth for more privacy which we absolutely loved. Beautiful bar right in the middle of the Fontaine Bleau casino. There is a lot of seating available so we didn't need to wait. It has a sophisticated ambiance to it. Gorgeous chandelier above that looks almost like shooting stars, yet they are bow ties. They have a small plate of cashews and dried okra. I think you have to request it because our waitress didn't automatically bring it to us after she took our order. Okay, I'm not sure if it was just the bartender that night.. but our drinks were strong and very overpowering. I had ordered a simple cosmo and all I could taste was the vodka. My friend ordered a margarita and barely could finish it because the tequila was so strong. Mind you we are bar hoppers when it comes to vegas. Since the cocktails were too strong we ordered a Riesling and ended up going to a different bar. I recommend this place if you love stronger cocktails. read more

I am VERY torn. I've been to this bar twice already and twice the encounters have progressively gotten worst. To put it point blank the signs says to see a hostess and there hasn't been one in sight. This time I walked up and same thing, no hostess in sight. So I decided to seek out one of the waitress to ask where the hostess was and I was directed to where the hostess was at. 6It was pretty loud so I decided instead of yelling loudly so she can hear me because she had her back turned towards me! I just lightly touched behind her shoulder and when she turned around I said "I was told you're the hostess and I wanted to check in and see about any available seating for 4." I can't recall what she said exactly, but I do remember was she was very standoffish and kinda about me approaching her vs staying put until she approached us. When I walked back to the sign, my husband asked what's going on, and I told him I don't know, I was just told to go back here and no other direction was given. But, based on the last encounter we don't need a table to be served. Anywho, in conclusion I feel talking to the hostess is completely useless and if you treated this place like it's just an open bar type of deal and head directly to the bar, you'll probably save yourself some frustration and you'll have a drink in your head much faster than waiting for the hostess like the sign suggests. Both times the bartenders that we had were super friendly, direct, and quick on the service and point. And both times, it was the bartenders that had to make up for what the hostess did or didn't do. Look, I'm not here for a red bull and vodka, I'm here for a nice cocktail and with the prices that they're charging, I expect just a little more. Parched in Sin City? Stop in for a drink or two at Bleau Bar, located inside the newest hotel on the north side, Fontainebleau! This fancy, upscale bar will have you feeling like royalty. From the moment you step inside, you'll marvel at the high ceilings, posh decor, and fine details that can not be missed. We walked right in after getting tatted down the street. There's comfortable seating around the bar, or you can sit at the bar, which we did. I can't remember the bartender's name, but he was cool and made polite conversation. I remember he said Fontainebleau's mission is to "beat the Wynn." I haven't made it to the Wynn yet, but from what I saw here, either they're neck and neck or Fontainebleau has Wynn beat by a hair! The drinks we ordered were excellent (Vanity Fair & Cash Bunny). Great flavor and just the right amount of alcohol. Sometimes drinks can be weak, but we were very satisfied. I've seen pics of the same drinks from other reviews, but they look different. Kinda weird, but maybe each bartender puts his/her own twist on them?! Idk.. It's Vegas pricing, so don't be shocked. So, be prepared for louder volume. But it is spacious and there are lots of nooks and seating even when crowded. I came here Saturday afternoon with a friend for the first time and was very impressed. Apparently, it was our server's second day on the job and she was very accommodating and excellent at recommending what was popular alternative choices after I requested a drink the the bartender couldn't make. (Unfortunately, I didn't get our server's name for this review, but she was a young Asian woman.) The service was a reminder of what outstanding customer service is and left a great impression afterwards. In terms of the drinks, the Coffee Martini was wonderfully flavored with a delicate light foam and 3 expresso beans for decoration. The Vanity Fair was also wonderfully refreshing, served with 2 slices of cucumber and a blueberry. The chandelier above the bar is absolutely beautiful and the atmosphere is relaxed.
