We had not made dinner plans and didn't want to venture too far away from our hotel after a busy day, so we randomly chose the Vanderpump a Paris that is in the Paris hotel where we were staying and were pleased to be seated immediately without a reservation. What an excellent choice it was! We loved the décor, the ambiance, the food, the service - everything was perfect! Our server was Joaquin - super friendly, very personable and attentive - it was obvious he is very experienced and loves his job! We stopped back the next evening for cocktails and appetizers at the bar. Again, the service was excellent, and we enjoyed visiting with the bartenders and other bar patrons. The shrimp cocktail was amazing - awesome presentation - GIANT shrimp served in individual crystal shot glasses! We are always seeking unique places to eat and drink when we travel, and Vanderpump a Paris certainly was that! Service was top-notch--attentive without being overbearing, which made for a really relaxed vibe. The food was delicious. Portions do lean smaller for the Vegas price point, but the quality definitely delivers. It really depends on what you order and what you're looking for, but overall it's worth trying at least once. Set in an opulent, Gothic-style wine cellar in Paris, you are transported to a different time and place when you enter. Upscale atmosphere with incredible decor. Excellent service, our server made great recommendations and made sure everything came out perfectly. The Mini Monsieurs were delicious, melty cheese with thick cut ham and soft bread were a great combo. Beouf Baby Bistros were a fancy take on a slider covered in puff pastry, a little dry initially, but saved by the stone ground mustard on the side. Mac & cheese was saucy with a deep caramelized onion flavor. Overall experience was incredible, from the service to the decor to the food and drinks. If you're staying at the Paris hotel, this is a must try as it's right downstairs! There are few places on the strip that make super fun cocktails. They ain't cheap, but I can attest to them being pretty fabulous. I would normally never order a cocktail made with Malibu rum, but the Flora Bora Bora is an all-star standout. We visit Las Vegas annually, and we always stop here for that cocktail alone. The food is fun, and pairs well with the drinks. I recommend doing this tapas style, order a drink with an appetizer for the table, and do it again on the next round. The drinks at this location are the best of Vanderpump properties in LV. This spot for the drinks, and Pinky's for the best ambience and decor (in all fairness, I love art deco which Pinky's has). The decor at Vanderpump in Paris Las Vegas is beautiful, especially the hanging moving ceiling flowers. Stunning atmosphere. My friend and I visited on a Sunday and accidentally booked a table during their brunch menu. When we arrived, the hostess was nowhere to be found at first. When she finally came over, she asked if we wanted a high-top table or bar seating and said it would take a couple minutes to prepare a regular table. It was confusing why it took a while since the restaurant didn't seem busy at the time. Another frustrating part was that the host never checked us in for our OpenTable reservation, even though we told her we had a reservation. Later, my friend received an email saying we were a "no-show" and that a no-show fee would be charged, even though we were there and dined. Unfortunately, the service was pretty slow overall. Our waitress took quite a while to close us out, and when we asked about vegan options for brunch (my friend is vegan), she wasn't very accommodating and told us the vegan options are only available on the dinner menu and we could come back for dinner. The interaction made us feel a bit like we weren't really welcome since they close about an hour before switching to dinner service. I thought Lisa represented inclusivity and should rethink having vegan options on both menus. I felt bad that my friend couldn't eat anything or enjoy the experience. The Salade Jolie was actually very good and came in a Parmesan bowl, which was a nice touch. The drink we ordered was just okay. We came here without high expectations last Saturday night for an early Galentine's celebration. Normally, celebrity based restaurants in our experience do not deliver on the taste of the food, just more on novelty. We were pleasantly surprised that the food was good. The best was the truffle pasta, they nailed it on the flavor and texture of the pasta. The dessert where we thought would excel based on reviews wasn't as good as expected. The cream puffs were dry and old. The presentation was great, however, they added some "silver hearts" as decoration, and it almost broke our teeth, it was so hard. Not even sure if they were edible. The service needed a lot of improvement. We were promptly seated in a very uncomfortable table, next to some glass display case with hard chairs. The server assigned to us took a long time to get our order. When orders started rolling in, we were brought a wrong dish, we wanted truffle pasta with a side of shrimp, instead, they delivered a bit fee t prawn dish. By the time the side of shrimp came in, the pasta was already eaten. Other dishes we ordered were: Wellington Sliders, needed a little salt towards the middle. Crab Croquettes, had more filler than crab, my Seabass which turned out great the die of layered potatoes could have been a bit more crisp, then the truffle pasta which was the best minus the missing side shrimp. Have been here 3 or 4 times. Mostly at night for cocktails but did come once for brunch. Every time has been excellent. We have had Joaquin a couple of times as a server. The best! Seriously! Request him! I had the dirty martini with blue cheese olives which also had an everything bagel seasoning on the rim of the glass. It was really tasty. I also ended with an espresso martini that had a little beignet on top. It seems that a lot of their drink are served with something extra. The chocolate martini comes with a tiny chocolate croissant!!!! And most drinks are presented with a little extra flare. All of the drinks are made well and seemed to last. We also tried the Gruyère and brie bread. I think there were five pieces included in that. It was so yummy. And the seasoned French fries. We did not have any entrées or have dinner. The staff was very attentive and we had a fun time speaking with them. The decor is amazing and very picture worthy. I have not been to any of the other Vanderpump's. We were warmly greeted by the maître d' and lead to our table that we made a reservation for. We started off with one of the signature drinks Tickle Me Fancy which is a fruity peach margarita. It was very delicious and good portion size. The birdcage charcuterie was really cute and all the meats included were very flavorful. Crab Egg Benedict had the perfect consistency of runny egg and was very filling. Gruyère fries were delicious and the portion was so big the two of us couldn't finish it. We finished with the crème brûlée beignets, unfortunately we didn't taste the crème brûlée part as much, it was mostly dough but the taste was good. My friend made a reservation here for dinner. We have a party of 5 and we were seated right away. We also have a birthday in our party. The hostess wished my friend a happy birthday and I thought it was a nice gesture. The atmosphere is romantic. Dimmed lights, roses on the table, spinning chandelier, a fountain and a piano. The decor and layout of this restaurant make Vanderpump à Paris the perfect photo-op for fans, definitely very Instagram worthy. Looking on the website prior to visiting, I was happy to see Make it Impossible which is a "Wellington" Style Croûte made with plant-based burger which I didn't initially realize was on the main menu vs brunch. If you aren't vegan, there were a few brunch options, mostly family style, that sounded good - my friend enjoyed her Salade Jolie. While my mistake for looking at the wrong menu, the waitress did not even try to look into any options for me. In fact, I had to ask for a side of chips when she came back with the drink so I could at least eat something (even though it was never offered). Service was painfully slow. Came here on Christmas Eve eve and we had 4pm reservation. I've been here a few times now, 4pm is the best time. We were walked back immediately to our table. Got a great corner table in the bar room with a great view of the whole red piano room. Our waiter was amazing. We had the famous goat cheese cakes, crab croquettes, French onion mac and cheese, the La Fleur salad, and the chicken confit petites which is basically their grown up fancy way of saying chicken strips. I loved them. The absolute highlight of the night was the "It's My F'in Birthday" cocktail. So pretty, so festive, and genuinely yummy. It felt like it was made for celebrating and made the whole night even more special. Everything we ordered was great, and choosing a favorite would be impossible. The entire menu looked incredible and I already want to go back just to try what we didn't get this time. For dessert, we ordered the croquembouche tower since it's my favorite and it was my birthday after all. Unfortunately, they came back and let us know they didn't actually have it available. Our server kindly brought us the crème brûlée beignets instead and even comped them, which was very appreciated. To be totally honest, the beignets themselves were not anything special. We made reservations ahead of time but it wasn't that busy on a Monday night. My first impressions of the place is that the decor has a vintage and gothic vibe. There's a cool rotating fixture from the ceiling with a bunch of roses. Like I said, the restaurant wasn't too busy for a Monday night but the service was particularly slow. It took a while for us to get our server's attention to place our order. The drinks themselves were super cute and aesthetic. I ordered the Ooh La La-llipop which was a gin-based drink with lychee and a gin lollipop on top. I'm not a big fan of gin but I do love lychee and enjoyed the drink a lot. Aside from our cocktails, we placed an order for beignets from the late night menu which we never received. Our server probably forgot but by the time we followed up on it they had already announced last call for food. We were originally planning to do at least 2 rounds of drinks but the fact that it took almost an hour for us to get our first round of drinks, it was not worth the wait. The décor is gorgeous--romantic, full of chandeliers, flowers, and plush velvet seating. We didn't order a ton since we had more stops planned, but I had to try the caviar bites. They were good, though the potato layer was a bit thick. If it were sliced thinner, you'd taste all the components better. Still, I'd order it again because... caviar. For cocktails, I went with the Bon Anni-Versailles because it's my birthday! Served on a gold mirror tray with a tiara and a little macaron--absolutely stunning and really tasty, just slightly on the sweet side. We also tried the Butter Prawns. The "rustic" house-made pasta was basically fettuccine, but it was still good. The prawns were a touch overcooked, but overall the dish had nice flavor. Our only disappointments were: 1. Le Tartare (ahi tuna) -- very bland, like they forgot the salt. 2. Crème Brûlée Beignets -- cold and mushy, probably because of the filling. Service, though, was wonderful. I've wanted to try it here for years and finally did! Was a Thursday afternoon we popped in and it was pretty empty. The host at the stand was aloof and asked for IDs which was off putting since two of us were clearly elders. We were seated and the service from the waitress was genuine and friendly. I thought the menus, while unique, were hard to understand and not organized very well. The cocktails however turned out to be delicious and the charcuterie birdcage was not only visually appealing but delicious! The ambience is what wins the award though and I'm glad I checked it out.
